The Best Story of All

During these stuck-at-home days, Crossway is offering free streaming access to The Biggest Story: The Animated Short Film through April 12, 2020.

Based on the best-selling book by pastor Kevin DeYoung, the 26-minute film was created to show kids how all those classic stories in the Bible connect to Scripture’s overarching message about God’s glorious plan to redeem his rebellious people.

Ideas for Watching

Here are a few ideas how you might use the film:

  • Schedule a viewing and invite other families from your church or neighborhood to watch the film at the same time. Follow up the screening with a few minutes of discussion via a group video call.
  • Show the film during your church’s virtual Sunday School hour, encouraging leaders to ask a few basic questions after each chapter.
  • Encourage small groups to watch the film before their (digital) meeting. Include both parents and kids of all ages in discussion as you reflect on the Bible’s overarching story together.
  • Simply share the link with others to watch on their own.

We’re excited to see how God uses this film to impact kids and their families during this time with the truth of the gospel, teaching children about the biggest, most important story ever told.

*Free streaming access only; please do not download and save the film to any device.
