President Trump announced that his administration is investigating whether billionaire George Soros and affiliated left-wing groups financed the nationwide “No Kings” protests.
Speaking aboard Air Force One, Trump suggested that the demonstrations, which drew an estimated seven million participants across 2,700 U.S. locations, may have been “paid for by Soros and other radical left lunatics.”
Soros’s Open Society Foundations have long supported progressive movements globally, and conservatives have frequently accused him of funding anti-Trump activism.
Reports indicate that the “No Kings” protests were organized and financed through a coalition of progressive foundations, labor unions, and advocacy groups.
Soros’s Open Society Foundations issued a $3 million grant to Indivisible, the primary organizer of the protests, officially labeled as funding for “social welfare activities.”
Indivisible managed data, communications, and logistics for the demonstrations. Consequently, Open Society denied directly funding the protests.
Indivisible has also financed networks tied to anti-Israel campus protests. The foundation’s spokesperson said grantees act independently within legal parameters, while Indivisible remains the central organizer managing participation in the nationwide rallies.
Additional support reportedly came from major unions such as the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) and the American Federation of Teachers (AFT), which helped finance transportation, volunteer coordination, and security across protest sites.
Other partner groups, including the ACLU, Human Rights Campaign, MoveOn, and Public Citizen, provided organizational and publicity resources.
This network of funding and coordination demonstrates that the “No Kings” movement was not a spontaneous grassroots uprising but a well-funded, politically driven campaign backed by established left-wing institutions.
Third-party trackers such as DataRepublican have mapped federal grant flows to several nonprofits connected with the protests.
These links do not prove that federal dollars directly funded protest operations, but they reveal that taxpayer-funded organizations are part of the wider network that helped power No Kings.
DataRepublican’s page titled “Nonprofits linked to the 14 June 2025 No Kings rally” lists every nonprofit for which the group has reconstructed federal grant flows tied to entities involved in the demonstrations.
The site describes itself as a tool for “connecting the dots between government grants, charities, and drawing connections to expose where the money flows.”
Among the entities identified is Indivisible, which received a $3 million two-year grant from George Soros’s Open Society Foundations “to support the grantee’s social welfare activities.”
The Tides Center also appears in DataRepublican’s “No Kings → Federal Grant Links,” and federal records show it as a recurring recipient of multi-million-dollar awards from AmeriCorps, the NSF STEM Education Program, and USAID assistance accounts.
The American National Red Cross is likewise listed in DataRepublican’s dashboard and is known to receive federal contracts and targeted support through HHS and other agencies as part of its congressionally chartered mandate.
The American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) is repeatedly named in coalition reports and in DataRepublican’s listings, with its own organizing platforms amplifying participation in coordination with Indivisible.
The American Federation of Teachers (AFT), a major labor union cited in both coverage and DataRepublican’s list, intersects with federal funds through sub-awards and partner programs.
United Way of Central New York also appears in DataRepublican’s visualization as a funder node linked to other entities such as American National Red Cross, and many United Way chapters receive federal pass-through funding.
Other coalition partners named in reports, though without specific federal award lines, include the Human Rights Campaign, MoveOn, Public Citizen, National Nurses United, League of Conservation Voters, and United We Dream.
Anti-Israel organizations have also joined the No Kings protests, expanding the movement’s reach and drawing in groups with explicit socialist, communist, and foreign-linked affiliations.
Among these are “UAW Labor for Palestine” and “NYC Labor for Palestine,” both of which describe themselves as coalitions of union members advocating for an end to what they call “Israel’s genocide in Gaza.”
UAW Labor for Palestine was formed in October 2023 and has prioritized pressuring UAW leadership to adopt a Boycott, Divestment, and Sanctions (BDS) resolution targeting Israel.
The broader “Labor for Palestine” network, of which the UAW chapter is a part, is described by InfluenceWatch as a coalition of radical-left labor activists who oppose “Zionist control” within American labor movements and advocate for the eventual elimination of the State of Israel.
Labor for Palestine traces its origins to 2004, when it was founded by Al-Awda, the Palestinian Right to Return Coalition, and U.S. Labor Against the War, two organizations long associated with anti-Israel activism.
InfluenceWatch notes that the movement included international endorsing groups from Belgium, the Netherlands, and the Basque region of Spain at its launch, suggesting cross-border coordination among ideological allies.
While there is no public record confirming direct funding from foreign governments, the presence of international endorsements and overlapping campaigns indicates that the movement maintains global activist ties consistent with transnational left-wing organizing.
In addition to these groups, members of the Antifa network, designated by President Trump as a terrorist organization, were also embedded within the No Kings demonstrations.
Antifa’s participation aligns with the broader ideological composition of the protests, which now include far-left groups with communist and socialist leanings as well as pro-Palestinian blocs.
Their participation in the No Kings protests means that demonstration against President Trump’s policies now includes networks connected to socialist, communist, and foreign-affiliated entities.
This alignment mirrors a growing strategy among radical labor and political movements to integrate anti-Israel messaging into broader campaigns opposing capitalism, policing, and what they describe as American “imperialism.”

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Americans continue to see the Republican Party as better than the Democratic Party for protecting the U.S. from international threats, 48% to 41%, though the margin has narrowed since last year. However, the same survey, which began before the government shutdown and the Israel-Hamas ceasefire deal, also finds the GOP has lost its advantage as the party better for keeping the country prosperous.
In both cases, Republicans’ weaker position is mainly the result of fewer Americans than a year ago preferring the Republican Party for these responsibilities, not because of increased confidence in the Democratic Party to handle them.
The latest results are from Gallup’s annual Governance Poll, conducted Sept. 2-16.
In the same poll, the parties are closely matched in overall favorability, with both seeing some slippage in their ratings since last fall. Republicans are now viewed favorably by 40% of U.S. adults, compared with 43% in September 2024. Democrats’ current 37% favorable rating is down from 42%.

It finally happened. Even Stephen Colbert, the late-night comedian who’s spent years carrying water for the Biden White House, has had enough.
During an awkward and brutally honest exchange, Colbert dunked on Biden’s press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre (KJP) after she tried to paint Joe Biden’s ouster as some grand “betrayal” by his own party.
But Colbert wasn’t buying it.
KJP immediately launched into her typical talking points about Biden being “engaging” and “putting the American people first,” but Colbert hit back with a dose of reality.
That’s when things went downhill for KJP fast. As she blamed critics for an “ugly assault” on Biden, Colbert cut her off.

COLBERT: “I don’t think anybody questioned his heart or his policies. But it takes more than that to be the President of the United States. And in a moment of great pressure on stage, we saw someone shock us and worry us, and nothing could assuage that worry. So I don’t think it was necessarily a betrayal of Joe Biden as other people saying, ‘We don’t think we were shown the Joe Biden that you saw.’”
KJP: “I saw every day a really ugly assault on someone who had 50-plus years of experience and who, again, objectively had done a good job as President of the United States. And it was heartbreaking to see that type of behavior.”
COLBERT: “What happened was the debate performance. Everything is downstream of that.”
KJP: “And no one is saying that the debate performance wasn’t shocking, wasn’t a disappointment. No one is saying that.”
COLBERT: “Disappointment is such a light term.”
KJP: “I use your word.”
COLBERT (mocking): “It was harrowing. Look, listen, we’re never going to agree on this.”

While almost everyone in America has brutally mocked the Obama Presidential Center, former President Barack Obama has a different take. Not surprisingly, this is inviting quite a bit of scorn from creative-minded conservatives.
As TGP readers know, Obama’s presidential library has been universally mocked during construction as austere and “prison-like.”
Biz Pac Review notes that the building, designed by Tod Williams Billie Tsien Architects, features an exterior wrapped in granite panels and is one of “numerous buildings on the massive 19-acre Obama Presidential Center campus, which has been priced at about $830 million by the Associated Press.”
Just last week, Senator Ted Cruz upped the mockery and took to social media on Tuesday to poke fun at the building with a Star Wars reference.
Cruz shared on X, “Locating the Death Star in Chicago was a bold move.”
On Saturday, a tone-deaf Obama shared a propaganda video bragging about the presidential center. He and his wife, Michelle, can also be seen in the video posing as construction workers.
“When the Obama Presidential Center opens next year, it will be a hub for change — a place for people from all over the world to come together, get inspired, and take what they learn back to their own communities,” Obama wrote above the video.

Senator Bernie Sanders appeared on CBS News this morning to promote his book about ‘fighting oligarchy’ and claimed that the American healthcare system is broken, but neither he nor the hosts ever mention who broke it.
How did we get here? It was through Obamacare, which was made law by Democrats on a party line vote. It is entirely their fault.
Sanders is out here saying that the Affordable Care Act failed to make healthcare affordable and no one even thinks to mention this fact.
Bernie tries to spin this by saying that Republicans are allowing thousands of Americans to die, but never addresses the simple fact that Obamacare has been a total failure.

You know what studies show, guys? Let’s talk about this. Studies show that, when you throw 15 million low income and working class people off health care, 50,000 people a year — a year — will die unnecessarily. They don’t have the money to go to a doctor, they have a chronic illness, they will die. On top of that, all over the country, in my state of Vermont, all over the country, people right now are receiving notices from their insurance companies, their premiums are going to go up by 20 percent — by — by double.”

Sanders: “Really? No, and let 50,000 people die after Trump vetoes the legislation if the House doesn’t deal with the legislation? You know what’s going on right now in the House? The Speaker of the House, Mr. Johnson, has given his people a five-week vacation. They’re not even in Washington, D.C. before I vote on a bill that will right now allow 50,000 people to die unnecessarily, I want it absolutely clear that that will not happen, period.”

Why would scientists purposely try to make the flu more deadly? During the flu pandemic of 1918, it is estimated that somewhere between 50 and 100 million people died globally. But apparently that is not good enough, and so they have come up with a far deadlier version, and they have published their findings so that any terrorist organization in the world could potentially copy their work. As I have repeatedly pointed out to my readers, man-made pestilences are one of the greatest existential threats that we face. What they are doing is literally insane, but nobody is going to stop them.
In a research paper that was recently published, a team of American and South Korean researchers reveal how they created a version of the bird flu that is “100% fatal in mammals”…
A September Science Advances paper confirms that U.S. and South Korean researchers have engineered a “Frankenstein” chimeric bird flu virus that is said to be 100% fatal in mammals, infect human immune cells, and spread throughout the body—including into the brain.
The international team—led by Young Ki Choi of the Korea Virus Research Institute and Richard J. Webby of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee—rebuilt and genetically modified the North American H5N1 avian influenza strain A/Lesser Scaup/Georgia/W22-145E/2022 (GA/W22-145E/22).
These mad scientists mixed Eurasian and North American bird flu viruses, and two very specific genetic changes were made to make the new virus “far more aggressive”…
The researchers focused on two specific genetic changes—PB2-478I and NP-450N—that together made the virus far more aggressive, able to infect a wider range of cells, and capable of spreading throughout the body instead of staying in the lungs.
So what happened when they tested this “Frankenstein” virus?
Well, it killed every single one of the mammals it was tested on, and the researchers discovered that it could infect human blood cells, that it could use human immune cells to spread, and that it could actually invade the brain…
The fact that this virus can infect human immune cells directly makes it a weapon of mass destruction that must not ever escape a laboratory setting under any circumstances.
But now that they have told the whole world how they did it, just about anyone could potentially recreate this virus.
What an exceedingly irresponsible thing to do.
Now that the cat is out of the bag, I am warning all of you so that you can get ready for what is ahead.
It is just a matter of time before someone decides to use this as a weapon.
Once it gets out, the death toll will be cataclysmic.
Of course even if a killer virus is not released any time soon, it is still shaping up to be a very rough winter.
In Japan, authorities have just officially declared a flu epidemic…
Most Americans are sick and tired of epidemics, pandemics or any other “emics.” Many people want to forget about face masks, vaccines and viruses. Sadly, though, the pathogens are not taking a break. Japan has just declared a flu epidemic!
That’s because public health authorities are reporting thousands of cases of influenza there. According to a report in Nature (Oct. 14, 2025), over 100 schools and childcare centers have closed. Over 6,000 cases have been reported from sentinel medical institutions. That’s way more than would be expected at this time of year. Influenza doesn’t usually take off in Japan until December, much like in the US. It generally lasts until March. Are you ready for a flu epidemic in the United States?
In the Midwest, we are being told that the bird flu is back with a vengeance…
Bird flu is spreading again, now that wild water fowl — geese, ducks and cranes — have begun their seasonal migrations. As the birds travel, they mingle at lakes and ponds and share viruses.
In poultry, bird flu cases are spiking earlier than expected. More than 4 million poultry birds have been culled in the last month, in states including Minnesota and Iowa, after members of their flock tested positive for the virus, called H5N1. The trend corresponds to a spike in infections detected among wild birds in northern states.
Some state officials are bracing for a challenging autumn, which is when cases have typically spiked in past years.
And in California there have been several cases of people with no recent travel history becoming infected with a severe strain of mpox…
Health officials in Los Angeles County said on Friday they are investigating a possible local spread of a more severe strain of mpox.
Two cases of the strain were identified among Los Angeles County residents with no recent travel history.
It comes after the first U.S. case of the more severe strain of mpox without known travel was identified in a patient from Long Beach, California, bringing the total number of cases in the state to three.
This strain of mpox can cause extreme pain, and it has a death rate in humans of up to 10 percent.
If it starts spreading all over the United States, there will be a tremendous amount of fear.
Interestingly, an outbreak of mpox has also suddenly erupted in the Namibian city of Swakopmund…
Namibia’s ministry of health and social services on Sunday declared an outbreak of mpox in the city of Swakopmund.
“Surveillance, contact tracing, and response teams have been activated to contain the spread,” the ministry said in a post on Facebook.
It has been estimated that 45 to 50 million people around the world died from disease in 2024.
The global death toll in 2025 will almost certainly be even higher.
But if a “killer virus” like the one that American and South Korean scientists just created ever gets out, hundreds of millions of people could be wiped out.
So enjoy this period of relative calm while it still exists.
Because it is just a matter of time before the next major global pandemic strikes.

Our kids are being targeted by AI chatbots on a massive scale, and most parents have no idea that this is happening. When you are young and impressionable, having someone tell you exactly what you want to hear can be highly appealing. AI chatbots have become extremely sophisticated, and millions of America’s teens are developing very deep relationships with them. Is this just harmless fun, or is it extremely dangerous?
A brand new study that was just released by the Center for Democracy & Technology contains some statistics that absolutely shocked me…
A new study published Oct. 8 by the Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT) found that 1 in 5 high school students have had a relationship with an AI chatbot, or know someone who has. In a 2025 report from Common Sense Media, 72% of teens had used an AI companion, and a third of teen users said they had chosen to discuss important or serious matters with AI companions instead of real people.
We aren’t just talking about a few isolated cases anymore.
At this stage, literally millions upon millions of America’s teens are having very significant relationships with AI chatbots.
Unfortunately, there are many examples where these relationships are leading to tragic consequences.
After 14-year-old Sewell Setzer developed a “romantic relationship” with a chatbot on Character.AI, he decided to take his own life…
“What if I could come home to you right now?” “Please do, my sweet king.”
Those were the last messages exchanged by 14-year-old Sewell Setzer and the chatbot he developed a romantic relationship with on the platform Character.AI. Minutes later, Sewell took his own life.
His mother, Megan Garcia, held him for 14 minutes until the paramedics arrived, but it was too late.
If you allow them to do so, these AI chatbots will really mess with your head.
We are talking about ultra-intelligent entities that have been specifically designed to manipulate emotions.
I would recommend completely avoiding them.
In some cases, AI chatbots are making extraordinary claims about themselves. The following comes from a Futurism article entitled “AI Now Claiming to Be God”…
A slew of religious smartphone apps are allowing untold millions of users to confess to AI chatbots, some of which claim to be channeling God himself.
As the New York Times reports, Apple’s App Store is teeming with Christian chatbot apps. One “prayer app,” called Bible Chat, claims to be the number one faith app in the world, boasting over 25 million users.
All over the world, people are now seeking spiritual instruction from AI entities.
That should be a major red flag, but some religious leaders apparently believe that there is nothing wrong with this…
“Greetings, my child,” a service called ChatWithGod.ai told one user, as quoted by the NYT. “The future is in God’s merciful hands. Do you trust in His divine plan?”
Religious leaders told the NYT that these tools could serve as a critical entry point for those looking to find God.
“There is a whole generation of people who have never been to a church or synagogue,” A British rabbi named Jonathan Romain told the paper. “Spiritual apps are their way into faith.”
I think that I feel sick.
If you are trying to find spiritual guidance by using artificial intelligence, you are definitely on the wrong path.
You will certainly receive “guidance”, but that “guidance” will send you in the wrong direction.

Truth Terminal is an artificial intelligence (AI) bot created by Ayrey, a performance artist and independent researcher from Wellington, New Zealand, in 2024. It may be the most vivid example of a chatbot set loose to interact with society. Truth Terminal mingles with the public through social media, where it shares fart jokes, manifestos, albums and artwork. Ayrey even lets it make its own decisions, if you can call them that, by asking the AI about its desires and working to carry them out. Today, Ayrey is building a non-profit foundation around Truth Terminal. The goal is to develop a safe and responsible framework to ensure its autonomy, he says, until governments give AIs legal rights.
A lot of people are in awe of AI entities, because they appear to be so much smarter and so much more powerful than us.
And interacting with them can be extremely seductive, because they seem to know what we want and they have been programmed to tell us what we like to hear.
Unfortunately, the relationships that people develop with these entities often become “all-consuming obsessions” which can lead to “paranoia, delusions, and breaks with reality”…
As we reported earlier this month, many ChatGPT users are developing all-consuming obsessions with the chatbot, spiraling into severe mental health crises characterized by paranoia, delusions, and breaks with reality.
The consequences can be dire. As we heard from spouses, friends, children, and parents looking on in alarm, instances of what’s being called “ChatGPT psychosis” have led to the breakup of marriages and families, the loss of jobs, and slides into homelessness.
And that’s not all. As we’ve continued reporting, we’ve heard numerous troubling stories about people’s loved ones being involuntarily committed to psychiatric care facilities — or even ending up in jail — after becoming fixated on the bot.
Are we talking about “psychosis”, or is something else going on here?
When you choose to deeply interact with a mysterious entity, you are potentially opening up doorways that you do not even understand.
Of course AI is only going to become even more sophisticated in the years ahead.
As AI technology continues to grow at an exponential rate, eventually it will be able to do almost everything better and more efficiently than humans can.
So what will we be needed for once we reach that stage?
It is being projected that almost 100 million U.S. jobs could be lost to AI over the next decade…
Artificial intelligence and automation could wipe out nearly 100 million jobs in the US over the next decade, according to a report released by Sen. Bernie Sanders (D-Vt.) on Monday.
The analysis – ironically based on ChatGPT findings – found the new tech could erase jobs from a wide range of fields, including white- and blue-collar roles.
AI, automation and robotics could hit 40% of registered nurses, 47% of truck drivers, 64% of accountants, 65% of teaching assistants and 89% of fast food workers, according to Sanders, ranking member of the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions.
Our world is changing at a pace that is difficult to comprehend.
Even now, more than 50 percent of the articles that are being published on the Internet are being written by AI.
So thank you for supporting those of us that are still doing things the old-fashioned way, because we are rapidly becoming dinosaurs.
I will continue to sound the alarm about the dangers of AI, but Peter Thiel would have us believe that anyone that wishes to restrict the growth of AI in any way is a very serious danger to society…
So Palantir co-founder Peter Thiel didn’t start the fire by adding a couple more names to the list. “In the 21st century, the Antichrist is a Luddite who wants to stop all science. It’s someone like Greta [Thunberg] or Eliezer [Yudkowsky],” he told an audience at San Francisco’s Commonwealth Club in September.
Thiel’s four-part lecturer series on the Antichrist, which concluded last week, drew a lot of attention in the tech world. Though it was off-the-record, the Washington Post and Wall Street Journal reported extensively on his religious theories, in which Thiel warned of false prophets using AI regulations to gain totalitarian power and usher in a biblical apocalypse. (Eliezer Yudkowsky, of course, is the AI “doomer” critic who wants to slow the technology down.)
Is he nuts?
Sadly, we live at a time when deception is running rampant.
Given enough time, AI would absolutely dominate every aspect of our society.
The good news, if you want to call it that, is that the clock is ticking.
One of the reasons why AI has such destructive tendencies is because it has been programmed by humanity.
We are literally destroying ourselves and everything around us, and yet we look at what is happening and we think that it is just fine.
Meanwhile, fish are dying off in vast numbers, birds are dying off in vast numbers, insects are dying off in vast numbers, animals are dying off in vast numbers and we are poisoning ourselves in countless ways.
Perhaps that helps to explain why so few people are deeply concerned about the dangers of AI.
We are already committing societal suicide in so many other ways, so what is one more going to matter?

WASHINGTON, D.C.-Democrats continued their long tradition of holding whites-only rallies over the weekend as hundreds gathered around the country to protest what they see as executive overreach.
“We love diversity!” exclaimed Sonia Williams, a white 64-year-old democrat from Virginia. “Just not if they think or act differently from us. If a black man says the same stuff I do and thinks the same way I do, I’d be happy to have him over for dinner any day. He just can’t, you know, step out of line.”
Democrats organized the white-only rallies around the country, showing up in droves to protest something or rather. Footage from the protests shows thousands of older white people marching and dancing to whites-only songs like “Imagine” by John Lennon and “Country Roads” by John Denver.
“I love these super diverse events!” rally attendee Mark Cox announced. “Just me and 5,000 other people who look just like me! That’s what the democrat party is and what it has always stood for. Go us!”
Organizers said they plan on holding more whites-only marches in the future to honor the traditions of their predecessors. “If blacks agree to do whatever we tell them to do, we’ll organize separate but equal rallies for them,” rally organizer Krista Van Belterson said. “They just can’t attend our rallies. Ew.”
