May 15 Life-Changing Moments With God

God will wipe away every tear …; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow,… for the former things have passed away.

Almighty God, You will swallow up death forever, and wipe away tears from my face; the rebuke of Your people You will take away from all the earth; for You, Lord God, have spoken. The sun shall no longer go down, nor shall the moon withdraw itself; for You, Lord, will be my everlasting light, and the days of my mourning shall be ended. Then I will not say, “I am sick”; I will dwell in it and be forgiven my iniquity. The voice of weeping shall no longer be heard in her, nor the voice of crying. Sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

You will ransom me from the power of the grave; You will redeem me from death. Death, God will be your plagues! Grave, He will be your destruction! The last enemy will be destroyed—death. Then it shall be brought to pass as written: “Death is swallowed up in victory.”

The things which I cannot see are eternal.

No more death, weeping, tears, sorrow, or mourning. Come quickly, almighty and victorious Lord!

May—15 The Poor Man’s Evening Portion

An Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile.—John 1:47.

And what are we to understand by our Lord’s account, in this short but sweet history of Nathanael, of an “Israelite, indeed, in whom is no guile?” If, my soul, thou wilt do as thou art directed, (1 Cor. 2:13,) attend “to the things which the Holy Ghost teacheth, comparing spiritual things with spiritual,” thou wilt soon arrive at a proper apprehension of the Lord’s account, of “an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile.” It is our mercy, that, on a point of so much consequence, we are not left to mere conjecture: for the Holy Ghost hath himself pointed out what it is to be without guile, in one of the psalms of David. (See Psalm 32) And in his comment upon it, by the apostle, (Romans 4:6–12,) he hath followed up the same doctrine more fully. “Blessed (saith he) is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered. Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.” Now here observe, that the blessedness here spoken of is not said to be a man that “hath no sin,” neither “had” sin, but to whom the Lord “imputeth it not.” And wherefore is this blessedness? It is explained, because “his transgression is forgiven, and his sin covered.” And the Holy Ghost is pleased, by his servant the apostle, to give a farther explanation, by tracing it to its source, in the forgiveness of sins “by Jesus Christ.” And in the case of Abraham, the great father of the faithful, he most clearly and fully proves the truth of this momentous doctrine: “Cometh this blessedness then (saith he) upon circumcision only, or upon the uncircumcision also? For we say that faith was reckoned to Abraham. How was it then reckoned? When he was in circumcision, or in uncircumcision? Not in circumcision, but in uncircumcision. And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had, yet being uncircumcised,” Now hence, my soul, thou mayest learn what it is to have “no guile,” and, by consequence thereof, to be an “Israelite indeed.” If thou wilt consult Abraham’s history, thou wilt discover that he was justified by faith: “he believed in the Lord, and it was counted to him for righteousness;” and this was many a year before he was circumcised. (See Gen. 15:6.) Some have reckoned it full twenty years; very certain it is that it could not be less than ten years. (See Gen. 17) And from the moment of his justification by faith, Abraham might truly be said to be one “in whom was no guile.” Apply what is here said by the Holy Ghost of Abraham, to the instance of Nathanael, and of all the spiritual seed of Christ, and the conclusion will be the same; this it is to be “an Israelite indeed, in whom is no guile.” My soul! what sayest thou of thyself? Art thou “an Israelite indeed?” Is thy guilt taken away in the blood of Christ? Pause, and recollect what the scripture saith: “For he is not a Jew which is one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh. But he is a Jew which is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the letter, whose praise is not of men but of God.” (Romans 2:28, 29.) “And if ye be Christ’s, then are ye Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise.” (Galatians 3:29.)[1]

May 15 Streams in the Desert

Men see not the bright light which is in the clouds.”

(Job 37:21)

THE world owes much of its beauty to cloudland. The unchanging blue of the Italian sky hardly compensates for the changefulness and glory of the clouds. Earth would become a wilderness apart from their ministry. There are clouds in human, life, shadowing, refreshing, and sometimes draping it in blackness of night; but there is never a cloud without its bright light. “I do set my bow in the cloud!”

If we could see the clouds from the other side where they lie in billowy glory, bathed in the light they intercept, like heaped ranges of Alps, we should be amazed at their splendid magnificence.

We look at their under side; but who shall describe the bright light that bathes their summits and searches their valleys and is reflected from every pinnacle of their expanse? Is not every drop drinking in health-giving qualities, which it will carry to the earth?

O child of God! If you could see your sorrows and troubles from the other side; if instead of looking up at them from earth, you would look down on them from the heavenly places where you sit with Christ; if you knew how they are reflecting in prismatic beauty before the gaze of Heaven, the bright light of Christ’s face, you would be content that they should cast their deep shadows over the mountain slopes of existence. Only remember that clouds are always moving and passing before God’s cleansing wind.” Selected.

“I cannot know why suddenly the storm

Should rage so fiercely round me in its wrath;

But this I know—God watches all my path,

And I can trust.

“I may not draw aside the mystic veil

That hides the unknown future from my sight,

Nor know if for me waits the dark or light;

But I can trust.

“I have no power to look across the tide,

To see while here the land beyond the river;

But this I know—shall be God’s forever;

So I can trust.”[1]

May 15 The Interpreter: Spurgeon’s Devotional Bible

May 15.—Morning. [Or September 26.]
“Cleanse me from my sin.”

HOW bitterly David lamented his great sin may be seen by the penitential psalms which he composed. Among the most memorable of these is

Psalm 51

It has been often called The Sinner’s Guide.

Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness: according unto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions. (He appealed to the sweeter attributes. Penitence has a quick eye for the loving and merciful qualities in the divine character. Let us appeal to them.)

Wash me throughly from mine iniquity, and cleanse me from my sin. (He could not bear to be defiled, he longed for complete pardon.)

For I acknowledge my transgressions: and my sin is ever before me.

Against thee, thee only, have I sinned, and done this evil in thy sight: that thou mightest be justified when thou speakest, and be clear when thou judgest. (The essence of sin lies in its opposition to God, and its impudent defiance of his holy presence. David had wronged Bathsheba and Uriah, but his greatest misery was that he had offended his God. Graceless men care nothing about this.)

Behold, I was shapen in iniquity; and in sin did my mother conceive me.

Behold, thou desirest truth in the inward parts: and in the hidden part thou shalt make me to know wisdom. (His outward act of evil led him to look within, and there he found his inmost nature and his first original to be impure. When our falls lead us to discover and mourn over our inbred sins, we are on the sure way to recovery from them.)

Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. (This is a glorious utterance of faith. The humbled soul, while mourning in the dust, yet confides in the blood of sprinkling, and believes that it can remove all stain. Foul as I am yet I am not too filthy for the precious blood of atonement! All manner of sin and of blasphemy the blood of Jesus can remove.)

Make me to hear joy and gladness; that the bones which thou hast broken may rejoice.

Hide thy face from my sins, and blot out all mine iniquities.

10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. (Sin destroys, and therefore grace must re-create. Sincere penitents are not content with pardon, they desire to be made holy for the future.)

11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from me.

12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy free spirit.

13 Then will I teach transgressors thy ways; and sinners shall be converted unto thee.

None teach so well as those who know the power of forgiving love by personal experience. Pardoned sinners are the best preachers to their rebellious fellow-men.

14 Deliver me from bloodguiltiness, O God, thou God of my salvation: and my tongue shall sing aloud of thy righteousness.

15 O Lord, open thou my lips; and my mouth shall shew forth thy praise.

16 For thou desirest not sacrifice; else would I give it: thou delightest not in burnt offering.

17 The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise. (Deep experience led David away from mere forms into the spirit of the gospel. A real sense of sin will never allow men to be content with ordinances, they want the Lord himself to be revealed to them in spiritual worship, as accepting their contrite cries.)

18 Do good in thy good pleasure unto Zion: build thou the walls of Jerusalem.

19 Then shalt thou be pleased with the sacrifices of righteousness, with burnt offering and whole burnt offering: then shall they offer bullocks upon thine altar. (Thus he would fain undo the mischief he had wrought and build up the church whose walls he had pulled down by his ill example. The Lord grant that his cause and people may never suffer through our fault. Amen.)

My soul lies humbled in the dust,

And owns thy dreadful sentence just;

Look down, O Lord, with pitying eye

And save the soul condemn’d to die.

Then will I teach the world thy ways;

Sinners shall learn thy sovereign grace,

I’ll lead them to my Saviour’s blood,

And they shall praise a pardoning God.

May 15.—Evening. [Or September 27.]
“Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven.”

AFTER David had obtained a sense of pardon, he sang that sweet gospel Psalm, the thirty-second.

Psalm 32

Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

Yes, even a great sinner may be blessed. When his sin is effectually covered by the great propitiation, he is as blessed as if he had never sinned. Have all the members of this family tasted of this blessedness? Sin has cursed us all, has pardon blessed us all?

Blessed is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile. (He who is freed from guilt is also cleansed from guile or deceit. David had been very crafty in his endeavours to hide his crime, and he felt it a great relief to escape from the tortuous way of living which arises out of deceit.)

When I kept silence, my bones waxed old through my roaring all the day long.

For day and night thy hand was heavy upon me: my moisture is turned into the drought of summer. Selah.

While sin is unconfessed it ferments within the heart, and causes inward anguish; and when God’s hand presses from without, the awakened sinner is in a wretched plight indeed. Such are the feelings of all who seek the Lord, in a greater or less degree.

I acknowledged my sin unto thee, and mine iniquity have I not hid. I said, I will confess my transgressions unto the Lord; and thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

Forgiveness followed on the heels of confession, for atonement was already made. Who among us will refuse to confess? Let us all acknowledge our sin before the Lord, and the blood of Jesus will put it all away, at once and for ever.

For this shall every one that is godly pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely in the floods of great waters they shall not come nigh unto him.

Thou art my hiding place; thou shalt preserve me from trouble; thou shalt compass me about with songs of deliverance. Selah.

He who before he sought the Lord was compassed with sighs is now compassed with songs. If we would be happy we must be pardoned; if we would be pardoned, we must confess our iniquities, and look to Jesus who covers all our sin.

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

Forgiven men should be tender in heart, and fear to transgress again. We ought not to need rough means to keep us out of mischief, we ought to be sensitive to the faintest touch of the Lord’s hand.

10 Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusteth in the Lord, mercy shall compass him about.

11 Be glad in the Lord, and rejoice, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.

Those who begin with holy weeping shall end with holy rejoicing. If there be one unforgiven one in this family, let him or her go to the heavenly Father and cry for that gracious forgiveness which is given to all who believe in Jesus. It is not given as a reward of good works, or as the fruit of any efforts of our own; but as the free gift of God in Christ Jesus. Paul says that David here describes the blessedness of the man unto whom God imputeth righteousness without works, and he declares most plainly that it is not a matter of merit but of grace. The very worst and vilest sins will be freely and at once forgiven if we will confess them to the Lord, and trust in the infinite merits of his dear Son. Do not linger then, but fly at once to the open fountain.

In Christ I have believed,

And through the spotless Lamb

Grace and salvation have received:

In him complete I am.

My sins, my crimson stains,

Are blotted out each one;

No condemnation now remains!

God views me in his Son.[1]

Trey Gowdy: Leaking Flynn’s name to media is a ’10-year felony,’ how’s the investigation going?

Former Rep. Trey Gowdy, R-S.C., said Friday that it’s been almost four years since details of Gen. Michael Flynn’s phone call with the Russian ambassador were leaked to the media, but the question of who leaked the information remains unknown.

Dershowitz: Judge in Flynn case a ‘prosecutor in robes’ | WND

Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz

Longtime liberal Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz contends the judge in the Michael Flynn case has become a “prosecutor in robes,” exceeding his authority by appointing a retired federal judge to argue against the Justice Department’s decision to drop the case.

In a column published by the Gatestone Institute, Dershowitz said Judge Emmet Sullivan’s refusal to sign off on the Justice Department’s motion to drop the case circumvents the constitutional limitation on the jurisdiction of federal judges.

“The Constitution limits this jurisdiction to actual cases and controversies. There must be disagreement between the parties that requires resolution by a judge. If the parties agree, there is nothing for the judge to decide,” Dershowitz argues.

The DOJ filed the motion last Thursday after the unsealing of evidence confirming Flynn’s claim that he was coerced into pleading guilty to lying. Investigators already had a transcript of the telephone conversation with the Russian ambassador that was at the center of the case. That means there was no justification for the “ambush” interview at the White House that led to the charges.

Dershowitz pointed out that according to precedent, there is no case when prosecutors drop charges, meaning Sullivan is clearly exceeding his authority.

“There is a joke lawyers who practice in federal court like to tell. Angel Gabriel summons Sigmund Freud in heaven and tells him God is having delusions of grandeur,” Dershowitz wrote. “Freud asks how God can have delusions of grandeur: There is no one grander than Him. To which the Angel Gabriel responded, ‘he thinks he’s a federal judge.’

“But what Judge Sullivan is doing is no joke. He is endangering our system of separation of powers and he should be stopped by a writ of mandamus or a motion to recuse. Judges, too, are not above the law or the Constitution.”

He explained that the Flynn case, the prosecution and defense both agree that the case should be dropped.

“Because there is no longer any controversy between the parties to be resolved, there is no longer any case properly before the judge,” he wrote. “His only job is to enter an order vacating the guilty plea and dismissing the case with prejudice.”

He noted Sullivan has his own preferences.

“He apparently thinks Flynn belongs in prison. He has as much as said that. So, he has manufactured a fake controversy by appointing a new prosecutor because evidently he does not like what the constitutionally authorized prosecutor — the attorney general — has decided.”

Dershowitz said the new prosecutor “has been tasked to argue for the result that Judge Sullivan prefers.”

“But under our constitutional system of separation of powers, the new prosecutor has no standing to make such an argument,” he said. “He is not a member of the executive branch, which is the only branch authorized to make prosecutorial decisions. He was appointed by a member of the judicial branch to perform an executive function — a clear violation of the separation of powers, which allocates the power to prosecute to the executive, not judicial, branch.”

He warned the rule of law is threatened.

“Judge Sullivan is exceeding his authority by turning his courtroom into a three-ring partisan circus, designed to allow him to get his way despite the agreement of the actual parties before him. He is taking judicial activism to a new and grossly improper level, to the disadvantage of a defendant he does not like.”

Dershowitz Blasts Flynn Judge’s “Endangering Our System Of Separation Of Powers” | ZeroHedge News

Authored by Alan Dershowitz via The Gatestone Institute,

Judge Emmet Sullivan’s decision to appoint a retired federal judge to argue against the Justice Department’s entirely proper decision to end the criminal prosecution of General Michael Flynn is designed to circumvent the constitutional limitation on the jurisdiction of federal judges. The Constitution limits this jurisdiction to actual cases and controversies. There must be disagreement between the parties that requires resolution by a judge. If the parties agree, there is nothing for the judge to decide.

In the Flynn case, the prosecution and defense both agree that the case should be dropped. Because there is no longer any controversy between the parties to be resolved, there is no longer any case properly before the judge. His only job is to enter an order vacating the guilty plea and dismissing the case with prejudice.

But Judge Sullivan does not want to do that.

He apparently thinks Flynn belongs in prison. He has as much as said that. So, he has manufactured a fake controversy by appointing a new prosecutor because evidently he does not like what the constitutionally authorized prosecutor — the Attorney General — has decided. The new prosecutor has been tasked to argue for the result that Judge Sullivan prefers. But under our constitutional system of separation of powers, the new prosecutor has no standing to make such an argument. He is not a member of the executive branch, which is the only branch authorized to make prosecutorial decisions. He was appointed by a member of the judicial branch to perform an executive function — a clear violation of the separation of powers, which allocates the power to prosecute to the executive, not judicial, branch.

It makes no constitutional difference that Flynn pleaded guilty — even if his plea was voluntary, which is questionable in light of the threats against his son.

The Justice Department has the constitutional authority to dismiss a prosecution that it has brought at any time and for any reason, without being second-guessed by the judicial branch.

Judge Sullivan is basing his unconstitutional actions on Rule 48(a) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure which provides that: “The government may, with leave of court, dismiss an indictment, information, or complaint. The government may not dismiss the prosecution during trial without the defendant’s consent.” This judge-written rule was designed to protect the defendant against manipulation by the government to circumvent the protection against double jeopardy. It is not properly employed to hurt the defendant by empowering the judge to act as both prosecutor and decision-maker. It rarely if ever results in a judge denying leave to the government to drop a prosecution that it believes is unjustified.

Judge Sullivan is exceeding his authority by turning his courtroom into a three-ring partisan circus, designed to allow him to get his way despite the agreement of the actual parties before him. He is taking judicial activism to a new and grossly improper level, to the disadvantage of a defendant he does not like.

As Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg recently wrote for a unanimous Court:

“Courts are essentially passive instruments…”

It is not within their legitimate authority to “sally forth each day looking for wrongs to right.”

Their role is to “decide only questions presented by the parties.”

Judge Sullivan is improperly exceeding that role in the Flynn case and should be chastised for it, whether one agrees or disagrees with the Justice Department’s decision on its merits.

There is a joke lawyers who practice in Federal Court like to tell.

Angel Gabriel summons Sigmund Freud in heaven and tells him God is having delusions of grandeur.

Freud asks how God can have delusions of grandeur: There is no one grander than Him.

To which the Angel Gabriel responded, “he thinks he’s a federal judge.”

But what Judge Sullivan is doing is no joke.

He is endangering our system of separation of powers and he should be stopped by a writ of mandamus or a motion to recuse. Judges, too, are not above the law or the Constitution.

100,000 Businesses Have Permanently Collapsed Under Pandemic Lockdowns — The Federalist

100,000 Businesses Have Permanently Collapsed Under Pandemic Lockdowns

More than 100,000 small businesses have permanently shuttered within just two months as pandemic lockdowns devastated the nation’s economy landing 36 million Americans out of work, according to a new survey this week.

A team of researchers at the University of Illinois, Harvard University, Harvard Business School and University of Chicago discovered at least 2 percent of the nation’s small businesses are now gone after conducting a representative survey of more than 5,800 enterprises between May 9-11.

“The broad conclusion of our research is that a lot of small businesses which make up a big share of U.S. employment have daily limited resources and are under a fair amount of financial distress,” said Illinois economist Alexander Bartik who co-authored the study.

Limited cash and limited time for conditions to change, Bartik told The Federalist, could drive up that number significantly in the days to come. The team of economists found that the median small business with expenses exceeding $10,000 a month had only enough resources to stay afloat for two weeks. About 75 percent of those surveyed, said they didn’t have the resources to last more than two months.

The researchers’ findings line largely consistent with a March poll by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce with MetLife showing one in four small businesses were preparing for permanent closure within about eight weeks absent of reopenings or new federal relief. Even after Congress replenished the depleted small business forgivable loan fund in the Payment Protection Program (PPP), complicated and cumbersome requirements to qualify for loan forgiveness made securing federal relief impractical.

On top of a wide array of tedious conditions to avoid having to pay back the low-interest loans, businesses became forced to compete with beefed up federal unemployment insurance with a flat $600 a week on top of state benefits that offer furloughed workers more money than full-time employment. Businesses under the PPP are required to rehire laid off staff resistant to remain eligible for loan forgiveness putting employers in a tough spot that need to bring back workers but don’t want to cut their pay.

“On what planet am I competing with unemployment?” Washington salon owner Jamie Black-Lewis told CNBC upon facing outraged employees upset at her securing the government loan.

A team of economists at the Heritage Foundation estimate that the ramped up benefits with radically expanded eligibility rules making it easier to qualify have pushed unemployment up by nearly 14 million as they incentivize staff to remain directly dependent on the government handout.

Tom Sullivan, the vice president of small business policy at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, told The Federalist he believes the increased emergency benefits have instead saved many who have applied for relief from overwhelmed state unemployment offices.

Sullivan estimates that the outlook for small businesses is likely to get worse before it gets better without a dramatic change in circumstances of new aid from the government.

“There is a recognition that more funding is necessary,” Sullivan said as limited reopenings have dramatically altered the landscape for how businesses are operating. Those in the hospitality industry in particular will be open with limited capacity, unable to cater to the same number of guests who had previously flocked to their services. “It’s better to be reopened, but it’s not just reopening with the same expenses you had in 2019. There’s going to be more expenses.”

Senate Republican Majority Leader Mitch McConnell of Kentucky said Thursday there is a “high likelihood” that congressional lawmakers will be passing a fourth round of pandemic stimulus on top of the nearly $3 trillion already spent, but rejected the House Democrats’ $3 trillion bill proposed Wednesday more as a “liberal wish list.”

The U.S. Chamber of Commerce has released a four-page guide to help small businesses navigate reopening.

Biden Campaign Hires Interpreter To Translate His Speeches Into English — The Babylon Bee

U.S.—The Biden campaign is facing a real communication problem as Joe Biden’s speeches are growing more and more nonsensical. In order to overcome this challenge, aides have hired an interpreter to translate everything he says into normal, human-style English.

“My fellow Americans, pickle hamster meatloaf. The thing. Potato!” Biden began.

“My fellow Americans, thank you for being here this evening,” the interpreter translated.

Biden continued: “This pandemic has cost us more than 85,000 jobs as of today. Lives of millions of people. Millions of people. Millions of jobs.” He then nodded at the translator to interpret that into something resembling plain English.

“Uh… the, uh, pandemic has cost us tens of millions of jobs, and 85,000 have tragically lost their lives,” she interpreted frantically.

But she struggled to keep up as his speech got less and less coherent.

“Peanut butter M&Ms and my fellow U.S. Americans in the Iraq. Platypus!” was translated as “We must make sure Donald Trump does not continue to rob America of its future,” while “Farley farley farley farley farley hufaaaaaaaar!” was translated as “I am the best choice to beat Donald Trump.”

As Biden’s speech concluded, he said farewell: “Ekki-Ekki-Ekki-Ekki-PTANG. Zoom-Boing. Z’ nourrwringmm!”

“God bless you, and God bless America.”

DEEP STATE’S WEAPON: FAUCI Warned Trump of SURPRISE OUTBREAK During His Admininistration

Absolute Truth from the Word of God

One America News broke the story of how DEEP STATE TONY   warned the Trump administration that there was no doubt that they would be facing a ‘SURPRISE OUTBREAK” of a massive infectious disease.

When did DEEP STATE TONY bring his dire warning?

In 2017.

I will call this monster “DST” gong forward in my articles.

The Left are acting outraged at this revelation of DST predicting a “Surprise Outbreak” during the Trump Administration.

The Fake News team have huddled together to form a narrative about this.  They are asking why President Trump did not prepare for this…….why medical supplies were not purchased.

Well, I’ll tell you why:  From 1974 until 2019, DST sent $7.4 million to ‘Bat…

May 15 When God Seems Unfair

Ezekiel 18:25

You say, “The way of the Lord is not fair.” Hear now … is it not My way which is fair, and your ways which are not fair?

That’s not fair! Did you ever say that to your parents? Most of us have, and in some cases we have spoken the truth. But usually children feel that way because they’re unable to see things from a more mature perspective.

In Isaiah 55:8–9, our heavenly Father says:My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways.… For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.”

Abraham might have wondered if God were being too harsh with the population of Sodom, but he contented himself with this assurance: “Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” (Genesis 18:25).

He shall! God is righteous—that is, He is morally right, and He is right in His decisions and in all His ways. But God tempers His justice with mercy. If you sometimes feel God has treated you unfairly, tell Him so. Then ask Him to give you a higher understanding of His ways and a deeper dependence on His grace. You can trust the Judge of all the earth to do right.[1]

Neurosurgeon Says Face Masks Pose Serious Risk to Healthy People — Christian Research Network

“Now that we have established that there is no scientific evidence necessitating the wearing of a face mask for prevention, are there dangers to wearing a face mask, especially for long periods? Several studies have indeed found significant problems with wearing such a mask. This can vary from headaches, to increased airway resistance, carbon dioxide accumulation, to hypoxia, all the way to serious life-threatening complications.”

(Megan Fox – PJ Media) Every Karen on Facebook is shaming her neighbors for not wearing a face mask. We are being told by governors that if we don’t wear them we are selfish, horrible human beings with no souls who want Grandma to die a horrible death….

Police are tackling people who don’t wear them properly in the subway. Grocery stores are throwing maskless people out and denying them service. But now, there’s another doctor weighing in—besides Dr. Fauci, bonafide sex god and ruler of us all, who also said face masks are largely security theater and of no use to the healthy. Dr. Russell Blaylock, a neurosurgeon, has written an editorial addressing healthy people wearing masks to protect themselves from COVID-19 and his advice is: don’t.

First, Blaylock says, there is no scientific evidence that it is effective against COVID-19 transmission. Pro-science people should care about this. View article →

Nunes: Criminal referrals against Mueller team being considered | WND

Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif.

A key congressman in the investigation into all the antics of the Obama administration, Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., says there likely will be criminal referrals that target members of FBI special counsel Robert Mueller’s team.

“We’re looking at doing criminal referrals on the Mueller team, the Mueller dossier team, the Mueller witch hunt, whatever you want to call it. That’s where we are now in our investigation,” Nunes told “Witch Hunt” hosted by Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett.

Mueller and his team investigated for more than two years Democrat claims of Trump 2016 campaign collusion with Russia. He concluded the evidence just wasn’t there. And recently transcripts of testimony taken by the U.S. House during its own investigation revealed that key Obama administration leaders knew all along there was no evidence of collusion – even as they were talking on nightly network programs about how there was evidence.

Nunes is the top Republican on the House Intelligence Committee and vowed to pursue multiple new criminal referrals amid the ongoing fallout of bombshell revelations in the Justice Department’s handling of the Russia probe.

A year ago, he sent eight criminal referrals to U.S. Attorney General William Barr alleging several ‘potential violations’ of the law in the course the FBI’s investigation into Russian meddling and contacts with Trump advisers during the 2016 campaign, Fox reported.

“Now in the wake of the Justice Department’s decision to drop charges against former Trump National Security Adviser General Michael Flynn, Nunes is turning his attention to the conduct of the special counsel, who was appointed after President Donald Trump fired FBI Director James Comey,” the report said.

Nunes revealed on the program, “We’re doing a large criminal referral on the Mueller dossier team that put together a fraudulent report – that knew there was no collusion the day that Mueller walked in the door. They set an obstruction of justice trap. There’s no doubt in my mind that we will make a conspiracy referral there.”

In addition, the report said, Nunes wants to find out if top Obama team players at the FBI and Department of Justice were involved in the Mueller team’s actions.

The lawyer on the case against Flynn, for example, “Had to know those documents existed, had to know they were working with a falsified 302 – that’s a very simple criminal referral.”

And there could be obstruction of Congress counts.

“We know that the House of Representatives … had multiple requests, multiple subpoenas that were out there that effectively were never answered, even though they claim they answered them. Well, now what we learned is that they lied and misled Congress by omission,” Nunes said on the interview.

“They thought it was cute to just not give us things, not tell us things and say that they met the requirements,” he continued. “Well, now that these documents are turning up, you know, who was guiding the redactions that were done? Who was instructing things to remain classified?

“Was that the leadership of DOJ and the FBI communicating with Mueller? And was that Mueller making that call or was that the senior leadership? Look, that’s not for us to determine. That’s for a U.S. attorney to determine who was lying.

“I want to see all of them held accountable for this.”

The Washington Examiner noted, “Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz determined late last year the FBI made “at least 17 significant errors or omissions” in the applications for Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act warrants spanning from October 2016 to the summer of 2017 “that targeted former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.”
