The Biden Administration and woke US military elites refuse to leave the Kabul airport premises to rescue the thousands of stranded Americans in Kabul, Afghanistan.
French and British soldiers are being sent out to rescue their countrymen who are trapped inside the city.
Joe Biden will not allow our military to rescue Americans and does not know how many Americans are left to be rescued.
This is the greatest American defeat in history under the leadership of a dementia patient.
There are now reports that British troops are even rescuing Americans in Kabul.
This is a total disgrace. And as President Trump said, it will only get worse.
The Washington Examiner reported:
I understand that the commanding general of the 82nd Airborne Division has told the commander of the British special forces at the Kabul airport to cease operations beyond the airport perimeter.
Maj. Gen. Christopher Donahue has told his British Army counterpart, a high-ranking field-grade officer of the British army’s 22nd Special Air Service Regiment, that British operations were embarrassing the United States military in the absence of similar U.S. military operations. I understand that the British officer firmly rejected the request.
This show of rare tension between the U.S. and British command groups in Kabul reflects three factors.
First, it shows the obvious stress of attempting to extricate thousands of personnel under a situation of increasing terrorist threat. Elements of the Haqqani network, the Islamic State in Afghanistan, and possibly al Qaeda are now operating in proximity to Kabul airport with some degree of command separation from the Taliban.
In addition, the British military has more operational latitude in Kabul than the U.S. military, including the Navy SEAL elements present at the airport. I understand that the SAS has conducted operations to bring American citizens, as well as British citizens and at-risk personnel, through checkpoints and to the airport.
Joe Biden is heading back to his Delaware basement on Saturday according to his public schedule.
Biden will depart Fort McNair for Wilmington, Delaware at 12:05 PM ET.
Instead of staying in Washington and working with his top military advisors to come up with a plan to extract Americans trapped in Afghanistan, Biden is flying home.
Biden thinks he deserves a flight home more than Americans trapped in Afghanistan.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin on Friday confirmed Americans are being beaten and harassed by the Taliban at checkpoints.
Americans are being blocked from traveling to Kabul airport.
The British Government is sending Para Troops in vehicles through the center of Kabul to rescue their citizens.
French forces have made multiple trips back and forth from their embassy over the last few days to extract over 200 French citizens out of the region.
Two German special forces helicopters have also arrived in Kabul to rescue citizens.
There are reports that British special forces are rescuing Americans stuck in Afghanistan.
Joe Biden however is allowing tens of thousands of Americans to be at the mercy of a very dangerous terrorist faction as he takes off to his basement bunker.
If we attach our affections to the things of this world, we will spend eternity separated from the love of God; however, if we attach our affections to the person and work of Jesus, we will spend eternity in the presence of God where there is light and hope forever.
Do not love the world or anything in the world. If anyone loves the world, love for the Father is not in them. For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever.
– 1 John 2:15-17
When I was growing up, I loved the sport of skateboarding. I was fascinated by the culture, clothing, and language. The vast majority of my time was spent learning tricks and researching the newest skate companies. I vividly recall the joy I felt when a UPS driver arrived at my house to deliver a CCS box. That box contained magic. It provided opportunities. Within its four walls was a complete skateboard, each component I carefully selected after hours of flipping through skate magazines. Skateboarding was a means to happiness.
After skating all day with my friends, we would huddle around the television to play Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater or watch the X-Games, a competition featuring the best skateboarders in the world. I knew I was destined to be the next Tony Hawk. I was going to be a famous professional skateboarder. I just knew it.
Even though I spent years developing the craft, my dreams of stardom never materialized in the real world. I was crushed after realizing I would never be a famous skateboarder.
Why do I share these childhood memories with you? I share them because we all have the propensity to set our affections on things of this world. We often find our hope, identity, and purpose in the things we do and love. Please hear me clearly, developing our God-given talents and desires is never a problem. In fact, we should always seek to steward the gifts God has given us. The real problem arises when we attach our affections to things of this world apart from any connection to God or His glory.
In her commentary on the epistles of John, Marianne Meye Thompson states that worldliness looks like a constant rejection of God’s claims in favor of our own values and desires.
If Thompson’s words are true, we must ask ourselves some serious questions: What values are most important to us? What do we desire most? Can our answers be reconciled with the claims of Scripture?
Sadly, many of us fall into worldly patterns without even realizing it. Scripture is crystal clear. In Romans 12:2, Paul says,
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will.
Furthermore, James 4:4 says,
You adulterous people, don’t you know that friendship with the world means enmity against God? Therefore, anyone who chooses to be a friend of the world becomes an enemy of God.
We must persuade our fellow citizens to return to the understanding that moral order is framed in relation to creation order, that God ordains political authority, that law and justice are rooted in an objective moral order founded by God. That truth is objective and rooted in God’s revelation of himself.
America has always been more religiously devout than other Western democracies. But now, like them, it has begun to secularize rapidly. And, as religion has declined, political ideology has intensified, society has fragmented, and cultural common ground has disintegrated. As a result, politics is increasingly divisive and existentially fraught.
For over three decades, debates about politics and about what it means to be American have been undertaken with a sweated anxiety and with the zeal of a religious fundamentalist.
Make no mistake: politics is inherently religious. As the great bishop, Augustine of Hippo averred, deeply felt political conviction should be understood as redirected religion. Similarly, over a century ago, Dutch theologian and prime minister Abraham Kuyper sought throughout his career to show that ideologies are essentially faith-based.
That faith and politics are inherently conjoined is not all bad. In fact, religious commonality has often helped societies gain and maintain a certain amount of political cohesion. If most people in a society adhere to roughly the same religious beliefs, the odds are better that the political common ground among its members is broader than it would be otherwise.
For this very reason, Americans now have much less common ground than we did before. However, we might find temporary common ground when under attack by an enemy such as Al-Qaeda, we have very little in common when it comes to deeply-held beliefs and values. Whereas in the past, most Americans assented to significant components of the Judeo-Christian moral framework, today no such consensus can be found. Members of various ideological tribes are less able to understand each other or extend goodwill to one another and thus tend to view each other’s members with suspicion and, often, hostility.
As Shadi Hamid recently noted, “the newly ascendant American ideologies, having to fill the vacuum where religion once was…are meant to be divisive.” By way of example, he offers the Left’s “wokeness” movement, which takes “religious notions such as original sin, atonement, ritual, and excommunication and repurpose(s) them for secular ends.” Likewise, certain strands of nationalism on the right coopt religious language and sentiment to bolster a vision of ethnic or cultural hegemony.
This was not always true of American society. In the past, Christianity provided significant existential commonality among America’s citizens and a common culture within which to live.

Rep. Chris Stewart (R-Utah) joined Glenn Beck on the radio program to explain why he believes that if Donald Trump were still president, the horrifying mess we’re currently witnessing in Afghanistan never would’ve happened.
Stewart told Glenn of a conversation he had with the president during which Trump made two parts of his Afghanistan exit plan clear: First, all Americans and Afghanis helping the military would be evacuated before U.S. troops. Second, Trump was “adamant” that he would not allow for the Taliban to cross any “red lines” in the process.
Watch the video clip below to catch more of the conversation:
100 Percent Fed Up – An Oklahoma mom heroically made the decision to fly to the middle east in an effort to save as many members of the Afghan’s Girls Robotics Team as possible. The mother to 11-children, Allyson Reneau is a Harvard graduate who holds a Master’s degree in international relations and US space policy.
After watching the news, horrified by the deteriorating situation in Afghanistan as Taliban forces advanced, 60-year-old Reneau, took it upon herself to try and save members of the Afghan Girls Robotic Team. A call to Senator Jim Inhofe (R-Ok), a ranking member of the Armed Services Committee was her first thought, but the Senator was focused on rescuing Americans trapped overseas.
Desperate to help the girls, Reneau took the next step, as the New York Postreports: She flew into Qatar on Aug. 9 after making a “Hail Mary” call to a former roommate at the US Embassy there – to help get the girls from the advancing Taliban, known for their oppressive treatment of women.
Reneau had been in contact with the team — made of girls ages 16 to 18 — since 2019 when she worked on the board of directors for Explore Mars and met the girls when they attended the organization’s annual Humans to Mars conference.
The team was hailed in Western media as the future of the war-ravaged country, as well as a shining example of how women’s rights had improved after the US invaded following 9/11.
“I remembered my former roommate in D.C. a couple of years ago was transferred to Qatar,” Reneau told NBC. “She said she worked in the U.S. Embassy in Qatar. … She was sure her boss would approve helping the girls.”
“She wrote up a request, and I got all of their passports together,” Reneau said. “She went back to the Embassy at midnight and worked all night to prepare the documents [and] packets for the girls.”
Reneau said it was chaotic trying to get the girls out, who “were in a sea of chaos with 8 million people and a city halfway around the world,” forcing her to work at the embassy all night.
“It’s a very narrow window of opportunity,” she told NBC. “I knew that if I didn’t run through that door now — it’s now or never. Sometimes you only get one chance.”
According to NBC, Reneau is still working to get 25 more girls from the team to safety.
The U.S. Department of Defense has restricted its evacuation of American personnel and Afghan civilians who worked for U.S. forces to Kabul’s Hamid Karzai International Airport. There is a report that the U.S. government is “counting on the Taliban to help Americans and Afghans get access to the airport.” At the same time, British, German, and French special forces are going into the city of Kabul to rescue their citizens.
There have been some chaotic scenes at the Hamid Karzai International Airport ever since the Taliban captured Kabul. The U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan has instructed American citizens to go to the Kabul airport to evacuate the country. However, the U.S. Embassy in Afghanistan has also warned that the “United States government cannot ensure safe passage to the Hamid Karzai International Airport.”
A Fox News report stated the 6,000 U.S. troops in Afghanistan are “under strict orders” not to leave the Kabul airport to rescue Americans in the city.
“The U.S. government is counting on the Taliban to help Americans and Afghans get access to the airport,” the report added.
Fox News host Brett Baier asked Pentagon spokesman John Kirby if there was a deal with the Taliban that restricts U.S. forces from extracting Americans from the city of Kabul.
“No. There’s no deal that restricts forces to the airport but Bret, that’s where the mission is,” Kirby responded. “The troops are there for really two things. One, to keep that airport safe and secure for people and for flight operations and two, to make sure that those flight operations can go as unimpeded as possible with few delays.”
Baier pointed out that other nations, such as the U.K., reportedly used their forces to rescue their citizens.
“We have not seen any great impediments to the safe passage that the Taliban have agreed to facilitate,” Kirby replied. “Americans are getting through those checkpoints, and they are getting onto the base on the airfield, and they are being flown out of Kabul. I won’t speak to potential, future operations that may or may not be conducted. What I can tell you is that the operation that we’re conducting now, and that is to keep that airfield open and running and Americans are getting through the lines and they are getting onto planes.”
However, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said during a Wednesday news conference that the U.S. does not have “the capability to go out and collect large numbers of people.”
During his news conference Friday, President Biden was asked about sending U.S. troops into Kabul to evacuate Americans who couldn’t get to the airport.
“We have no indication that they haven’t been able to get in Kabul through the airport,” Biden replied. “We’ve made an agreement with the Taliban thus far, they’ve allowed them to go through and they’re interested in them to go through. So we know of no circumstance where American citizens are carrying an American passport are trying to get through to the airport, but we will do whatever needs to be done to see to that they get to the airport.”
Another reporter questioned Biden about the “chaos and violence” around the airport, and asked, “Are you saying unequivocally that any American who wants to get to the airport is getting there and getting past the security barrier and to the planes where they want to go?”
Biden responded, “And the answer is to the best of our knowledge, the Taliban checkpoints, they are letting through people showing American passports. Now, that’s a different question when they get into the rush and crowd of all the folks just outside the wall, near the airport.”
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.), a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee, said, “My office has received numerous reports of American citizens and Afghan allies being harassed, beaten, and abused by Taliban thugs. These reports are in addition to the televised scenes of chaos at the airport perimeter.”
There are reports that Afghans who worked for the U.S. are fearful of Taliban checkpoints because their previous work with Westerners makes them a prime target for retribution.
While the U.S. says it can’t or doesn’t need to go into Kabul to rescue Americans, other countries have purportedly accomplished successful missions to extract their citizens.
The Daily Telegraph reported that the U.K. government deployed paratroopers to the streets of Kabul to rescue 200 British nationals.
Germany announced it will send two light helicopters with special forces to Kabul to evacuate Germans at risk or situated in remote regions, according to the Jerusalem Post.
France 24 reported that its military helped more than 200 French nationals, foreign nationals, and Afghans get to the airport.
French President Emmanuel Macron tweeted, “To our armies, police and diplomatic teams who organize these sensitive operations, thank you. We continue.”
CBS News reported, “U.S. military transport planes have air-lifted around 5,000 people, mostly U.S. citizens and Afghans who once worked for the U.S., out of the country. But there are around 60 to 80,000 left to get out, by President Biden’s count, and that includes more than 10,000 Americans.”
The Biden administration has made Aug. 31 the deadline to evacuate Americans out of Afghanistan, but on Wednesday, President Biden said the deadline could be extended to “get them all out.”
Former President Donald Trump spoke out on Friday to accuse Joe Biden of leaving Americans to die in Afghanistan, saying that this is a “dereliction of duty.”
“Leaving Americans behind for death is an unforgivable dereliction of duty, which will go down in infamy,” Trump said.
This came one day after Trump explained how a proper Afghan withdrawal should have been conducted.
“First you bring out all of the American citizens,” Trump said. “Then you bring out ALL equipment. Then you bomb the bases into smithereens,” Trump’s statement said. “AND THEN YOU BRING OUT THE MILITARY. You don’t do it in reverse order like Biden and our woke Generals did.”
This comes after Biden was widely panned for an interview he gave to George Stephanopoulis in which he knocked on wood and said “no one’s being killed right now.”
“But, look – but no one’s being killed right now, God forgive me if I’m wrong about that, but no one’s being killed right now,” Biden said.
On Thursday night, Fox News host Sean Hannity demanded that Biden resign from the presidency if “he’s not up to do the job,” claiming he and his administration have become “totally detached and out to lunch” and arguing their response to the crisis in Afghanistan is a ‘dereliction of duty.”
“And today, Joe Biden had no public events, again,” the Fox News host stated. “Called a lid, I’m done, at 3:30 in the afternoon, no press briefing. I guess Jen Psaki is back on vacation because we didn’t hear from her. We haven’t heard a word from Kamala Harris in more than a week. And thousands of American lives are at risk at this hour and the Biden administration is completely, totally detached and out to lunch,” he said.
“This is, by every definition, a dereliction of duty,” Hannity said. “If Joe Biden is not up for this job. Now, we’ve joked about it. We’ve kidded about it. We’ve shown you the video, and then we stop laughing about it because it’s not funny, because seeing Joe Biden weak and frail and a cognitive mess is not good for the United States.”
US Army Major General Hank Taylor
The Pentagon on Friday briefed reporters on the Biden Admin’s failure to safely evacuate American citizens from Afghanistan.
Tens of thousands of Americans are currently trapped in Afghanistan because of Joe Biden’s incompetence and corruption.
According to multiple reports, Americans are being beaten and injured by Taliban terrorists and are unable to safely pass through checkpoints to get to Kabul airport.
Joe Biden and people from his regime claimed thousands of people were safely evacuated from Afghanistan in the last 24 hours.
However, many of the evacuees are NOT Americans.
US Army Major General Hank Taylor, a logistics specialist on the Joint Chiefs of Staff on Friday said of the 6,000 people evacuated in the last 24 hours only “a couple hundreds” are Americans.
How is this acceptable?
CNN reporter Clarissa Ward Friday evening (eastern time) tweeted a photo from inside her evacuation flight and it’s packed with Afghans.
Where are the Americans??
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin contradicted Joe Biden and said Americans trying to get to Kabul airport have been “beaten” by the Taliban.
According to multiple reports, Americans stuck in Afghanistan were beaten throughout the night.
One American woman was beaten twice even though she was carrying a US passport.
According to sources on the ground, Americans are being beaten and injured by Taliban terrorists and stopped from boarding planes.
Secretary Austin confirmed these reports to House members during a briefing call on Friday, according to Politico and CNN.
Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin told lawmakers Friday that Americans trying to leave Afghanistan have been beaten by Taliban fighters, according to several people who participated in a briefing call with Austin and other top officials.
During the briefing call, Austin called the reports of Taliban beatings “unacceptable,” but did not elaborate on efforts to ensure Americans’ safe passage to Hamid Karzai International Airport in Afghanistan’s capital city. He specifically declined to “rule in or out” the possibility of U.S. troops moving beyond the airport to help Americans and others get to safety.
“We’re also aware that some people, including Americans, have been harassed and even beaten by the Taliban,” Austin said on the call, according to multiple sources. “This is unacceptable and [we] made it clear to the designated Taliban leader.”
Austin added that “with the exception of those cases, we continue to see Americans and appropriately credentialed Afghans continue to move through.”
Earlier Friday Joe Biden said the US knows of no circumstance where American citizens, carrying an American passport are having trouble getting to the airport.
The Practice of Holiness Judges Without Words
1 Thessalonians 4:7; 1 Peter 2:12; 3:1, 16
For that judging or condemning of others with which they are so provoked, there is but one way whereby it may be done so as to give no just offense, and this is in our lives. The practice of holiness judges all unholy persons in their own breasts.

Do Not Be Discouraged at Temptation
2 Chronicles 20:17; Isaiah 40:31; Matthew 13:8, 23; Mark 4:8, 20; Luke 8:8, 15; Ephesians 3:16; James 1:13–14; Revelation 12:17
If Satan fume and roar against you, whether it be against your bodies by persecution, or inward in your conscience by a spiritual battle, do not be discouraged, as though you were less acceptable in God’s presence, or that Satan might at any time prevail against you. No! Your temptations and storms that arise so suddenly argue and witness that the seed that is sown has fallen on good ground, has begun to take root, and shall, by God’s grace, bring forth fruit abundantly in due season and convenient time. That is what Satan fears; and therefore thus he rages (and shall rage) against you, thinking that if he can repulse you now suddenly in the beginning, that then you will be at all times an easy prey, never able to resist his assaults. But as my hope is good, so shall my prayer be, that you may be so strengthened, that the world and Satan himself may understand and perceive, that God fights your battle.

Then shall we know, if we follow on to know the Lord. (Hosea 6:3)
Not all at once, but by degrees shall we attain to holy knowledge, and our business is to persevere and learn by little and little. We need not despair, though our progress may be slow, for we shall yet know. The Lord, who has become our Teacher, will not give us up, however slow of understanding we may be; for it is not for His honor that any degree of human folly should baffle His skill. The Lord delights to make the simple wise.
Our duty is to keep to our main topic and follow on to know, not this peculiar doctrine nor that, but Jehovah Himself. To know Father, Son, and Spirit, the Triune God, this is life eternal. let us keep to this, for in this way we shall gain complete instruction. By following on to know the Lord, we learn healing after being torn, binding up after smiting, and life after death. Experience has its perfect work when the heart follows the trackway of the almighty Lord.
My soul, keep thou close to Jesus, follow on to know God in Jesus, and so shalt thou come to the knowledge of Christ, which is the most excellent of all the sciences. The Holy Ghost will lead thee into all truth. Is not this His gracious oR’ice? Rely upon Him to fulfill it.
Is everything in life—the good times and bad, the joys and disappointments, the open doors and roadblocks—ultimately the result of a cosmic roll of the dice? Plenty of people feel that way, living as if every outcome is ultimately governed by nothing more than blind chance. In simple terms, they believe that life is random.
“It’s your breath in our lungs...”* We frequently sing those words in Sunday worship but they carry far greater impact since my husband’s recent illness. His body was almost instantly weakened when a deadly bacterial attack resulted in organ damage. For two months, every minute of day and night, auxiliary oxygen continuously pumped into his lungs until they gradually strengthened sufficiently to work on their own.
When God created the first human, he “breathed into his nostrils the breath of life and the man became a living being.” And so it is for every follower of Jesus to this day. Without God’s very breath of life—his Holy Spirit—continually infusing life-giving power, we soon grow spiritually weak, even find ourselves fainting from the exhaustion of going it alone.
We are constantly bombarded by the “bacteria” of the world—doubt, selfishness, anger, anxiety—all causing us to stumble with weakness instead of firmly walking with confidence through life. In the Bible is written, “be continually filled with the Holy Spirit,“ constantly breathe in his life-sustaining power by walking intimately with him. Just as oxygen was pumped from a source, God’s breath is the source infusing us as we submit to his leading, spend time in reading and reflecting on his words from the Bible, and listening to his whispers in prayer. Strong spiritual lungs are as crucial as those residing in our bodies.

• How to be filled with the Holy Spirit
“This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. And if we know that he hears us — whatever we ask — we know that we have what we asked of him: 1 John 5:14-15
Admittedly, I know sometimes I do. Lately, the anguish of urgency and impatient expectation is an excruciating, burdensome ritual. My head conflicts with my heart as I cry out for God to answer quickly, but the ongoing sound of silence births even more exasperated cries: Are my prayers bouncing off the ceiling? Is God really listening? A gentle prompting appeases my burden – compelling me to trust and wait, despite the contradictory, untrustworthy counsel of my natural senses.
Throughout Scripture, prophets, priests, and patriarchs remind us that God hears his people’s prayers. Jesus assures us likewise. John echoes Jesus’ assertion by defining our confidence when we approach God’s throne in prayer. John clarifies confidence as knowing God hears prayers that align with his will. He emphasizes his counsel by asserting, “We know . . . whatever we ask . . . we know . . . we have what we asked of him.” John’s counsel exudes trust. He doesn’t need to know all the details. He doesn’t allow his natural senses to avert or affirm God’s ever eternal truth. He surrenders the big picture details confidently before God’s throne by the power of the Holy Spirit living in him.
As Christ followers, we have much to learn from Scripture’s counsel. Our misplaced sense of entitlement to completely understand God’s tactic and timeline can hinder our prayer walk because we don’t see or understand the big picture. The big picture is God’s business. Our prayer mantle and posture are to align our requests with his Word and will. In the interim, between our request and our Father’s response, God influences our perspective, nurtures our relationship, and transforms our trust.
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for the sound counsel of your Word. Give me the words and wisdom to align my prayers and petitions with your will. Increase my patience as I learn to trust you completely with all the details and surrender my prayers’ outcomes at your throne.
Seek to worship God and pray according to his will by praying through a psalm or other biblical passage

Not Keeping the Honey for Yourself
I will not believe that you have tasted of the honey of the gospel if you can eat it all yourself. True grace puts an end to all spiritual monopoly.

The Truly Wise Person
Proverbs 17:27; Micah 6:8; 1 Timothy 1:5
He is truly wise who hates iniquity, who speaks the truth, and works the works of justice; and he that leads a sober and chaste life, who is pious, humble and devout, and who shuns the perilous rocks of temptation, possesses true wisdom, and the favor of God and of men. His conscience is pure—sorrow assails him not. Peace is his possession, and God often pours into his breast consolations that the world can neither know nor relish.
