“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Timothy 3: 16-17). (Emphasis added)
I bolded “All Scripture” to stress to the reader how critically important it is for the child of God to trust every Word of Scripture – Genesis to Revelation.
Andy Stanley teaches his church members that the “whole” Word of God is not inerrant. It is called “Spot inerrancy.” So some of the Bible is infallible but not all of it. REALLY?
So, which portions of Scripture are we to take as infallible? Oh, Andy makes sure that he points his church members to the Scriptures they can trust. Does this remind you of someone?
