Greg Gutfeld Tears Into Liberal Co-Host Jessica Tarlov for Glossing Over New Russiagate Details: ‘Save Me Your Selective Outrage’ (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit

Screencap from YouTube.

Greg Gutfeld lost it on his liberal co-host Jessica Tarlov during The Five today.

Tarlov was trying to basically pull a ‘but her emails!’ over the shocking new details in the Russiagate hoax while hyping Epstein stories, as if that topic is more important.

Greg cut her off in what seemed like a genuinely unplanned moment and read her the riot act.

Partial transcript via the Legal Insurrection blog:

TARLOV: …suddenly they won’t be mad at Trump anymore for not releasing the Epstein files or whatever he had to do with any of it. It’s preposterous that we were talking about Hillary Clinton’s emails again in 2025.

GUTFELD: We have no choice. We spent years on this story.

TARLOV: We had no choice?

GUTFELD: No, let me finish. We had to take this story seriously for years, and it was false.

TARLOV: It wasn’t false.

GUTFELD: No, no, for people to understand what happened, all right, because the problem with this story is that nobody knows what you’re talking about.

When Trump won in 2016 the intel community concluded that Russia didn’t have a hand in his victory. Instead of accepting the conclusion, Obama determined and wanted a new conclusion, so he sent Brennan running to come up with a new collusion, that there was some kind of trivial involvement that then they could feed out to the media, and coincidentally, dozens of news organizations said that Trump was in bed with Putin and that somehow Brennan knew Brennan knew. How did he know? There was no proof. There was no nothing. There was no proof.

TARLOV: Why did Brennan do nothing?

GUTFELD: No, let me finish. They amplified a false conclusion that Trump colluded with Russia in 2016 we had to spend years dealing with that, and now we’re actually getting investigation, and you’re saying, “No, you know what, you guys should just move on. You guys should just move on.” You say the same effing thing about Biden’s brain. You guys spent four years telling us that Joe Biden was fine. You covered up for an invalid. And then when we get the truth, it’s like, “Oh, you know what? It’s time. We got to look forward. We got to start talking about what’s there.”

Here’s the clip:

Jessica deserved that dressing down. Her attitude is so typical of so many on the left right now.

REPORT: Stephen Colbert’s Show Was Losing $40 Million a Year Before Its Cancellation | The Gateway Pundit

Stephen Colbert’s show was losing  its parent company CBS a staggering $40 million every year before its cancellation.

Yesterday evening, the network confirmed that it was cancelling the show for financial reasons after over a decade on air.

Meanwhile, a report from Puck News has now shed light on the extent of those losses and also Colbert’s reaction to his cancellation:

Today’s announcement that CBS will end Late Show With Stephen Colbert at the end of the 2026 season came as a shock to you, me, and those who’ve worked on the program for years. Paramount co-C.E.O. George Cheeks pulled the trigger on this one, though sources tell me CBS executives have been discussing the future of the Late Show franchise for months.

The Colbert team was notified around July Fourth that the show was in jeopardy, and Colbert himself was told of the final decision last night. CBS did not plan to announce the move so soon, per sources, but Colbert decided that to avoid leaks, he wanted to reveal it this afternoon to his staff and discuss it on his show tonight, which he did.

You can tell from the clips he’s still kinda in shock, and backstage, I’m told he was resolute and matter-of-fact with his top staff, thanking them and “not angry, actually,” per one source in the Ed Sullivan Theater.

For those keeping track of Paramount merger politics, Cheeks did not consult Ellison, JeffShell, or the incoming Skydance team in advance. Canceling a money-losing program does not rise to the level of a “material decision” that must be run by the new regime, and Late Show has been losing more than $40 million a year for CBS (though that doesn’t include some ancillary revenue).

Colbert is one of the many late-night comedians who has never made any secret of his strong allegiance to the Democratic Party and dedicates most of his show to mocking President Trump and the MAGA movement.

President Trump weighed in on Friday over Colbert getting the axe.

“I absolutely love that Colbert got fired. His talent was even less than his ratings,” Trump wrote.

Trump went on to predict who would be the next late-night show host to lose their job and then hailed the ONLY one with a sense of humor: Greg Gutfeld.”

“I hear Jimmy Kimmel is next. Has even less talent than Colbert!” he continued. “Greg Gutfeld is better than all of them combined, including the Moron on NBC who ruined the once great Tonight Show.”

GREG GUTFELD: ‘MSNBC Now Stands for Must Sell Network Before Christmas’ (VIDEO) | The Gateway Pundit

During his opening monologue on Friday night, Greg Gutfeld took aim at MSNBC and their collapsing ratings. Noting the fact that the network might actually be sold off, Gutfeld said that MSNBC now stands for ‘Must Sell Network Before Christmas.’

This kind of sharp and honest humor is one of the reasons why Greg Gutfeld does not have a ratings problem.

Greg reserved some of his best mockery for Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski, pointing out that their 180 degree turn on Trump proves what phonies they are, and noting that they are one of the main reasons why leftists are terrified of Trump’s second term.

Mediaite has details:

On Friday’s Gutfeld!, Gutfeld cited a number of recent turns for MSNBC, including Morning Joe taking a ratings hit, Rachel Maddow’s pay reportedly being reduced, and a headline that quickly sparked conservative outrage on social media.

Gutfeld dubbed MSNBC the “Must Sell Network Before Christmas” following news Comcast would spin off the cable channel and others into their own company.

Gutfeld said:

“These days, MSNBC has come to stand for ‘must sell network before Christmas.’ Their post-election ratings are down 54 percent, that’s 50% more than my body fat, Walter. Hell, Brit Hume’s laxative reviews on YouTube have more viewers. And so they have slashed their budgets so low, Joy Reid had to replace her toupe to pay with a cocktail napkin. But don’t feel bad! Check out this headline that their website dropped today. Quote, Laken Riley’s killer never stood a chance. Now that can’t be an accident. If you ask me, it’s suicide by headline. What better way to kill off the rest of the network than to drop one of the most repulsive headlines of all time. MSNBC did finally change it, but the damage was already done.”

Watch the whole thing below, this is great:

MSNBC deserves every single bit of this mockery. They are completely out of touch with the American people and they constantly spread misinformation while accusing others of doing just that. The country will be a better place when these vicious liars are forced to get real jobs.
