NOVEMBER 7 | THE PATTERN OF UNBELIEF: BEGINS AT THE BIBLE

It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

HEBREWS 10:31

The present refusal of so many religious teachers to accept the doctrine of the wrath of God is part of a larger pattern of unbelief that begins with doubt concerning the veracity of the Christian Scriptures.

Let a man question the inspiration of the Scriptures and a curious, even monstrous, inversion takes place: thereafter he judges the Word instead of letting the Word judge him; he determines what the Word should teach instead of permitting it to determine what he should believe; he edits, amends, strikes out, adds at his pleasure; but always he sits above the Word and makes it amenable to him instead of kneeling before God and becoming amenable to the Word!

The tender-minded interpreter who seeks to shield God from the implications of His own Word is engaged in an officious effort that cannot but be completely wasted.

Why such a man still clings to the tattered relics of religion it is hard to say. The manly thing would be to walk out on the Christian faith and put it behind him along with other outgrown toys and discredited beliefs of childhood, but this he rarely does. He kills the tree but still hovers pensively about the orchard hoping for fruit that never comes!1

Evening, November 7 | “And ye shall be witnesses unto me.”—Acts 1:8

In order to learn how to discharge your duty as a witness for Christ, look at his example. He is always witnessing: by the well of Samaria, or in the Temple of Jerusalem: by the lake of Gennesaret, or on the mountain’s brow. He is witnessing night and day; his mighty prayers are as vocal to God as his daily services. He witnesses under all circumstances; Scribes and Pharisees cannot shut his mouth; even before Pilate he witnesses a good confession. He witnesses so clearly, and distinctly that there is no mistake in him. Christian, make your life a clear testimony. Be you as the brook wherein you may see every stone at the bottom—not as the muddy creek, of which you only see the surface—but clear and transparent, so that your heart’s love to God and man may be visible to all. You need not say, “I am true:” be true. Boast not of integrity, but be upright. So shall your testimony be such that men cannot help seeing it. Never, for fear of feeble man, restrain your witness. Your lips have been warmed with a coal from off the altar; let them speak as like heaven-touched lips should do. “In the morning sow thy seed, and in the evening withhold not thine hand.” Watch not the clouds, consult not the wind—in season and out of season witness for the Saviour, and if it shall come to pass that for Christ’s sake and the gospel’s you shall endure suffering in any shape, shrink not, but rejoice in the honour thus conferred upon you, that you are counted worthy to suffer with your Lord; and joy also in this—that your sufferings, your losses, and persecutions shall make you a platform, from which the more vigorously and with greater power you shall witness for Christ Jesus. Study your great Exemplar, and be filled with his Spirit. Remember that you need much teaching, much upholding, much grace, and much humility, if your witnessing is to be to your Master’s glory.1

November 7.—Evening. [Or September 13.] | “Why do the heathen rage?”

PAUL was about to leave Ephesus and journey to Jerusalem, when a riot occurred, which is thus described:—

Acts 19:23–41

23, 24 And the same time there arose no small stir about that way. For a certain man named Demetrius, a silversmith, which made silver shrines for Diana, brought no small gain unto the craftsmen; (He employed a large number of artisans in making shrines, which were purchased by pilgrims, to be carried home with them as memorials of the goddess. Demetrius was afraid that his trade would be injured through the spread of Christian doctrine, and, therefore, stirred up his men.)

25–27 Whom he called together with the workmen of like occupation, and said, Sirs, ye know that by this craft we have our wealth. Moreover ye see and hear, that not alone at Ephesus, but almost throughout all Asia, this Paul hath persuaded and turned away much people, saying that they be no gods, which are made with hands: So that not only this our craft is in danger to be set at nought; but also that the temple of the great goddess Diana should be despised, and her magnificence should be destroyed, whom all Asia and the world worshippeth. (How finely does he veil self-interest under the cloak of religion. Selfishness is the most powerful adversary to the cause of truth.)

28 And when they heard these sayings, they were full of wrath, and cried out, saying, Great is Diana of the Ephesians. (Yes, and greatly profitable was the trade of shrine-making!)

29–31 And the whole city was filled with confusion: and having caught Gaius and Aristarchus, men of Macedonia, Paul’s companions in travel, they rushed with one accord into the theatre. And when Paul would have entered in unto the people, the disciples suffered him not. And certain of the chiefs of Asia which were his friends, sent unto him, desiring him that he would not adventure himself into the theatre. (Had it not been for these entreaties the heroic apostle would have faced the crowd.)

32–34 Some therefore cried one thing, and some another: for the assembly was confused; and the more part knew not wherefore they were come together. And they drew Alexander out of the multitude, the Jews putting him forward. (If this man was Alexander the coppersmith, we can understand why the yews pushed him forward as their representative, for he would be supposed to have weight with his brother craftsmen. The object of the Jews was to show that they were not connected with Paul, and also to cast more odium upon the Christians.) And Alexander beckoned with the hand, and would have made his defence unto the people. But when they knew that he was a Jew, all with one voice about the space of two hours cried out, Great is Diana of the Ephesians. (The mob confounded the Christians with the Jews, and were in no mood to hear any explanation.)

35–40 And when the townclerk (or recorder) had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter? Seeing then that these things cannot be spoken against, ye ought to be quiet, and to do nothing rashly. For ye have brought hither these men, which are neither robbers of temples nor yet blasphemers of your goddess. (Paul’s language had been moderate and winning. He had used no opprobrious language in reference to the idol.) Wherefore if Demetrius, and the craftsmen which are with him, have a matter against any man, the law is open, and there are deputies: let them implead one another. But if ye enquire any thing concerning other matters, it shall be determined in a lawful assembly. For we are in danger to be called in question for this day’s uproar, there being no cause whereby we may give an account of this concourse.

41 And when he had thus spoken, he dismissed the assembly. (Calmed by his judicious speech, the mob retired, and the danger for the Christians ended. The Lord can rule the raging of the people and preserve his own servants from imminent peril.)

The waves of the sea when highest they rise

Are governed by thee, our Lord in the skies;

Thy succour imploring, thy presence we find

To silence the roaring, and quiet the wind.

The fierceness of men who threaten so loud,

Thy word can restrain, and bridle the crowd;

And when it represses their madness of will,

The hurricane ceases, the tumult is still.1

November 9 – Worship God or Worship Idols – Make Your Choice! | VCY

TODAY’S BIBLE READING CHALLENGE:
  Ezekiel 20:1-49
  Hebrews 9:11-28
  Psalm 107:1-43
  Proverbs 27:11

Ezekiel 20:3 — ”I will not be enquired of by you” (repeated in Ezekiel 20:31). God won’t be enquired of by the people who said they came to hear Him! Why? They were sinning. God had told them to forsake the idols of Egypt (Ezekiel 20:7, Ezekiel 20:18), but they didn’t (Ezekiel 20:8, Ezekiel 20:21).

Ezekiel 20:11 — We saw the list of sins yesterday. Here we see the message of the Old Covenant. If you can keep the 613 laws of the Torah, then you can live! Repeated in Ezekiel 20:13 and Ezekiel 20:21. Yet, no man can keep the Law. The bad news is that the Law brings death.

Ezekiel 20:26 — The firstborn that belonged to the LORD was burned as an offering to Molech. In 2014 over 49,000 evangelical women murdered their firstborn. This not only violated the 6th Commandment (the first command on the second tablet dealing with man’s relationship with man), but it was also a rejection of God’s ownership.

Ezekiel 20:28 — Just as God’s people took the life that God gave them and gave it to Satan, they took the land God gave them and used it to worship idols, violating the 1st Commandment (the first command of the first tablet dealing with man’s relationship with God).

Ezekiel 20:39 — Echoed in Revelation 3:15 (“I would thou wert cold or hot”) Worship idols or worship me, but you can’t do both!

Hebrews 9:12 — How can we keep the 613 laws of the Torah? We can’t. We deserve death. As Ezekiel said, obedience is life; if so, then disobedience must be death. But we are redeemed with God’s own blood! This is how we went from the Old Testament to the New Testament (Hebrews 9:15).

Hebrews 9:20 — The Mosaic Covenant was sealed with the blood of calves and goats. The New Covenant was sealed with the blood of Jesus – purging us (Hebrews 9:22), remitting our sins (Hebrews 9:22), and putting away sin once and for all (Hebrews 9:26).

Psalm 107:3 — He gathered. Notice how Ezekiel 20:34 and Ezekiel 20:41 talk about the promise of being regathered today. The Psalmist calls for us to give thanks for being regathered!

Psalm 107:8 — From Earl Martin:

Psalm 107:29 — This is a great verse that must have bothered the disciples (Matthew 8:27)!

Proverbs 27:11 — Want to make your earthly and heavenly fathers glad? Be wise!

Gaining by Giving | VCY

The liberal soul shall be made fat.Proverbs 11:25

If I desire to flourish in soul, I must not hoard up my stores but must distribute to the poor. To be close and niggardly is the world’s way to prosperity, but it is not God’s way, for He saith, “There is that scattereth, and yet increaseth; and there is that withholdeth more than is meet, and it tendeth to poverty.” Faith’s way of gaining is giving. I must try this again and again, and I may expect that as much of prosperity as will be good for me will carne to me as a gracious reward for a liberal course of action.

Of course, I may not be sure of growing rich. I shall be fat but not too fat. Too great riches might make me as unwieldy as corpulent persons usually are and cause me the dyspepsia of worldliness, and perhaps bring on a fatty degeneration of the heart. No, if I am fat enough to be healthy, I may well be satisfied; and if the Lord grants me a competence, I may be thoroughly content.

But there is a mental and spiritual fatness which I would greatly covet, and this comes as the result of generous thoughts toward my God, His church, and my fellow men. Let me not stint, lest I starve my heart. Let me be bountiful and liberal, for so shall I be like my Lord. He gave Himself for me; shall I grudge Him anything?

Gaining the Holy Spirit’s Presence and Power | FORGET NONE OF HIS BENEFITS

FORGET NONE OF HIS BENEFITS
volume 23, number 45, November 7, 2024

For our gospel did not come to you in word only, but also in power and in the Holy Spirit and with full conviction; just as you know what kind of men we proved to be among you for your sake, 1 Thessalonians 1:5.

If you see the utter depravity in our nation, and if you understand that God is perfectly justified in wiping us off the face of the planet, and if you know that unregenerate man has no ability, interest, or desire to follow Jesus, then you can begin to understand the total impossibility of our responsibility to disciple the nations. We looked last week at the first thing we must do if we are to disciple the nations and that is to grow evangelists. I spent time urging you to send a few young men (high school or college age) to the School of Evangelism in Uganda in January, 2025. Those who go will be put into the “pressure cooker of obedience” and will learn how to evangelize and thus have the possibility for a profound ministry when they return home. A second thing, however, is also necessary and that is gaining the Holy Spirit’s presence and power. How specifically can we do that?

The Syrophoenician woman (Matthew 15:21-28, Mark 7:24-29) is a model for this. She experienced desolation in her soul. We must start there as well. Her daughter was cruelly demon possessed and that’s why she came to Jesus, crying out to Him, saying, ““Have mercy on me, Lord, Son of David; my daughter is cruelly demon-possessed.” And what was Jesus’ response to her heartfelt desolation? Nothing! Jesus neither said or did anything. At this point the woman was becoming desperate due to her darkness. She no doubt was thinking, “If Jesus does not answer me, if He does not act, then I have no hope at all.” This is like the man severely injured in an automobile accident. If you arrive at the scene of the accident and observe two paramedics working on the accident victim then you will say to yourself, “I must pray. The man is still alive. There is hope for him.” If however the man’s body is covered with a sheet, then you know he is dead, that the situation is hopeless. There is nothing the paramedics can do to save him and there is no need for you to pray for him.

There is another side to the Syrophoenician woman’s desperation. Jesus’ disciples told Him to send her away from them. Why? Because she was yelling at them. This is what mommas do when they sense their child is not getting the care she needs at the hospital emergency room in the middle of the night. So her thinking goes like this, “If Jesus listens to His disciples and sends me away then there is no hope at all for my daughter who lives in darkness.” Desolation brings a sense of despair unless Jesus “shows up” in power.

And then Jesus finally spoke to her and said, “I have come to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.” What does He mean by this? She was a pagan Gentile and Jesus had come first to the Jews. At this point we are told that she fell down before Him, saying, “Lord help me.” Due to the darkness in her daughter and the desperation she experienced she knew  she must give herself totally to Jesus. She cast herself upon Him for His mercy and grace. In other words, she totally surrendered to Jesus, in essence saying, “Here I am, Lord. I trust You to do whatever you think best. I have nowhere else to go.”

And then Jesus said to her, “It is not good to take the children’s bread and throw it to the dogs.” Again this appears to be an insult but it clearly was not. Jesus was testing her to see how she would respond? She manifested unwavering faith, for she said, “Yes, Lord but even the dogs feed on the crumbs which fall from their master’s table.” This woman never gave up, no matter how bleak her situation was. She saw the darkness. She experienced desperation if Jesus did not act on her behalf. She surrendered totally and unreservedly to Jesus’ sovereign plan, and she continued praying, waiting, and trusting Jesus with unwavering faith.

Not until we truly see the darkness of our nation which should move us to a sense of desperation, born out of desolation, will we surrender to God’s almighty power and sovereign plan, and not until we experience this desperation will we be totally surrendered to Christ, and then and only then will we pray with unwavering faith. Are you there yet? If not then see the darkness, the despair, the desolation, and then surrender totally to the Father’s plan in your family and nation. Then you will pray with unwavering faith. Never, never, never give up. Pray until the end for your wayward family members, children, grandchildren, friends, neighbors, and the billions of people who are still outside the covenant of grace and who are running speedily to perdition.

Here’s another way to look at the same issue, namely gaining the Holy Spirit’s presence and power. We must pray, yield, obey God, and believe what He says. James the apostle exhorts us to draw near to God and in so doing God promises to draw near to us (James 4:8). God tells Jeremiah that if His people seek Him, they will find Him, when they seek for Him with all their hearts (Jeremiah 29:13).

Acts 5 begins with the death of Ananias and Sapphira for lying to the Holy Spirit. From there, due to the bold and Spirit anointed preaching of the apostles, once again they were imprisoned by the Sanhedrin. An angel of the Lord opened the prison and told these apostles they were to go forth to the temple and preach the gospel. Many more were saved. When asked why they continued to preach when the Sanhedrin forbid them to do so, they said that they must obey God rather than man. It is in this context that Peter says, “And we are witnesses of these things; and so is the Holy Spirit, whom God has given to those who obey Him,” (Acts 5:32).

How shall we be filled with the Spirit? First, we must pray and ask for the Holy Spirit (Luke 11:13, John 7:37,38). It is true that when you were born again you received the Holy Spirit. He dwells within you, but your sin grieves and quenches the Spirit and you thus can lose the comforting and sanctifying presence of the Spirit in your everyday living.

Secondly, each morning you must yield yourself to God and say, “Father, as I yield myself to You today, please fill me with your Holy Spirit.” Ask also that He produce in greater measure the fruit of the Spirit (Gal.5:22,23). To yield yourself to God is to surrender to His direction that day. I suggest this begins as we pray, presenting ourselves daily to God as living sacrifices (Rom.12:1,2). In other words we are to say, “God, I surrender my life to You today. Whatever You want me to do, I will do. My earnest desire is to follow You unreservedly.”

Thirdly, we must obey God. The context of Peter’s words is obeying God rather than men who told Peter to desist from his preaching. Therefore, if you are presenting yourself daily to God in total surrender, if you are asking for the Holy Spirit’s presence and power, and if you are obeying God by doing what you can to make disciples of all the nations, then you should have great confidence that God will give you the filling of the Holy Spirit. We can go further and say that obedience to God in all His commands also warrants confidence that He will fill you with the Holy Spirit. Without obedience to God’s commands you have no reason to believe you will be filled with the Spirit.

We are always to love God with all our hearts and we are to love our neighbors as we love ourselves. To be more specific. We are to avoid sin. We are to put to death the deeds of the flesh. Plainly stated, flee from worldly lusts which wage war on your soul (1 Pet.2:13). Just stop sinning. Run from it. Hate it, forsake it. Just don’t go there.

We are presented daily with opportunities to obey or disobey God, to submit to His Lordship or to gratify the deeds of the flesh. We have a choice. To be sure, none of us obey God perfectly, but still the bent or desire of our lives should be a grace motivated putting to death the deeds of the body and to walk by the Holy Spirit and not carry out the desires of the flesh (Gal.5:16).

In summary, to gain the vital necessity of the Holy Spirit’s presence and power you must see the darkness in our world, develop a sense of keen desperation if Jesus does not show up in power, surrender daily to Christ’s Lordship, and pray with prevailing faith. Never, never, never give up. Pray until the end. Another way of saying the same thing is pray, yield, obey, and believe. Are you doing these things with earnestness? If so, then stay at it. If not, then begin now.

10 Ways God Speaks to Us Today

10 Ways God Speaks to Us Today

Though we aren’t likely to hear the audible voice of God through a burning bush as Moses did, or in the midst of a dream as Joseph experienced, the One who spoke the earth and the heavens into existence still speaks to us today. When we seek to understand the character of our Creator, our lives will begin to reveal His protective hand.

A foundational relationship with our Father in heaven can be established because of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross. With His death, the temple curtain was torn, and we were all granted access to the One True God. In the think of life’s unfairness, He stands by our side. Through our mistakes and missteps, His back never turns on us. In our triumphs, He awaits the first high-five of praise. We don’t have to fix or become better versions of ourselves to start hearing from God. He loves each of us for who we are, right now. Though some of the ways He speaks to us today are incomprehensible, here are ten that we can trust expectantly.

Good News! Conservatives Finally Feel Safe Enough to Discuss the Strange Election Results in 2020 Presidential Election | The Gateway Pundit

On Wednesday, following Donald Trump’s 2024 Election Day sweep, this chart made the rounds on the internet.

Americans and several prominent conservatives finally suddenly discovered the strange election results by Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

Biden, a weak and unpopular candidate, allegedly won 81 million votes in 2020 but Kamala only managed to gain 68 million (current number) – 13 million fewer votes than Old Joe in 2020.

And now mainstream conservatives FINALLY feel safe enough to question the results of the 2020 election.

The Gateway Pundit called out these election anomalies immediately following the 2020 election and we paid dearly for it.

Since 2020 and following our impeccable election reporting, The Gateway Pundit has been censored, banned from Twitter for two years, targeted by the Biden Administration, smeared by intel experts, sued, and smeared by the radical left and globalist elites.  The nonstop attacks continue to this day.

It cost us dearly to tell the truth following the 2020 election. But we wouldn’t do it any differently today.

We are thrilled that the rest of the conservative movement in America finally feels safe enough to finally question the irregularities of the 2020 election.

Now that it is safe enough to do so, here are a few more details you may want to consider.

Four years ago this week Joe Biden recorded a late night surge in votes and captured the 2020 election with 81 million votes.

It was a miracle for an obviously mentally challenged septuagenarian who spent the majority of the campaign in his basement, hiding from voters.

In the stunning late-night comeback, Democrats were able to steal every battleground state for Joe Biden, a candidate with no campaign, no crowds, no enthusiasm, and no charisma.

Joe Biden recorded 12 million more votes than Barack Obama in 2008.  It was a miracle.

Pennsylvania was the most impressive “victory.”  Democrats worked for several days behind locked doors and with a never-ending supply of fresh ballots to steal a 795,000 lead from Donald Trump for a stunning victory for their candidate, Sleepy Joe.

On Election Night 2020, six battleground states announced they would stop counting before midnight and go home for the night.

The six states all had Democratic governors, except for Georgia who had Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. President Trump was ahead in each state before the “pauses.”

The coordination between states was impressive.  Five battleground states announced a pause to their counting, then dropped tens of thousands of votes for Joe Biden in the wee hours of the morning to steal their state from Donald Trump.

The FBI never investigated this strange development for some reason.

Biden “won” only 16% of counties, a historic low number of counties by a supposed “winner” of a national election. The fake news legacy media never questioned this.

Trump won every bellwether county except one in 2020 and every battleground race in the US House.

Republicans won 28 of 29 of the most competitive House races, thanks to Trump.

Trump won Ohio, Florida and Iowa handily something EVERY winning candidate has accomplished since 1960.

Biden won even fewer counties than Obama — but then allegedly had more votes than Obama?

When you win a record low 17% of counties, lose Black & Hispanic support, lose 18/19 Bellwether Counties, lose Ohio, Florida, & Iowa — and lose 27/27 House “Toss-Ups” — but you shatter the popular vote record❗ pic.twitter.com/ceBEoVYf8k

— Kanekoa (@KanekoaTheGreat) December 19, 2020

President Trump won more of the Black and Latino vote than any of his recent Republican predecessors since 1960.

According to The New York Post — Nationally, preliminary numbers indicated that 26 percent of Trump’s voting share came from nonwhite voters — the highest percentage for a GOP presidential candidate since 1960.

And President Trump made “sizeable” gains with large populations of Latinos and residents of Asian descent, including ones with the highest numbers of immigrants.

Data from the Catalist confirmed Trump won more women and voters of color in 2020 than he did in 2016.

And, yet somehow, Joe Biden won 81 million votes.  A miracle of miracles!  A mathematical anomaly!  81 million!

As Joe Hoft reported at the time — In 2020, 300,000 votes magically appeared for Joe Biden in the middle of the night to give him the win in Virginia.  These magical votes have yet to be explained.  The Democrats, fake news and even the Republican Party are incurious.

So where were the magical midnight votes this year?

“Honor, justice, and humanity, forbid us tamely to surrender that freedom which we received from our gallant ancestors, and which our innocent posterity have a right to receive from us. Government & Politics

  • Biden addresses nation after Trump’s historic win, promises smooth transition (NY Post)
  • George W. Bush congratulates Trump: On Wednesday, following Donald Trump’s sweeping election victory, George W. Bush congratulated the president-elect in a statement posted on social media: “The strong turnout in this election is a sign of the health of our republic and the strength of our democratic institutions.” That was a perfect repudiation of the Democrats’ false narrative of Trump being a “threat to democracy.” Bush concluded his statement by writing, “We join our fellow citizens in praying for the success of our new leaders at all levels of government. May God continue to bless our great country.” Bush declined to offer an endorsement of either candidate. For the most part, since leaving office, he has abstained from weighing in on politics.
  • Bernie Sanders unleashes blistering takedown of Dem Party after Harris’s loss (NY Post)
  • Now that Trump has won, here’s who may come to the White House with him (Just the News)
  • A remarkable Latino win for Trump: Two days ago, Donald Trump won the White House with a multicolor coalition. In addition to his success with blue-collar whites, he won historic margins with black and Latino voters, and with Jews and Muslims. A case in point would be Trump’s electoral win in the Texas county with the highest percentage of Latinos anywhere in the U.S. As the Washington Examiner reports: “Latinos make up 97.7% of Starr County, which is situated on the Texas-Mexico border. The county voted Democrat in every presidential election since 1892, usually voting 80%-90% for Democrats. Previously, the only outliers were Richard Nixon’s landslide in 1972 and the 2020 election, when the Democratic share was only in the 50% range. On Tuesday, Trump finally flipped the county with 57.7% of the vote compared to Vice President Kamala Harris’s 41.8%.” With all this wildly successful outreach toward people of color, one begins to wonder whether Trump is really the fascist Nazi that Kamala Harris and her fellow Democrats kept saying he is. If so, he sure has a crappy way of showing it.
  • Humor: Kamala calls for peaceful transfer of power to Adolf Hitler (Babylon Bee)
  • Trump’s win causes a New York Times conniption: It was a dark and stormy piece of analysis, but Trump-hating columnist Lisa Lerer couldn’t help herself. After all, as Kamala Harris told us, Donald Trump is a fascist and an Existential Threat to Our Democracy™. “This was a conquering of the nation not by force but with a permission slip,” Lerer writes. “Now, America stands on the precipice of an authoritarian style of governance never before seen in its 248-year history.” The hyperbole is first-rate, but is it really possible to conquer a thing by first asking it for permission? Lerer seems to think so, and she can’t understand how some 73 million Americans could actually consent to a bloodthirsty tyrant who told them precisely what he was going to do. She continues: “He would use military force against his political opponents [sic]. He would fire thousands of career public servants [woo hoo]. He would deport millions of immigrants in military-style roundups [If only]. He would crush the independence of the Department of Justice [LOL], use government to push [sic] public health conspiracies and abandon America’s allies [sic] abroad.” If this is how the Times’s scribes intend to occupy themselves for the next four years, that “news” room is going to need plenty of Xanax.
  • James and the Giant Honeypot: What would we do without whistleblowers? It’s a rhetorical question, but it bears consideration, given how much these unsung patriots have told us in the past four years about the inner workings of the deep state, as well as the corruption within the FBI and across the alphabet agencies. Lurch-like former FBI Director James Comey, for example, is back in the spotlight even though he’s been out of a government job for more than seven years. The Washington Times reports, “The House Judiciary Committee is examining a whistleblower report … [about] an off-the-books operation ordered by FBI Director James B. Comey that predated the Crossfire Hurricane operation.” But this wasn’t just meant to probe specific wrongdoing by Trump and his associates; instead, it was described by agents as “a fishing expedition.” As the Times continues: “The whistleblower disclosure said two female FBI undercover agents infiltrated Mr. Trump’s 2016 campaign at high levels and were directed to act as ‘honeypots’ while traveling with Mr. Trump and his campaign staff on the trail.” Perhaps Trump should reconsider his “retribution” agenda, if only for the purpose of bringing smarmy James Comey to justice.
  • Biden to energy consumers: screw you: The way to lower high energy costs is to, as the Trump campaign puts it, “drill, baby, drill.” But that fossil fuel-based answer flies in the face of Joe Biden’s anti-fossil fuel agenda. Therefore, following Donald Trump’s election victory, Biden decided to stick it to consumers by making it even harder for the country to drill. On Wednesday, Biden narrowed the scope of exploration in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in Alaska, where oil and gas lease sales were mandated under the 2017 tax bill. After Biden took office in 2021, he suspended and canceled leases in this region under the guise of “insufficient analysis” of the environmental impact of drilling. Now, on his way out the door, Biden is doing everything he can to prevent Trump from following through on his commitment to get America’s energy industry back into high gear. The result will be that prices at the pump will take longer to drop. Effectively, Biden is drilling working-class Americans for putting Trump back in office.

Economy

  • Adios, Bidenomics: Americans have resoundingly repudiated the Leftmedia talkingheads who insisted that the economy under the Biden-Harris administration was doing great. These same talkingheads seemed perplexed that the 40-year-high inflation crushing Americans thanks to the Biden-Harris administration’s massive overspending is still a problem. That’s because Bidenomics rested on the flawed notion that the best way out of the pandemic-induced economic downturn was to print and spend gobs of money. Yet that did little other than send inflation through the roof, making everyone poorer, especially people living paycheck to paycheck. Trump’s victory sent the markets jumping, with the Dow Jones Industrial Average rising 3.6% and the Russel 2000 index up 5.8%. Big businesses and small businesses alike are now brimming with optimism over the prospect of Trump’s deregulation and low-tax agenda. The threat of continued Bidenomics is now gone, a soon-to-be relic of bad economic policy destined for the history books.
  • Boeing strike concludes: Boeing workers, who had been on strike since September 13, voted to end the strike and accept the latest offer from the airplane maker. The machinists agreed to a deal that will increase their pay by 38% over the next four years, give them a $12,000 bonus, and boost the company’s 401(k) match. The union’s message to its members stated, “In every negotiation and strike, there is a point where we have extracted everything that we can in bargaining and by withholding our labor. We are at that point now and risk a regressive or lesser offer in the future.” Boeing has steadily bled value over the last few months as production of its 737, 767, and 777 passenger jets has been on pause.

FEATURED ANALYSIS

You Call That a Concession?

Nate Jackson

Donald Trump gave his victory speech around 2:30 Wednesday morning, less than an hour after Fox News had called the election for him. The Leftmedia didn’t declare him the winner until about 5:30 a.m., but Kamala Harris didn’t call Trump until Wednesday afternoon. Her supporters waited around until 1:30 a.m. for her to speak before being dismissed to bed without her making so much as an appearance. Instead, she waited for 4:00 p.m. Wednesday — 14 hours after losing — to address her weeping supporters at her alma mater, Howard University. And then she was 25 minutes late. What a swell “thank you” that was.

She gave what, on the surface, sounded like a magnanimous concession speech. It wasn’t that.

Harris’s phony smiles, forced laughter, and exuberant hand gestures notwithstanding, she was clearly shellshocked and bitter as she delivered remarks after getting absolutely clobbered in Tuesday’s election. She is human, after all, and perhaps few among us would handle such defeat with exceeding grace.

Notably, Joe Biden didn’t show up at any election night events, and he wasn’t there for Harris’s speech. You can feel the love.

After watching the speech yesterday afternoon, I’ll make three connected observations: Harris and the Democrats are anything but unifying, they undermine truth with deceptive euphemisms, and they treat the Constitution with contempt.

The unity thing is easy. She peppered her conciliatory “unity” speech with the word “fight” an astounding 18 times, as well as one instance of “fought.” This is standard political rhetoric, but this is the same woman who contributed to the “bloodbath” lie about Trump’s comments. Democrats and their Leftmedia allies stripped his remark of its context within a discussion about economics and acted as if he was promising political violence and bloodshed. It was an unhinged lie.

Since 2016, and especially since January 6, 2021, Democrats have pretended that Trump poses the “greatest threat to democracy since the Civil War,” or variations on that formulation. Joe Biden smeared his MAGA opponents as fascists in that infamous 2022 speech before the Nazi-esque backdrop. Harris’s election Hail Mary was colluding with the media to smear Trump as a Hitler-adoring fascist and Nazi.

Not a great look for two people who posed as unifiers on January 20, 2021.

A concession speech doesn’t change that because Harris had no choice but to concede, though what kind of person concedes to Hitler?

“We must accept the results of this election,” Harris told her supporters. “We will engage in a peaceful transfer of power. A fundamental principle of American democracy is that when we lose an election, we accept the results. That principle, as much as any other, distinguishes democracy from monarchy or tyranny, and anyone who seeks the public trust must honor it.”

Those are fine words when you read them, but Harris’s tone made crystal clear that it was a shot at Trump and Republicans who dared question the legitimacy of the 2020 election. Never mind that the same Democrats who rejected election results in 2000, 2004, and 2016 suddenly declared 2020 to be The Most Secure in American History™, smearing, censoring, arresting, and impeaching anyone who disagreed.

That brings me to the “truth” aspect of Harris’s speech. She concluded her remarks with a nod to Howard University’s motto, “truth and service.” Yet Harris and her party are rarely interested in truth. In fact, telling the truth will get you censored.

There are two genders. Men cannot become women and should not play women’s sports. Gender mutilation of minors is child abuse. Life begins at conception. Masks don’t work all that well. COVID vaccines weren’t bulletproof. Climate change doesn’t require massive taxes and regulation. Mail-in voting is inherently insecure, and voter fraud does happen.

Speak these or many other truths in the public square, and you’ll be shouted down or silenced by the party Harris says is just interested in “truth.” Say “Jesus is Lord,” and Harris will tell you you’re “at the wrong rally.”

In fact, Democrats’ aversion to the truth is why they speak in deceptive euphemisms, which were prevalent in Harris’s speech. When they speak of “reproductive healthcare,” they mean not reproducing by way of killing a human baby. Harris talked about abortion yesterday with another euphemism: “The women of America [should] have the freedom to make decisions about their own bodies and not have their government telling them what to do.” A human baby growing in the womb is another person’s body, often a future woman. Democrats don’t even know what a woman is. Outside of cases of rape, women have the choice to have intercourse or take other measures before conceiving a child. Choice doesn’t begin after the fact.

Left-wingers talk of “gun violence,” as Harris did Wednesday, but that is a meaningless phrase. Guns don’t commit violence; people do — usually Democrat people in Democrat-run cities. They lump in suicide to the death toll “caused by guns,” though it is a totally separate problem. And the only “solution” they ever seem to offer to “gun violence” is to take away guns from law-abiding citizens.

Have they ever considered making it a crime to murder someone? Oh, wait…

Finally, it’s a terrible joke whenever Democrats say what Harris said: “In our nation, we owe loyalty not to a president or a party but to the Constitution of the United States.” They subvert the Constitution and the Rule of Law it enshrines at every opportunity.

I’ve already alluded to two ways — speech suppression and infringement of gun rights. But there are plenty more, such as punitive taxation, the open border, “forgiving” student loans, prosecuting political opponents, undermining election integrity, subverting U.S. sovereignty abroad, and concocting an endless train of mandates involving all manner of life choices.

So, yeah, Harris delivered a fine speech yesterday. Most of the words themselves are even things a Republican could say in the same situation.

The problem is that Democrats like Kamala Harris mean only to divide and deceive people as a means of acquiring and wielding power. That isn’t unifying, and it isn’t constitutional, but it is the unvarnished truth.

“[Donald Trump’s] victory validates his bare-knuckles approach to politics. He attacked his Democratic rival, Kamala Harris, in deeply personal — often misogynistic and racist — terms as he pushed an apocalyptic picture of a country overrun by violent migrants. The coarse rhetoric, paired with an image of hypermasculinity, resonated with angry voters — particularly men — in a deeply polarized nation.” —Associated Press

“Democrats need to be mature, and they need to be honest. And they need to say, ‘Yes, there is misogyny.’ But it’s not just misogyny from white men. It’s misogyny from Hispanic men. It’s misogyny from black men … who do not want a woman leading them. Might be race issues with Hispanics — they don’t want a black woman as president of the United States.” —MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough

A Blind Squirrel Finds a Nut

“It’s time for us to just be honest. This version of the Democratic Party is arrogant and patronizing, taking minority voters for granted and treating them like children. Well, maybe minority voters aren’t into that.” —Washington Post columnist Shadi Hamid

For the Record

“The left … does not know whether to blame Joe [Biden] for not getting out earlier, or to claim their July coup was now a mistake and they would have been better off with a candidate cognitively challenged by dementia rather than one by innate inability.” —Victor Davis Hanson

“Kamala Harris and her party sought to re-shape American institutions in ways the public rejected. In fact, her decision to say little about policy (other than abortion) made her the stealth candidate. People want to know what a president stands for and where he (or she) plans to lead the country. Harris failed to articulate that message. Trump did.” —Cal Thomas

“[Democrats] seemed to think that Americans wouldn’t mind that they had pretended Joe Biden was ‘sharp as a tack,’ that they actually orchestrated a behind-the-scenes switcheroo, that the party that portrayed itself as the nation’s answer to fascism nominated its standard-bearer without consulting a single voter.” —Peter Savodnik

“Democrats will blame everyone and everything — except themselves who sought to drive down the American people’s throat the most radical and absurd agenda of the last two centuries that ruined the economy, exploded our border, made moonscapes of our big cities, destroyed women’s sports, set the world abroad afire, weaponized the courts and the bureaucracies, and sought to tear the country in two.” —Victor Davis Hanson

“Democrats know — but will do nothing about the fact — they have become the party of the upscale professionals and rich, and the subsidized poor. They have alienated the entire middle class — white, black, Hispanic — and ceding it to the new Republican populist-nationalist party.” —Victor Davis Hanson

“I’m interpreting the results tonight as the revenge of just the regular old working-class American, the anonymous American who has been crushed, insulted, condescended to. They’re not garbage. They’re not Nazis. They’re just regular people who get up and go to work every day and are trying to make a better life for their kids, and they feel like they have been told to just shut up when they have complained about the things that are hurting them in their own lives.” —CNN political commentator Scott Jennings

“Leftists had best understand that no amount of entertainment elitists are going to soothe the tribulations everyday Americans are facing.” —Allen West

“The polls — with the exception once again of AltasIntel, Trafalgar, and Rasmussen — were off, and way off in the Senate races. The pollsters’ reputation is again in full reverse and now back to their nadir of 2020 and 2016. Many shamelessly warped their data in the last two weeks to gin up Harris momentum, fund-raising, and voter turnout. And to no avail.” —Victor Davis Hanson

“Roughly ten minutes ago, the ‘end of the filibuster’ movement suddenly went silent. In the morning, the rights of the minority will suddenly become the cause célèbre of Washington. At the same time, the push to expand the Supreme Court fell silent as pundits and politicians embraced the nine-member court as sacrosanct.” —constitutional law professor Jonathan Turley

Upright

“The Trump-Vance team must build a solid team of constitutional conservatives who will immediately begin carrying out the policies to restore American economic, energy, national, domestic, border security, and foreign affairs.” —Allen West

And Last…

“Good news for Kamala supporters… They’ll finally be able to cite an accomplishment of hers… Certifying Trump’s re-election.” —Tim Young

15 Reasons Why President Trump Won

George Mentz

Earlier this week and also back in August of this year, I published a prediction that Trump would take over 32 states, win over 300 electoral votes, and bring his allies in the House and Senate to victory.

As an Economist for the winning Trump Campaign 2016 and later a White House Commissioner for Education , I could vividly see the failures of the economic policies over the last 4 years which were crushing the middle class. Very few believed me, but I had my reasons and my prediction was about as accurate as you could get without a functional crystal ball.

The 2024 U.S. Presidential Election was a race defined by contrasting visions, contentious debates, and shifting political dynamics. As voters flocked to the polls, two starkly different candidates — former President Donald Trump who won his 3rd nomination and Vice President Kamala Harris who did not earn a single vote for the primary election — presented vastly different paths forward for a country grappling with economic failure, worker dissatisfaction, unnecessary wars, and a complex global landscape of bad diplomacy by U.S. Leaders.

Trump’s appeal was rooted in his past record, a hard line stance on issues like worker benefits, immigration, and the endorsement of influential new-media voices such as Joe Rogan and Dan Bongino. Harris, on the other hand, leaned on her party and the current administration to promote policies on social issues, hoping to inspire a democrat-socialist coalition.

However, as the dust settled, Trump emerged as the clear choice for voters who pulled record numbers of union votes, teacher votes, and minority votes, while Harris struggled to overcome widespread discontent and trust issues. It is 100% obvious that the pain of the middle class finally got bad enough to abandon the democrats.

At this time, President Trump has won reelection in what is probably the greatest comeback in political history. Further, Trump appears to have conveniently won the popular vote, over 300 electoral votes, taken the Senate, and the House.

This article delves into the primary reasons that propelled Trump to another victory and the key challenges that caused Kamala Harris and Democrats to lose power, illustrating the defining factors that shaped this pivotal election outcome.

Reasons Why Trump Won the Election:

  1. Proven Track Record: Many voters remembered Trump’s administration as a time of economic stability, with low unemployment rates and no new major foreign conflicts. This previous track record made him an attractive for reelection, especially when contrasted with current economic and international struggles of democrats to be successful.
  2. Support from Emerging Media Figures: Trump benefited from endorsements and coverage by prominent new voices in media like Dan Bongino, Joe Rogan, and Newsmax, who appealed to a younger and broader audience. These sources often provided a counterbalance to more traditional media narratives, helping him solidify support among independents and conservatives.
  3. Top Democrat Presidential Candidate Endorsements: Two powerful Democratic presidential candidates publicly endorsed Trump, which was viewed as a historic shift. The support from RFK Kennedy and Lt. Col. Tulsi Gabbard helped Trump boost credibility among moderates and undecided voters, signaling bipartisan discontent with the current administration.
  4. High-Profile Support Among Minority Leaders: Trump’s outreach included minority leaders who vocalized concerns about Harris’s heritage and questioned her authenticity. This created controversy, but for some, it fueled skepticism about her ability to represent all minority communities effectively.
  5. Immigration and Economic Strain: Trump capitalized on frustrations with immigration, linking it to issues like high rent and food inflation, particularly in large urban areas. With many hungry and unable to pay bills, untold numbers of minority voters felt these issues impacted their own job opportunities and quality of life, driving support toward Trump’s tougher immigration stance.
  6. Perception of Free Speech Defense: Trump’s focus on free speech and criticisms of social media censorship resonated with voters across the political spectrum. His own social platform and defense of Elon Musk’s acquisition of Twitter (now “X”) were seen as support for open discourse, in contrast to democrats being against freedom of speech and banning people’s social media accounts.
  7. Critique of Justice System’s Treatment of Republicans: Trump’s messaging around the Biden administration’s prosecution of misdemeanor offenses and jailing Republicans was impactful, especially among voters who viewed this as a Fascist-Communist abuse of power and an encroachment on individual freedoms.
  8. Foreign Policy Stability: Trump positioned himself as a force for global stability, contrasting his track record with the conflicts that have erupted under the current administration. His call for peace resonated strongly with those weary of foreign conflicts, such as the Russia-Ukraine war and renewed Middle East tensions.
  9. Court Influence – At some juncture, the courts in the states had to decide using basic logic to ban late ballots, ban unsigned ballots, and ban undated ballots and make a deadline for votes to be received. In 2020, it is clear now that late unsigned and undated ballots were counted by states, machines, or adjudicators which affected the elections.
  10. Economic Promises to Women and Minority Voters: Trump’s campaign message emphasized his intention to support American workers, pledging to prioritize citizens over recent immigrants who were seen as straining resources. This approach appealed especially to women and minority voters facing economic hardships. Trump’s Platinum Plan was definitely attractive to minority voters.
  11. Several Assassination Attempts – Trump proved himself as a man of action and courage after miraculously surviving bullet wounds from assassins.
  12. Libertarian Parties Endorsement – Trump was lifted up by Libertarian leaders across the USA. These types of endorsements helped Trump in some swing states.
  13. Other Reasons – Trump simply was viewed as more talented, more smart, and more qualified to deal with the economy, education, health care, diplomacy, and other key issues that democrat candidates.
  14. Education and Health Care – It seems that Obamacare has totally failed with emergency room visits at all time highs. Further, since COVID, many have discovered that the public school system is broken and needs repair.
  15. More to Come – We will write out another article about the key factors that propelled Trump and Republicans to take power in all 3 branches of government.

Reasons Why Harris Lost Support:

  1. Leaders and Celebrities Said that Harris is Not Black – In September 2024, singer Janet Jackson made controversial remarks about Vice President Kamala Harris’s racial identity. In an interview with The Guardian, Jackson stated, “She’s not Black. That’s what I heard. That she’s Indian.” When informed that Harris is of both Indian and Jamaican descent, Celebrity and Leader Jackson asserted, “Her father’s white. That’s what I was told.” Because of this common perception of Harris’s ethnicity, many Black Voters switched to Trump as they did not see Kamala as somebody who would support black small businesses.
  2. Allegations of Anti-Semitic Views: Harris’s stance on Israel and other issues led to criticism from pro-Israel and Jewish communities, with some perceiving her as lacking strong support for Jewish interests, particularly amid rising concerns over U.S. involvement in the Middle East. At least 1 million Democratic Jewish voters may have switched sides allowing the house, senate and presidency to be taken by Trump.
  3. Negative Impact of Immigration on Low-Income Communities: Harris was seen as supporting policies that led to increased immigration, which many low-income voters believed contributed to rising rent and food costs hitting women and Blacks the hardest. Minority communities, in particular, staunchly claimed that these flawed policies hurt their own economic opportunities.
  4. Economic Foolishness and Inflation: Voters associated Harris and Biden with the struggles of high inflation, high debt burdens, and awful gas and utility prices under the Biden administration, and her defense of the Inflation Reduction Act did not resonate with those who continued to face high living costs.
  5. Wars, Conflicts, and Wasting Money Offshore – Millions of Democrats began to wonder why democrats were wasting billions of dollars in nations that most voters had never heard of rather than spending the money to help hungry children in the USA. Trump will probably solve the Ukraine conflict with 2 phone calls, while US diplomacy did nothing in the last 3 years. Meanwhile, we spent over 200 billion in Ukraine which could have paid off every credit card of everyone in the USA under 40 years old.
  6. Association with Leftist Globalist Media: Support from globalist media outlets in New York and Europe was a disadvantage for democrats. Voters viewed these sources as greedy or untrustworthy. Democrats reliance on these traditional media sources appeared disconnected from the realities of new media and independent voices. Kamala’s less that interesting interviews and lack of motivation showed Americans that Trump simply works harder and is more enthusiastic about the USA.
  7. Persecution, Prosecution, Perception of Fascist Authoritarianism: The Biden-Harris administration’s aggressive prosecution of misdemeanors, especially against Republicans, left some voters viewing them as fascist, communist, or authoritarian. This association created a sense of mistrust, especially among independents and moderate Republicans.
  8. Failed Immigration Policy: The record-breaking influx of 10-15 million migrants was perceived as taking away resources from American citizens, with minority groups feeling the strain. Trump’s promise to enforce immigration laws more strictly resonated as a corrective measure.
  9. Limited Public Engagement: Harris’s limited public appearances and media gaffes weakened her public image, leaving many feeling she had not clearly articulated her positions. Her restricted visibility was a particular disadvantage compared to Trump’s direct media engagement.
  10. Alienation of Traditional Values Voters: Harris’s progressive stance on several social issues left some traditional Democratic voters feeling alienated. Trump capitalized on this by positioning himself as a return to more conservative values.
  11. Disconnect with Black Voters: Harris faced challenges connecting with certain Black voters, partially due to questioning of her identity and heritage by some prominent minority leaders. This created a narrative that she was out of touch with some segments of the Black community.
  12. Lack of Appeal in Swing States: Harris struggled to win over voters in key swing states, where economic discontent was highest. Trump’s messaging on job security and financial stability resonated more in these areas, leaving Harris unable to gain significant ground. Many swing states depend on oil and gas jobs, and affordable energy, and this hurt Kamala and Joe with the middle class.
  13. The 1960s Hippies Have Now Become ‘The Man’ – Many voters came out against Democrats because they have basically become the “The Man” that everyone hated in the 1960s. Thus, the party of revolution and fighting against elitism switched from 60’s liberals to Republican.
  14. Modern News Sources – With much of American turning off New York News and tuning in to podcasts, live casts, radio shows, cable shows, most of America can’t reconcile the propaganda coming out of New York with the reality on the ground on main street. Everyone on main street knows the economy sucks, but the news media in New York keep propping it up with fake jobs reports and phony economic broadcasts. For example, if the economy gets 100% worse, and then gets 10% better the next year, the economy is not better as it is still 90% worse and a failure. In the end, modern news sources and kitchen table issues trumped the lies, fraud and propaganda coming from the G-NN Globalist News Networks.
  15. Modern Media & $16 Billion Dollars Down the Drain – Democrats spent billions and had more money than Trump and republicans, but lost it all. Overall, the democrats lost the $16 billion dollar game of chess and basically got nothing for their money. In essence, democrats do not have a key understanding of modernized media and its power.

Conclusion

In the deeply devastated political landscape of middle-class suffering, the outcome of the 2024 election was influenced by key issues that resonated with American voters. Trump’s “battle tested” success rested on achieving certainty and renewed economic promises, with firm positions on immigration, and support from experts, celebrity and modern media voices, which captured the sentiments of those frustrated with the status quo.

Meanwhile, Harris’s campaign wasted billions of dollars money and ignored the economic hardship and immigration woes of America. The democrats continued to show signs of authoritarianism and globalist agendas such as promoting mask mandates, throwing people in jail for fake charges or even jailing people for cartoon memes. Sadly, while democrats prosecute people for cartoons or free speech, millions have died from poison drugs coming over the border and COVID, crime is at 50 year records, rape, suicide and murder are at all time highs and education and healthcare systems are broken. As a further kick in the gut of the middle class and working poor, democrats are ruining women’s sports by allowing men to compete which steals scholarships from minorities, blacks and Hispanics.

To make the contrast clear, I hope that democrats can one-day join conservatives to march against real problems such as: crime, murder, suicide, rape, drug death, and child molestation.  As a tax-economist, author, law professor and CEO, I feel like I was one of the few educators that was 100% confident that Trump would make a comeback while many establishment folks were giving up. As the son of a WWII Holocaust Liberator, I sincerely felt that the voters would soon get tired of the democrats incessant use of fascist slurs in their failed and phony attempt to win an election.   While democrats boasted of joy, Trump was promising to bring back the Golden Age and common sense.

Ultimately, this election reflects the priorities and values of a changing American electorate and underscores the critical issues that will continue to shape the nation’s political future. A new golden age has begun with Trump winning the popular vote and the Senate and there has been a significant shift of workers, teachers, union leaders, young voters, women, Hispanics, African Americans, and minorities over to Trump’s New Republican Party.

How the Steven Lawson Scandal is Good for the Church

“It’s not merely that Steven Lawson failed, and failed miserably—it’s that we, the Church, possess an almost comically unquenchable thirst for heroes. We crave Christian celebrities with the desperation of teenage girls clamoring for knights in shining armor while playing dress-up with their mom’s wedding gown.”

(The Dissenter) Steven J. Lawson, a name synonymous with doctrinal precision, rock-solid Reformed theology, and more respect in the conference circuit than most people can imagine, has fallen. The man many considered an indomitable force of gospel preaching has become the latest headline in a growing list of scandals that illuminate modern evangelicalism’s unhealthy relationship with celebrity culture.

The details are as tragic as they are disappointing, an esteemed 73-year-old pastor entangled in a five-year romantic relationship with a woman in her twenties—a student from The Master’s University, no less, where sound theology is supposed to be part of the curriculum. View article →

They Did Nazi It Coming: How Comparing Trump to Hitler Cost Kamala the Election | PJ Media

Of all the Harris-Walz team’s boneheaded, braindead decisions, riding with the Fuhrer until the bitter end was nummer eins. Throughout the entire presidential campaign, their primary PR message was “Trump is Hitler,” and they did everything possible to tie the Right to the Reich. They were relentless and unyielding.

It was also PR malpractice.

Look, if you honestly, truly believe a candidate is Adolf Hitler, you’re not going to vote for him. Of all the constituencies Harris-Walz didn’t have to fight tooth and nail for, it was the “Trump is Hitler” true believers! They were going to vote for Kamala Harris anyway, irrespective of ANYTHING she said or did.

Why? You guessed it: Because “Trump is Hitler.”

It’s PR malpractice to squander resources on captured demos, especially when you’re trailing badly elsewhere!

For crying out loud, it’s 2024. Trump has “literally been Hitler” since 2016. We’ve all heard it ad nauseum. For the life of me, I don’t understand why the Democrats assumed voters who were unconvinced the first 50 gazillion times would change their mind after 50 gazillion and one.

They would’ve been better served by lighting their money on fire. They wasted so much time and energy.

But it also cost them something else — and in doing so, it (at least partially) cost the Democrats the entire election.

Let me explain via example: When you hire a PR agency, you usually get a PR rep who’ll handle your company’s “account.” When he begins working, the PR pro won’t be using your company’s email. He’ll be using his PR agency’s email.

Which sucks for your business: If the PR pro is the media’s only point-of-contact, when he leaves, so does your media access. But if he used a generic company email like PR@companyname.xxxx, the company would at least be able to store conversations and continue the dialogue.

PR agencies insist on this arrangement. And not just for the obvious benefit of giving us leverage over clients and incentivizing them to renew our contracts: It’s also so you can’t see the mistakes that bad PR firms make.

PR firms disseminate press releases. Some firms take pride in building immaculate, personalized media lists and giving VIP treatment to every journalist on them. (I do.) A personalized touch makes a huge difference.

But that takes time. A whole lot of time.

So, lots of (bad) agencies will cut corners by building ridiculously oversized media lists and eblasting it to everyone. With PR software, you can mass-blast a press release to thousands of journalists lickety-split. Takes no time at all! Sure, you’ll be emailing large numbers of people who are completely, 100% uninterested in your topic, but you don’t tell your client that.

Instead, you only show them the “hits”: The two or three journalists who wrote back.

From the client’s vantagepoint, their agency must’ve done a splendid job: Look at all the great media coverage they got me!

That’s because you don’t see any of the negativity: the annoyed journalists who emailed back, yelling at the PR pro for wasting their time.

Nor do you see the journalists that you’ve lost forever.

When you eblast off-target messages to an outlet repeatedly, you’re teaching the journalists to ignore you. You’ve “trained” them to expect annoying, uninteresting things from your company. And so, you’re blacklisted.

You’ve committed the cardinal sin of media relations and didn’t even know it!

It’s incredibly unfair to the company, because they’re paying the PR agency to improve their relationships with the media, not destroy them! Worst of all, they had no way of knowing the waters were poisoned. All they’d know is that their PR agency was producing diminishing returns… until there’s nothing left at all.

And by then it’s too late.

With this example in mind, think about the average, run-of-the-mill American who heard yet ANOTHER pitch from the Democrats about “Trump is Hitler.”

Do they pay attention? Did it move them?

Or did the Democrats “train” them to ignore whatever they say next because they’re unserious, dishonest, and unworthy of their time?

To any level-headed American, comparing someone to Hitler is the lowest of the low. He’s the ugliest, most loathsome monstrosity of the modern age — the architect of the Holocaust and a genocidal Nazi warmonger. It’s not a trivial allegation.

If you’re gonna call someone Hitler, you better bring the receipts!

And once again, the year is 2024. The American people have a pretty good feel for who Donald Trump is — and who he isn’t — by now. They know his strengths, weaknesses, silliness, and eccentricities. They know sometimes (to quote Joe Rogan) he says “crazy s**t.”

But they also know he’s NOT Adolf Hitler!

That was the hidden cost of the Democrats’ “Trump is Hitler” PR campaign. It wasn’t just time and money they lost. It also cost them their credibility.

And it made the American people ignore everything else they had to say.

In retrospect, it’s actually kind of impressive: The Democrats couldn’t even get calling someone Hitler right! Even THAT backfired.

Now that takes talent!

Trump’s ‘new conservatism’ can bring a revival of the true American spirit | RT World News by RT

The president-elect is guided by principles that once defied the country’s way of life

Trump’s ‘new conservatism’ can bring a revival of the true American spirit

Donald Trump has accomplished the improbable once more – mastering every obstacle and surviving two assassination attempts – to reclaim the throne as president of the United States. In a nation whose corrupt establishment sought to sideline him, he returns not as a defeated man but as one propelled by a profound connection with the American spirit, a connection that no attack could diminish in the slightest. Trump’s return embodies resilience and an enduring rapport with the people, marking the most remarkable comeback in American history. He has taken political center stage again to revive America’s core values and lead his supporters towards a renewal of genuine American principles.

Trump’s return has reignited the aura of the time up through the 1980s when America’s moral and cultural values were clear, stable, and honored by the everyday citizen. The nuclear family, veneration of one’s heritage, gun rights, and unfiltered patriotism – the values cherished in the past are now considered “reactionary.” However, with Trump’s victory, these values might regain their prominent place, repelling the leftist currents that have tried to undermine them for decades.

This signals a dramatic shift in America’s ideological trajectory. Trump’s election acts as a direct response to decades of leftist domination in media, academia, and politics. The “new conservatism” inaugurated by Trump is guided by precepts that once defined the American way of life, including the acceptance of traditional gender roles, religion’s high status in public life, and a perception of freedom based on constructive individualism, not coercive rhetoric. Trump’s base, often labeled “backward,” sees itself as repossessing the dignity of the average, and thus quintessential, American. It understands that what was once normal is now framed as “right-wing extremist” or “radical” simply because the ground beneath America’s cultural landscape has shifted so far left.

The anti-liberal movement that Trump embodies has roots in George Wallace Jr.’s presidential campaign in 1968 and Pat Buchanan’s populist challenge to the Republican establishment in the 1990s. Trump continues these legacies, proving that his message is heard by those who feel alienated by the sterile and homogenized culture foisted upon them. His leadership represents a recapture of cultural space that many Americans feel has been taken from them. With Trump’s win, America is going to regain its sanity – its center.

Republican presidential nominee, former President Donald Trump, arrives for a campaign rally during the early-morning hours of election day on November 5, 2024 in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Here’s why Trump won the election, and what he may do now

In the aftermath of Trump’s triumph, our expectation is shifting forward, where J. D. Vance is positioned as a fitting successor. In his autobiographical account Hillbilly Elegy, Vance describes with unflinching clarity the plight of the white working class, revealing the same wounds of disintegration and despair that stirred Trump’s ascent. His book lays bare the erosion of blue-collar America – the scourge of addiction, the decay of family bonds, and the economic desolation haunting rural communities. These communities, spurned and mocked by the urban mainstream and coastal cosmopolitans, have become Trump’s most loyal supporters. Vance, with his intellectual acuity and profound understanding of this demographic, stands ready to carry the torch of Trump’s populist message, built on a more conceptual foundation.

One of Trump’s most significant pronouncements in his 2016 campaign – “Americanism, not globalism, will be our credo” – was far more than simple rhetoric; it was a fierce call to renounce the burdens of global stewardship. With “America First,” Trump tapped into the psyche of a people weary of perpetual wars and foreign obligations that sapped the nation’s strength and spirit. The 2017 National Security Strategy echoed this reorientation, asserting that “the American way of life cannot be imposed upon others, nor is it the inevitable culmination of progress.” Here, Trump’s message resonated with unmistakable clarity: the duty of the American government lies foremost with its own citizens, firmly tied to the preservation of its own destiny.

In the globalized 2020s, this message is more powerful than ever. Trump’s winning of the popular vote not only affirms his mandate but highlights his position as a truly popular leader, beloved by the masses, rather than an elite figure propped up by the deep state intelligentsia. The left’s accusations of “fascism” miss the point. Trump’s America rejects an internationalist agenda in favor of protecting its own borders, culture, and economy. Critics may scream “fascism,” but Trump’s response is as dismissive as it is confident. As his followers might say, “Looks like we’re living under ‘Hitler’ now – might as well kick back and binge-watch Netflix.” For all their fury, the left cannot mask their desperation as they witness the unraveling of their own idiotic narratives.

Trump’s win is a victory for the non-brainwashed Americans

The essence of America has always been Faustian, marked by a relentless drive towards self-overcoming, expansion, and discovery of uncharted territory. This is the mark of the true West, as the German historical philosopher Oswald Spengler described: a culture obsessed with the seemingly unreachable, gripped by a yearning that is never satisfied, forever reaching beyond itself. America embodies this will to boundlessness, its people animated by the strong desire to investigate new realms – material, intellectual, cosmic. Here lies the pulse of a civilization that refuses confinement, whose gaze is cast towards the stars, restless, defiant, and inexorably driven to pierce the limits of mere existence. Trump’s presidency reflects this innate drive, drawing on a uniquely American desire to go further and aim higher. With figures like Elon Musk aiming for the stars, Trump’s vision encompasses a broader sense of boundless opportunity, blending the practical with the transcendent.

America’s Faustian fire is anchored in its pragmatism and its love for the infinite – a duality that drives its people to both conquer the land and explore the universe. By backing Musk and his plans for space colonization, Trump taps into this primal urge to break through boundaries. Space, in Trump’s view, is not a sterile scientific endeavor but a mission to secure America’s future among the stars, embodying the very essence of the Faustian motto: always striving, always advancing.

Trump’s America also pays homage to the likes of Jack Kerouac, the iconic American writer who celebrated independence, wandering the roads with a desire for unrestrained roaming. Although often claimed by the leftist counterculture, Kerouac was a Catholic and a conservative at heart. His America was one of freedom, positive anarchy, and boundless possibility. Trump’s new administration is in tune with this America, offering a healthy alternative to the bureaucratic encumbrances of modern government. The new president sees America not as a land of regulations and bizarre social engineering but as a frontier of individual potential.

Will the coming election make or break America?

Trump’s victory goes beyond politics; it marks the resurgence of America’s Faustian character, an awakening of the original engine that drives a civilization to assert itself against decline. In casting their votes, the people have summoned a leader who embodies their deepest values, their aspirations, and their grievances. The left may wail and beat its oversensitive chest, but its howls are empty, fading echoes in a hollow hall.

Trump is a voice crying out from the wilderness, the embodiment of the people’s will, come to wrest the land from powers of darkness that feign themselves as “progress.” This is proven by Trump’s triumph in the popular vote, for the people have chosen him as their champion. The left’s false “progress” is but the worship of Satan, clothed in the garments of liberalism, and seeks to lay waste the soul of the nation. Yet fear not, for Trump shall rise up and smite this menace, and the people shall be delivered from its snares, and the land shall be restored unto righteousness.
