Isaiah 12:1 — What a great picture of salvation! God was angry with us, but He turned away His anger toward us. Those who God was once angry with are the ones that God now comforts! What changed? God is my salvation!
Isaiah 12:2 — Note that it says LORD JEHOVAH. In Hebrew that’s “YAH-YAHWEH.” This is the first of two uses; the other is Isaiah 26:4. “Yah” is found in Psalm 113:1 where the KJV renders it in English as “Praise ye the LORD”. That’s a literal translation of the Hebrew phrase “Hallelu-Yah”

In this place, and Isaiah 26:4, “the repetition” of the name seems to be used to denote “emphasis;” or perhaps to indicate that Yahweh is the same always – an unchangeable God.
Isaiah 13:8 — Notice the similarity between this and 1 Thessalonians 5:3. Both are talking about the Day of the LORD compared to childbirth.
Isaiah 13:10 — The plague of darkness is spoken of many times (Ezekiel 32:7, Joel 2:31, Matthew 24:29, Mark 13:24, Revelation 6:12). Exodus 10:22 foreshadows what God will do in Egypt.

The Lord promised to have “mercy” on Jacob, the nation of “Israel”. The Lord had chosen these people in the past, Deuteronomy 7:6-8, and will “yet choose Israel” and “set them in their own land”.
It really doesn’t matter what the rest of the world may say about the land, God will set His chosen “Israel”, the Jews of today, back in the land of their forefathers, the land He has given them for the future, as well. From the sidelines we today can see the Lord beginning that process, the process that will move to completion after the Rapture and culminate at His Second Coming.

Please notice the last “I will” in verse 13, “I will sit also upon the Mount of the Congregation, in the sides of the North”. According to Psalm 48:2 this is describing the city of Jerusalem. Satan said he will be worshiped in Jerusalem, actually on the Temple Mount. 2 Thessalonians 2:4 is the prophecy of when the Antichrist, energized by Satan, claims to be God, from the Temple on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem.
2 Corinthians 13:1 — For the past few days we’ve seen Paul pouring out his heart to the Corinthians. You can feel the hurt that he has in his heart from how the Corinthians have dealt with him.
2 Corinthians 13:14 — While the word “trinity” isn’t in the Bible, we see Paul making the LORD Jesus Christ equivalent to the Father and to the Holy Ghost. Since some religions teach that Jesus is not co-equal to the Father, this is an awkward verse for them to deal with.
Psalm 57:2 — Does this sound like your prayer life? In America we are tempted to make prayer into a passing phrase before a meal or a vain repetition before bed. But the Psalms show the depth of a relationship we can have with our Father in heaven! We can cry to Him because He performs all things for us!

If the Lord will not suffer it, neither men nor devils can do it. How greatly would they rejoice if they could give us a disgraceful fall, drive us from our position, and bury us out of memory! The way of life is like traveling among the Alps. Along the mountain path one is constantly exposed to the slipping of the foot. Where the way is high the head is apt to swim, and then the feet soon slide; there are spots which are smooth as glass and others that are rough with loose stones, and in either of these a fall is hard to avoid. Babylon Rising Pt 2 | Study – Grow – Know
In the first article in this series, I called attention to a number of things related to the rise of “Babylon.” [1] I did not mean the rise of a physical city. The ancient Babylonian Empire of King Nebuchadnezzar’s day with its capitol Babylon, is gone with only archaeological remnants remaining in Iraq. Though Saddam Hussein wanted to resurrect the city (referring to himself as “son of Nebuchadnezzar”), that did not happen.
However, the ideology that built Babylon never died. It remains with us to this day as it undergirds global society. I noted this in the first article.
First and foremost, Babylon is an ideology or worldview and mindset. It is also a serious religion. This just happens to be the same religion of the current set of globalists who are doing their level best to gain control of the entire world. That control will allow them to rule over the rest of humanity.
What we’ve seen happening since the onset of the C0-V lock downs and eventual mandated jab (with all the other mandates connected to that period of time), has been an all-out attempt by globalists to gain full control over global society. They’ve been fairly successful too. But their success is due solely to God allowing this transformation of global society to occur. God allows all of this for His purposes and ultimate glory.
We continue to see this push toward full global control by Technocrats. They’re relentless in their pursuit of digital IDs, digital currencies, digital vaccine passports, etc., all made possible by the burgeoning field of artificial intelligence (AI). Once globalists successfully immerse society into their digital programs, the final goal of controlling what everyone in society does in life will be met.
Patrick Wood has been writing about technocracy and technocrats for decades. One of his most recent articles focuses on the increasing use and dependence of AI.[2] The article includes a 16-minute video highlighting Henry Kissinger and Eric Schmidt (of Google fame). Though Kissinger is dead, he has apparently co-authored another book with Schmidt called Genesis, due out November 19. Frankly, I think AI and globalism are the furthest things from Kissinger’s mind at the moment.
In the video, you’ll quickly discover that these people see themselves as gods and their continued reliance on AI showcases exactly what they intend for society. It doesn’t matter what we think because they believe AI will conquer the “problems” we face like climate change and even that pesky morality that seems to plague humans. I notice they never call us “people” but “humans.” As far as they are concerned, it’s really humans vs machines (AI) and for them, the human is simply a type of machine, which I believe is why they do not call us people.
Technocrat globalists see AI winning, yet they rein in their glee by stating that humans will have to come to a consensus regarding AI and how much control it has over society. However, the consensus they speak of will be arrived at through the community of technocrats on behalf of everyone and for our own good. In essence, AI is the foundation for the coming outward appearance of Babylon that has, to date, largely been hidden from view. It’s always been there but never really out in the open beyond Nebuchadnezzar’s day. That’s changing and soon, AI will rule as “Big Brother.” We can count on that.
But what is also interesting about this new AI-based “Babylon” system that is being foisted on the world is the fact that aside from all the digitization of everything that people will need to survive, coming along side of that is the increasing level of lawlessness we are seeing and experiencing in society. Paul describes these times as “terrible times” of severe difficulty (2 Timothy 3:1-5).
People are becoming increasingly lawless. They serve their own purposes, needs and wants and don’t really care how their actions affect other people. There are too many videos on the ‘Net showcasing how often those illegally here from third world countries are allowed to remain in western societies (USA, UK and other parts of Europe). They are seen routinely attacking innocent people to take their phones, their money or just to beat or rape them. Now, they are killing and eating family pets and birds from parks in Ohio, the UK, France and elsewhere. Import the third world and gain the problems of the third world. Of course, anyone who says these things is considered a “conspiracy theorist” even though it’s true.
In Matthew 24:12, Jesus stated succinctly that as the very end of the end times approaches, “lawlessness will increase/abound.” No amount of laws will have any effect on those who simply ignore those laws for their own betterment. They couldn’t care less about laws or other people, so they become a law unto themselves. Laws do not act to restrain them.
This end times period will be highlighted by the fact that one particular man will rise up to rule over the final one world kingdom being built now by globalists. The apostle Paul refers to this coming man as the “man of lawlessness” (2 Thessalonians 2:1-12). In other words, as lawless as many people are becoming today, one particular man will be the epitome of lawlessness in his character, which is one reason he will be so adored, honored and even worshiped. He will do whatever he wants to do (allowed by God). He will literally oppose everything that God has previously ordained including changing the times and seasons (Daniel 7:11, 25).
This same man who is the embodiment of lawlessness will also create or confirm a covenant with Israel and surrounding Arab nations for a period of seven years. Halfway through that period of time, he will break that covenant, waltz into the rebuilt Tribulation Temple and declare himself to be God (Daniel 9:24-27 and 2 Thessalonians 2).
So it should not shock us that lawlessness is increasing throughout global society. It has to in order for the stage to be set for the appearance of the coming Antichrist, who will be the absolute embodiment of lawlessness. His efforts will turn much of this world against God Most High, with most people pandering after Antichrist, even though it means worshipping him and receiving the mark of the beast (Revelation 13). I get the impression they will jump at worshiping him because he will be like them in their lawlessness but to a far greater extent. He will be their hero and someone people want to emulate.
The time leading up to the reveal of the Antichrist will include an increase in lawlessness. Lawlessness will ramp up through godless people who live only for themselves as we are seeing in society now. It will also increase through false prophets and teachers that have been working to overthrow God’s truth, supplanting it with Satan’s lies. This second attack has taken much more time to occur, but Satan has worked steadily to overturn God’s truth in biblically conservative denominations, churches, colleges and universities. It has taken decades but we seem to finally be at a place where lies are becoming normative. In essence, the rule of law is being supplanted and overthrown with lies that make absolutely no sense and are easily seen by critically thinking people as absolute lies. Yet, these lies are being completely ignored by many leaders while they take the time to imprison those who have the audacity to speak out against this new lawlessness. I can see this becoming the norm in many areas of the world.
If we consider Romans 1, we clearly see a connection between those who not only resist God, but want absolutely nothing to do with Him (cf. Psalm 2). Starting in Romans 1:18, Paul outlines specifically just how much of society will come to the point of purposefully standing against God. First, people in society do what they can to suppress truth. They do so by deliberately living lives of disobedience and unrighteousness and attempting to counter truth wherever they see it. We have men who claim to be women who want to gain entry into women’s sporting events to compete against them and take away their chances to win a medal. We have people who continue to claim January 6 was an attempted insurrection against the government, which it was not. We have liars claiming Trump raped a woman when he did not. All efforts to bring down Trump are attempted while anyone on the Left skates.
Paul says there is no excuse for their thinking or behavior because of the obvious nature of truth, which speaks against them. Eventually, as Paul notes, those people will be consumed by their lies and come to thoroughly believe it as the truth.
But because of Creation and what it implies about God, people have absolutely no excuse. Even if they do not understand that there is a Savior who saves us from our sins by faith in His finished work, they should come to the realization that God exists and created. However, their goal is to free their minds from any thought of God, so they press on with their lies, embracing all that is false in the hopes of changing truth.
They end up being completely and utterly foolish, though they think themselves woke and in the know (Romans 1:21). This then reduces them to futile thinking, but they cannot see it. They literally become fools, while thinking they are very wise (v22). This downward trajectory continues so that they increasingly worship images they believe represent their gods.
The next step is for God to give them over to every form of uncleanness (v23). This leads them to follow the lusts of their heart, enjoying every sin they can think of committing. What is fascinating here is that these people become fully enamored with themselves doing everything they can to fulfill their own lusts of the flesh, ultimately, serving themselves rather than God and others. It’s a delusion they live under that makes them think they are actually critically intelligent and virtuous.
Paul says when they finally get to that point, God gives them over to their desires or what he calls “vile passions” (v26). They become so “me” focused that they can see nothing else. They are totally and completely involved in serving themselves in order to fulfill as many selfish desires as they can fill. It ultimately leads to all forms of sexual license and perversion (vv26-27).
But Paul isn’t done yet. Once these people get to the point described in these verses, with God giving them over to their unrighteousness so that they will become fully emersed in it, God grants them their wish to live as the most unfortunate, sin-laden individuals who ultimately, live only to sin. In Romans 1:28-31, Paul provides a list of what that entails.
So the ideology of Babylon has been growing throughout society. Much of what I’ve described above will occur with force during the upcoming Tribulation period, but we are most definitely seeing the beginnings of it now. Once Christians are removed in the Rapture (and the Holy Spirit steps out of the way because He will not have the Church to work through here any longer), the dam that’s been holding evil back will spill out into all of society unchecked. Since I don’t know when the Rapture will happen, all I can say is though things appear to be getting worse and worse, I can only imagine how bad things will become throughout society after that event.
But let’s not kid ourselves, please. Things will continue to worsen. This is the spirit of Babylon and though the original Tower of Babel was destroyed and the original city of Babylon (as well as the kingdom itself), was completely destroyed in ancient history, the ideology they were built on has never been destroyed. It has remained and Satan has continued in the spiritual realm to grow the spirit of Babylon throughout the world in order to gain control of the entire world in the final one world global order of Daniel 2.
Babylon is with us and the book of Revelation tells us that during the Tribulation, there will be a system that envelopes this world, controlling its wealth and merchants. But at a certain point in the coming Tribulation, God will finally destroy it (Revelation 14). Though it has been God who has allowed the spirit of Babylon to remain in this world for ages, He has a specific date in the future when He will destroy it fully. Interestingly enough, the world’s merchants will mourn Babylon’s death.
So, what we are seeing in the world now is testament to the enduring nature of Babylon (allowed by God), in order that things would continue to progress to the final few years prior to the physical return of Jesus. God is allowing satanic globalists to fulfill the desires of Satan in order that this world will be fully transformed. There is little to nothing we as Christians can do about it. So it is best for us to recognize this fact and acknowledge God’s rule in allowing these things to come to pass.
Personally, I would like a respite by seeing imperfect Donald J. Trump elected again. I am doubtful this will happen because there are somewhere between 500,000 and 1.4 million illegitimate people on the voter rolls in just the five swing state.[3] So, unless a miracle from God occurs, we can expect to see overt “Kamunism” gain the highest office of the land. Even if Trump is elected, things won’t be smooth at all. Expect to see cities burn, protesters attack and even members of Congress doing what they can to ensure he does not actually get to the White House. If you watched the debate last night, you know that Harris did not do that well with her platitudes and she had fact-checking help from ABC moderators (which turned out to be wrong). Surprisingly, Trump laid things out and kept up the attack.
But really, so what? What does all of this mean for Christians? Even though it means higher prices in all categories (including taxes) and a major push to outlaw gas and diesel operated vehicles, God is not going to leave us hanging. I personally believe that God will continue to provide for His own. The requirement on our part is to operate by faith in a world that is operating by feelings.
Do not despair. Do not fear. Each time you are tempted to do so, look up. Focus on Him and the truth of His Word. I believe He will honor our efforts to seek His face and trust in His provision. We cannot possibly cover every base. None of us has enough money to do that. We can only do what we can do and trust the Lord to guide us daily as we watch this world sink further and further into the mire of lies foisted upon us by Satan.
Who lives in you? Who died that you might have life? Who cares deeply about you? Who has your life in His hand? He will protect our hearts and minds as we submit to His Lordship over our lives.

IDF hits Hezbollah launchers after rocket fire; Gallant to troops: Prepare for ground op

- Inflation is down, but still grinding away at us: By our count, Donald Trump mentioned inflation nine times during last night’s debate. Kamala Harris mentioned it only twice. But had she known about today’s inflation report, Harris might have mentioned it a few more times. That’s because, according to a monthly Labor Department report, inflation declined in August to its lowest level since February 2021. As CNBC reports, “The consumer price index, a broad measure of goods and services costs across the U.S. economy, increased 0.2% for the month, in line with the Dow Jones consensus,” adding, “That put the 12-month inflation rate at 2.5%, down 0.4 percentage point from the July level and compared to the estimate for 2.6%.” That’s good news, to be sure, especially for the Harris campaign. But here’s the big picture: The BLS also reports that cumulative inflation is at 20.34% since January 2021. And that’s the number we all feel when we head to the grocery store.

- Johnson vows to move forward on stopgap: Despite resistance from several Republican lawmakers, House Speaker Mike Johnson is pressing forward on a short-term government funding measure. Should Congress fail to pass a funding bill, the federal government faces a shutdown on September 30. The short-term stopgap, which would fund the government for six months, passed a procedural vote on Tuesday primarily along party lines, 209-206. Republicans want to include the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act in the bill, which would require people to provide proof of American citizenship when registering to vote. Democrats object to this provision, noting that it is already illegal for noncitizens to vote. Republicans who favor the SAVE Act contend that its passage would not impact the current election. They oppose the spending measure because it’s simply an effort to continue allowing Washington to spend money without addressing the growing national debt problem. Johnson contends that passing the SAVE Act would be an important step in securing future elections, given the massive influx of illegal immigrants under Joe Biden. The House is expected to vote on the stopgap bill today.
- Wisconsin’s absentee ballot loophole: Four years ago, the Dairy State was one of three narrowly decided states, along with Arizona and Georgia, that tipped the presidential election in Joe Biden’s favor. And if a particular loophole in Wisconsin’s election system isn’t fixed, we might see that state go narrowly to Kamala Harris. “Election Integrity deniers often complain that Wisconsin has one of the more stringent voter ID laws in the country. That’s a good thing,” The Federalist reports. “But there’s a voter ID-related loophole cheaters can drive a semi truckload of fraud through. In Wisconsin, voters may claim ‘Indefinitely Confined’ status, which allows them to receive an absentee ballot without presenting proof that they are who they claim to be.” This “indefinitely confined” loophole is a remnant from the COVID days, and it allows anyone to receive an absentee ballot without having to show a photo ID. Thus, it’s a recipe for bulk-mail ballot fraud, and Republicans would be wise to fix it. Otherwise, some 144,000 Wisconsin voters are still eligible to vote without showing ID.
- Taylor Swift endorses Harris: Whew. An anxious world no longer awaits the most thoughtful and important of all presidential endorsements. To no one’s surprise, superstar Taylor Swift has thrown her considerable appeal behind Kamala Harris for president. She did so last night, just minutes after the Democrat nominee debated Donald Trump. Writing to her 283 million Instagram followers, Swift said she’ll be voting for Harris because “she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.” Swift added: “I’ve done my research, and I’ve made my choice. Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make. I also want to say, especially to first time voters: Remember that in order to vote, you have to be registered!” So Swift is not only telling her low-information minions to vote for Harris, but she’s urging them to make sure they’re registered to do so.

- Threat of another terrorist attack “is higher now” than in months before 9/11 (More)
- Illegal alien rapist, again: When people talk about our open borders, they often throw out a big number of illegal crossers without considering the very real downstream effects of this Biden/Harris-enabled invasion. But we were recently reminded of the damage that even a tiny fraction of such an influx can do. A 24-year-old illegal was indicted on five counts of child rape on Martha’s Vineyard, that desirable left-wing hideaway that is anything but welcoming to migrants. In fairness to Team Biden/Harris, however, we’d note that this particular Brazilian national came across our southern border in March 2018, during Donald Trump’s administration. This just goes to show that any illegal immigration is too much illegal immigration.
- Tren de Aragua isn’t just in Aurora: In El Paso, Texas, the violent Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua (TDA) has been putting down roots. Like Aurora, Colorado, where the gang has taken over an apartment complex, TDA has taken up residence in the Gateway Hotel, which has been condemned since 2015. Last month, city fire code inspectors reported 20 violations on the property, stating that the “building has no current certification of occupancy.” Yet since 2022, police have received almost 700 calls regarding illegal activity at the building. The county attorney noted that there is video footage from the hotel that depicts “people partying, drinking, smoking and dancing provocatively while children are present … at least one gun being shot … men holding knives and another man with a hatchet assaulting people and causing damage to the hotel in front of a security guard.” An El Paso police officer warned, “There should be concern due to the establishment and rise of the Venezuelan criminal organization ‘Tren de Aragua’ at the Gateway Hotel. We discovered several Venezuelans have the tattoo identifiers of Tren de Aragua.” This is what results from open borders and unchecked illegal immigration.

- DC riot following police shooting: A violent mob smashed and looted several businesses in downtown Washington, DC, on Monday night after authorities released video footage of a fatal police shooting that occurred last week. Five people were arrested in connection to the rioting. In the video footage, police officers approached a car that had crashed into a McDonald’s restaurant, wherein they found 26-year-old Justin Robinson — a convicted felon who worked for the city as a “violence interrupter” — unconscious in the driver seat with a gun in his lap. Approximately 10 minutes passed before Robinson woke up, at which point the officers instructed him to put his hands up. One officer stated, “Sir, don’t touch the gun,” as he moved with the gun drawn to open the driver-side door. At that point, Robinson attempted to grab the officer’s gun, and police opened fire, killing him. Predictably, the race hustlers are claiming this is another instance of “racist cops.”
- Missouri abortion: On Tuesday, the Missouri Supreme Court ruled that an initiative to legalize abortion in the Show Me State can be included on the ballot in November. This decision reverses a lower court’s ruling rejecting the initiative’s inclusion on the ballot. Known as Amendment 3, Missourians will now decide whether or not to overturn the state’s ban on abortion and codify the freedom to kill pre-born children as a state constitutional right under the euphemism of “reproductive freedom.” Democrats see “abortion rights” as an effective get-out-the-vote motivator that will benefit Kamala Harris’s election prospects.

Disgraceful ABC Moderators Helped Harris Win

I hate to say it, but Kamala Harris won last night’s first and perhaps only presidential debate with Donald Trump. At least after her awkward handshake introduction — “Kamala Harris,” she said as if Trump didn’t know who she is — and her painfully obvious early nerves. She looked at the camera and spoke directly to voters, mostly avoided her typical word salads, appealed to emotion (especially for women), reacted with feeling at the right moments, aimed a well-practiced glare at the former president while he was speaking, and delivered some hard hits. Of course, it’s easy to look good when both of ABC’s disgraceful pair of so-called moderators were piling on her opponent.
And she won Taylor Swift’s endorsement. What a surprise.

That doesn’t mean Harris proved herself to be anything other than a propped-up shell of a candidate with sometimes downright immoral and evil policies. She failed to offer much substance or to explain where she’s been and what she’s been doing for three and a half years.
Unfortunately, Trump also didn’t have his best night. He didn’t look like he spent five minutes preparing, instead devoting too much time to rehashing many of his familiar grievances, derailing his own effective attack lines with random thoughts and topic changes (squirrel!), and taking the bait multiple times on inane things like the size of his rally crowds or whether people leave early. Let it go, dude.
Harris and the moderators had him on the defensive for most of the night, and he missed some key chances to hold her accountable. He didn’t even hit Tim Walz for stolen valor amidst the military discussion. Big whiff.
Trump did have some humorous zingers. “I’m talking now, if you don’t mind,” he shot back at Harris when she spoke during his turn. “Does that sound familiar?” He also joked that he “was going to send her a MAGA hat” because she’d stolen so many of his policies.
He successfully and repeatedly hit the Biden/Harris failure on the border and the utter disaster of so many illegal alien criminals crossing our borders and committing crimes — that, by the way, otherwise wouldn’t have happened. He generally did well on foreign policy, for example correctly asserting that Russia’s invasion of Ukraine never would have happened on his watch. He began the evening by rightly noting — albeit with insufficient explanation — that cumulative inflation under Biden/Harris is over 20% and, in many cases, 50% or more.
Arguably, his best moment was the beginning of his closing statement: “She just started by saying she’s gonna do this, she’s gonna do that, she’s gonna do all these wonderful things,” he said. “Why hasn’t she done it? She’s been there for three and a half years. They’ve had three and a half years to fix the border. They’ve had three and a half years to create jobs and all the things we talked about. Why hasn’t she done it?”
Reminding voters that Harris has been vice president for nearly four years and hanging Joe Biden’s myriad failures around her neck is exactly what he should spend all day every day doing.
Yet he undercut his own point by finishing on an angry and rambling tirade about seemingly disconnected ideas and places. If viewers made it all the way through the roughly hour and 40 minutes, that wasn’t a good taste to leave in their mouths.
It’s also fair to say that few of us would have a great night in a three-on-one debate like last night’s, but complaining about biased and unfair moderators isn’t going to win undecided or uninformed and misinformed voters who don’t realize how awful the moderators actually were. Griping about them doesn’t make Trump look good.
But make no mistake: David Muir and Linsey Davis were atrocious. They made themselves the centerpiece of the debate, “fact-checking” Trump — and only Trump — several times throughout the night, mostly by giving false or distorted information themselves. Muir even “fact-checked” Trump on what Trump said was his own sarcastic tone in a comment. “I did watch all of these pieces of video,” Muir chastised. “I didn’t detect the sarcasm.” Unreal.
And when the moderators weren’t directly fact-checking Trump, they were asking him something along the lines of, You’re terrible and said awful things. Why are you so mean and false?
Or they asked Harris setup questions about his controversies for her to rebuke him. Mr. Trump said this horrible thing. How does that make you feel?
They let her slide on multiple egregious lies, like the mischaracterization of Charlottesville (again) and Trump’s “bloodbath” comment about the economy. They didn’t bother correcting her on crime data, police deaths on January 6, fracking, troops in combat zones, or the Project 2025 nonsense, either, just to pick a few of Kamala’s many lies and distortions.
They also didn’t ask her why she covered for Joe Biden’s obvious cognitive decline — right up until the moment she undemocratically stole the nomination from him.
By contrast, they even (predictably) “fact-checked” Trump on the story about illegal aliens eating pets in Ohio. Residents say it’s happening, he noted, but Muir dismissed it because a “city manager” denies seeing any evidence.
Inexplicably, the moderators didn’t fact-check Harris when she falsely told Trump that Vladimir Putin would “eat you for lunch.” There is no evidence Putin is a cannibal. Have they no journalistic integrity?
Sarcasm aside, no Republican should ever again agree to a debate on ABC.
Harris knew last night was likely her only debate and one of her best shots at drawing a contrast with Trump. Perhaps her best (by which I mean worst) moments were playing to a woman’s disdain for a man who was “held liable for sexual assault” and asserting, “Donald Trump certainly should not be telling a woman what to do with her body.”
Fact-check: A baby is not a woman’s body. That’s science.
Nevertheless, Harris clearly rehearsed exactly how she wanted to show her emotion over abortion so that women all over America would identify with her. It was, unfortunately, a skilled maneuver.
The discussion also brought an angry “fact-check” from ABC’s Linsey Davis. When Trump brought up Virginia Governor Ralph Northam’s 2019 comments about what sure sounded like infanticide to me, Harris responded with disbelief and Davis said with all the contempt she could muster, “There is no state in this country where it is legal to kill a baby after it’s born.”
“Kill a baby after it’s born.” Let that inadvertent admission sink in.
A more helpful fact-check the moderators could have thrown in is that the United States is one of seven nations in the entire world — in the company of China, North Korea, and Vietnam — that allows late-term abortions. Even The Washington Post admits that’s true, and Trump rightly pinned Harris on her extremism.
There’s so much more I could say, but what I hope voters remember from last night’s debate is that Harris is practically the incumbent, and she bears responsibility for the myriad failures over the last three and a half years. Inflation persists, and she ensured the bills that created it passed Congress. She was the last person in the room when deciding the disastrous retreat from Afghanistan. And so on.
Will last night’s debate move the needle? We’ll see, but remember this: There are fewer battleground states than in 2020, and, as we have often noted, Trump lost by about 43,000 votes in three states. Biden’s seven million-vote margin was almost entirely in New York and California. No wonder Democrats want to eliminate the Electoral College.
The needle likely won’t move much as a result of this debate, but in an election when the country is split virtually 50-50, small movements win elections. That’s why Democrats are ready with bulk-mail ballots. Early voting starts next week…

What If I Don’t Like Either Candidate? | Cross Examined
If you’re like me, this upcoming election feels like a choice between which electric outlet to jab a fork into. I’m not a big fan of either candidate. It may be tempting to just sit-out this election. But we shouldn’t give up that easily. This November, you won’t be voting for a pastor, or a personality. You’re just voting for a president either. You’re voting for a package deal. We’re going to get the president and everything that comes with them. So, we owe it to ourselves to look past their personality and consider the rest of the caravan that’s coming along with them. Here are eight reasons why you and I should still vote in this election even if we don’t like either candidate.
If You Won’t Vote for Either Candidate Then . . .
1. Vote Down Ballot
Besides the presidency, there are thousands of other elected officers to be determined this November. History shows that whichever party wins the presidency gets a boost in the elections down ballot. You can help your preferred party win those other elections by endorsing their party for president.
2. Vote For a Cabinet
The president doesn’t work alone. He or she has a cabinet of about 15 different department heads, 10 other cabinet officials, and the Vice President.[1] This cabinet of 26 people advise the president on a regular basis. The president has the authority to appoint all of those officers. If you don’t like either candidate but you would trust a conservative cabinet over a progressive cabinet, then you know who to vote for.
3. Vote For 4,000 Presidential Appointees.
Besides appointing all the cabinet members, the president also appoints 4,000 or so government positions. When people say, “The Trump Administration” or the “Biden Administration” that’s what they are talking about; it’s the president plus the cabinet plus 4,000 or so appointees. The president isn’t just a personality but also a gateway for overhauling Washington DC.
4. Vote For a Vice President
Besides serving as the next in line for president, the VP is the Chief officer in the president’s cabinet. Even if you don’t care for Trump or Harris, you can get a sense of their administration direction through their running mate. Plus, you might see something in a VP candidate to inspire your vote.
5. Vote For a Party Platform
I would say ‘vote for the party’ but there’s no telling what the party stands for without their platform (what they say they’ll do) and their policies (what they do). In the last 5-8 years, the “left” has pulled farther left. “Old-school” democrats are considered moderate or even Republican now. Today’s Republicans are tough to distinguish from libertarians. The point is, you can still read the party platform of the Democrats and the Republicans and vote for the one that best with our beliefs and values.
6. Vote For the Policies
Beside the party platform, both candidates represents a set of policies. Now, you can expect politicians to make all sorts of campaign promises leading up to the election. But I’m not talking about those empty promises. I’m talking about the party policies that are likely to happen, once that party is in power. The president, of course, can’t just make a new law. Congress does that. But the president, VP, and his cabinet can throw a lot of influence behind their party policies.
7. Vote For the Power of Executive Office
The president has the power to make executive orders including creating or disbanding whole departments if they so choose. Now, you may not trust either candidate with that power. But someone will have that power regardless. I bet you distrust one candidate more than the others.
8. Vote Against the Other Candidate
There is no option to vote for two U.S. presidents in this election cycle. So, when you vote, you’re always voting against the other candidate. Maybe you don’t like either candidate. But you can still vote against whichever candidate you dislike the most.
A Final Warning
If you aren’t convinced yet, and you don’t follow my advice, then you have that right. It’s a free country, for now. It’s not like Christians will lose their salvation for voting third-party or sitting this one out. But I would urge you not to waste your vote. You can still exercise wisdom, love, and courage by voting not for the president but for the policies, platforms, and personnel that they represent. Yes, that means voting in the presidential election, but it’s not just about the president. It never was. It’s about competing visions of what American will become over the next 4 years. You can vote for the future of America by voting on the direction of this country right now.
Otherwise, if you sit this one out, then you’re muffling your God-given influence. You’re wasting a precious gift. And you’re telling all the rot and darkness out there rioting in the streets as we speak that you’d rather keep your “salt and light” to yourself (Matt. 5:13:16). Perish the thought. Let’s go vote!

The Trump campaign is taking matters into its own hands after a blatantly biased performance by the debate moderators, who failed to hold Kamala Harris accountable for her numerous lies.
Last night’s debate featured Kamala Harris dodging responsibility for her failed policies while a complicit moderator allowed her to escape scrutiny in yet another display of blatant media bias.
Despite the stacked odds, President Donald Trump emerged victorious, offering clear solutions while exposing Kamala Harris’s disastrous record and long list of lies.
The debate was a glaring example of how far the radical left is willing to go to distort the truth. Kamala Harris, with the full support of a biased moderator, attempted to rewrite history while pushing dangerous, far-left policies. But the facts speak for themselves.
Trump campaign officials immediately issued a point-by-point fact-check of Harris’s lies.
Tonight’s debate was an indisputable victory for President Donald J. Trump — despite a disgraceful three-on-one format.
Kamala Harris showed Americans exactly who she is: a Radical Left puppet with no vision, no solutions, and no answers for the problems she has unleashed on Americans over the past 3.5 years.
Kamala Harris told lie after lie after lie:
Kamala falsely claimed “not one member of the United States military…is in active duty in a combat zone.”
Kamala falsely claimed she does not support a government takeover of health care (she does).
Kamala denied she supports a fracking ban (she does) and mandatory gun confiscation (she does).
Kamala said “that’s not true” when President Trump highlighted her support for defunding the police — which she has repeatedly called to do.
Kamala denied she raised money to bail violent rioters out of jail during the 2020 Summer of Love — but her tweet is literally still up.
Kamala falsely claimed President Trump supports “Project 2025” — despite the fact that he has never been involved.
Kamala falsely claimed Tim Walz didn’t legalize abortion-on-demand until birth in Minnesota — which is exactly what he did.
Kamala claimed President Trump supports a national abortion ban (he doesn’t) and wants to ban IVF (he doesn’t).
Kamala resurrected the Charlottesville hoax, which fact-checkers have repeatedly debunked.
Here’s what Kamala couldn’t explain:
- Why she let 20 million illegal aliens invade the country.
- Why she destroyed the economy and drove up inflation.
- Why she supports radical, ninth-month abortion-on-demand.
- Why she destroyed the country with weak-on-crime policies.
- Why she was fully on board with the gross incompetence of the Afghanistan withdrawal that left 13 U.S. service members dead.
One thing she said was true: her Radical Left values “have not changed.”
Americans know the country has fallen dramatically off course under Kamala Harris — and President Trump is the only candidate who can fix it.

American families have been ravaged by the high cost of living under Harris-Biden — and she owns every bit of it. She has even repeatedly claimed that “Bidenomics is working” and that she is “proud” of Bidenomics
UNDER KAMALA HARRIS:
- The Kamala economy has wiped out more than 80% of Americans’ personal savings since January 2021 — nearly $3 trillion.
- Americans have been subjected to the longest period of high inflation in more than three decades, which has cost the average family an extra $28,000 paying for the increased cost of living.
- Overall prices have soared by 20.2%, while real average weekly earnings have declined by 3.9%.
- Energy prices have soared 13 times faster than the previous seven years.
- The median housing payment has increased nearly $1,000/month, with overall housing costs up nearly 50% as the cost of homeownership hits its highest in three decades.
- Americans’ collective credit card debt has reached another all-time high.
Moreover, Kamala cast the tie-breaking vote for the American Rescue Plan, which evenliberal economists admit drove prices to record highs — and has approved an astonishing, inflation-accelerating $11 trillion in spending.
Kamala is in office right now — so why hasn’t she done anything about the high prices? All she has done is make things worse as she pushes for trillions in tax hikes, socialized health care, and welfare for illegals.
Her only solution so far is a Soviet-style price fixing scheme that will inevitably lead to food lines, shortages, and skyrocketing inequality.
Americans know they are BETTER OFF WITH TRUMP!
FACT CHECK: Harris-Walz, Democrats Are The Real Abortion Extremists
Harris and Walz support taxpayer-funded abortion-on-demand until the moment of birth — which is grossly out of touch with the American people:
- Kamala couldn’t name a single limit she supports on abortion-on-demand.
- Walz legalized unrestricted abortion-on-demand until birth in Minnesota.
- Nearly three quarters of Americans OPPOSE abortion after 15 weeks, while just ten percent believe there should be no limits.
- More Americans support protecting unborn babies at 15 weeks than oppose restrictions – including majorities of Democrats, independents, and women.
Harris’ extreme position is echoed across her administration, campaign, and party:
- Harris spokeswoman Karine Jean-Pierre has routinely declined to specify what, if any, limits the Harris-Biden administration supports on abortion-on-demand.
- Harris-Biden HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra repeatedly declined to name a single restriction the Harris-Biden administration supports on third-trimester abortions.
- Top Harris surrogate Gavin Newsom backed unrestricted abortion-on-demand.
- Top Harris surrogate Michelle Lujan Grisham confirmed her support for “no limits” on abortion.
- Top Harris surrogate Raphael Warnock suggested “even God” favors unrestricted abortion-on-demand.
- Top Harris surrogate Katie Hobbs declined — five times — to specify a limit she’d support on abortion-on-demand.
- Top Harris surrogate Ralph Northam endorsed infanticide for fully developed children born during the third trimester of pregnancy: “The infant would be delivered. The infant would be kept comfortable. The infant would be resuscitated if that’s what the mother and the family desired, and then a discussion would ensue…”
- “I’m not gonna respond to that,” Biden said when asked if he supports “limits” on abortion-on-demand.
President Trump supports the rights of individual states to make that decision for themselves.
FACT CHECK: Border Czar Kamala Owns The Invasion She Created
Kamala has owned the Harris-Biden border crisis from the start, admitting their policy was to “undo” President Trump’s successful border security.
- The Harris-Biden administration took 94 executive actions in the first 100 days to dismantle President Trump’s border security — including halting construction of the border wall and ending the “Remain in Mexico” policy.
- In March 2021, Kamala was crowned “border czar.”
- In April 2021 — the first full month since Kamala officially assumed her role — illegal crossings shot up 128% (178,795) compared to the month she took office (78,414).
- It only got worse from there, with monthly illegal crossings nearly doubling during her tenure — remaining above 150,000/month almost every single month.
- For context, illegal border crossings averaged around 50,000/month under President Trump.
- The number of illegals RELEASED into the country also skyrocketed under Kamala — going from two-digit monthly releases during the Trump administration to five- and six-digit monthly releases under Harris-Biden.
Kamala would take it ten steps further if she is elected in November:
- Kamala wants to make every state a “sanctuary state.”
- Kamala backs MASS AMNESTY for millions of illegals already in the country.
- Kamala supports decriminalizing illegal border crossings.
- Kamala thought Barack Obama deported too many illegal immigrants.
- Kamala compared ICE officers to the KKK and said we need to start “from scratch” with the agency that arrests and deports rapists and killers.
- Kamala supports taxpayer-funded health care coverage for illegal immigrants.
- Kamala wants to shut down immigration detention centers and release thousands of criminals.
- Kamala said a border wall is “medieval” and mocked the idea that terrorists would take advantage of our southern border.
- As a senator, Kamala urged the Senate not to fund additional Border Patrol personnel.
The “border czar” — who has visited the southern border only ONCE (to a “politically safe” area) — owns the consequences of the millions of illegal aliens who have invaded U.S. communities and unleashed an unprecedented era of needless and preventable migrant crime on American citizens.
President Donald J. Trump will begin mass deportations on day one.
FACT CHECK: Kamala’s Crime Spin Is NOT Reality
When Kamala took office, the FBI changed how it collects crime data. Now, the FBI’s Q1 2024 data is missing nearly a third of the nation’s law enforcement agencies — including from many of the most violent cities, such as Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, and New Orleans.
A much more accurate picture emerges from the DOJ’s National Crime Victimization Survey, which shows crime is WAY UP over pre-pandemic levels.
- There was a 43% increase in violent crimes, a 58% increase in rapes, an 89%increase in aggravated assaults, and a 56% increase in robberies between 2020 and 2022, the most recent year for which data is available.
- More Americans were victims of violent crimes in 2022 than in any year since 2012.
- Kamala has presided over three of the four most murderous years in the last quarter century.
- Even using the flawed FBI data, there has been a 10% increase in the average annual number of homicides under Kamala (20,700) compared to President Trump (18,627).
- In most cities, murder rates remain higher than pre-pandemic levels.
The data is also missing an entirely new category of crime against U.S. citizens at the hands of illegal aliens Kamala has ferried in — HARRIS MIGRANT CRIME.
- Rachel Morin, a 37-year-old Maryland mother of five, was raped and strangled to death by an illegal alien in 2023. Her partially naked body was found in a drainage tunnel near a hiking trail.
- Laken Riley, a 22-year-old nursing student from Georgia, was savagely murdered by an illegal alien who strangled her and beat her over the head with a rock as she was out for a jog.
- Jocelyn Nungaray, a 12-year-old Houston girl, was brutally murdered by two illegal aliens who lured her under a bridge, tied her up, and sexually assaulted her for hours before killing her and throwing her body into a bayou. One of her assailants was wearing an ICE ankle monitor as he committed the heinous crimes.
President Donald J. Trump will END the lawlessness once again.
FACT CHECK: Kamala *Already* Raised Taxes — And She’ll Do It Again
Kamala’s pledge “not to raise taxes” on low- and middle-class Americans is a complete lie.
- FACT: Harris has pledged to eliminate President Trump’s successful tax cuts — which would raise taxes on 91% of earners across every income bracket, raise taxes on small businesses, raise utility bills, raise the death tax, cut the child tax credit, and much more.

There was a time just eight years ago when Megyn Kelly was a Fox News debate moderator going head-to-head against Donald Trump. She wasn’t a fan of his and the feeling was mutual.
Things have changed. Today, she’s a strong supporter of his campaign and he has endeared himself to her with multiple interviews. They aren’t best buddies but they have an appreciation for each other that has developed into a professional friendship.
Following the ABC News debate between Trump and Democrat Kamala Harris, Kelly went off. She didn’t attack Harris. She went after the debate moderators, David Muir and Linsey Davis. They demonstrated a level of partisan favoritism that has never been so blatant in American debate history.

Kelly is spot on. The “moderators” participated in a level of lying that has hitherto never been seen during a presidential debate. They “fact checked” Trump on a dozen points while willfully ignoring blatant lies told by Harris. Kelly’s shame for Muir and Davis should be shared by any American who values the truth.

That Debate Will Backfire Horribly For Both Kamala Harris And ABC | ZeroHedge

The initial reaction to last night’s debate is that Kamala Harris held her own, albeit with the help of two ABC moderators, and that Trump was “rattled” and on the defense more than he needed to be. Generally, the debate is being cast as anything but the overwhelming victory for Trump that many predicted.
But my guess is that both the dejection from the right and the perceived victory from the left will fade almost immediately as people have a chance to take in everything that really took place.
For starters, the times when Trump looked “the worst,” like when moderators tried to debunk him on the Springfield, Ohio, animal/pet killings that were confirmed by 911 calls minutes before the debate, will once again be proven to be factual and on point. The delivery wasn’t fantastic, but over the last three years, the country’s tolerance for being lied to by the media has shrunk significantly, so it won’t take as long as it normally would for people to see past Trump’s delivery. People are thinking critically now more than ever and doing their own independent fact-checking more than ever.
In short, people will quickly realize that Trump’s comments sounded justified.
And if Americans need a reminder as to why doing their own fact checking is so important, they only need to look at Kamala Harris’s near admission that COVID came out of a lab in China early in the debate. 3 years ago her side of the aisle would have called you a conspiracy theorist and banned you from social media for saying so.
I’ve already written extensively about how the media has lost significant credibility with independent and moderate voters due to their covering for Joe Biden in the midst of his obvious mental decline. I wrote about it in an article a couple of months ago simply called “We Can Be Lied To About Anything”.
After last night, when the average critically thinking, independent or moderate voter begins to emerge from the visceral reaction of who “won” the debate, the picture will start to come into focus. And it’ll be a picture of a news network that constantly tried to fact-check Donald Trump, despite Kamala Harris repeating multiple debunked conspiracy theories, like Trump’s Charlottesville comments, which were already debunked by Snopes, and his “bloodbath” comment, which was used in the context of talking about the auto industry.
When the average critically thinking American looks at the veracity of the lies that Kamala Harris put forth last night – including lies about Trump’s stance on in vitro fertilization, lies about Trump being associated with Project 2025, and lies about Trump not wanting to secure the border – it’s going to be very difficult to look back on this debate as a victory for her.
And God forbid these same moderate voters were looking for an actual policy stance from Kamala Harris.

Despite being well-seasoned in her narrative and her answers and obviously prepared to answer questions she may or may not have received in advance, while benefiting from two friendly moderators and a question format that constantly pinned Trump as the antagonist before David Muir would lead Harris to her answer to reaffirm what the moderators had already decided, she was noticeably devoid of an explanation on her flip-flopping policies. She offered little to no detail on her flip-flops about fracking and her poor performance as border czar, and she failed to take accountability for what happened in Afghanistan, while simultaneously admitting that she approved of how it took place.
Not unlike when she was first crowned the “joy” candidate of the Left, there was a luster to her performance at the debate that is going to wear off very quickly.
And in my opinion, last night will just be another example of a constantly evolving populace seeing the left-wing media for exactly what it is: an arm of the Democratic Party.
Despite some mumbles and grumbles from the Republican side of the aisle, as soon as the debate ended, I reaffirmed to myself my trust in the American people to think for themselves and to see last night for what it was in hindsight: a set up.
I honestly believe that the rise of alternative media in this country, and the legacy media’s track record of horrific embarrassments, like covering up the Hunter Biden laptop story and lying to the American people about the mental acuity of President Joe Biden, have built up a bullshit tolerance for media spin in the average American.
More people know today that the left-leaning media has a narrative and lies to them than ever before. This debate will be different from other ones because it’ll eventually be looked at in that context. And when people go back and watch how the moderators constantly argued the merits with Trump while leading Harris in her answers to multiple questions, this debate will be revealed for the biased farce that it was. And then — mark my words — it will do more harm than good for Kamala Harris.
Harris has already come out and asked for a second debate with Trump, ostensibly indicating that she thinks last night was a success. When the debate ended, the scrutinization of ABC’s dirty tricks began — and they will be off the table in any future debates.
If I were Kamala, I’d be careful what I wish for in asking to step in the ring for a second debate. Just because the judges saw one round with Trump as a draw doesn’t mean you can go the distance and win by decision.

Tim Walz is the Democratic Party nominee for vice president, and he very much has an agenda for America’s children as his tenure a governor of Minnesota clearly shows . If elected, Walz and Kamala Harris would make the surgical mutilation and castration of our nation’s children a high priority, and on a level that that Auschwitz “angel of death doctor” Josef Mengele could only have dreamed of. Have you ever watched Tim Walz on the campaign trail? He is very effeminate, and just may be preparing his own ‘coming out’ party. The 6-color LGBTQIA Pride banner is really a battle flag, and they are winning the war.

Under Barack Obama, transgenders became big business, and an entire generation of public school children were subjected to endless mental conditioning about gender from teachers guidance counsellors and through their classroom textbooks. Children bought the lie they were force-fed, and seemingly overnight, a brand-new category that has previously never existed was suddenly front and center. Tim Walz in 2023 signed bills into laws that created a ‘trans refuge state’ in Minnesota, and as vice president he and Harris will seek to do that to the other 49. This is wickedness on a level straight out of the Bible, this is worse than what the Nazis tried to do. If Kamala Harris and Tim Walz are elected, you will either be part of The Party, or you will be in the Resistance. I stand in complete opposition to the evil that’s coming, and indeed is already upon us. The question is where do you stand?
Minnesota governor Tim Walz signs bills further enshrining abortion, gender-affirming care into law
FROM CNN: The new legislation enhances existing state law that makes access to abortion and gender-affirming care legal and opposes conversion therapy. Walz previously signed an executive order restricting conversion therapy in the state in 2021. And earlier this year, the Democratic governor codified the right to abortion in the state and signed an executive order in March directing state agencies to protect and support access to gender-affirming health care across the state.
“In Minnesota, we’re protecting rights – not taking them away,” Walz said in a statement on Twitter after signing the bills.
The laws Walz signed Thursday include the reproductive health care and gender-affirming care bills, HF366 and HF146, which will shield people from legal action that other states may levy over such care.
The legislation banning conversion therapy, HF16, which garnered only two Republican votes in the Senate, outlaws organized attempts to convert people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer or questioning into straight or cisgender people.
The latest bills out of Minnesota stand in stark contrast with bills cracking down on gender-affirming care and abortion pushed by Republican-led states across the country and follows a trend of blue states enacting shield laws to become havens for those seeking abortions and gender-affirming treatment who may be traveling from states where the practices are banned.
