The Lord thy God will put out those nations before thee by little and little.Deuteronomy 7:22
We are not to expect to win victories for the Lord Jesus by a single blow. Evil principles and practices die hard. In some places it takes years of labor to drive out even one of the many vices which defile the inhabitants. We must carry on the war with all our might, even when favored with little manifest success.
Our business in this world is to conquer it for Jesus. We are not to make compromises but to exterminate evils. We are not to seek popularity but to wage unceasing war with iniquity. Infidelity, popery, drink, impurity, oppression, worldliness, error; these are all to be “put out.”
The Lord our God can alone accomplish this. He works by His faithful servants, and blessed be His name. He promises that He will so work. “Jehovah thy God will put out those nations before thee.” This He will do by degrees that we may learn perseverance, may increase in faith, may earnestly watch, and may avoid carnal security. Let us thank God for a little success and pray for more. Let us never sheathe the sword till the whole land is won for Jesus.
Courage, my heart! Go on little by little, for many littles will make a great whole.

“Therefore let us also, seeing we are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,” Hebrews 12:1
Normally when we think of “waiting on the Lord”, we presume that means sitting still. We wait for God to deliver a ten – point list of what to do.
The Bible says to “Run with patience”. The two seem contradictory. Running is active, while patience seems inactive.
The fact is God calls us to patience. It is one of the Fruit of the Spirit. At the same time, He cannot direct our steps, if we won’t move. As the old illustration goes, it’s impossible to steer a parked car!
Dear friend, as you wait upon the Lord, continue to live a holy life. Apply God’s Word daily, live in the power of the Holy Spirit, and make yourself available to Him.

Show, don’t tell: Israel’s decision to lay Hamas horrors bare shifts paradigm
A challenging truth unfolds, as Israel has shifted its approach in the struggle to shape global public opinion, implementing a strategy to secure international legitimacy that would afford the nation valuable time to wage war. Israel has chosen to share the horrific details of the massacre of Israeli border towns directly on its official social media platforms, rather than solely through foreign media outlets as it has done previously.

Gantz also sent a threatening message to Hezbollah: “Our power is already felt in Gaza and if necessary it will be felt in Lebanon as well and the whole world will see it. Israeli President Herzog furious after CNN reporter warns Israel against ‘war crimes’ in Gaza during press briefing
I’ve never seen Israeli President Isaac Herzog as worked up, as angry as he became, when one of the CNN correspondents asked if Israel felt that it was engaged in war crimes by fighting Hamas terrorists in Gaza. President Herzog was furious. I mean, he’s a placid guy. He’s a calm man, a real gentle diplomat. But he really, in his way, unleashed on the CNN correspondent by saying, “You’re really bringing up the question of whether Israel is engaged in war crimes when you’ve just watched all these Israeli Jews being butchered by Hamas? Babies being murdered in front of their mothers, mothers in front of their children? It’s astonishing.”
UN Security Council’s Silence Echoes Amidst The Roar of Conflict
When the righteous become great the people rejoice, But when the wicked dominate the people groan. Proverbs 29:2
The escalating conflict in the Middle East has not only led to casualties on the ground but has created fissures in the international diplomatic arena. The United Nations Security Council’s (UNSC) silence following the blatant war crimes committed by Hamas against Israel speaks louder than words.
Tensions Escalate in the Middle East Amidst Multi-front Attacks on Israel
The already-volatile situation in the Middle East escalated further this week with missiles targeting Israel from both Lebanon and Syria, and Israel retaliating with strikes against these threats. These external attacks coincide with ongoing conflict in southern Israel due to the major incursion by Hamas from the Gaza Strip. To add to the complexity, mortars were fired from Syria towards the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights. The IDF retaliated with artillery strikes against Syrian positions.

Killing Jewish babies: Hamas following the tradition of Pharaoh
Rabbi Yehudah Glick, a former Member of Knesset and founder of the Shalom Jerusalem Foundation, related to the horrific massacre of Jews on the holy day of Simchat Torah. While stating that there is no peace with the leadership in Gaza, he emphasized that there is only one solution: on that day He will king the world He will one and His name One. “Yesterday, the IDF spokesman invited the media to see the results of the massacre in Kibbutz Kfar Azza,” Rabbi Glick said. “The international press saw firsthand what a human slaughterhouse looks like. There before their eyes were entire families; husbands and wives murdered, and grandparents stabbed dead near their grandchildren. Too horrible for words was the reality that infants had been beheaded.”

…This is the final conflict between Israel and Hamas, and it is going to spark a much wider war. Sadly, after the atrocities that Hamas has just committed, the Israelis have no choice. If U.S. women were raped and U.S. babies were ruthlessly slaughtered most Americans would feel the exact same way. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is telling us that ” every member of Hamas is a dead man”, and the only way to accomplish that is to go into Gaza and kill them…
Will Israel Soon Turn Damascus Into A Pile Of Rubble?
…there is no way that Hezbollah is just going to sit there and watch Hamas get systematically wiped out by the IDF. In fact, there are reports that Israel has already warned Hezbollah that if it enters the war the Israelis will “destroy Damascus”…

As Israel preps to take the ground fight to Hamas, the task before it is monumental.
Douglas Andrews

Perhaps the malign influence of Hamas, the terrorist group responsible for Saturday’s barbaric attack on Israel, is fairly localized. Today, after all, is the date on which the terrorist group’s former leader, Khaled Meshaal, called on Muslims “to stage global demonstrations in support of Palestinians on Friday, and urged Arabs in neighboring countries to take up arms against Israel.”
Or perhaps that malign influence will indeed spread. In the northern France city of Arras, a teacher was stabbed to death today by a knife-wielding assailant. According to witnesses, he shouted “Allahu Akbar,” or “God is greatest,” during the attack.
Meshaal, who led Hamas from 2004 to 2017 and now lives in the safety of nearby Qatar, called on the Islamic world to stage the protests. “[We must] head to the squares and streets of the Arab and Islamic world on Friday,” Meshaal said in a recorded statement sent to Reuters.
“Will there be jihad attacks in the U.S. and Europe tomorrow?” asks Robert Spencer at Jihad Watch. “It’s possible. The personnel are certainly in place. But the jihadis are smart enough not to interrupt their enemies when those enemies are in the process of making a mistake, and they know that the Biden regime will start pressuring Israel to make concessions soon, while violent jihad attacks in the U.S. could scare it off from applying that pressure. It’s more likely that simply by issuing this call, Meshaal is attempting to ‘strike terror in the enemies of Allah,’” as the Koran commands.
Spencer continues: “Meshaal specifically called on the governments and peoples of Syria, Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan to join the fight against Israel, characterizing their involvement as a duty. ‘Tribes of Jordan, sons of Jordan, brothers and sisters of Jordan … This is a moment of truth and the borders are close to you, you all know your responsibility.’”
Israel has a responsibility too, though, and that is to destroy the murderous jihadists who threaten its very existence. As Walter Block and Alan Futerman write in The Wall Street Journal:
A mob of Islamist Arabs incited by Jew-hatred entered the town and killed as many Jews as they could find. They went door to door, broke into the homes of their victims, and slaughtered innocent men, women and children. These gangs raped, mutilated and tortured them while screaming “Kill the Jews!”
That was 94 years ago, on Saturday, Aug. 24, 1929, in Hebron. The picture is essentially the same, only that then the Arab riots that included this massacre ended with 133 Jews murdered. This time, it is several times as many, and we don’t know the final figure.
Of course, there was no Jewish state back in 1929, so the attack was predicated on something other than Jewish oppression of the “Palestinians,” a term that isn’t nearly as ancient as it sounds but is nonetheless used to brand the Jews as occupiers.
Let’s be honest: The predicate for that nearly century-old massacre was the same as it ever was: Jew hatred. Which is why Block and Futerman say Israel has a “moral duty” to destroy Hamas. They continue: “This time, the triumph must be so thorough and conclusive that there will never be any other war for this country. Israel has a moral right to finish the job, and the West has a moral duty to support it. Let Israel do what it must to finish this war in the fastest way possible, with the minimum civilian and military casualties on its side.”
Minimizing civilian casualties will be a tall order. As will rescuing the 150 or so hostages being held by Hamas. The IDF has been dropping leaflets over Gaza, telling the inhabitants in the northern part of the territory to head south. But that’s the difference between a civilized people and a barbaric horde. Hamas has been telling the people of Gaza to stay put.
For perspective, let’s recall that the 2006 Gaza campaign began when terrorists captured a single Israeli Defense Forces corporal, Gilad Shalit. That fight lasted four months, during which time the IDF destroyed numerous enemy rocket positions but failed to recover Shalit. Israel ultimately brought him back home five years later, on October 18, 2011, as part of a prisoner swap, but remember: This was a single hostage. Now contrast that with the enormity of the present undertaking: searching for and rescuing some 150 hostages who are no doubt dispersed all throughout Gaza and likely somewhere below ground within the 300-mile network of deep tunnels that Hamas has built over the years.
Israel will also have to battle a mainstream media that invariably buys in to Hamas’s penchant for using women and children as human shields, and then parading their dead bodies toward the nearest Western news crew.
In addition, Israel must face the menace of Iran, which waits in the wings. “What is funny is that at a time when America is calling on parties for self restraint, it is allowing the criminals in the fake Zionist entity to kill women, children and civilians in Gaza,” said Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian.
That part about killing women, children, and civilians is rich indeed. Hamas are both the aggressors and the butchers in this battle.
Amirabdollahian further warned, “If these organized war crimes that are committed by the Zionist entity don’t stop immediately, then we can imagine any possibility.”
Earlier this morning, U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin issued a one-word warning to Iran or any group considering whether to involve itself in the Hamas Israel war: “Don’t.”
“The Jews,” wrote the late, great historian Paul Johnson in his magisterial history of God’s chosen people, “are the most tenacious people in history. Hebron is there to prove it. It lies 20 miles south of Jerusalem, 3,000 feet up in the Judaean hills. … This is where the 4,000-year history of the Jews, in so far as it can be anchored in time and place, began.”
To the Israel-bashers on the Left who call the Jews “settlers” and “occupiers” of these ancient lands: You might try brushing up on your history.

Leftist student groups at elite universities across the country are siding with the barbarians.
Brian Mark Weber

The barbaric attack by Hamas against Israel, and Israel’s forceful response, are stirring up powerful emotions across the globe. The American college campus is no exception, but the reactions there have taken a dark turn.
Students at colleges and universities across the country are openly and enthusiastically supporting the horrific and sickening acts perpetrated by Hamas against Israeli civilians. More than 30 student organizations at Harvard University blame Israel for the slaughter of some 1,300 of its people at the hands of Hamas.
A joint statement released by student groups there reads in part: “We, the undersigned student organizations, hold the Israeli regime entirely responsible for all unfolding violence. … The apartheid regime is the only one to blame.”
And that’s a mild version of the vitriol and complete disregard for human decency coming from these student groups. Students for Justice for Palestine, for example, called the slaughter of Israeli civilians a “win” and encouraged a day of resistance. The group referred to the United States and Canada as “turtle island,” a nod to the Native American term for North America.
SJP also instructs its leaders to reframe the conversation whenever they’re presented with factual information about Hamas and its atrocities.
Meanwhile, Harvard parents, professors, and many students are speaking out against these organizations, including former Harvard President Lawrence Summers, who wondered why there was radio silence coming from the same Harvard leadership that’s had no problem taking stances on important issues in the past such as the death of George Floyd, the Black Lives Matter protests, and the war in Ukraine.
As Summers posted on X, “The silence from Harvard’s leadership, so far, coupled with a vocal and widely reported student groups’ statement blaming Israel solely, has allowed Harvard to appear at best neutral towards acts of terror against the Jewish state of Israel.”
Conversation and spirited discussion are a good and necessary thing, but evil must be called out for what it is.
An open letter from a growing list of Harvard faculty did just that: “Sometimes there is such a thing as evil, and it is incumbent upon educators and leaders to call it out, as they have with school shootings and terrorist attacks. It is imperative that our academic leadership, whose good faith we do not doubt, state this clearly and unequivocally.”
Eventually, the Harvard administration gave in to mounting pressure by releasing a statement from President Claudine Gay, which said: “As the events of recent days continue to reverberate, let there be no doubt that I condemn the terrorist atrocities perpetuated by Hamas. Such inhumanity is abhorrent, whatever one’s individual views of the origins of longstanding conflicts in the region. … While our students have the right to speak for themselves, no student group — not even 30 student groups — speaks for Harvard University or its leadership.”
The statement would have been fitting and appropriate had Gay not waited to find which way the political wind was blowing before taking a stance.
All this hateful rhetoric is troubling, but we shouldn’t be surprised. For years, parents have sent their children into the halls of academia to be brainwashed by anti-American, anti-Western, and anti-Israel professors who almost unanimously identify with the Democrat Party.
Once a laboratory for vigorous debate and the free expression of ideas, the academic world has created a culture in which students are encouraged to break up into various leftist identity groups, each making demands and shouting down anyone with an opposing viewpoint. The result is predictable.
Some of our so-called brightest minds have trouble thinking for themselves without any knowledge of history or current events. A few years back, some Portland State University students were ready to make cash donations to support Hamas, no questions asked.
As one Harvard doctoral student writes: “Not only have our fellow students failed to condemn this proto-genocide; they have justified and celebrated it. The authors and signatories of this statement, men and women with whom we share dormitories and libraries, have exposed themselves as worse than common anti-Semites. They are enthusiastic proponents of our slaughter, a vanguard of apologists for those who seek the extermination of the Jewish people.”
Today’s college graduates typically emerge with four years of leftist training in political activism and moral absolutism at the ready, and they enter society with the same narrow-minded and self-serving agenda. And some of them become members of Congress who can’t help but respond to the deaths of innocent people with political talking points.
It hasn’t been a good look for academia this week, but let’s hope the backlash leaves a lasting mark.
This is yet another foreign policy disaster that can be laid directly at the Biden administration’s feet.
Emmy Griffin

Stroke victim and Pennsylvania Democrat Senator John Fetterman put it perfectly when he said in a recent interview, “You all should need to know that America is not sending their best and brightest to Washington, DC.” Fetterman’s hilarious lack of self-awareness aside, when describing President Joe Biden and his foreign policy decisions, this statement takes on a heavy meaning.
Under Biden, the U.S. surrendered Afghanistan, stranding hundreds of Americans who are at the mercy of the Taliban and leaving behind billions of dollars in American weaponry. Because of his careless words and actions, Russia felt emboldened to invade Ukraine, and China sent a spy balloon floating across the continental U.S. along with ramping up threats to Taiwan.
Biden’s latest blunder occurred this past September 11, when his administration agreed to unfreeze $6 billion in Iranian assets as a ransom payment for hostages. This money, which was being held in South Korea, was to be delved out to non-government Iranians for humanitarian purposes — or at least that’s what was sold to the American public. But Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi immediately threw cold water on that by declaring those monies were Iranian funds and would be used however they saw fit.
After Saturday’s vicious attack by Hamas — an Iranian-backed terror group — against Israel, many believe Biden’s ill-advised decision played a role. Reportedly, none of this money has been touched, but its availability could definitely have contributed to the horrific attack.
“Because money is fungible,” explains National Review’s Andrew McCarthy, “once the Iranian regime knew it was there, on deposit with Qatar for the regime’s benefit, Iran was free to divert to terrorism-promotion other funds it would have had to spend on legitimate governmental purposes.”
Iran’s backing of these attacks has been confirmed — well, by everyone except intrepid Secretary of State Antony Blinken — and U.S. senators from both parties demanded that Biden refreeze those assets in the hopes that further aggression from the Iranian-backed jihadis is stymied. Lo and behold, news came yesterday that the U.S. and Qatar made a deal to disallow Iranian access to the money.
McCarthy, for one, is unconvinced, writing, “I’ll believe it when I see it.” Indeed, Team Biden allowed the $6 billion to be transferred to Qatar — a known ally of Iran. The next question is if the Qataris put a time limit on this new denied access. In other words, how long is Qatar willing to help the U.S. over Iran? And what does “access” mean?
Finally, if the money is really refrozen, why is Congress working on legislation to refreeze it?
The violent incursion by Hamas terrorists this past weekend killed at least 1,300 Israelis and wounded thousands more. At least 27 Americans were killed in the attack, with more still missing or possibly dead.
This president treats foreign policy like a liberal cornucopia and assumes everyone thinks like a Western liberal. With Iran, his first mistake was to negotiate with this terror-funding regime, whose stated aims are to eradicate the state of Israel and the West at large. His second mistake was to wait until he was under bipartisan pressure to even pretend to refreeze the $6 billion. He is a weak and feeble president, and our country and its allies deserve better.
When Hamas is dedicated to exterminating Jews, Israelis must defend themselves to the utmost.

The images and videos flooding social media over the last few days demonstrate a level of depravity incomprehensible to most of humankind. Even in war, there are rules and boundaries that are not crossed. Combatants should stay focused on the overall mission while also retaining humanity, not allowing the overall objective to be deterred by uncontrolled hate or allowing soldiers of war to turn into utter savages.
However, though unimaginable to most people, there are people who do not have such a line in the sand — at all. It’s a line that does not exist for terrorist groups like Hamas. Its jihadists have clearly demonstrated that there is no limit to what they will do to those they hate. There is also no level of reasoning that can be discussed to get them to see that there are certain behaviors and actions that should not exist beyond the animalistic survival tactics of hyenas — which can be excused for tearing into the flesh of their helpless prey and leaving their bloodied corpses behind due to being wild, unsophisticated animals.
The degree of hate that it takes for a human being to act in a way that goes beyond the barbarity of a non-domesticated animal is not something that happens naturally. It is hostility that is sewn into the heart of a person from the time they are born and repeatedly ingrained in everything they have access to throughout their childhood and into adulthood. It is meant to raise an individual to view a particular group as something lower than animals and to normalize the shedding of their own blood should it become necessary to achieve the greater goal of wiping out that other group of people.
There is no deprogramming for this mindset, and there is no level of threat from the other side that would deter them from their purpose.
So what are the citizens of Israel supposed to do when the objective of this hate isn’t just to weaken or control them but to exterminate them?
The most common knowledge of deep-seated Jew hatred is, of course, associated with Nazi Germany. Yet the malice toward these people has existed for far longer amongst every Arab population that surrounds Israel. There are some who have wanted nothing more than to decimate the area and vaporize every Jew existing within it since the reestablishment of its borders.
After Britain pulled its protection from the Jewish state in 1948, it took one day for the neighboring areas of Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Transjordan, and Egypt to unleash the full force of their respective militaries against the Israelis. Since then, the attacks have been steady, and the Israeli people have come to expect that, every few years, at least one of their hostile neighbors will engage in a conflict, and lives will be lost.
However, the viciousness of this most recent invasion carried a new level of aggression and soulnessness. Rocket fire and distant bombings were not enough for this new wave of terrorists. Their intent was to make this attack against Israel personal. They gleaned joy from looking into the eyes of terrified young women as they assaulted their bodies, snuffed out their lives, and tossed them to the side like pieces of garbage.
On numerous occasions, they took the lives of their victims using slow, inhumane methods. While most carried guns, and bullets would suffice if needed, knives, axes, and even the garden tools owned by the residents they had cornered were used. The goal was to prolong their suffering while their horrified family members either watched in shock or lay in death beside them.
Reports of brutalized toddlers and dismembered babies, burned women and children, and entire families left massacred in their once-peaceful homes have left the world in utter disbelief.
Whereas media coverage often softens or hides the unpalatable actions of evil people, Hamas did not want the protection of the anti-Semitic leftists of the world to cover for them. In fact, many of them took the phones of their hostages and live-streamed their torture and death on their own social media accounts for all eyes to see, hoping to extend the pain to their Jewish relatives in other places.
They wanted their cruelty to be shared, unfiltered and uncensored.
Among the many false ideas surrounding the root cause of this attack, one of the most common misconceptions is that this is a war over territory; that the Palestinian people just want the land that they feel the Jewish people never had the right to inhabit in the first place.
But this is not a conflict over land. This is an inbred, ongoing war on a religion — and wars on religion do not stay within a set of borders, and they do not respect specific geographical areas.
The objective of this group, and those who share this animosity toward the Jews, is to annihilate the entire body of people from everywhere on the planet.
Which is why there can be no sit-down discussions about peace. It has been tried, and Hamas leaders, acting as the official governing body of Gaza, have made it clear that there is no amount of oil, land, or offerings that will dissuade them from their belief that Jewish people are a cancer that needs to be terminated.
As Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, and other Islamist groups have made clear, the only satisfactory outcome will be total extinction of the Jewish people and, ultimately, anyone who praises a God other than Allah.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made something clear in his response to this attack: “Hamas will pay an unprecedented price. The enemy will receive a response they’ve never known before.”
It has come down to the undeniable truth — it’s either the Jews and their supporters, or the terrorists and theirs.
This is a conflict that has far surpassed the possibility of finding middle ground.
The truth has been known for years, but Biden, Pelosi, and the media keep lying about his murder.
Nate Jackson

In October 1998, the nation was shocked by the horrific murder of 21-year-old Matthew Shepard. Unfortunately, a big part of that shock was a disgusting and reprehensible lie meant to bolster the victimization narrative for homosexuals.
To no one’s surprise, Joe Biden retold that lie yesterday to mark the anniversary of Shepard’s death on October 12. Biden can’t tell the truth about himself, so why would he tell it about someone else?
“Twenty-five years ago today,” the president’s handlers posted on X, “Matthew Shepard lost his life to a brutal act of anti-gay hate and violence simply for being himself.” Biden then took credit where virtually none is due: “As Vice President, I had the honor of helping to enact the Matthew Shepard and James Byrd, Jr. Hate Crimes Prevention Act, which extended federal hate crimes laws to cover sexual orientation, gender identity, and disability.”
It’s not just the past that’s a problem, but the future. “Our work will not be finished,” he added, “until we end the hate and violence that too many LGBTQI+ Americans continue to face.”
Former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi likewise marked the anniversary, lamenting Shepard’s murder “simply because he was gay.” The Associated Press featured a story about this “egregious hate crime that helped fuel the LGBTQ+ rights movement over the ensuing years.”
As Sean Patrick Maloney (D-NY) proclaimed at the time, “Matthew Shepard is to gay rights what Emmett Till was to the civil rights movement.” Indeed, Democrats used his death to add protections for sexual orientation to all manner of civil rights laws, including new ones, as Biden mentioned, targeting so-called “hate crimes.” Shepard is interred at the National Cathedral to maximize his impact.
We wouldn’t wish Shepard’s manner of death on our worst enemies. He was brutally beaten and tortured by two men, tied to a post, and left for dead. Hours later and only by chance, he was found unconscious and transported to a hospital where he died six days later.
But the Left immediately made Shepard a martyr of the movement to normalize gays and lesbians, which has ballooned to today’s alphabet soup of the Rainbow Mafia. They claimed the two men spotted Shepard at the bar and targeted and killed him because he was homosexual.
It was a lie. A BIG lie.
The ugly truth is that Shepard and at least one of his killers had a homosexual relationship complicated by the purchase and sale of illicit drugs. The murder had nothing to do with homophobia, as Democrats and the Leftmedia have tirelessly repeated for a quarter-century.
It took 15 years for another homosexual man, investigative journalist Stephen Jimenez, to interview more than 100 people and publish a book titled, The Book of Matt: Hidden Truths About the Murder of Matthew Shepard. Ironically, Jimenez set out to further the martyrdom narrative and help write a play about Shepard. Instead, the undeniable facts led him to set the record straight.
Soon after the book was published, the UK Guardian reported in 2014: “Jimenez found that Matthew was addicted to and dealing crystal meth and had dabbled in heroin. He also took significant sexual risks and was being pimped alongside Aaron McKinney, one of his killers, with whom he’d had occasional sexual encounters. He was HIV positive at the time of his death.” McKinney intended to rob Shepard of thousands of dollars in drug money.
Police agreed with Jimenez’s findings. “Shepard’s sexual preference … certainly wasn’t the motive in the homicide,” police investigator Ben Fritzen told Jimenez. “What it came down to really is drugs and money.”
Jimenez realized that Shepard was no longer “the perfect poster boy for the gay-rights movement,” but he felt that “we owe Matthew and other young men like him the truth.”
Everyone is owed the truth, which is one big reason why the modern transgender movement descended from the LGB victimization narrative is so evil — because it’s based on the lie that someone can “change their gender” and that anyone who says otherwise is a cruel oppressor. But that’s another story.
Democrats and their army of Leftmedia “fact-checkers” seem incapable of telling the truth about Shepard — or much of anything else, for that matter — because doing so would undermine their agenda. Twenty-five years after the murder and a decade after the narrative was thoroughly debunked by one of their own, they’re still lying.
For those lies, the “good Catholic” Biden was, unsurprisingly, just endorsed by a number of Rainbow Mafia groups this week. After all, he unabashedly hung that garish “pride” flag from the White House back in June, and he’s constantly banging the drum for the “rights” of the supposedly oppressed.
“LGBTQ+ Americans are living in a state of emergency,” asserted Human Rights Campaign president Kelley Robinson, “and the leadership of the Biden-Harris administration is needed now more than ever.”
Much as with the alarming murder rate of blacks by other blacks, homosexuals and “transgender” murder victims are often killed by other disturbed individuals in the same camp. There is not a modern KKK lynching blacks and gender-confused people. Their victimization because of race or orientation is largely a lie told for political gain.
Remember, we’re talking about perhaps the single most celebrated tiny minority in the history of humanity.
Shepard’s murder was a hate crime, as all murders are, and it ought to outrage all of us. But it wasn’t the hate crime leftists wanted everyone to believe, and people should be outraged and tell the truth.
When the writers strike ended, the usual parade of unfunny Republican-trashing began.

Conservatives and Republicans should be at the top of the list of people who enjoyed the writers strike over the summer. From May through September, the alleged comedians who are an important part of the Democrat messaging and morale machine were sidelined.
They missed the opportunity to wallow joyfully in Trump indictments and mock the first two presidential debates (and Donald Trump skipping them). So, when the strike ended, the usual parade of unfunny Republican-trashing began.
Don’t they mock the guy who’s president? Not much, because he’s a Democrat, and he’s still their hope against a second term for Trump. Joe Biden only comes up with old-fogey jokes, because that’s a safe topic. Even the Democrats think he’s too old for the job.
Typically, this was a Jimmy Kimmel joke, about Amazon: “Joe Biden spent his October Prime Day trying to figure out where the hell this woman Alexa who keeps yelling at him is hiding.”
But it’s much more common to make fun of the Republicans as a terrible mess.
When House Republicans took the step of nominating Rep. Steve Scalise (R.-La.) to be speaker, Kimmel joked they “took a break from fake-impeaching Joe Biden.” The result? “Scalise beat out Jim Jordan in a closed-door session and will now spend a night in the fantasy suite with Matt Gaetz to see how they hit it off.”
That’s a joke about off-screen sex on “The Bachelor.” Homosexual jokes are fine… when you’re making fun of those icky conservatives.
Over on CBS, Stephen Colbert summarized: “Congratulations, Steve. You are one step closer to having the worst job in the world. It’s just one rung below emptying the Porta-Potties at a chili cook-off.”
Kimmel even made fun of Scalise being shot on a softball field in 2017… because that was supposed to make him a leftist on gun control. “And when he recovered and came back to Congress, he knew that nothing like what happened to him should ever happen again. So as his first act, he introduced House Resolution 2481, that required all baseball players to carry AK-47s in their protective cups.”
If you think Kimmel would ever make fun of former Rep. Gabby Giffords after she was shot, you’re forgetting she’s a Democrat and became a massively celebrated advocate for gun control.
Stephen Colbert is welcoming the congressional Democrats to his show again to trash Republicans. Gun-grabbing young Rep. Maxwell Frost (D-Fla.) said, “It seems like they’re OK with kids being mowed down at their schools.” Colbert said nothing in reply.
Then Colbert welcomed recovering stroke sufferer Sen. John Fetterman (D-Pa.) for a bucket of gush. He asked Fetterman, “I can see how being more empathetic might make you a better senator. And being public about the disability that you have is a good thing. But how does it feel to have your private health become public news?” After six weeks in office, Fetterman was gone for two months being treated for depression. Fetterman attacked Fox News, but all the Democrat journalists were biting their nails over his absence.
Colbert then praised his social media game (and the staffers who run it): “Is it awkward to be in the Capitol and then run into people that you have put up a devastating meme about, because you’ve got (an) excellent meme game? But then you have to see these people in the cafeteria!”
These comedians are trying to make up for lost time, trying to be the wind beneath the wings of the Democrats. They are certainly not attempting to please a general audience, like we’re living in the last century. To most people, they’re just unfunny hyperpartisans.

For the Record
“When Joe Biden says ‘Don’t,’ not one bad guy in the entire world loses a second of sleep. Why would this barely cognizant, weak president, who routinely surrenders to the demands of America’s enemies, command any respect around the world? Even now, after everything we have witnessed over the past [few] days, he still refuses to secure our borders.” —Gary Bauer
“Anti-Zionism, which is so fashionable on our college campuses these days, is anti-Semitism. Israel is the homeland of the Jews. There are dozens of Muslim nations in the world, but there is only one Jewish nation. And for radical Islamic supremacists, that’s one too many.” —Gary Bauer
“The jihadists of Hamas (backed by the jihadists of Iran and the Hezbollah jihadists under Iran’s command on Israel’s Lebanese border) seek to achieve this objective not by the rules of Western warfare but by the Islamic scriptural command to terrorize their enemies. They are not ‘militants’ playing by Western rules. If you don’t unstintingly refer to them as jihadists, you will never understand why and how they fight. And you will never understand why crushing them, not accommodating them, is the only solution.” —Andrew McCarthy

Beginning on the very first day of the horrific terrorist attacks on Israel there were actual attempts to sympathize with Hamas in the American media.
From MSNBC’s Ali Velshi demanding that the barbaric acts need to be looked at with “nuance” to a CNN guest actually blaming Israel for their years of “Apartheid” rule to a CBS correspondent praising Hamas’s leaders: “What they lack in fire power, they make up for in ideology and sheer determination,” the following the nine worst moments of hosts, anchors and reporters sympathizing with Hamas in the wake of the worst terror attack since 9/11:
“We’ve had a lot of statements from Americans, mostly Republicans this morning, but some Democrats, it’s a bit boilerplate. ‘Israel is our greatest ally. The only democracy in the Middle East. Our strongest ally, we must stand with Israel.’ There’s no nuance or recognition of anything that’s been going on. Let alone — the only thing Americans are worried about these days are these so-called judicial reforms going on in Israel, which have led to hundreds of thousands of people protesting on the streets, but lots of Palestinians have said to me, boy they wish those same Israelis who were out there protesting the so-called judicial reforms would be protesting Israel’s inhumane treatment of the Palestinians who live under Israeli occupation. But that’s just not something that’s happening.”
— Host Ali Velshi on MSNBC’s Velshi, October 7.
“The only source for ‘Hamas beheaded babies’ appears to be the Israeli military, which is widely known to spread lies and disinformation. Journalists, this is the fog of war. You’ll be seeing all sorts of claims. Don’t amplify unverified, sensational info.”
— October 10 tweet by Los Angeles Times investigative reporter Adam Elmahrek.
“It would be very naive to just simply say every Palestinian agrees with what Hamas is doing. But Hamas is saying, well, if nobody is able to defend, what is happening for Palestinians in the west bank or east Jerusalem, with the home demolitions, the arrests, the children being killed, the desecration of holy sites, if they’re unable to do that, then we only have the ability to do it with military might and crude weapons and military.”
— MSNBC Host Ayman Mohyeldin on MSNBC’s Velshi, October 7
“I think Hamas mainly attacked military establishments, military installations, and most of the people there, they have arrested and taken as war prisoners are military people. I do not accept attacking any civilian. I do not accept that Israelis attack our civilians. But look at what Israeli planes are doing now in Gaza. They are bombarding houses. They are bringing down to earth and you’ve shown that on your screen, whole apartments, whole buildings, high-rise buildings are brought down to the ground and we already are reporting — receiving reports about families who are killed.”
— Palestinian National Initiative leader Mustafa Barghouti on CNN’s Fareed Zakaria GPS, October 8.
“Over the years I’ve made frequent trips to Gaza and have spoken with several Hamas leaders and, you know, they know their military capabilities are no match for Israel’s enormous fire power. But what they lack in fire power, they make up for in ideology and sheer determination. That resolve despite the odds may be what caught Israel so off guard…The leader of Hamas military-wing, Mohammad Deif, one of the self-declared masterminds of this weekend’s attacks, said it was in response to recent Israeli raids on the Al-Aqsa Mosque known to the Jews as the Temple Mount. Deif also said it was for the detention of Palestinians in Israeli jails and he said it was so Israel could understand its quote ‘time of rampaging without accountability has ended.’”
— Correspondent Imtiaz Tyab on CBS Mornings, October 10.
“There’s a real danger here that, in Israel’s need and desire and right to respond to what happened there, the danger is that it — it creates more divisions, that it separates people who have formed relationships and bonds, and it makes the chances of any lasting peace almost impossible to think of now. We’re all talking about war. No one is any longer talking about peace.”
— Correspondent Ian Pannell on ABC’s Good Morning America, October 11.
“In Gaza, it’s the youngest who are paying the ultimate price. Tiny bodies covered in blood as exhausted doctors try to save their lives. Israel says it’s targeting Hamas leaders, but at what cost? The death toll in the besieged Palestinian territory has surged past 1,000 in just five days, and on nearly every street, scenes of anguish as rescue workers gathered the remains of the dead. The sorrow here is so intense this woman collapses to the ground.”
— Correspondent Imtiaz Tyab on CBS Mornings, October 12.
“Of course we have heard from regional voices, we have heard from international rights groups and human rights organizations who have said that, while this attack was deplorable, and deeply unprecedented, it did not happen in a vacuum. This has come after decades of what Hamas and other Palestinians view to be occupation of Palestinian territory. It comes after decades of violation of Palestinian rights and decades of which is where the rights groups and U.N. Human rights experts have characterized as policies and practices which amount to apartheid.”
— CNN International reporter Nada Bashir on CNN Tonight, October 9.
“Politicians think they can just ignore the context in which all of this is happening: the fact that Israel is an occupying power, the fact that Israel has violated international law as well as Palestinian rights…The fact is, there’s an entire people who are living under the boot of the Israeli Army. They don’t want to do that anymore. And they, you know, they’ve tried everything, even this statement from Hamas. And I really want to caution your viewers not to be dragged into the good guy vs bad guy equation. We have to look at the bigger picture.”
— Palestinian political analyst Nour Odeh on MSNBC’s Velshi, October 8.

Israel’s invasion of Gaza could escalate the war into a full-blown regional conflict, military analysts said.
“The trigger in our minds for all the dominoes to fall is for Israel to cross into Gaza,” Dale Buckner, retired US Army colonel and CEO of the global security firm Global Guardian, told Insider.
“If Israel makes the decision that it’s going to attack Gaza in some shape or form — whether that’s from sea, air, or ground — then this escalates materially because now you have all the different cells that Iran backs throughout the region,” he said.
Over the weekend, Hamas launched a surprise terrorist attack on Israel. Israel said 1,300 people were killed and more than 100 people were taken hostage.
On Sunday, Israel declared a state of war and a day later announced a “complete siege” of Gaza. Israel’s retaliations have left more than 1,500 people dead as of Friday, the Palestinian health ministry said.
Late on Thursday, Israel said that civilians living in northern Gaza needed to evacuate the area within 24 hours, suggesting that a large-scale attack could be imminent.
Buckner pointed to signs of escalations across Israel’s borders that could tilt a possible Israeli-Hamas war into a regional conflict.
In the north, the Iranian-backed Lebanese militant group Hezbollah launched dozens of rockets and shells against Israeli positions on Sunday in a contested region along the border with the Israeli-occupied Golan Heights.
While in the south, Israeli forces have bombed the crossings of food, medicine, and fuel deliveries from Egypt into Gaza.
Having served as a US Army veteran for 24 years, Buckner said he knows “these escalations have a way of taking life on their own, and that’s the risk here.”
Israel’s incursion into Gaza could create a “domino effect” that triggers all its neighbors in the region to join the conflict, Buckner said.
Hussein Ibish, a senior fellow at the Washington-based Arab Gulf States Institute, made a similar point to The Washington Post.
“This could easily get out of control,” he told the newspaper, adding: “Everything is in place for a cascading series of events that will culminate in Israel attacking Iran.”
Meanwhile, Amichai Magen, a visiting fellow in Israel studies at Stanford University’s Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies, told ABC7 News that Iran could easily react.
“If Iran concludes that it is about to lose its southern proxy in Gaza, that Israel will eliminate or severely degrade Hamas in Gaza, it may very well open a second front against Israel in the north using Hezbollah and various proxies that it has built in Syria, even in Iraq and Yemen with Houthis,” he said.
“This is potentially a very dangerous multi-front conflict that we may be facing over the next few days and weeks,” Magen added.
The deployment of the USS Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group to the Mediterranean, meanwhile, can be seen as a message from the US to Iran and others in the region, Buckner said.
“We’re seeing a modern aircraft carrier that’s already placed itself in the Mediterranean within striking distance. I think that’s messaging directly to Iran and others that we are there and will engage if required,” he said.

It’s not a stretch to say that the attorney general’s seething hatred for the former president serves as the Id of the increasingly woke neo-Marxist Democratic Party, and that same level of vitriol extends to pro-life New Yorkers.

The House Oversight Committee this week revealed that five White House employees were involved in Biden’s stolen classified documents case.
Joe Biden STOLE SCIF-designated classified documents and improperly stored them at the Penn Biden Center.

Biden also stored classified documents in his garage next to his Corvette where his son Hunter had access to the sensitive materials.

Nine boxes of documents were taken from Joe Biden’s lawyer’s Boston office and we have no idea what is in those boxes because the National Archives is covering up for Biden.
Joe Biden also withheld information from the Senate Intel Committee.
Recall that it was reported that Joe Biden’s attorney first discovered “Obama-Biden administration documents in a locked closet while packing files as they prepare to close out Biden’s office in the Penn Biden Center” in November 2022.
This timeline presented by Biden’s attorney is of course a lie.
Joe Biden’s former assistant as Vice President, Kathy Chung, in April testified to the House Oversight Committee about the mishandling of classified documents by Biden since his time as Vice President.
Chung testified that White House Counsel Dana Remus tasked her with retrieving boxes of classified documents from Penn Biden Center as early as May 2022.
Joe Biden knew about his own classified documents scandal brewing long before he directed his DOJ to raid Mar-a-Lago – the timeline actually goes back to March 2021.
According to new information released by the House Oversight Committee, Joe Biden lied about the timeline. Annie Tomasini, Assistant to the President and Senior Advisor to the President and Director of Oval Office Operations, went to Penn Biden Center to take inventory of President Biden’s documents and materials on March 18, 2021.
Biden lied by omission!
“We have discovered new information about the number of White House employees involved in President Biden’s mishandling of classified documents,” the House Oversight Committee said on Wednesday.
“President Biden’s attorney stated that the discovery of classified documents at Penn Biden Center occurred on November 2, 2022.” they said.
“Our Committee has developed evidence showing the timeline of relevant events began in 2021 and involved at least five White House employees,” the Republican-led Committee said.
“President Biden and his legal team omitted months of communications, planning, and coordinating among multiple White House officials, a former VP staffer, Penn Biden Center employees, and President Biden’s personal attorneys to retrieve the boxes containing classified materials.” the Oversight said. “There is no reasonable explanation as to why this many White House employees and lawyers were so concerned with retrieving boxes they reportedly believed contained only personal documents and materials.”
“The Committee has obtained information that contradicts important details from the White House’s and President Biden’s personal attorney’s statement about the discovery of documents at Penn Biden Center, including the location and security of the classified documents,” The Oversight Committee said in a letter addressed to White House Counsel Edward Siskel.
The Committee continued,” The Committee has also learned that one of your predecessors as White House Counsel , Ms. Dana Remus, and other White House employees were central figures in the early stages of coordinating the organizing, moving, and removing of boxes that were later found to contain classified materials.”
The Oversight cited Biden’s recent two-day interview with Special Counsel Robert Hur and said Biden should be fully transparent about the timeline and discovery of classified materials.
Joe Biden’s scandal spokesman Ian Sams on Monday said Biden has spent the last two days with Special Counsel Robert Hur about his handling of stolen classified documents.
“The President has been interviewed as part of the investigation being led by Special Counsel Robert Hur. The voluntary interview was conducted at the White House over two days, Sunday and Monday, and concluded Monday. As we have said from the beginning, the President and the White House are cooperating with this investigation, and as it has been appropriate, we have provided relevant updates publicly, being as transparent as we can consistent with protecting and preserving the integrity of the investigation. We would refer other questions to the Justice Department at this time,” a statement from Ian Sams read.
Did Biden come clean about the timeline to Robert Hur? Or did Joe Biden lie to the Special Counsel?

How can you negotiate with people who are intent on your destruction and are even willing to commit demonic acts to do so? The world watched in horror as the terrorist organization, Hamas, carried out the brutal attacks against innocent and defenseless Israeli citizens this past weekend, mercilessly slaughtering entire families, raping women, and dismembering young infants and children. Can these heinous crimes that we’ve witnessed offer any insight as to why God ordered the “utter destruction” of the enemies of Old Testament Israel?
In light of the recent terror attacks in Israel, Dr. Paul Copan sits down with Frank to reflect on this centuries old conflict and how it relates to some of the events that took place in the Old Testament. Paul will also talk more about his latest book, ‘Is God a Vindictive Bully: Reconciling Portrayals of God in the Old and New Testaments,’ which was written to help Christians better understand the biblical and historical backdrop of the hostility between Israel and the surrounding nations. During the episode, Paul and Frank answer questions like:
In the words of New Testament scholar, N.T. Wright, “If God is not wrathful, then He is not loving.” As Christians, we should pray for the peace and safety of Israel, pray for the innocent civilians caught in the middle of the war(s), and pray for the salvation of those involved in these attacks. But if God is truly as loving and as just as the Bible describes Him, can He allow such wickedness and evil to go unpunished for those who don’t repent? Absolutely not!

WASHINGTON, D.C. — United States Representative Ilhan Omar woke up extra early Friday so she could rush downstairs to see what presents she got for the Global Day of Jihad before anyone else got up.
“Hurry up!” she called to her brother. “The Global Day of Jihad only comes once a year, sleepyhead!”
Sources say the congresswoman was hoping for a good gift since she had been a good antisemite all year, and left out plenty of hummus for jolly old Durka Claus.
To her delight, carefully nestled under her Palestinian flag were several presents wrapped in plain brown wrapping paper topped with red bows representing the blood of her enemies. She tore through them greedily, delighted to see that she had not been forgotten this October 13th.
“Wow! A real improvised explosive device! Gee, thanks, Durka Claus!” she shouted giddily. “This is the best Global Day of Jihad ever!”
Later, fellow squad member Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called Ilhan Omar in tears because she hadn’t received any presents, only a threatening note admonishing her for being an infidel.

As headwinds keep stacking up against global markets, investors might be operating in the most unstable period in recent memory, according to the CEO of the world’s largest bank.
“This may be the most dangerous time the world has seen in decades,” Jamie Dimon said in a JPMorgan earnings press release. “While we hope for the best, we prepare the Firm for a broad range of outcomes so we can consistently deliver for clients no matter the environment.”
He listed a series of risks looming over markets. For example, Dimon warned that the Federal Reserve‘s quantitative tightening campaign had unclear long-term consequences.
The strategy, where the Fed reduces liquidity by not reinvesting the proceeds from matured assets on its portfolio, has been implemented only once before — it was cut short in 2019, as banking reserves were being drained.
QT’s timing today is made worse by regulators looking to tighten capital requirements on lenders, Dimon said, limiting the economy’s “market-making capabilities.”
That’s as international policymakers have proposed that banks increase the amount of capital they must hold, in order to avoid a repeat of the Silicon Valley Bank failure that caused wide-spread sector stress last March.
Dimon also reiterated concerns of higher interest rates to come, having previously noted 7% levels as a real possibility. That’s as consistent labor market tightness and history’s largest peacetime fiscal deficits run the risk of higher inflation.
Added to that is growing US debt, which has drawn increasing criticism for its potential to worsen interest rates and eventually lead to fallout, if left unchecked.
Uncertainty will also grow due to rising geopolitical friction, Dimon said, with both the Ukraine and Israeli conflicts adding to pressure on energy and food markets, global trade, and international tensions.
Despite Dimon’s concerns, JPMorgan’s reported strong third-quarter results, helped by higher interest rates and its acquisition of First Republic Bank earlier this year.
“The Firm delivered another quarter of solid results, generating net income of $13.2 billion and an ROTCE of 22%—although, we acknowledge that these results benefit from our over-earning on both net interest income and below normal credit costs, both of which will normalize over time,” Dimon wrote.
