House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) joined Rob Schmitt on Newsmax TV on Thursday night.

Comer discussed the latest criminal conduct by the Biden Crime Family. On entering office, Joe Biden immediately ended the China Initiative that prevented China from stealing research from US universities.

James Comer: The thing that stands out in my mind is one of the first acts Joe Biden made as President of the United States is he canceled a thing called the China Initiative. And what that was, was the FBI had had this investigation ongoing since the Obama administration at the request of university presidents all over America, who were complaining that these Chinese students who were coming to the United States legally, who were paying full tuition but they were stealing our intellectual property, stealing our research and development and sending it back to China… The only person that benefited from that, the only country, would be the Chinese Communist Party, because this is their way of not having to invest in research and development…

…So one of the things and you’re going to hear someone in a deposition talk about this very soon that the bidens agreed to accept money from China for was to help them invest in the United States. Invest in? The energy industry. Invest in manufacturing farmland. Invest in anything that they could get their hands on because they had so much money and there were so many barriers to entry. So Joe Biden, when he was in the private sector, along with his son, and this is the CEFC, which was the big guy, this was the 10% for the big guy. Their company was all about helping China take over the United States in as many investment deals as possible because the United States had barriers to entry. These are the things the Bidens were doing in exchange for the money they were taking from the Chinese Communist Party…

…Fortunately for the American people with respect to Tony Bobulinsky, very soon Tony Babalinski is going to have an opportunity to tell the American people just exactly what the Bidens did with China. And I think this is going to be alarming to every American and this is a national security risk. And this is why we fear this president is compromised because of the millions and millions of dollars they’ve taken from the Chinese Communist Party.

LEAK: Jack Smith Preparing to Hit Trump with 45 More Charges as ‘Back-Up Plan’ in Classified Documents Case

Another day, another leak.

Jack Smith is reportedly preparing to hit President Trump with 45 additional charges as a ‘backup plan’ should Judge Aileen Cannon, a Trump appointee, delay or thwart the classified documents case currently in the Southern District of Florida.

The additional charges are expected “in the coming weeks,” The Independent reported.

President Trump was recently indicted on 37 federal counts in a Florida court in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.

According to the latest leak, the special counsel’s prosecutors are preparing a “superseding indictment” – a separate set of charges against Trump in the Southern District of Florida.

Jack Smith’s prosecutors may also bring additional charges against Trump in a different venue if they feel Judge Aileen Cannon is being too fair to Trump.

This is the same theory that corrupt prosecutor Andrew Weissmann recently floated.

Trump was charged with 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information and 6 other process crimes stemming from his conversations with his lawyer.

Jack Smith however did not charge Trump with dissemination of the national defense information related to documents stored at his Bedminster, New Jersey golf club.

According to the indictment reviewed by this reporter, In July 2021, at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, NJ, during an audio-recorded meeting with a reporter and two staffers, Trump “showed and described a “plan of attack” that Trump said was prepared for him by the DoD and a senior military official.”

The Florida indictment did not include a charge for the so-called ‘Iran memo’ – so Jack Smith can hit Trump with charges in another venue outside of Florida.

The Department of Justice is prepared to seek indictments against multiple figures in former president Donald Trump’s orbit and may yet bring additional charges against the ex-president in the coming weeks, The Independent has learned.

According to sources familiar with the matter, the department has made preparations to bring what is known as a “superseding indictment” — a second set of charges against an already-indicted defendant that could include more serious crimes — against the ex-president in the Southern District of Florida.

But prosecutors may also choose to bring additional charges against Mr Trump in a different venue, depending on how they feel the case they have brought against him in is proceeding.

The Independent understands that prosecutors’ decision on whether to seek additional charges from a grand jury — and where to seek them — will depend in part on whether they feel the Trump-appointed district judge overseeing the case against him in the Southern District of Florida, Aileen Cannon, is giving undue deference to the twice-impeached, now twice-indicted former president.

IRS Supervisor Agent Gary Shapley told John Solomon during an interview that aired Thursday on the “John Solomon Reports” podcast that he uncovered evidence of Hunter Biden participating in a “pretty classic tax evasion scheme” but the documents never made it to the FBI of the U.S. Attorney in Delaware. “If you’re specifically talking about  Burisma, for 2014, there was conservatively, $400,000 in unreported Burisma income on his income tax returns,” Shapeley said about the Ukrainian gas company that put Hunter on its board. “And, you know, that was around $120,000 to $125,000 in tax withholdings as a result of that failure to report that income.” “And so that’s still outstanding, and because, you know, 2014-15, was denied by the DC US attorney. And then David Weiss requested Special Counsel authority and didn’t get it. And then they allow that statute of limitations to expire, even though defense counsel had signed extensions on that previously. There is no legal remedy to go and get that money unless he does so voluntarily,” he explained. “It’s a pretty classic tax evasion scheme, and it was for the purpose of not paying taxes on this income,” Shapley says he told Congress. “You know, even the parties didn’t treat the money the same because Hunter Biden is telling his people that they are loans to him and Devon Archer and Rosemont Seneca Bohai are booking those as expenses on their books.” “We work very closely with the FBI agents on this case, including their national security agent. Supreme Court Sides With Christian Web Designer Vs. Same-Sex Couple | ZeroHedge News

The Supreme Court on Friday sided with a Christian graphic web designer, Lorie Smith, who objected to designing wedding websites for same-sex couples.

The 6-3 decision, split among ideological lines, cam after Smith sued the state of Colorado over its anti-discrimination law prohibiting businesses from denying services based on a customer’s sexual orientation.

In its ruling, the Court’s conservative majority ruled that the First Amendment bars Colorado from forcing “an individual to speak in ways that align with its views but defy her conscience about a matter of major significance.”

Smith, who owns design company 303 Creative – which has previously served gay customers – only wants to work with heterosexual couples for her wedding website business. She argued that Colorado’s law would force her and other artists to offer customized messages which violate her beliefs and First Amendment rights.

Supporters of Colorado’s law say the decision could allow businesses to discriminate against a wide range of customers – including interfaith couples or those of other races.

In a dissent, Justice Sotomayor wrote: “Today, the Court, for the first time in its history, grants a business open to the public a constitutional right to refuse to serve members of a protected class.”

The case is reminiscent of the ‘gay wedding cake’ controversy that arose a decade ago, after Colorado baker Jack Phillips refused to make a wedding cake for a gay couple, also on religious grounds. The court ruled for the baker, however the decision – penned by Justice Anthony Kennedy – did not settle whether the First Amendment applies to discrimination based on religious beliefs.

The majority of Americans believe the country is in a state of cultural and economic decline, according to a poll from the Trafalgar Group and the Convention of States.

More than 72% of Americans surveyed said the country is economically and culturally deteriorating, according to the study. The majority of respondents had more faith in the “everyday American” citizen than in politicians to “reverse” the decline.

“The current decline of the U.S. is glaringly obvious to anyone outside the D.C. beltway who has watched inflation drive grocery prices higher, seen the Tik Tok clips of the rabid leftwing activists teaching our children, or attempted to walk down a filth and crime-ridden street of our major U.S. cities,” Mark Meckler, president of the Convention of States, said in a press release.

Approximately 91% of Republicans responded that the country is “in a state of cultural and economic decline” compared to approximately 50% of Democrats, according to the poll.

The majority of Americans were also doubtful that politicians could fix the perceived damage to the country, the study found. Approximately 80% of Republicans believed “everyday Americans” are better equipped than elected officials to reverse the decline, compared to approximately 72% of Democrats.

“[Voters] are no longer looking to political candidates or a political party to put the U.S. on the right track,” said Meckler in the press release. “We are coming to the same realization that previous generations of Americans understood, America will become great again through the hard work and spirit of the everyday citizen. It will not come about because of politicians, but rather in spite of them.”

The poll was conducted from June 5 to June 9 and had a respondent group of 1,088 people. It has a 2.9% margin of error.

“We are not obligated to explain anything to anyone, to give any assurances,” Lavrov stressed, adding, however, that Russia has been very transparent about recent events.

He reiterated that Moscow has always emerged stronger from various challenges it has had to overcome in the past, noting that the Wagner mutiny – which he described as “nothing more than trouble” – will be no exception.

West “schizophrenic” on Ukraine peace

Remarks by US Secretary of State Antony Blinken that the Ukraine conflict would be resolved by diplomatic means sounded “strange,” Lavrov noted. He pointed to numerous statements by Blinken himself and other Western officials who have insisted that peace negotiations can only start after Ukraine conducts a successful counteroffensive against Russia.

“This looks like a schizophrenic situation… They say that everything will end in negotiations, but first Russia must be defeated.”

The minister also suggested that the West is seeking to temporarily freeze the Ukraine conflict in order to win more time to deploy new military infrastructure and provide Kiev with new lethal long-range weapons.

Humanitarian law violations by Kiev

The Russian foreign minister stated he had not seen a “single fact of deliberate shelling of civilian targets by the Russian army,” but noted that Kiev allowed “mercenaries, Western generals and instructors to use civilian facilities to hold all sorts of meetings.”

Such actions, he insisted, stand in violation of international humanitarian law and amount to a “war crime.”

“If we discover such gatherings, for example, as in Kramatorsk, we will destroy them, because these are people who have declared war on us,” he added.

No secrecy about evacuated Ukrainian children

Moscow has been absolutely transparent in its efforts to protect Ukrainian children that had been caught in the midst of the fighting, Lavrov said. He added that Moscow does not try to hide the names and locations of the children that were taken to safe zones inside Russia.

“If those children have parents or close relatives, they have every right to pick them up,” Lavrov noted, adding that this has already happened dozens of times.

Grain deal in jeopardy

Lavrov said he saw no arguments that could convince Moscow to extend the UN- and Türkiye-brokered grain deal with Kiev that unblocked agricultural exports via the Black Sea, pointing out that Ukraine’s shipments of such goods are purely commercial.

However, the minister signaled that even if the deal were to expire on July 18, Russia “would provide grain supplies in the same or larger amount to the poorest countries” at its own expense and completely “free of charge.”

Attempts to derail BRICS expansion

Western countries are seeking to prevent the group, which comprises Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, from accepting new members and increasing its international clout, Lavrov claimed.

The West, he continued, does not want Russia and China to find new allies and are trying “to undermine the unification processes” on the Eurasian continent.

However, according to the minister, “the global majority does not want to live by Western rules and stands by the universal norms of international law” enshrined in the UN Charter.
