There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true. —Soren Kierkegaard. "…truth is true even if nobody believes it, and falsehood is false even if everybody believes it. That is why truth does not yield to opinion, fashion, numbers, office, or sincerity–it is simply true and that is the end of it" – Os Guinness, Time for Truth, pg.39. “He that takes truth for his guide, and duty for his end, may safely trust to God’s providence to lead him aright.” – Blaise Pascal. "There is but one straight course, and that is to seek truth and pursue it steadily" – George Washington letter to Edmund Randolph — 1795. We live in a “post-truth” world. According to the dictionary, “post-truth” means, “relating to or denoting circumstances in which objective facts are less influential in shaping public opinion than appeals to emotion and personal belief.” Simply put, we now live in a culture that seems to value experience and emotion more than truth. Truth will never go away no matter how hard one might wish. Going beyond the MSM idealogical opinion/bias and their low information tabloid reality show news with a distractional superficial focus on entertainment, sensationalism, emotionalism and activist reporting – this blogs goal is to, in some small way, put a plug in the broken dam of truth and save as many as possible from the consequences—temporal and eternal. "The further a society drifts from truth, the more it will hate those who speak it." – George Orwell “There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.” ― Soren Kierkegaard
Isaiah 30:18 — The LORD will be gracious to those who refused His rest and confidence. The ones who resisted God (Isaiah 30:15), He will have mercy upon.
Isaiah 30:22 — Mercy is associated with repentance, the turning from idols!
Isaiah 31:1 — Eight hundred years earlier Moses warned about this exact same issue (Deuteronomy 17:16) – Egypt and horses. God wants us vulnerable so we can trust the Holy One of Israel!
Isaiah 31:3 — Isaiah points out the obvious!
Isaiah 33:2 — Take some time to wait for the LORD. Don’t run ahead of Him or behind Him but wait for Him. The LORD will deliver you!
Galatians 5:2 — Nothing! Paul says that the highest value of the Jews (circumcision) was worth nothing! Not even Jesus values circumcision (Galatians 5:6)!
Galatians 5:12 — The KJV uses a euphemism for Paul’s wish for the Judaizers.

No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. (Isaiah 54:17)
There is great clatter in the forges and smithies of the enemy. They are making weapons wherewith to smite the saints. They could not even do as much as this if the Lord of saints did not allow them; for He has created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire. But see how busily they labor! How many swords and spears they fashion! It matters nothing, for on the blade of every weapon you may read this inscription: It shall not Prosper.
But now listen to another noise: it is the strife of tongues. Tongues are more terrible instruments than can be made with hammers and anvils, and the evil which they inflict cuts deeper and spreads wider. What will become of us now? Slander, falsehood, insinuation, ridicule-these are poisoned arrows; how can we meet them? The Lord God promises us that, if we cannot silence them, we shall, at least, escape from being ruined by them. They condemn us for the moment, but we shall condemn them at last and forever. The mouth of them that speak lies shall be stopped, and their falsehoods shall be turned to the honor of those good men who suffered by them.
American pastors are reportedly experiencing the same electoral pressures as their congregants and the general public, with many faith leaders reluctant to reveal who they plan to vote for in November.
Listen to them on the latest episode of “Quick Start”
This issue of election silence is much more pronounced among preachers in 2024, it seems, with 23% of pastors refusing to answer for whom they’ll cast a ballot, according to Lifeway Research.
For context, just 4% expressed the same reluctance in 2020, and just 3% fell into that bucket during the 2016 cycle. The shift in willingness to openly discuss these matters is notable.
According to Scott McConnell, executive director of Lifeway Research, the reticence “shows how sensitive or divisive politics has become in some churches.”
Despite many declining to share, among those who plan to vote and were forthcoming, 50% said they plan to select former President Donald Trump, the Republican candidate, and 24% stated Democratic candidate Vice President Kamala Harris as their preference.
An additional 23% are undecided, according to the data.
Political affiliation is also of note among Protestant pastors, as 50% are either registered Republicans or are part of that movement, 18% are Democrats, and 25% classify themselves as Independent.
Differences persist among more specific Christian cohorts as well. Among evangelical pastors, 61% plan to vote for Trump, with 50% of mainline Protestant pastors planning to pull the lever for Harris.
Overall, the general patterns are in line with what’s been observed in recent elections.
“The 2024 voting preferences are similar to those during the leadup to the 2020 election, when 53% of U.S. Protestant pastors said they planned to vote for Trump, 21% for Joe Biden and 22% were undecided,” Lifeway Research reported. “In 2016, 40% of pastors were still undecided in September, while 32% supported Trump and 19% planned to vote for Hillary Clinton.”
What’s perhaps most interesting about pastoral election preferences are the main issues preachers cite as driving their decision for whom they’ll vote. Consider that 96% of those choosing Trump said the “ability to protect religious freedom” is an important issue to their voting decision.
Among those pastors who plan to choose Harris, 96% said the quest to find a candidate with personal character is motivating their vote. Read the full results here.
The data in the Lifeway Research survey was collected Aug. 8-Sept. 3, 2024, among 1,003 Protestant pastors, with a sampling error that doesn’t exceed plus or minus 3.3 percentage points.
Are You Using “Freedom” as an Excuse To Sin? | WRETCHED TV episode 2446
Freedom is often misunderstood, both in the world and within the church. While society uses freedom to justify living without restraint, biblical freedom is about being freed from sin, not indulging in it. Many today confuse liberty with a license to live however they want, but true Christian freedom calls for obedience to God’s commands, not a life of lawlessness.
Todd Friel challenges us to reconsider how we view freedom, urging believers to avoid minimizing sin and embrace a life that reflects genuine spiritual transformation.
Todd Friel breaks down The Scientific American‘s attempt to justify gossip and explains why dressing up sin with fancy words doesn’t make it any less harmful.
Europe’s open border utopia is over The terrorist threat is once again shaking Europe. And it takes a lot of censorship to hide the facts. former French intelligence chief Pierre Brochand put it, we have realized that “a model that refuses to distinguish between the aspirations of the Swedish accountant and the Pashtun warrior, the Californian nerd and the Sahelian shepherd, the Béarn farmer and the young Algerian ‘harrag’, as if they were all interchangeable, does not work”. Jacques Attali, the intellectual champion of globalism, said it clearly: “The issue of borders is essential. Europe is a sieve and we have done everything to destroy internal and external borders. It is not that Europe does not know how to protect itself, it is that it does not want to protect itself”.

Russian military aircraft detected off Alaskan coast for 4th time since 9/11 The North American Aerospace Defense Command, or NORAD, said it detected Russian military aircraft off the coast of Alaska on Sunday, marking the fourth time since 9/11 amid heightened tensions between the U.S. and Russia. Two Russian IL-38 military planes operating in the Alaska Air Defense Identification Zone, or ADIZ, were detected and tracked on Sunday, NORAD said in a news release.
Attempted Trump assassin once convicted of possessing ‘weapon of mass destruction’ He traveled to Ukraine in 2022 to fight against Russia and tried to recruit Americans and ex-Afghanistan soldiers to do the same. According to the Daily Mail, citing North Carolina Department of Adult Correction records, Routh was previously convicted 20 years prior in 2002 of possessing a weapon of mass destruction, but no further details regarding that information have been uncovered.

A “Blood Moon” Eclipse, “The Comet Of The Century,”, And A “Ring Of Fire” Eclipse Will All Be Visible Within The Next 30 Days There will be 3 spectacular events in the heavens within the next 30 days. A “blood moon” lunar eclipse will happen this week, the “comet of the century” will begin to appear in the night sky later this month, and a “ring of fire” solar eclipse will happen on October 2nd. Needless to say, it is very unusual for so many historic heavenly events to occur so close to one another. And, of course, these signs in the heavens are all happening at a time when our entire planet is rapidly descending into a state of complete and utter chaos.
Endgame: Interest On US Debt Surpasses $1 Trillion For First Time Ever, Exploding August Budget Deficit To Record High 2024 was the year when the runaway US budget deficit was supposedto gradually normalize, and after two crisis years, the US was supposed to end its drunken sailor spending ways. And for a while there, it seemed touch and go, with the cumulative US deficit initially overtaking 2023 – forget about the (expletive) insane 2021 and 2022 when the deficit hit a mindboggling 18% of GDP.

Oligarchs are using the Great Replacement theory to target those who are resisting the emerging Technate The “Great Replacement” theory alleges a deliberate plan to replace European culture with immigrant populations. Some argue this theory is supported by figures like Renaud Camus and Peter Sutherland however Iain Davis argues their words are often taken out of context and used to fuel xenophobic fears to the benefit of those who are pushing the world towards becoming a Technate.

The Butler whistleblowers expose the Secret Service: It’s both a sign of the times and a scathing indictment of the Biden-Harris administration that government whistleblowers keep beating a path to the offices of House and Senate Republicans. Fresh off Sunday’s second assassination attempt on Donald Trump, Missouri Republican Senator Josh Hawley released a whistleblower report about the failures of the Secret Service to protect the former president. For example, as Hawley noted on Fox News this morning, “One of the whistleblower revelations is that most of the agents in Butler that day in July were not Secret Service, and they weren’t trained. They had never done protective work before. Their only training was a webinar, a Zoom call.” Hawley also called it “totally unacceptable” that both Secret Service and the Department of Homeland Security are “slow-walking if not stonewalling congressional investigations.” The report itself is damning, and its findings, as Hawley notes, “reveal a compounding pattern of negligence, sloppiness, and gross incompetence that goes back years, all of which culminated in an assassination attempt that came inches from succeeding.”
Big Tech hides another would-be Trump assassin: In the immediate aftermath of Sunday’s assassination attempt, our Big Tech overlords tried mightily to hide the political affiliation of the would-be assassin. They failed. Ryan Routh is a Democrat. He’s got a Biden-Harris bumper sticker on his truck, and he’s donated 19 times to Democrat causes. And yet, as Paula Bolyard writes at PJ Media, “Anyone who works in media knows it’s a race against time to find the social-media content of anyone involved in a high-profile crime. Whether it’s a school shooter or a political assassin like Ryan Routh, social media companies immediately lock down the accounts and hide them from the public.” They did the same thing two months ago with Thomas Matthew Crooks’s social media accounts. So the question is, Why? What’s Big Tech afraid of? Do they think we can’t handle the truth? Or do they think that since political violence typically comes from the Left, allowing these assailants’ own words to be examined by the American people would inevitably hurt the Democrats and help Donald Trump? We think the latter.
Vindictive Vindmans: Alexander Vindman was the Democrats’ primary witness in their first impeachment sham trial against Trump. Well, hours after a second assassination attempt was made against Donald Trump, Alexander’s wife, Rachel Vindman, posted on X, “No ears were harmed. Carry on with your Sunday afternoon.” After Trump campaign adviser Chris LaCivita responded with a demand for condemnation, Alexander retorted, “I condemn you. I condemn your lack of integrity, your attacks on immigrants, your desecration of Arlington National Cemetery.” Rachel also responded by posting, “Sorry you’re triggered. I mean no I’m not. I don’t care a little bit. Trump has been inciting violence against his enemies for years. He douses a situation in gasoline, lights a match, & walks away claiming no responsibility. Look at what is happening in Springfield, OH right now but he wants to claim he’s a victim. You cannot have it both ways.” For his part, Eugene Vindman, a congressional candidate in Virginia, avoided the TDS expressed by his brother and sister-in-law, responding, “I am deeply disturbed by yet another attempt of political violence in our nation. I am grateful that no one is hurt, and thankful for the law enforcement agents who acted bravely and swiftly in the line of duty.”

Early voting begins this week: With fewer than 50 days until Election Day on November 5, several states are poised to begin early voting this week. Meanwhile, Alabama began sending out absentee ballots on September 11. Wisconsin will begin sending ballots on September 19, and several states, including North Carolina, Minnesota, and South Dakota, will start sending out requested mail-in ballots on September 20. Early in-person voting begins in Minnesota and Virginia on September 20 and in Vermont on September 21. In the 2020 election, more than 100 million voters cast their ballots either via early in-person voting or mail-in ballots before Election Day. It will be interesting to see if that becomes a trend this year given that voters do not have to navigate a pandemic.
An NAACP poll shows Harris’s weakness among blacks: Don’t look now, but Kamala Harris has a “black” problem. Perhaps it’s because she’s seen by the black community as inauthentic, or perhaps it’s because many black Americans realize that times were simply better under Donald Trump than they are under the Biden-Harris regime. In any case, The Hill’s Cheyanne Daniels doesn’t want you to know about it. In fact, she wants to spin it as just the opposite. As she writes, “A majority of Black voters are just as excited or more this year as in 2008, when then-Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) became the first Black president, according to new polling.” To read these words, we might reasonably surmise that Harris has Obama-level support from the black community. And we would be wrong. Way wrong. As journalist Ryan Girdusky writes, “So I read this poll and it’s actually a disaster for Kamala Harris. Obama won over 95% of the black vote. The NAACP has Kamala winning 63% of the black vote, including only 49% of black men under 50.” And yet, Daniels makes Harris out to be a female Obama.
Satire: Kamala safe and in stable condition after attempted interview (More)
Two-faced Tim Walz needs to mind his own business: When he first appeared on stage with Kamala Harris at Temple University in Philadelphia on August 6, Minnesota Governor Tim Walz haughtily proclaimed, “In Minnesota, we respect our neighbors and their personal choices that they make. Even if we wouldn’t make the same choice for ourselves, there’s a golden rule: Mind your own damn business.” But if that’s the case, why is Walz now telling folks that they need to have a “hard conversation in the produce aisle” about their vote? “It’s gonna be won in rooms just like this,” said Walz. “It’s gonna be won door-to-door, call-to-call, $5 donation, trying to have that hard conversation in the produce aisle with the person you saw there at the grocery store.” So the guy who castigates Republicans about butting into others’ affairs is telling his minions to talk to perfect strangers in grocery stores about their vote. As long as they discuss Biden-Harris inflation, we’re fine with that.
Minnesota’s reading failure: Throwing money at a problem doesn’t fix it, especially when it’s used to promote things that only exacerbate the problem. A prime example of this reality comes courtesy of Minnesota Democrat Governor Tim Walz, Kamala Harris’s running mate. To address the state’s public schools’ failure to teach the vast majority of students to read at grade level, Walz touted and signed into law a $2 billion education bill that he called his “signature accomplishment,” which he boasted would “improve child literacy.” With just 46% of third graders reading at grade-level proficiency and just 45% of all K-12 students meeting math proficiency, there is little to suggest that all that spending did a thing to improve student learning. Well, follow the money. The bill allocated $6 million to develop and teach an ethnic studies (read: DEI) curriculum. Is it any wonder that training students in the politics of grievance has not resulted in better reading and math scores? Catrin Wigfall, a policy fellow at the Minnesota-based Center of the American Experiment, charged that under Walz, public education in Minnesota has shifted “away from excellence and achievement to one that is ideologically driven and that appears to prioritize advancing a political agenda.”

New York Times sure can pick ‘em: The Gray Lady faces another workers strike just over two years since the paper experienced the last one. This time, the workers threatening a strike are from The New York Times Tech Guild, a union of roughly 600 members. What is concerning for the Times is that these workers are the primary software engineers who ensure that the paper is running smoothly online. Furthermore, the Tech Guild has targeted the upcoming election for a strike at a time when the web traffic volume to the paper will likely significantly increase. And like the paper’s news division strikers back in 2022, the list of demands from the Tech Guild is full of DEI items as well as a number of ridiculous issues such as a “ban on scented products in break rooms, unlimited break time, and accommodations for pet bereavement, as well as mandatory trigger warnings in company meetings discussing events in the news.” And regarding those DEI demands, some are explicitly illegal, such as higher pay for non-white workers and prioritizing noncitizens over U.S. citizens in case of layoffs. If the Tech Guild goes on strike, NYT readers have plenty of other media options from which to get far superior news.

Donald Trump needs to stop wearing those short skirts. Otherwise, he’s going to get himself assassinated.
That seems to be the message of the mainstream media after the second attempt on the life of the former president and Republican standard-bearer. As sickening as it seems, the reality is right there in front of us: The Democrats’ Leftmedia bootlickers have gone from decrying political violence to blaming the victim for political violence — at least when that victim is Donald Trump.
Trump, then, is the equivalent of a rape victim. And our vile, loathsome, despicable media is blaming him, saying he asked for it.
Take NBC News anchor Lester Holt, for example. “Today’s apparent assassination attempt comes amid increasingly fierce rhetoric on the campaign trail itself,” he said. “Mr. Trump [and] his running mate JD Vance continue to make baseless claims about Haitian immigrants in Ohio. This weekend, there were new bomb threats in that town.”
Holt was referring to Springfield, that town in Ohio which has been, yes, overrun by Haitian immigrants thanks to the open-border policies of the Biden-Harris administration. And while there’s no direct evidence that they’re eating the cats, there’s plenty of evidence that the rapid introduction of 20,000 immigrants to a town of 60,000 does grievous damage to the delicate fabric of a community.
B-b-b-but, the bomb threats! shrieked Holt and his fellow assassination apologists. Trump and Vance are responsible for the bomb threats!
Rubbish. As Ohio Governor Mike DeWine said yesterday, “Thirty-three threats, 33 hoaxes. None of these had any validity at all.” He added, “We have people, unfortunately, overseas who are taking these actions. Some of them are coming from one particular country.”
But, yeah, it’s all Trump’s fault.
The Washington Post’s Philip Bump is looking at the bright side, sneering of the assassination attempt, “Another chance for Trump to frame the Democrats as dangerous has emerged.” But who needs to frame the Democrats? They’re doing a heckuva job of that themselves.
Just think about the language Kamala Harris has repeatedly used. On May 21 in Philadelphia, she said Trump “took to social media and highlighted language from Nazi Germany,” adding, “This kind of rhetoric is unsurprising coming from the former president, and it is appalling.”
In addition to playing the tiresome Nazi card, Harris has, throughout her tenure as vice president, also spewed variations on the following theme: “The former president is a threat to our most fundamental freedoms. He has openly said he will be a dictator on day one.”
Oh, sure, Harris on Sunday posted the following statement to X: “I have been briefed on reports of gunshots fired near former President Trump at his property in Florida, and I am glad he is safe. Violence has no place in America.”
Except, of course, when we’re stoking it by comparing our political opponents to Nazis. And when we’re cheering it on in the wake of the deadly George Floyd riots.
MSNBC’s Joy Reid must’ve gotten Harris’s Demo memo. “Let me know who I got to vote for to keep Hitler out the White House,” she said.
Getting back to Harris, let’s not forget her cheerleading of the Black Lives Matter rioters four years ago. “They’re not going to stop. They’re not going to stop,” said the then-presidential candidate. “This is a movement, I’m telling you. They’re not gonna stop. And everyone beware because they’re not gonna stop. They’re not gonna stop before Election Day, and they’re not going to stop after Election Day. And everyone should take note of that. They’re not gonna let up, and they should not.”
And they should not. Let that sink in.
Harris has also repeatedly pushed all the other inflammatory lies about Trump: about those “very fine people” in Charlottesville, about that “bloodbath,” about a nationwide abortion ban, about Trump vowing to be “a dictator on day one.”
She learned from the worst. She learned from Joe “Beat the Hell Out of Him” Biden.
While Harris and her fellow Democrats have been busy dehumanizing Trump, their mainstream media enablers have been dismissing the political violence directed toward him. As NBC News put it on Sunday, “Man in custody after Trump golf club incident was once convicted of possessing a machine gun.”
Ah, so it wasn’t an assassination attempt; it was just an “incident” — you know, like some knucklehead hitting over the foursome in front of him. But at least NBC covered it. That’s more than we can say for USA Today. Fox News’s Guy Benson posted an image of the national newspaper’s home page yesterday. The lead story was titled, “Hope in America: We’re optimistic about everything except our politics.”
With apologies to the late Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, the Democrats and their media enablers are defining depravity down. Donald Trump just narrowly avoided assassination for the second time in two months, and they say he’s the one who needs to tone it down.
Hello, fellow Patriots. I’m Grassroots contributor Caleb Nunes. Born in 2004, I often find myself reflecting on the shifts in our national culture. Many of you experienced America before the 1990s — a time that I feel carried a distinct and powerful identity. I’d like to tap into your memories and perspectives to better understand what America was like through your eyes.
I invite you to share a short paragraph about the America you grew up in. Here are some questions for you to consider: What do you love or miss most about it? What do you remember and love about growing up in America? What traditions, history, and aspects of America did you feel most attached to? Do you still feel connected to the America you grew up in?
Please send your submissions to calebryaun@gmail.com. Submissions will be accepted through September 20. In your submissions, I recommend including the year you were born and the city in which you grew up, though this is certainly not required.
I will read all the submissions and share my favorite ones in a future column. Your insights will help me explore how American culture has evolved and what values and traditions we should aim to preserve today.

“The former President repeated a baseless Internet rumor … that Harris ‘wants to do transgender operations on illegal aliens in prison.’” —TIME Magazine (A subsequent correction notes, “The original version of this story mischaracterized as false Donald Trump’s statement accusing Kamala Harris of supporting ‘transgender operations on illegal aliens in prison.’ As a presidential candidate in 2019, Harris filled out a questionnaire saying she supported taxpayer-funded gender transition treatment for detained immigrants.”)
BRITAIN was once the envy of the world for our legal right to free speech. However, the tide has turned, and the government’s Counter Disinformation Unit (CDU), set up in 2019 and instructed in March 2020 to combat the spread of ‘false coronavirus information online’, has helped the United States establish a dedicated team to crush what it sees as dissent.
In the name of ‘misinformation’ and ‘disinformation’, the CDU focused on coercing social media giants to execute ‘government-wide censorship efforts’. It has now exported its blueprint to the US, despite the fact that America’s prized First Amendment specifically protects citizens’ right to express themselves freely.
Documents obtained under freedom of information (FOI) by the sovereignty organisation America First Legal (AFL), show that in August 2021 the Biden White House hosted a team from the CDU. They taught the Biden-Harris National Security Council (NSC), an interagency policy committee (IPC), everything they knew about silencing government critics on social media.
Now rebranded the National Security and Online Information Team (NSOIT), the CDU taught the Biden-Harris administration how to:
· Establish a dedicated unit to lead government-wide censorship efforts;
· Enact legislation for the government to regulate the misinformation and disinformation policies of tech companies and punish them if they refused to comply with the government’s censorship demands;
· Create and maintain partnerships with companies to flag disfavoured content;
· Use foreign policy apparatus to co-ordinate the shared agenda between aligned governments and multilateral institutions such as the United Nations;
· Leverage control over social media to ‘counter disinformation’ and promote leftist dogma.
The CDU came under the Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) and was run by civil servant Sarah Connolly. (The NSOIT operates within the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology.) They used a 155-page PowerPoint presentation to explain to the US how they had instructed British social media to censor users posting content they deemed harmful. They shared their censorship playbook and advised the US to create a dedicated hub to lead government censorship efforts, backed with legislation to enable them to coerce social media companies. The result was, and still is, an all-out assault on free speech, done in the name of our ‘safety’.
The CDU taught White House teams how to bully social media platforms to ensure government censorship demands were not ignored. A duty-of-care principle was established in the UK in 1932, and it is this anti-harm legislation the British government used to demand censorship of social media content, since reinforced by the Online Safety Act passed in October 2023.
Presidential candidate Kamala Harris said in 2019 that their Department of Justice (DOJ) should punish social media companies that allowed ‘disinformation’ and ‘misinformation’. The problem is that there is often no clear consensus amongst academics, scientists and healthcare professionals as to what these terms mean precisely. Lobbyists for global companies such as Big Pharma can tell government anything they like without presenting solid evidence. Blindly following government doctrine means that respected citizens can be silenced for simply asking legitimate questions.
Thankfully, social media bosses are fighting back. Elon Musk, who owns X (formerly Twitter), reinstated many accounts which were deleted under the previous management including those of Donald Trump, vaccine injury campaigner Dr Naomi Wolf, psychologist Professor Jordan Peterson, former GB News broadcaster Mark Steyn and TCW editor Kathy Gyngell.
Last month Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg apologised for censoring users of his Meta platforms which include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Threads. He admitted that the Biden administration was ‘wrong’ to demand that Facebook censor what the government considered to be ‘covid misinformation’.
In a letter to Jim Jordan, chair of the House Judiciary Committee, he said that Meta would fight any future attempts at censorship. He wrote that the White House ‘repeatedly pressured our teams to censor certain Covid-19 content, including humour and satire, and expressed a lot of frustration with our teams when we didn’t agree’. He said the pressure was wrong and that he regretted he did not speak up.
Had social media not censored concerns – Facebook famously deleted accounts with thousands of vaccine-injured sharing their experiences – awareness of covid vaccine harms could have been addressed before many more were injured. The Hunter Biden laptop story and anti-climate change opinion are two other subjects on governments’ censorship radar.
Censorship violates Article 10 of the UK’s 1998 Human Rights Act. It states: ‘Everyone has the right to freedom of expression. This right shall include freedom to hold opinions and to receive and impart information and ideas without interference by public authority and regardless of frontiers.’
Gene Hamilton, America First Legal executive director, said that ‘these records show that the Biden-Harris regime apparently engaged with representatives from the United Kingdom on ways to more effectively censor the speech of Americans across the country. The Biden-Harris Administration’s desire to silence speech and control what information Americans are able to obtain is so extreme, so pervasive, and so over-the-top that they are willing to listen to foreign governments explain ways to better violate core constitutional rights of the American people.’

Following is J.D. Vance’s address on the 2nd attempted assassination of former president Donald Trump. He also deals with the reaction to Springfield Ohio events. He ends with his views on political censorship and the violence that will inevitably follow.
“Yesterday, Donald J. Trump nearly lost his life. An armed gunman waited for him in the bushes. He brought a GoPro camera to record it. A secret service agent spotted the barrel of a gun through a fence and shot at the gunman. The gunman fled. He was caught. And now we slowly learn about him and his motive.
“President Trump is my running mate, and my friend, but he is more importantly a father and grandfather to people who love him very much. I want him to have many more years with his family. (And selfishly, I’d like many more with my own.)
“I admire the president for calling for peace and calm. The rhetoric is out of control. It nearly got Steve Scalise and many others killed a few years ago. It nearly got Donald Trump killed twice. But I want to say something about yesterday’s news, and how it illuminates the difference between vigorous debate and violent rhetoric.
“Here is what we know so far: Kamala Harris has said that “Democracy is on the line” in her race against President Trump. The gunman agreed and used the exact same phrase. He had a Kamala Harris bumper sticker on his truck. He was obsessed with Ukraine’s “fight for Democracy” and absorbed many unhinged views about the Russia-Ukraine war. His name is Ryan Routh, and he donated 19 times to Democrat causes and zero to Republican ones.
“How do you think the Democrats and their media allies would respond if a 19-time Republican donor tried to kill a Democratic official? It’s a question that answers itself. For years, Kamala Harris’s campaign surrogates have said things like “Trump has to be eliminated.” And how have their media allies responded to the second assassination attempt on Donald Trump in as many months?
“NBC News called the attempted assassination a “golf club incident.” The LA Times told us “Trump Targeted at Golf Club.” The USA Today’s top of the fold headline is “Hope in America,” and they published a preposterous letter to the editor arguing that Trump “brings these assassination attempts on himself.” CNN’s Dana Bash–who just yesterday bizarrely accused me of inciting a bomb threat–said today that Harris campaign rhetoric didn’t motivate Routh even though he echoed their rhetoric explicitly.
“PBS’s weekend show perfectly illustrates the double standard of Kamala Harris’s media friends. After spending 30 seconds on the second assassination attempt on President Trump, they then focused on the real danger: me and President Trump, who are, according to them, personally responsible for bomb threats against Springfield. Of course, I repeatedly condemned those threats. And reports today suggest they came from a foreign country, not–as the media suggested–a deranged Trump fan.
“The double standard is breathtaking. Donald Trump and I are, by their account, directly responsible for bomb threats from foreign countries. Why? Because we had the audacity to repeat what residents told us about the problems in their town. Meanwhile, Harris allies call for Trump to be eliminated as the media publishes arguments that he deserved to be shot.
“This seems like a double standard. But at a deep level, it is entirely consistent.
“Consider Springfield. Citizens are telling us that there are problems. These include the undeniable truths of higher car accidents, unaffordable housing, evictions of residents, overcrowded hospitals, overstressed schools, and rising rates of disease. They also include the infamous pet stories–which, again, multiple people have spoken about (either on video or to me or my staff).
“Kamala Harris’s first strategy was to ignore these people and their concerns. Yes, she had prevented the deportation of millions of illegal aliens, and some of them made their way to Springfield. But it was a small town with no voice. Some of the local leadership even loved the cheap labor. So the suffering of thousands of American citizens went ignored.
“Their next move with these stories is censorship. In Springfield, a psychopath (or a foreign government) calls in a bomb threat, so they blame that on President Trump (and me). The threat of violence is disgraceful of course, yet the media seems to relish it. They cover a bomb threat, but not the rise in murders. They cover the threat, but not the HIV uptick. They cover the threat, not the schools overwhelmed with new kids who don’t speak English. They cover the threat, not rising insurance rates or the car accidents that caused them. They cover the threat, not the failures of Kamala Harris’s leadership.
“The purpose is not to turn down the rhetoric. If anything, covering the bomb threats gives whoever makes them exactly what he wants: attention. The purpose is distraction and shame. How dare you talk about the problems of Haitian migration in Springfield? You’re endangering people, simply by discussing the problems of Kamala Harris’s policies. It’s a form of moral blackmail, designed not to make anyone safe but to shut everyone up.
“Springfield is the most recent, but hardly the most egregious example. There was the Hunter Biden laptop story, censored by BigTech. And who can forget that anyone who didn’t support Kamala Harris’s Ukraine policy was drenched in the blood of Ukrainian children. That last one appears to have had some effect on Routh–the most recent would-be assassin. The message is always the same: don’t you dare express an opinion on the public affairs of your nation. The message is: shut up.
“This is the difference between debate–even aggressive debate–and censorship. It is one thing to attack Kamala Harris for “destroying the country” and quite another to say that President Trump should be “eliminated.” It is one thing to criticize overheated rhetoric and another to say that a former president has invited an assassination on himself. It is one thing to say that Donald J. Trump’s arguments about the election of 2020 are wrong; it is another thing to attempt to remove him from the ballot over it.
“It is one thing to say that pets are not, in fact being eaten, and another thing to say that anyone who disagrees is trying to murder people. Dissent, even vigorous dissent, is a great tradition of the United States. Censorship is not.
“For the next seven weeks of this campaign, I will vigorously defend your right to speak your mind. I believe you have every right to criticize me and Donald J. Trump, even if you say terrible or untrue things about us. But when I ask you to “tone down the rhetoric,” it’s not about being nice—our citizens have every right to be mean, even if I don’t like it—or empty platitudes.
“Instead, I’m asking all of us to reject censorship. Reject the idea that you can control what other people think and say. Embrace persuasion of your fellow citizens over silencing them–either through the powers of Big Tech or through moral blackmail.
“I think this will make our public debate much better. But there’s something else. Reject censorship and you reject political violence. Embrace censorship, and you will inevitably embrace violence on its behalf.
“The reason is simple. The logic of censorship leads directly to one place, for there is only one way to permanently silence a human being: put a bullet in his brain.”
On Monday, Mark Zuckerberg’s company Meta announced a ban on Russian state media across its platforms, including Facebook and Instagram, citing concerns over “election interference.”
“After careful consideration, we expanded our ongoing enforcement against Russian state media outlets. Rossiya Segodnya, RT, and other related entities are now banned from our apps globally for foreign interference activity,” a spokesperson for Meta stated.
This decision follows the recent announcement from the Biden administration, which imposed new sanctions on Russian state media, asserting that these outlets were masquerading as legitimate news providers in multiple countries as part of a broader strategy to disseminate Russian propaganda.
State Department official James Rubin described these networks as “a fully fledged member of the intelligence apparatus and operation of the Russian government.”
Meta’s move to censor Russian media should raise a couple of eyebrows in light of Zuckerberg’s recent statements expressing his regret for complying with the administration’s demands to suppress information related to COVID-19 and the Hunter Biden investigations prior to the very contentious 2020 election.
In a letter to the House Judiciary Committee earlier this month, Zuckerberg shared, “I believe the government pressure was wrong, and I regret that we were not more outspoken about it. I feel strongly that we should not compromise our content standards due to pressure from any Administration in either direction — and we’re ready to push back if something like this happens again.”
Moreover, Zuckerberg acknowledged that the administration’s attempts to characterize certain reporting as Russian disinformation were unfounded, stating, “It’s since been made clear that the reporting was not Russian disinformation, and in retrospect, we shouldn’t have demoted the story.”
Given this background, the question arises: Why is Zuckerberg once again yielding to the administration that is leveraging the same narrative of “Russian interference” ahead of another election cycle?
Meta’s decision once again reflects a troubling trend wherein social media platforms operate under the pressure of governmental influence, to undermine the principles of free speech.
Such actions threaten the integrity of democratic discourse and the role of government in shaping public perception through the filtration of information and the censorship of speech.
By pressuring social media companies to restrict certain content or viewpoints, the administration itself is interfering with the electoral process it claims to want to protect while harming the very democratic principles they claim to uphold.
By allowing Meta to ban Russian media networks, Zuckerberg has contradicted his previous statements and exposed that he is still an ally to the Biden regime and its efforts to censor information right before another major election.
Twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton on Monday evening joined MSNBC’s chief conspiracy theorist and Russian propaganda host Rachel Maddow to discuss the 2024 election.
Hillary Clinton immediately launched an attack on President Trump and said he is a danger our country and world just one day after a second assassination attempt against him.
“The press needs to create a consistent narrative about how dangerous Trump is,” Hillary Clinton said.
“He is a danger to our country and world,” Clinton said.

Hillary Clinton then suggested jailing Americans for posting “misinformation.”
Clinton was whining about so-called Russian propaganda when she launched an attack on Americans and the First Amendment.
“There were Russians engaged in direct election interference and boosting Trump back in 2016, but I also thing there are Americans who are engaged in this kind of propaganda and whether they should be civilly or criminally charged would be something that would be a better deterrent,” Hillary said.

President Donald J. Trump, 45th President of the United States of America, will hold a Town Hall in Flint, Michigan moderated by Arkansas Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. EDT. RSBN will be LIVE starting at 12 p.m. ET.
The Deep State is preparing the public just to accept that there will be more assassination attempts against Trump.
The Secret Service cannot guarantee that it can prevent more shooting assassination attempts against Trump according to an intel leak to i News.
Shots were fired at Trump’s golf club in West Palm Beach on Sunday afternoon at 1:30 pm as the former president was playing a round of golf with real estate investor Steve Witkoff.
Would-be assassin Ryan Routh set up a sniper’s nest in the shrubbery outside the perimeter of Trump’s golf course in West Palm Beach.
This is the second assassination attempt against Trump in two months.
On July 13, would-be assassin Thomas Crooks was able to climb on top of a roof next to Trump’s Butler, Pennsylvania rally and put Trump in his scope.
A bullet grazed President Trump’s ear during his Pennsylvania rally. One rallygoer was fatally struck in the head. Two other rally attendees were wounded, one critically.
According to a leak to the Washington Post earlier this month, Secret Service agents never directed local police to secure the roof that Thomas Crooks used to take 8 shots at Trump and rallygoers.
Biden’s DHS has repeatedly denied President Trump more Secret Service protection and now the Deep State-media complex is trying to normalize assassination attempts against Trump.
The US Secret Service cannot guarantee it can prevent further shootings such as the two apparent assassination attempts involving Donald Trump, US and British intelligence sources have told i.
Law enforcement sources on both sides of the Atlantic warned that aggressive social media rhetoric and the ease of buying firearms has created a threat for both presidential campaigns too large for the US agency to deal with alone.
On Sunday, Mr Trump faced his second assassination attempt in two months as a would-be shooter positioned himself in the bushes on the perimeter of his Florida golf club. A Secret Service agent monitoring one hole ahead of Mr Trump spotted the barrel of a gun pointing out of the foliage, prompting him to open fire.
One suspect was later arrested about 40 miles from the scene and an official assassination investigation has been launched by the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).

As The Gateway Pundit reported, a second attempt was made on President Trump’s life, just two months after he came within a centimeter of being killed in Butler, Pennsylvania by a Democrat donor named Thomas Crooks.
Shots were fired at the 45th president’s golf club in West Palm Beach on Sunday afternoon at roughly 1:30 pm as he was playing golf with real estate investor Steve Witkoff. The shooter, later identified as 58-year-old Trump hater Ryan Wesley Routh, shoved the muzzle of his rifle through the fence line at the golf course before Secret Service agents opened fire on him.
According to law enforcement, Routh was no more than 500 yards away from Trump and was hiding in shrubbery when he pointed his rifle, reportedly an AK-47, at the former president.
He then darted out of the bushes and escaped in a black vehicle, but he was arrested in Martin County. Routh was charged with two federal gun crimes during his appearance in federal court yesterday: possessing a firearm despite being a convicted felon and possessing a firearm with an obliterated serial number.
Americans are understandably wondering how another deranged lunatic was able to get within shooting distance of the most famous man in the world just two months after the first assassination attempt in Butler, Pennsylvania. It turns out there may be a sinister and treasonous reason why.
According to one respected GOP congressman, the country has to consider the strong possibility that there is someone in the Secret Service deliberately putting President Trump in danger.
Rep. Eli Crane (R-AZ), a former Navy Seal, appeared on the Benny Johnson show Tuesday to give his perspective on the security failures that led to the second attempt on Trump’s life. Crane told Johnson that the evidence he has seen suggests that there is a mole within the Secret Service and that Trump should hire his own security to fill in the gaps the agency is leaving open.

"THERE IS A MOLE IN THE SECRET SERVICE…"
Congressman and fmr Navy SEAL Eli Crane concludes evidence suggests possible Secret Service mole after second attempt on Trump:
"Watch the watchers. There is a very real possibility that there is a mole in the Secret Service." pic.twitter.com/56jVrhZSQK
My advice to the President is to bolster your private security around you not only to fill holes in the gaps that the Secret Service continues to leave open but also to watch the watchers.
There is a very real possibility that there is a mole in the Secret Service team surrounding the President or at the highest levels of the Secret Service. So he needs somebody, like a group of individuals around him that are loyal to him.
If what Crane is saying is true, this constitutes arguably the most treacherous act in American history. Is it any wonder the Biden-Harris regime wants to stonewall Congress and try to memory-hole the attempts on Trump’s life
The Facebook owner has announced the move after Washington claimed Russian outlets are espionage offshoots
US tech giant Meta, which owns Facebook and Instagram, has banned several Russian news networks, including RT. Since the escalation of the Ukraine conflict in 2022, Meta has been cooperating with a ban on RT imposed by numerous Western nations, particularly EU members.
In a statement on Monday, the company said the deplatforming of the media outlets from its apps is due to “foreign interference activity” and would be implemented globally over the next several days.
The US government sanctioned RT last week, with Secretary of State Antony Blinken claiming that the outlet is “functioning as a de facto arm of [Russian] intelligence.”
Moscow has called the move an act of information warfare, which exposes the US inability to fairly compete with Russian messaging.
US officials have expressed frustration with RT’s role in opposing Washington-backed narratives on international affairs.
“One of the reasons – not the only reason – why so much of the world has not been as fully supportive of Ukraine as you would think they would be, given that Russia has invaded Ukraine and violated rule number 1 of the international system – is because of the broad scope and reach of RT, where propaganda, disinformation, and lies is spread to millions if not billions around the world,” State Department spokesman Jamie Rubin told journalists on Friday, following Blinken’s remarks.
RT Editor-in-Chief Margarita Simonyan joked that RT had learned from the Americans, rather than from Russian intelligence officers.
“Seriously? Did you run out of mirrors?” she asked, commenting on the American allegations.
Meta has faced legal issues in Russia after allowing exemptions in its rules forbidding hate speech.
Meta management ruled that Ukrainians were entitled to call for violence against Russians and to hail extreme nationalists fighting against Russia on its platforms. Moscow labeled Meta an extremist organization and banned Facebook and Instagram in Russia.
VATICAN CITY — In a new effort to stem the increasing amount of troubling statements coming from the leader of the Catholic Church, new reports indicated that the Vatican had installed a “Heresy Jar” in Pope Francis’s office.
Though the pontiff was said to be less than enthusiastic about the new method of deterring his off-the-cuff proclamations, he was apparently willing to give it a try in hopes of relieving some of the controversy he has brought upon the Church in recent years.
“We’ve got to do something to cut back on the blatant heresy,” said one Vatican insider. “One day Francis is out there saying same-sex unions can be blessed by the Church, the next day he’s somewhere talking about how all faiths lead to God. We came to the conclusion that we just couldn’t keep up with all of His Holiness’s heretical statements, so we had to resort to putting a Heresy Jar on his desk. We’re really hoping this fixes the problem.”
Vatican officials were hopeful that Pope Francis would quickly learn from his past mistakes by having to pay into the jar with each theologically questionable statement. “It’s got to register with him at some point,” one source explained. “Although, it does kind of work against us that he’s basically paying into the jar with money that he gets from the Vatican. It could be argued that it defeats the purpose and doesn’t really cost him anything personally, but it may affect his ability to continue buying his daily bag of Flamin’ Hot Cheetos from the vending machine.”
At publishing time, the Vatican was forced to try more aggressive measures by installing a new Pope Shock Collar.

MINNEAPOLIS, MN — Minnesotans were shocked yesterday to find out that their governor lost both of his arms during a rally in which he waved so hard that they flew off and went flying through the air.
According to eyewitnesses at the rally, Walz was using his best laidback country backwoods-boy voice and waving to everyone in sight when his arms strangely dislocated from the rest of his body and flew off, sort of like when one takes the arms off a Lego minifigure and throws them around.
“Mah fellah citizens,” Walz had begun, grinning affably and waving his arms like the rotor of a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter. “Where are those of yah who can’t pay yah bills? Who do we blame for that, unless the rich? Where are the real heroes of tha people? Where are the champions of democracy? And where….where are my arms?”
While nobody was quite sure how to medically respond to Walz’s predicament, he quickly assured everyone that it was “just a flesh wound” and asked an aide to pull out the emergency tampons in his pocket to help plug the holes.
At publishing time, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, the New York Times, and the Washington Post had all praised Walz for his outgoing friendliness and disarming public speaking abilities.
