WAYNE ROOT: RussiaGate was Treason. It was Part of Conspiracy to Steal Three Presidential Elections. Here are Top 10 Reasons Why Trump DOJ Must Appoint Special Prosecutor. Immediately.

RussiaGate was really ObamaGate. And it was TREASON.

The Trump DOJ needs to appoint a Special Prosecutor/Counselor to investigate RussiaGate. This is ‘The Conspiracy of the Century.” It is massive. It’s time to put it in the hands of a power pitbull Special Prosecutor.

Don’t wait another day- do it immediately.

This criminal conspiracy started while Obama was president. Either you assume Obama is a moron, and/or a helpless puppet, who stood by, unaware his DOJ, FBI, CIA and other intelligence agencies were targeting President Trump; or you understand the truth- Obama ordered it all, approved of it all, and coordinated it all.

Obama was (and still is) the head of the snake.

This massive conspiracy connects all the dots- from 2016 to today. Obama and his crew of criminal conspirators and communist comrades tried to rig and steal not one, not two, but three presidential elections.

And to make it all work, they had to eliminate President Trump. So, they conspired to frame him, indict him, convict him with rigged judges and juries; demonize him with a massive fraudulent sting operation on January 6th; and when all of that failed, they ordered two assassination attempts.

The only way to get to the bottom of this “Conspiracy of the Century” is to hire a team of legal pitbull prosectors to go after all the participants- Comey, McCabe, Brennan, Clapper, Hillary, etc- and then threaten them all with life in prison…preferably at Gitmo…and then offer immunity if they finger “the capo di tutti” who gave them the orders- Barack Obama.

Only a Special Prosecutor, with a team of legal pitbulls, and the vast resources and funding of the federal government, can make this happen.

I’m known for my national television show, “America’s Top Ten Countdown,” where I countdown the biggest news stories in America each week. Viewers love it when facts and raw truth are laid out in “top ten” format.

So, here are my “Top Ten” reasons why the Trump DOJ must name a Special Prosecutor/Counselor…

1.The Special Counsel (SC) Mueller, and Durham, and Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Horowitz investigations never investigated the origins of the Hillary Clinton-Democratic National Committee (DNC) plan as a criminal conspiracy to defraud the United States.

2. Every investigative and prosecution check and balance in the system to prevent the weaponization and politicization of federal government agencies by those in power either failed, or was ignored by those in leadership positions, and by the Inspector General’s office.

3. The Special Counselor Mueller and DOJ Inspector General Horowitz investigations into the Russian Hoax Conspiracy never looked at the national security implications, or President Obama’s actions of allowing the FBI investigations on Team Trump to go forward, when Obama and those within his administration knew this was a scheme by the Clinton campaign and the DNC to taint Trump with “Russian Collusion”- to interfere in and steal the 2016 Presidential election.

4. Expose how the Russian hoax ruse evolved from simply a traditional Democrat “dirty trick” into a massive criminal conspiracy plan implemented at the highest levels of government, to interfere in the 2016 Presidential elections, to sway votes over to Hillary Clinton.

5. Expose how Hillary Clinton-Democrat National Committee (DNC) paid for disinformation documents; the bogus Steele and Shearer dossiers became the centerpiece for the National Security agencies- CIA, FBI, DOJ- and Congressional and Senate investigations into Trump and members of his team for conspiring with the Russians.

6. The facts show there was never any legal predication for any of the FBI or Special Counsel investigations into Trump or his team, and no evidence that Trump or his team conspired with the Russians. The release of the files on “Crossfire Hurricane” and “Arctic Frost” showed the substantial role the FBI played in the “Russian Hoax Conspiracy” of interfering with and influencing not one, but three Presidential elections: 2016, 2020, and 2024.

7. Allegations that former FBI leadership and Special Counsel (SC) Mueller hid exculpatory documents in the “Russian Gate” investigation.

8. Allegations that former President Obama, CIA Director Brennan, Office of National Intelligence (ONI) Director Clapper, and FBI Director Comey manipulated the ICA to destroy Trump.

9. In March 2016, President Obama shut down the CIA unit “Strategic Foreign Denial and Deception Committee” (FDDC)- the unit responsible for countering the Russian disinformation threat. The evidence infers that former President Obama and his Administration did not believe their own political narrative that the Russians were a threat to the nation. This was contrary to the Russian interference narrative sold to the public- which indicates pure fraud.

10. Accountability and transparency are not just ideals- they are the only way to restore the public’s faith in our institutions and Justice system. Those who orchestrated the most significant sedition coup in American history must be held accountable. Failure to do so is not an option.

Again, let me stress- the litany of crimes committed under the umbrella of “RussiaGate” (ie ObamaGate) in 2016…leads to the 2020 rigged and stolen election…which then leads to massive collusion between China, the CCP, and the Democrat Party to use the Covid pandemic to destroy the booming Trump economy, change voter laws, and introduce fraudulent mail-in ballots to steal key battleground states…which then leads to the bogus indictments, convictions and judgements against President Trump – all intended to force Trump to die in prison…which leads to the Cloward-Piven open borders conspiracy to flood America with tens of millions of illegal alien foreign invaders to change the voting demographics of America…which leads to the coverup of Biden’s mental incapacitation as president…which then leads to 2024 media manipulation, fake polls, and two assassination attempts on President Trump.

It’s all part of the same ongoing communist/globalist conspiracy.

Democrats used fraud, Soviet-level propaganda, slander, demonization, and weaponization of government to try to manipulate, rig and steal three presidential elections…pull off a seditious coup…and hijack the entire US federal government-to control all its power, riches and resources forever more.

Only a massive Special Prosecutor investigation, operating independently from the DOJ, with all the unlimited power and resources of the federal government, can connect all the dots, and bring former President Obama and all his cronies and communist comrades to justice.

And perhaps most importantly, tie all of this to one overriding crime- TREASON. Which leads to the punishment of the death penalty.

Ukraine plotting false flag in EU – Moscow | RT

Kiev is continuing to try to drag Western Europe into the conflict, according to Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR)

Kiev is planning a false-flag operation in the EU involving the deployment of a sabotage group to Poland posing as Russian and Belarusian special forces, Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) has said.

Earlier this month, Warsaw claimed that 19 Russian drones had entered the Polish airspace and called the incident a deliberate provocation by Moscow intended to test NATO’s response. Similar claims of a drone incursion were later made by Romania.

The SVR said in a statement on Tuesday that the drone incursions into the EU were part of continued efforts by Ukraine, which is losing on the battlefield, aimed at “drawing European NATO countries into armed conflict with Moscow.”

“Another provocation is currently being worked out” by the government of Vladimir Zelensky, the statement read. It would revolve around “a sabotage and reconnaissance group deployed into Polish territory and allegedly consisting of special forces servicemen from Russia and Belarus,” it added.

Members of the unit have already been selected from the ranks of the Freedom of Russia Legion and the Belarusian Kastus Kalinouski Regiment, which have been fighting for Kiev in the Ukraine conflict, the agency said.

According to the scenario being prepared by Ukraine’s military intelligence (GUR) together with Polish spy agencies, after “the ‘detection and neutralization’ of the group by the security forces of Poland, its members are expected to appear before the media and give confessions, implicating Russia and Belarus in attempts to destabilize the situation in Poland,” the SVR stressed.

The belief in Ukraine is that, following the drone incursions, “such an event should leave no doubt in the minds of the Poles and other ordinary Europeans that Moscow and Minsk stand behind all the hostile actions,” it said.

“Kiev expects to prompt European countries to respond to Russia as harshly as possible, preferably in a military manner,” the SVR warned.

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk claimed on Monday that the Ukraine conflict was “our war” and urged Western Europe to mobilize against Russia.

Speaking at the UN General assembly last week, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov stressed that Moscow has no aggressive plans against NATO, but warned that any aggression against the country would be met with “a resolute response.”

Over 100,000 Federal Employees Expected to Quit Tuesday Amid Government Shutdown — Largest Exodus in U.S. History as Trump Moves to Finally Drain the Swamp

Over 100,000 federal employees are expected to resign imminently under the Trump administration’s sweeping “deferred resignation” program.

This mass exodus is essential to finally draining the swamp and reasserting presidential control over a bloated, unaccountable federal machine.

Late last week, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) reportedly circulated internal guidance to agencies, warning them to prepare for waves of deferred resignations and reductions in force should Congress fail to approve full appropriations, according to the New York Post.

Agencies were told to begin drafting Separation and Reduction in Force (RIF) plans targeting nonessential positions.

On January 28, 2025, the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued a memo to the entire federal civil service titled “Fork in the Road,” offering employees a deferred resignation option.

The offer promised continued salary and benefits through September 30 if workers left voluntarily, but only if they signed away legal rights and accepted the exit by a looming deadline.

By mid-February, approximately 75,000 federal employees had signed the exit agreement.

Now, as the Trump White House prepares for a new wave, more than 100,000 additional workers are expected to depart as of Tuesday, making this breakaway the largest one-day drop in federal workforce history, according to The Guardian.

The news outlet reported:

Workers preparing to leave government as part of the resignation program – one of several pillars of Donald Trump’s sweeping cuts to the federal workforce – have described how months of “fear and intimidation” left them feeling like they had no choice but to depart.

“Federal workers stay for the mission. When that mission is taken away, when they’re scapegoated, when their job security is uncertain, and when their tiny semblance of work-life balance is stripped away, they leave,” a longtime employee at the Federal Emergency Management Agency (Fema) told the Guardian. “That’s why I left.”

The total number of expected departures through the delayed resignation and voluntary separation programs, attrition, and early retirement programs is about 275,000 employees, the spokesman said.

Several thousands of additional federal workers have been fired as part of reduction in force mandates ordered by the administration. The mass exodus is the largest single-year decline in civilian federal employment since the second world war.

Federal employees who took the deferred resignation offer requested to speak anonymously in hopes of returning to the federal government in the future and to protect future job prospects.

Trump’s agenda has long centered on shrinking the size and influence of the federal bureaucracy. In early 2025, he formally instructed agencies to prepare for deep cuts and reorganizations aimed at eliminating “waste, bloat, and corruption.”

Already, early moves have targeted traditionally liberal or expansive agencies. The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has seen nearly all its Washington-based staff placed on leave, with office access revoked and operations severely curtailed.

Meanwhile, numerous agencies have been ordered to design reorganization plans, reduce overlapping departments, and shrink management layers.

Is The American Dream Still Alive? | ZeroHedge

U.S. adults are losing faith in the American Dream.

At least, that’s what a poll by ABC News and Ipsos says, conducted in early January 2024. Where an average of 50 percent of U.S. adults aged 18 and up said they believe the American dream still holds true in 2010, that figure had nearly halved to just 27 percent by last year. Meanwhile, 18 percent of respondents in 2024 said it never held true, up from just four percent in 2010.

As Statista’s Anna Fleck shows in the chart below, young adults have seen the biggest drop in belief (-35 p.p.).

Where 18 to 29 year olds had been the most hopeful about the idea that anyone can make it in America if they work hard enough, now the group has the highest share of nonbelievers, or at least skeptics. The age bracket of 30 to 64 year olds have become similarly disenchanted, while adults aged 65 and older were more likely to still believe the American dream holds true at 41 percent. According to the poll, around one in two U.S. adults today (52 percent) think that the American dream is a heyday of the past – that it once held true but no longer does.

Views also varied between ethnic and racial groups as well as those with different levels of income. Black adults and those earning under $50,000 per year were more likely to say the American dream never held true, reflecting persistent systemic inequalities.

In 2017, Statista conducted a survey asking U.S. adults about the concepts they considered essential to the American dream.

The five most common answers were personal freedom (selected by 66 percent of respondents), religious freedom (56 percent), equality (55 percent), security (54 percent) and the pursuit of happiness (53 percent).

Pentagon Urges Arms Makers To ‘Double Or Even Quadruple’ Missile Production With Eye On China | ZeroHedge

The US Defense Department has ordered suppliers to double or “even quadruple” production rates on a “breakneck” schedule over fears about a depletion of arms stockpiles and a potential confrontation with China in the future, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported.

According to WSJ, “Military leaders are urging defense contractors to increase assembly of 12 critical weapons.”The list includes Patriot interceptor missiles, long-range anti-ship missiles, Standard Missile-6 missiles, Precision Strike missiles, and Joint Air-to-Surface Missiles. Patriot is a particular priority, given Lockheed Martin’s efforts to keep up with growing global demand.

Informed sources said there have been a series of recent high-level meetings between Pentagon officials and representatives of missile manufacturing companies.

US Deputy Defense Secretary Steve Feinberg is taking a direct role in this effort – called the Munitions Production Acceleration Council – and is calling company executives weekly to discuss the matter, according to the sources.

The Defense Department invited major missile suppliers to a roundtable meeting at the Pentagon in June to launch this effort. The meeting was attended by US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and General Dan Keane, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. It included executives from several weapons manufacturers.

However, the report notes that stakeholders fear Washington’s goals are “unrealistic,” and that questions are arising about the funding needed to accelerate production.

Some suppliers have struggled to meet the new demands and are wary of overbuying orders that have not yet been funded by the government.

The WSJ report comes a few days after the Washington Post said an “unusual” meeting of hundreds of top US military leaders has been ordered by Hegseth. “The highly unusual directive was sent to virtually all of the military’s top commanders worldwide,” the newspaper wrote, citing more than a dozen people familiar with the matter.

The announcement comes months after Hegseth revealed plans to carry out a major consolidation of top military commands. Hegseth’s abrupt call for such an emergency meeting has led to concerns of a coming conflict.

A senior Pentagon official said, “In my 30 years in the US military, I have never seen anything like this. We might be on the brink of war.” Monday’s report is not the first to note official concerns over low stockpiles.

During this year’s US campaign against Yemen, which ended in May, Washington burned through at least $1 billion in munitions. This raised concerns in the defense community that the US military would be left unprepared and would face “real operational problems” if a conflict with China were to erupt, according to the New York Times (NYT).

Analysts have also recently suggested the possibility of a new war between Israel and Iran, which Tel Aviv is likely to involve Washington in.

Israel was close to running out of interceptors during the 12-day war with Iran in June, which was mentioned in several reports. According to a WSJ report from June, Washington feared it would burn through its own interceptors while replenishing Israel’s stockpiles.

Comey Faces Indictment, But His Real Crimes Remain Untouched | ZeroHedge

We have no idea whether the current DOJ indictments will lead to a conviction of James Comey, namely that he authorized FBI subordinates to leak to the media and then lied about it, obstructing Congress in the process.

It may come down to the word of Comey, a known fabricator, against the testimony of his former subordinate, Andrew McCabe, an admitted liar. Take your pick.

We know, however, that Comey is not facing a Trumpian $500 million in potential fines, nor 93 indictments, nor the scrutiny of five different local, state, and federal prosecutors. Nor, like some of the J6 arrested, will he be sent to solitary confinement to await a trial in a year or two or be charged with “illegal parading.”

We also know of the crimes or unethical conduct for which James Comey is not currently being indicted or investigated.

He is not being charged with pleading amnesia or ignorance in 2018—e.g., “I didn’t know,” “I couldn’t recall,” “I didn’t remember”—a reported 245 times while under oath to House investigators and misleading them.

He is not being charged with leaking in 2017 a confidential FBI memo of a conversation with then President Trump—which he improperly stored in his personal safe, in violation of FBI protocols—to the New York Times via a third-party Columbia professor.

He is not being charged for falsely assuring the President of the United States in 2017 that he was not the object of the current Crossfire Hurricane “Russian collusion” investigation—when, in fact, Trump, as the Mueller investigation revealed, was the real target of almost that entire ruse.

He is not being charged for deliberately leaking an FBI memo of a conversation with President Trump for the purpose of injuring him by prompting the appointment of his friend and predecessor, Robert Mueller, as a special counsel to investigate the supposed crimes of Donald Trump. Comey’s gambit resulted in a 22-month and $30 million administration hiatus, only to find no actionable wrongdoing by Trump.

He is not being investigated for usurping the role of the DOJ in 2016 when, as an FBI investigator, he served simultaneously as investigator and prosecutor, creating a conflict of interest.

He was tasked with both finding evidence of Hillary Clinton’s alleged wrongdoing and also making the federal prosecutorial decision whether to indict her for transmitting classified material over an unsecured email server. And after finding evidence of her culpability, he chose not to indict her on the grounds that her candidacy at the time meant no reasonable prosecutor (of which he was then not supposed to be one) would bring such a case against her.

He is not being investigated for improperly disclosing his newly reopened investigative case against Hillary Clinton on the eve of the 2016 election. Nor is he being investigated for predetermining that Hillary Clinton was innocent of the charges of unlawfully transmitting confidential material before his own FBI investigation was complete—and before Comey’s FBI had even interviewed her.

He is not being investigated for tasking Peter Strzok to alter his own original condemnation of Clinton’s conduct by replacing the initial and correct term “gross negligence,” a phrase that denotes a federal crime, with “extreme carelessness,” which involves no criminal liability.

He is not being investigated for, nor charged with, birthing the entire governmental role in the Russian collusion hoax that warped the 2016 presidential election and transition by his use of the discredited Christopher Steele as an FBI confidant/source.

He is not being investigated for using the fraudulent Steele dossier as a “central and essential” document to obtain a FISA court writ to improperly surveil Carter Page—an act that even he later admitted was wrong.

He is not being investigated for stumbling upon a rock mosaic on a beach arranged to read “8647” (“get rid of/remove Trump”) and then on social media nonchalantly posting that clear threat to injure/remove/eject the current president.

He is not being investigated for stating to the country that it was unclear whether Trump did or did not cavort with Moscow prostitutes—as alleged solely by the discredited, spurious Steele dossier, which he, as FBI director, knowingly helped disseminate and knew was bogus.

Under Comey, the FBI used the fabulist Steele as a “confidential human source” to produce his fantasies before firing him—only to later offer him a reported “up to $1 million” to confirm anything in his dossier, in a vain bid to salvage the FBI’s rapidly eroding reputation.

He is not being charged with or investigated for not acting in 2016 on Hillary Clinton’s overt use of fabricated material to mask her own criminal exposure and siccing the FBI on her political opponent. Or, as the FBI itself put it of Clinton’s ruse:

“US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton’s approval of a plan concerning US presidential candidate Donald Trump and Russian hackers hampering US elections as a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server.”

He is not being investigated for attempting in 2017 to entrap or ambush then-National Security Advisor designate retired Gen. Michael Flynn by sending two FBI agents (including the ubiquitous Peter Strzok) to interview him—in expectation—after Comey subordinate Andrew McCabe’s disingenuous call to mislead Flynn into thinking he need not have a lawyer present—that Flynn would likely be naive and vulnerable without counsel.

Or, as Comey later bragged publicly about his gambit:

“We did not tell the White House, ‘Hey, we’re going to come talk to your guy.’ In a more organized administration, or a more experienced administration, they would not have let that happen.”

So Comey’s problem is not really legal, at least not entirely.

It is moral and ethical. It is no exaggeration that no single person has been more responsible than Comey for tarnishing the reputation of the FBI between 2015 and 2017—and with it the Washington administrative establishment itself.

Comey is not the victim of an arbitrary grand jury indictment.

Instead, he is fortunate that he does not face both more legal jeopardy and social ostracism for all the harm he has done his country, mostly to please the powers that be in the Obama administration, the media, the liberal bipartisan Washington establishment—and his own exaggerated sense of self.

In the weeks to come, we may see more indictments of many Washington grandees. The media will allege Trump “revenge,” but the legal system will adjudicate—not the New York Times, NPR, or the DNC—whether any of these indictments are proper and lead to convictions.

We do not know whether John Bolton transmitted classified information improperly that was intercepted by foreign intelligence agencies.

But we do know that Bolton was chastised by a federal judge for including information in his campaign-cycle memoir that was either likely classified or confidential and whose publication was injurious to his nation’s security. In the judge’s own words, Bolton “gambled with the national security of the United States,” and he “exposed his country to harm and himself to civil and potentially criminal liability.”

We do not know whether former Interim FBI Director Andrew McCabe or FBI Director James Comey was lying when Comey denied he greenlighted subordinates like McCabe to leak confidential FBI information to the media.

But we do know that McCabe did confess that he lied on four occasions to federal investigators and was not prosecuted by then Attorney General Bill Barr —and not because McCabe did not lie under oath, but because Barr thought he could not convince a Washington jury to convict a high-ranking FBI official. And so he never even made the effort.

We do not know whether former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper improperly rejected intelligence reports finding no Trump-Russian collusion, but pressed ahead to spread that Russian collusion ruse at the prompt of then-President Barack Obama.

But we do know that James Clapper lied under oath, with impunity, to the US Congress—and did admit that he did (“least untruthful” answer) when he swore that the NSA did not spy on American citizens. And he likely lied again when he swore that he did not leak elements of the dossier to CNN.

We do not know whether former CIA Director John Brennan, like Clapper and Comey, ignored intelligence reports finding no basis for Russian-Trump collusion and yet went ahead to use the CIA to help promote that fabrication to injure 2016 candidate Trump.

But we do know that Brennan lied under oath to the U.S. Congress, and with impunity, when he swore that the CIA did not surveil Senate staffers’ computers. He lied again with impunity when he claimed that Obama’s predator drone targeted assassinations had not killed any collateral civilians.

All of these officials—well, aside from the Alvin Bragg, Letitia James, Jack Smith, and Fani Willis lawfare circus—have so far faced no consequences for their lies and impropriety.

Indeed, some of them are more likely to have profited from lying by being hired as MSNBC or CNN analysts, where they ‘analyzed’ the very hoaxes they helped birth. By such exemptions, they have sent the message over the last decade that the elite Washington administrative class is a law unto itself and without any moral bearings whatsoever.

The final irony? All of them have posed as our moral censors, whether peddling the Russian collusion hoax, the laptop disinformation caper, or the lawfare walls-are-closing-in-on-Trump farces.

Does it really constitute a “revenge tour” belatedly to seek some sort of legal accounting for these alleged crimes?

Or over the last decade, has it not been both immoral and injurious to the American sense of equality under the law not to treat these officials as any other American—without their money and connections—would be treated?

Minutes before President Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu began speaking with the press, the White House released a 20-point plan to end the war in Gaza.

During his remarks, Trump noted that Israel and other nations have accepted the outline, saying, “Everyone else has accepted it. But I have a feeling that we’re going to have a positive answer. But if not, as you know, Bibi, you’d have our full backing to do what you would have to do.”

If accepted by Hamas, “This proposal calls for the release of all remaining hostages, immediately, but in no case more than 72 hours.”

Trump added, “I hope that we’re going to have a deal for peace, and if Hamas rejects the deal, which is always possible, they’re the only one left.”

Under the plan, Gaza would be governed “under the temporary transitional governance of a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee, responsible for delivering the day-to-day running of public services and municipalities for the people in Gaza” and Gaza would  be “redeveloped for the benefit of the people of Gaza.”

“If both sides agree to this proposal, the war will immediately end,”  and “Israeli forces will withdraw to the agreed upon line to prepare for a hostage release.”

The proposal further states, “Once all hostages are returned, Hamas members who commit to peaceful co-existence and to decommission their weapons will be given amnesty,” and “members of Hamas who wish to leave Gaza will be provided safe passage to receiving countries.”

“Full aid will be immediately sent into the Gaza Strip” upon acceptance of the agreement.”

President Donald J. Trump’s Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict:

1. Gaza will be a deradicalized terror-free zone that does not pose a threat to its neighbors.

2. Gaza will be redeveloped for the benefit of the people of Gaza, who have suffered more than enough.

3. If both sides agree to this proposal, the war will immediately end. Israeli forces will withdraw to the agreed upon line to prepare for a hostage release. During this time, all military operations, including aerial and artillery bombardment, will be suspended, and battle lines will remain frozen until conditions are met for the complete staged withdrawal.

4. Within 72 hours of Israel publicly accepting this agreement, all hostages, alive and deceased, will be returned.

5. Once all hostages are released, Israel will release 250 life sentence prisoners plus 1700 Gazans who were detained after October 7th 2023, including all women and children detained in that context. For every Israeli hostage whose remains are released, Israel will release the remains of 15 deceased Gazans.

6. Once all hostages are returned, Hamas members who commit to peaceful co-existence and to decommission their weapons will be given amnesty. Members of Hamas who wish to leave Gaza will be provided safe passage to receiving countries.

7. Upon acceptance of this agreement, full aid will be immediately sent into the Gaza Strip. At a minimum, aid quantities will be consistent with what was included in the January 19, 2025, agreement regarding humanitarian aid, including rehabilitation of infrastructure (water, electricity, sewage), rehabilitation of hospitals and bakeries, and entry of necessary equipment to remove rubble and open roads.

8. Entry of distribution and aid in the Gaza Strip will proceed without interference from the two parties through the United Nations and its agencies, and the Red Crescent, in addition to other international institutions not associated in any manner with either party. Opening the Rafah crossing in both directions will be subject to the same mechanism implemented under the January 19, 2025 agreement.

9. Gaza will be governed under the temporary transitional governance of a technocratic, apolitical Palestinian committee, responsible for delivering the day-to-day running of public services and municipalities for the people in Gaza. This committee will be made up of qualified Palestinians and international experts, with oversight and supervision by a new international transitional body, the “Board of Peace,” which will be headed and chaired by President Donald J. Trump, with other members and heads of State to be announced, including Former Prime Minister Tony Blair. This body will set the framework and handle the funding for the redevelopment of Gaza until such time as the Palestinian Authority has completed its reform program, as outlined in various proposals, including President Trump’s peace plan in 2020 and the Saudi-French proposal, and can securely and effectively take back control of Gaza. This body will call on best international standards to create modern and efficient governance that serves the people of Gaza and is conducive to attracting investment.

10. A Trump economic development plan to rebuild and energize Gaza will be created by convening a panel of experts who have helped birth some of the thriving modern miracle cities in the Middle East. Many thoughtful investment proposals and exciting development ideas have been crafted by well-meaning international groups, and will be considered to synthesize the security and governance frameworks to attract and facilitate these investments that will create jobs, opportunity, and hope for future Gaza.

11. A special economic zone will be established with preferred tariff and access rates to be negotiated with participating countries.

12. No one will be forced to leave Gaza, and those who wish to leave will be free to do so and free to return. We will encourage people to stay and offer them the opportunity to build a better Gaza.

13. Hamas and other factions agree to not have any role in the governance of Gaza, directly, indirectly, or in any form. All military, terror, and offensive infrastructure, including tunnels and weapon production facilities, will be destroyed and not rebuilt. There will be a process of demilitarization of Gaza under the supervision of independent monitors, which will include placing weapons permanently beyond use through an agreed process of decommissioning, and supported by an internationally funded buy back and reintegration program all verified by the independent monitors. New Gaza will be fully committed to building a prosperous economy and to peaceful coexistence with their neighbors.

14. A guarantee will be provided by regional partners to ensure that Hamas, and the factions, comply with their obligations and that New Gaza poses no threat to its neighbors or its people.

15. The United States will work with Arab and international partners to develop a temporary International Stabilization Force (ISF) to immediately deploy in Gaza. The ISF will train and provide support to vetted Palestinian police forces in Gaza, and will consult with Jordan and Egypt who have extensive experience in this field. This force will be the long-term internal security solution. The ISF will work with Israel and Egypt to help secure border areas, along with newly trained Palestinian police forces. It is critical to prevent munitions from entering Gaza and to facilitate the rapid and secure flow of goods to rebuild and revitalize Gaza. A deconfliction mechanism will be agreed upon by the parties.

16. Israel will not occupy or annex Gaza. As the ISF establishes control and stability, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) will withdraw based on standards, milestones, and timeframes linked to demilitarization that will be agreed upon between the IDF, ISF, the guarantors, and the Unites States, with the objective of a secure Gaza that no longer poses a threat to Israel, Egypt, or its citizens. Practically, the IDF will progressively hand over the Gaza territory it occupies to the ISF according to an agreement they will make with the transitional authority until they are withdrawn completely from Gaza, save for a security perimeter presence that will remain until Gaza is properly secure from any resurgent terror threat.

17. In the event Hamas delays or rejects this proposal, the above, including the scaled-up aid operation, will proceed in the terror-free areas handed over from the IDF to the ISF.

18. An interfaith dialogue process will be established based on the values of tolerance and peaceful co-existence to try and change mindsets and narratives of Palestinians and Israelis by emphasizing the benefits that can be derived from peace.

19. While Gaza re-development advances and when the PA reform program is faithfully carried out, the conditions may finally be in place for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood, which we recognize as the aspiration of the Palestinian people.

20. The United States will establish a dialogue between Israel and the Palestinians to agree on a political horizon for peaceful and prosperous co-existence.

Leftist Violence Stems from a Hatred of God-Given Reality

The brutal murder of conservative activist and Turning Point USA Founder Charlie Kirk on 10 September has driven home a stark reality for many conservatives: “Maybe there is no unity, maybe there is no national reconciliation, maybe they really do want me dead.”

Kirk was not a political extremist, he was not an autocrat, he was not a fascist, he was not a dictator — in fact, he didn’t hold any office or have access to any “hard power.” Kirk spent his days giving a microphone and a platform to his political opponents, freely and openly debating all stripes of liberals, progressives, leftists, and Marxists. His political opponents shot him through the throat.

This is not an anomaly. According to Rasmussen Reports, more than half (54%) of voters who identify as liberal agreed that Kirk “was speaking hateful words” and his assassination was therefore “understandable.” Approximately 40% of Democratic voters also agreed. An Economist/YouGov survey also quizzed Americans on political violence, reporting that 20% of voters who identify as liberal believe that political violence can be “justified”, compared to only 7% of self-described moderates and conservatives.

Following the assassination attempts against President Donald Trump last year, a poll conducted by RMG Research founder and president Scott Rasmussen found that nearly a fifth (17%) of Americans said that the world would be “better off if Donald Trump had been killed…” Over a quarter (28%) of those who wished death upon the now-president were registered Democrats, and another 27% identified as voters who “lean Dem”.

Evil Celebrations

The ghoulish, psychopathic delight with which leftists responded to news of Kirk’s slaughter only serves to fortify the statistics. Reactions online ranged from blaming Kirk’s “hateful” rhetoric and “bigotry” for inspiring an assassin to calling for the assassination of other conservative figures to wishing that Kirk’s widow, Erika, and two children would also be killed. I myself took a look at BlueSky, the left-wing alternative to X, and found some pretty horrific commentary. Here are just a few examples:

• “Charlie Kirk was a Nazi. Now he is a dead Nazi.”
• “charlie kirk was a fascist and we’re better off without him.”

Referring to the frequent Kirk headlines, “Who would have thought that he’d be MORE annoying after he died?”

• “charlie kirk was a racist transphobic neonazi creep.”
• “In Hell he now burns.”
• “if they make a charlie kirk day we burning his ass in effigy.”

Referring to the Sinclair Broadcasting Group not airing a Kirk memorial special, “They Kirked the Charlie Kirk special…”

• “Jimmy Kimmel is back and Charlie Kirk is still dead.”

One BlueSky user suggested that the president might be assassinated soon: “It’s going to happen someday and people are going to celebrate and anybody who wants to scold that celebration had best be prepared to fight.” Another replied, “If they think we’ve been mean about Charlie Kirk they are going to be really shocked that day.”

Those are just a few examples, and fairly tame ones at that. Hundreds of thousands of leftists have made public social media posts and various Instagram or TikTok videos, posted under the names on their government-issued-IDs, revelling in and celebrating the murder of a 31-year-old husband and father who devoted the last 13 years of his life to handing his political opponents a microphone and asking, “Want to talk?” This widespread reaction, coupled with the trend of leftists committing heinous acts of political violence, has caused many conservatives to reflect, “Maybe they really do want me dead.” They do.

The right-wing comedian-cum-agent-provocateur-turned-political-philosopher Sam Hyde summarised the situation saying, “When we win, do not forget that these people want you broke, dead, your kids raped and brainwashed, and they think it’s funny.” It’s true. They do. Following Kirk’s murder, leftists expressed gratitude that his three-year-old daughter would grow up without her father, because Kirk might not let his daughter commit an abortion on the off-chance that she were raped at the age of 10. College girls did TikTok dances, posing with their heads at unnatural angles in mockery of Kirk.

If they want Kirk’s daughter to grow up fatherless, they want your children to grow up fatherless, too. If they laugh when Kirk is shot in the throat, they will laugh when you are gunned down walking to church. If they believe that Kirk was a “Nazi”, then they think the same of you. If they believe that murdering Kirk is “understandable”, they will have more sympathy for your murderer than your widow. If they believe that political violence is “justified”, then they will use it.

The inescapable truth is that leftists do not see you as human. You may have the face of a man and the arms and legs and beating heart of a man, you may walk and talk like a man, but you have made yourself sub-human in their eyes. The reason for this is a failure or refusal to adhere to reality, and the tell-tale signs are the labels leftists use.

Original Sin

Reality is ordained and sustained by God and rooted in Him. Leftism, as a branch of naturalism, seeks to usurp the throne of God and subjugate reality not to His will but to one’s own will. It is the sin of Satan, the sin of Adam and Eve, and the root of nearly all sin ever since, both great and small, it is a rejection of the imitation of Christ and a direct inversion of His example.

Where Christ poured out His own blood, the leftist sheds the blood of others. Where Christ prayed, “Not as I will, but as You will,” the leftist declares, “As I will, not as You will.” The animating spirit of leftism is a desire to reorder reality, to subjugate reality beneath the leftist’s feet, and to become God.

This naturalist animating spirit can be seen in leftism’s social and political aims: abortion reorders the procreative reality of sex by killing the child; homosexuality also reorders the procreative reality of sex by removing the possibility of procreation; transgenderism reorders the reality of biology through the use of dangerous drugs and horrifying mutilative surgeries. Of course, none of these things actually alters reality: a mother who kills her unborn child is still a mother, but she is now one who has killed her own child; a marriage is still a union between one man and one woman, no matter how many lawsuits a homosexual-identifying individual files; and a biological man is still a man even though he slices off his own sex organs and replaces them with reshaped forearm flesh. It is all to no avail.

The one realm in which the leftist can play god is that of words and labels. The baby to be aborted is not really a baby but a “clump of cells.” The two men who just purchased a little boy through surrogacy are a “loving couple.” The man who cut off his penis is actually a “woman.”

It is in this world of wordplay that you are stripped of your humanity. You are no longer a fellow human, no longer a neighbour or a family member or a classmate or a coworker or even just a stranger. You are a bigot, a racist, an authoritarian, a fascist, a Nazi. The thing about bigots, racists, authoritarians, fascists, and Nazis is that they deserve to die; they’re the bad guys.

“Maybe they really do want me dead.” They do, and every time they call you a bigot, a racist, an authoritarian, a fascist, or a Nazi, they’re telling you as much, they’re painting a target on your forehead and saying, “Ready, aim…”

Facing Further Violence and Death

The leftist terrorism is far from over. Shooting the president in the side of the head after a decade of smearing him as Hitler wasn’t the end. Shooting a church full of Catholic schoolchildren praying wasn’t the end. Shooting Kirk in the throat wasn’t the end. Shooting a television station for cancelling a leftist propagandist wasn’t the end.

Just last week, another terrorist opened fire on an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention facility in Texas, with anti-ICE slogans written on his bullets. Whatever the shooter’s intention, he killed one of the detained immigrants before taking his own life.

That won’t be the end, either. Like it or not, the U.S. is rapidly entering an era of violence. Unsatisfied with their wordplay and their labels, leftists have decided to remake reality in their own image through violence. You are in the way, because you won’t play along.

However, it is crucial not to allow the unfolding rash of leftist terrorism to dishearten and dissuade you, to cow you into apathetic silence and inaction. Rather, it ought to serve as a call to action, a sort of grim inspiration. If reality is under assault, then it must be defended all the more heartily. The early church father Tertullian observed in the late second and early third centuries, “The blood of the martyrs is the seed of the church.” Already, the seed of Kirk’s spilled blood is beginning to take root and sprout.

The high-profile memorial event hosted in Kirk’s honour saw a bold proclamation of the Gospel, preached by pastors, professors, pundits, and senior government officials. Vice President J.D. Vance shared, “I have talked more about Jesus Christ in the past two weeks than I have my entire time in public life.” Kirk’s Christian witness and his willingness to give his life for his faith and his nation have seemingly inspired a revival, with thousands opening their Bibles or returning to church for the first time in years and hundreds bravely proclaiming the truth of the Gospel in the face of a hostile world.

Call to Resistance and Action

The thing about martyrdom is that it inspires, it does not discourage. In the 1920s, Mexico’s atheistic and secularist government began violently oppressing Catholics in the country, sparking a conflict with a group of Catholic rebels known as the Cristeros.

The Catholic priest Miguel Pro had gained some notoriety for repeatedly and cleverly evading capture by the government, but was eventually arrested in a series of raids following an assassination attempt against former Mexican President Álvaro Obregón, with which Pro had nothing to do.

The Jesuit priest faced the firing squad with his arms outstretched, like those of Christ crucified, and cried out, “¡Viva Cristo Rey!” (“Long live Christ the King!”) His execution was photographed and, by order of the government, printed on the front page of every newspaper in the country, in an effort to crush the spirits of the Cristeros and frighten Mexican Catholics into submission.

The highly-publicised execution had the opposite effect: over 60,000 lined the streets for Pro’s funeral, standing in full view of President Plutarco Elías Calles, and the Cristeros redoubled their fighting, waging war against the government for another three years.

The next chapter of America’s history may be a dark one, and we may pray that precious little blood is spilled. But one thing seems clear: the murder and, in a sense, martyrdom of Charlie Kirk has awakened many conservatives and American Christians out of a stupor.

A new fire has been kindled in the heart of the nation: not a blaze of hatred and vengeance, although there is certainly and rightly a thirst for justice, but a bonfire of devotion. Long has that light, often no brighter than a flickering votive candle gently smouldering in the corner of an empty church, been the hope of this nation, but it has now been fed, not with oil and wood, but with blood and passion.

Dark though the next year or several years may be, it will be lit by the fire of faith which Kirk, with his dying breath, set ablaze in our hearts.

The Phantom Conspiracies That Inspire Left-Wing Violence

The assassination of Charlie Kirk is part of a growing pattern of left-wing violence. Condemning violence in general isn’t enough. We need to confront the false beliefs that inspire it.

Since Charlie Kirk’s assassination on September 10, the United States has experienced a spate of left-wing violence. Among the more prominent headlines:

• Two anti-Trump protesters planted a bomb under a Fox News van in Utah
• Another Trump critic opened fire on an ABC affiliate station in Sacramento in protest over Jimmy Kimmel’s suspension
• A gunman shouting “Free Palestine” attacked a New Hampshire wedding, killing one guest
• A pro-mass immigration shooter targeted ICE officers at a Dallas facility and accidentally shot three detainees, killing two

We’ve also seen widespread celebration and mockery of Charlie Kirk’s murder — even in far-flung Australia — as well as memorials set up in Kirk’s honour vandalised in Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, and Arkansas.

Several recent studies shed light on this alarming phenomenon.

YouGov asked Americans whether it’s acceptable for a person to be happy about the death of a public figure they oppose. Democrats were almost twice as likely as Republicans to say that it’s always or usually acceptable to celebrate such a death. Conversely, Republicans were more than twice as likely to condemn such celebrations as always unacceptable.

YouGov also found that the more “liberal” someone is, the more likely they are to justify political violence.

Earlier this year, the Network Contagion Research Institute made an even more alarming discovery: over half of Americans identifying as “left of centre” consider the murder of Elon Musk and Donald Trump to be at least somewhat justified.

Scavengers and Lions

The safe response to Charlie Kirk’s assassination and other recent attacks has been to offer general, vague condemnations of political violence — and to warn about the dangers of social media in amplifying violent rhetoric.

These are necessary responses, of course, but given the available data, they are also woefully insufficient.

What’s required is a condemnation of the particular beliefs that create a “permission structure” for the violence we are seeing.

It’s true that right-wing violence remains a serious concern. However, left-wing violence clearly benefits from far more mainstream tolerance and cultural legitimacy. And it’s time we were honest about it.

To that end, conservative commentator Ben Shapiro has warned against what he calls the “scavenger mentality” — an outlook that “seeks to build nothing” and “tear down everything”. He contrasts this with the lion mentality:

Society, it turns out, is constructed on success. It is founded on achievement. It is reliant on those who actually believe that they are called to act in accordance with moral duty, that they are responsible for creating and innovating and building up the societies in which they live. These are the Lions.

And then there are the Scavengers, those who seek to tear down, who believe that their own failures are the fault of the society in which they live and that the only cure for inequality of outcome is evisceration of that society.

The Scavenger worldview, Shapiro argues, is one built on grievances, conspiracy thinking, and the belief that power must be seized to end perceived oppression and reset the political order.

Four Phantom Conspiracies

Ben Shapiro identifies at least four phantom conspiracies that contribute to the philosophy of Scavengers:

• The Racialist Conspiracy Theory: The idea that there’s a dominant white supremacist superstructure in Western nations like the United States — a pervasive, system-wide conspiracy to maintain and enforce white dominance.
• The Marxist Conspiracy Theory: The view that an economic elite has rigged the system to the detriment of the working class — that powerful actors are intentionally manipulating the economy and political institutions to maintain inequality.
• The Transgressive Conspiracy Theory: The belief that traditional social mores about gender, sex and sexuality are oppressive, and that anyone who speaks out against them risks suppression or violence.
• The International Conspiracy Theory: The idea that Western “settler-colonial” nations use their influence to coerce and colonise the rest of the world with Western culture, norms and institutions at the expense of other cultures.

Not all Scavengers affirm every one of these conspiracy theories, Shapiro explains. Some might emphasise just one or two. But they share the essentials in common: identity politics, victimhood narratives, and grievance against systems that are viewed as malevolent and oppressive.

The other common thread we must not overlook is that each of these phantom conspiracies implicitly treats violence as morally justified. They depict certain views and speech as inherently harmful — even violent — which necessitates a violent response.

For example, it’s common for radical transgender activists to claim that those who insist men are men and women are women are guilty of “trans erasure” — that voicing basic biology threatens the very existence of trans people and contributes to a “trans genocide”.

This is how a “permission structure” is created in which Charlie Kirk’s assassination is no longer a tragedy but a triumph.

When speech is recast as violence, then violence becomes a legitimate way to silence the speech of your political opponents.

No Parallel on the Right

In summarising the Scavenger worldview, Ben Shapiro says:

The philosophy of the scavenger says your grievances are justified. You’re the centre around which the rest of the universe turns. If you suffer, you suffer unjustly. If you suffer unjustly, that must be the result of systems designed purposefully by a cadre of others. The only way to fight the great conspiracy against you, say the scavengers, is to seize power. Once you have power, you can destroy the great conspiracy and free yourself and those who fight alongside you. All you require is power. And power requires violence. Violence is the corrective.

Yes — people of any political persuasion can commit violence and engage in  violent rhetoric. But there is no denying that the phantom conspiracies outlined above enjoy widespread acceptance on the political left, and are championed by prominent left-leaning figures in major left-of-centre political parties.

The left’s mainstream acceptance of conspiratorial thinking has created a “permission structure” for violence that simply has no parallel on the political right.

White supremacy, the QAnon conspiracy theory, and hatred for specific minority groups are among the more common motivations for right-wing violence (note that these also indulge in their own forms of grievance, identity politics and victimhood). But these are marginalised viewpoints that enjoy scant support from mainstream conservatives.

As I’ve noted elsewhere, conservatism and Christianity are natural allies, while left-wing politics have a tendency to undermine faith and moral stability.

When considering the issue of political violence in particular, the same pattern appears to hold true. When grievance-driven narratives are normalised, as they have been on the political left, they create a framework in which violence can easily be justified.

That’s why condemning violence in general terms isn’t enough. Confronting the false beliefs driving left-wing violence is not just a political necessity — it’s a moral one, essential to preserving civil society and the values that sustain it.

As James 3:16-17 declares, “For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice. But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.”
