When you launch a full-throated attack on a United States president in the middle of his re-election bid, then you indict him and try to throw him in jail… you’d better be prepared for the consequences that could follow.
This is especially true when you allegedly use the federal government to illegally spy on him and his allies.
First, let’s go back to 2022 and set the stage. Back to when the FBI, under former director Christopher Ray, launched “Operation Arctic Frost.” This investigation into “January 6th” served as the pretext for special counsel Jack Smith’s federal indictment of Trump on so-called “election interference” charges.
As we know, that effort failed spectacularly, but this month, new testimony has brought to light the utter corruption involved in this investigation. Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley released a whistleblower document showing that Jack Smith—in conjunction with the FBI—secretly obtained the private phone records of nine Republican lawmakers in the Senate and the House of Representatives.
The revelation of this covert surveillance follows documentation earlier this year, which showed that Donald Trump himself and former Vice President Mike Pence also had their phone records secretly collected by the Biden White House special counsel’s office—records which were then given over to the FBI.
The bad actions didn’t stop there. In September, we learned that the FBI also spied on 92 conservative individuals and organizations as part of “Arctic Frost,” including Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA.
In response to the bombshell, President Trump posted to Truth Social, calling Jack Smith “a sleazag who finally had his hand caught in the cookie jar.”
Understandably, Jack Smith is now facing calls for arrest.
We’re talking about President Biden’s staff spying on his political enemy, then-private citizen Donald Trump, and 92 other private citizens and organizations. These were efforts to directly help a federal prosecutor establish a case to throw a former President in prison. Senator Grassley called the scandal “bigger than Watergate”—and the shoe certainly fits.

Notes from Former FBI Head James Comey related to his discussions with President Trump were finally released by the DOJ and FBI last night.
These damning notes follow the release of the DOJ’s IG report less than a week prior that provided evidence that former FBI Head Andrew McCabe lied multiple times, including under oath. The McCabe report exposed President Obama’s FBI and DOJ as corrupt, dishonest, coordinated and conspiring. Comey’s notes provide additional support of a very dishonest, conniving and corrupt FBI led by Comey, who set the tone.
Less than a week since the DOJ IG’s report about fired former FBI Head Andrew McCabe, the DOJ and FBI finally released James Comey’s notes as requested by Congress. These notes show a very corrupt, manipulative, conniving and dishonest FBI Director.
A list of the key points in the 15 pages of notes follows –

2. The first page of the notes includes perhaps the most damning piece of information from corrupt Comey’s first notes on his meeting on January 6, 2017. After getting the President-elect alone, Comey writes, “I then executed the session exactly as I had planned.”
3. He next states whom the reports were from which is redacted. But then says that he “didn’t want him caught cold by some of the detail. [PL-1]
4. On page 2 Comey writes the Russians allegedly had tapes. [PL-2]
5.The President immediately said this was false but Comey never released this information.
6. Comey says, “I said I wasn’t say this was true. “[PL-3]…” media like CNN had them” [how did he know and why was he not protecting the President-elect?]…It’s important not to give them “the excuse to write that the FBI had the material” [PL-4]… they [FBI] were keeping it very close [PL-5]
7. Comey admits they were not investigating [President-elect Trump] but it was being said out of Russia [PL-6]
8. Comey also wanted to let him [Trump] know in case it came out in the media. [PL-7]
9. On page 3 begins corrupt Comey’s 2nd meeting notes with President on January 28, 2017 [shortly after the inauguration].
10. Comey admits he was never relaxed “given the focus his conversation required” [what focus? Why the discomfort? This doesn’t sound normal for someone without an agenda.]
11. Comey says “I explained that he could count on me to always tell him the truth. [L-8] I said in don’t do sneaky things [L-9], I don’t leak [L-10], I don’t do weasel moves. [L-11] But I was not on anybody’s side politically [L-12].”
12. When the President asked whether the FBI leaks, Comey answered “that FBI leaks far less than people often say”. [L-13]
13. Comey said AG Lynch directed him not to use the word “investigation” [in the Hillary matter].
14. President Trump asked whether it was true “there was a revolt” after Comey announced no crimes in the Hillary investigation and Comey said “that was nonsense [PL-14] and I worked hard to see if folks had concerns [PL-15]. Comey next said that “investigators all agreed there was not case [PL-16], he [Trump] said he disagreed.’
15. President Trump next asked about McCabe and whether he as a problem with the President and Comey said “he’s a true professional [L-17] and had no problem at all” [L-18 – it was well known in the FBI that McCabe hated Trump].
16. Comey next bashed former Republican AG’s but not Obama’s AG’s Holder or Lynch.
17. President Trump again said the dossier Comey presented to him in the previous meeting was not accurate. Trump noted that he didn’t even stay the night in Russia during the Miss Universe contest when some incidents were said to take place.
18. Comey said, “I wouldn’t want to create a narrative that we were investigating him [L-19 – this went on for months and Comey never once came out and said the President wasn’t under investigation – this is the 2nd time Comey admits Trump not under investigation.]
19.Comey says Obama “wanted competence and independence and didn’t want the FBI involved in policy.” [L-20 – Comey went to the White House on numerous occasions and is now suspected as following Obama’s orders – also, Obama’s entire administration was corrupt.] Comey also said Obama slept well knowing the FBI was well run. [L-21 – for Obama well run meant corrupt]
20. Comey next again said McCabe was “professional”. [L-22]
21. The next notes were from February 8, 2017, starting on p. 7. Comey said that a redacted item was necessary in the now known as fake dossier. He states “analysts from all three agencies agreed it was relevant and that portions of the material were corroborated by other intelligence.”[PL-23]
22. Comey notes a primary source of the dossier but it is redacted [PL-24]
23. Comey talked about leaks and said they were probably from folks “who have left government”. [PL-25] He also said unlikely they came from the FBI [PL-26], and that most leaks come from one or two out. [L-27 – Comey and McCabe both have testified under oath that they leaked]
24. On page 8, Comey tell Priebus their conversation was private [L-28].
25. Priebus asked whether there was a FISA application on General Flynn and Comey answered but it is redacted.
26. Next Comey’s note reflect something strange. Comey notes that Priebus asked why Hillary was not charged with “gross negligence”. [Comey changed this as we now know to clear Hillary of emails crimes.] Comey then says I took him through “facts and the law”. [L-29 – we know Hillary was guilty of numerous crimes.] Then unexpectedly Comey writes “I added that it wasn’t my fault that Huma Abedin forwarded emails to Anthony Weiner.” [This suggests the Weiner emails are an important part of the 2016 campaign and the Hillary email investigations.]
28. Comey said referring to the FBI “we aren’t the kind of killer that Putin is”. President Trump apparently paused [does Trump know something or was Comey trying to scare the President?]
29. On page 10 Comey begins his notes from a February 14, 2017, meeting with the President [Valentine’s Day]. President Trump says that he thought his phone was protected but that the calls he made with Australia and Mexico and that General Flynn’s call with the Russians were taped and then leaked. Comey says he tried to interject several times that “leaks are terrible” but the President wouldn’t let him. [L-32 – Comey is a leaker] Comey says it’s terrible his calls were leaked. [L-33 – Comey is a leaker] Comey says FBI leaks were terrible [L-34 – Comey is a leaker].
30. Comey agrees that leaks compromise the President and that he was “eager to find leakers”. [L-35 – Comey is a leaker]
31. Comey then said he was eager to put a “head on a pike” of a leaker. [L-36 – Comey is a leaker.]
32. On page 12 Comey notes a very brief call from the President and then on page 13 he notes from his discussion with the President on March 30, 2017 via a phone. The President stated that the Russia business was hurting him and that he was going to personally sue Christopher Steele.
33. President Trump asked what Comey could do to lift the cloud. Comey replies that they were “running it down as quickly as possible’ [L-37 – this mess is still going on and the cause of the corrupt Mueller investigation].
34. Comey again tells Trump that he was not under investigation and the President said it would be good to get that out. [Comey leaked everything else but never announced or leaked that the President was not being investigated.]
35. Trump again brings up McCabe and Comey says again two more times that McCabe is an honorable guy. [L-38 and L-39] Then Comey says he’d see what he could do to get out that the President is not under investigation. [L-40 – Comey never did until under oath in front of Congress months later.]
36. The final set of notes begin on page 15 and refer to a call from President Trump on April 11, 2017. Comey begins to tell the President that he passed the President’s request about letting the American people know that he is not under investigation and Comey says he passed on to the acting AG but had not heard from him. [PL-41]
37. President Trump then stated that he heard the FBI was involved in an incident in Jordan in delaying a prosecution of a soldier who killed Americans. Comey did not deny but said he would dig into it. [PL-42 – Comey probably knew but lied as he had a pattern of doing]
38. Comey tries to insinuate in some footnotes that the President was up to something but there was no basis for his impressions. [PL-43 – by this time it is clear that Comey was a liar and leaker.]
Overall Summary –
1. The notes were classified and Comey leaked them which is a crime.
2. Comey writes that his “plan” in how he wanted to share the fake dossier with President Trump went exactly the way he wanted. This indicates Comey was conniving and manipulative in presenting the fake dossier to the President.
3. At least three times Comey tells the President he is not under investigation which is probably a lie but no matter how many times the President asks the FBI Director to share this with the American people, he refuses to do so.
4. Comey lies over 40 times in the 15 pages of notes. Some of his lies are known at this point from other information [L] and some probable lies [PL] are based on other information and a track record of lying from Comey. In total we identified 18 probable lies [PL] and 25 outright lies [L].
5. The Weiner emails are again noted in these notes as they were noted in the McCabe IG Report. These may include information that Comey and others do not want released to American voters and this may be why they are going all out to remove President Trump.
6. The Corrupt individuals in the government have no concern for the American people or the President they elected.

In news that should not surprise anyone, the Biden regime had Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point USA squarely in its crosshairs.
As Fox News reported, Patel appeared before the Senate Judiciary Committee for an annual oversight hearing of the FBI on Tuesday morning. He has come under fire for his initial handling of the Kirk assassination by a radical left terrorist.
During the hearing, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA) revealed that an FBI whistleblower revealed to him an FBI project called “Arctic Frost” that targeted groups like Kirk’s TPUSA.
“92 Republican targets, including Republican groups and Republican-linked individuals, were placed under the investigative scope of Arctic Frost,” Grassley said.
“On that political list was one of Charlie Kirk’s groups, Turning Point USA. In other words, Arctic Frost wasn’t just a case to politically investigate Trump,” he continued. “It was the vehicle by which partisan FBI agents and Department of Justice prosecutors could achieve their partisan ends and improperly investigate the entire Republican political apparatus.”

Earlier this year, Grassley and Johnson blew the lid off yet another sham investigation orchestrated by Biden’s corrupt Department of Justice (DOJ) and the politically compromised FBI. According to the documents released last month, the FBI and DOJ weaponized their power to target President Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence, and their allies through a probe dubbed “Arctic Frost.”
The FBI did not require a warrant to take possession of government phones from the Biden White House. However, after securing the devices, agents began preparing a search warrant to access their data, sources familiar with the investigation told Fox News.
Investigative journalist John Solomon has uncovered a smoking-gun email from Obama’s Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates explicitly ordering FBI agents to shut down a criminal corruption probe into the Clinton Foundation.
Thanks to Judicial Watch, the American public was made aware of Hillary Clinton’s private email server.
Hillary Clinton conducted official business on a non-government server so she could hide her Clinton Foundation pay-to-play while she was head of the Department of State.
According to emails obtained by Judicial Watch, Hillary Clinton gave preferential treatment to Clinton Foundation donors while she was Secretary of State.
In fact, Judge Royce Lamberth previously said Clinton’s use of private emails was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”
Now, according to John Solomon, the investigation, quietly running in New York, Washington, D.C., and Little Rock, was reportedly a fully predicated criminal case examining whether Hillary Clinton, as Secretary of State, ran a pay-to-play influence racket.
According to Solomon, FBI agents had reason to believe foreign nationals and other deep-pocketed donors bought access and favors from the State Department in exchange for massive contributions to the Clinton Foundation, all while the Obama DOJ looked the other way.
At the time, then–FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, whose wife took campaign cash from a Clinton ally while he personally attended the meeting to solicit the funds, allegedly locked down the investigation, ordering that no action be taken without his personal approval.
Four separate U.S. Attorneys’ offices under Obama were approached by FBI agents for help with subpoenas, grand juries, and evidence gathering. Three of the four refused outright.
The most damning piece, however, according to John Solomon, is the document uncovered by FBI Director Kash Patel.
In it, Deputy AG Sally Yates directly instructs the FBI to “shut it down” the Clinton Foundation investigation, effectively granting the Clintons immunity from further scrutiny during the 2016 election cycle.
According to Solomon, several prosecutors have now stepped forward and are willing to cooperate with Congress and Trump-aligned investigators.
Patel reportedly has more explosive emails from Obama-era officials, which he intends to turn over to lawmakers.
John Solomon: Tonight, we’re going to tell you about the other Clinton investigation — one that was running in three separate FBI offices: New York, Washington, and Little Rock. It was a predicated criminal investigation that was examining whether Hillary Clinton ran a pay-to-play scheme that delivered favors from her perch as Secretary of State, while foreigners and others paid large sums of money to her family foundation — the Clinton Foundation — run by Bill Clinton and their daughter, eventually Chelsea Clinton.
Three separate agencies, three separate bureaus — offices of the FBI — believed they had predicated evidence to pursue. But every time they tried to move the ball down the road in the shadows of the 2016 election, they got shut down. I mean, they got shut down at the highest levels of their agency.
Andrew McCabe, the Deputy Director — a man who potentially had a conflict of interest with Hillary Clinton; his wife got money from Hillary Clinton’s former allies to run for a Virginia State Senate seat — attended the meeting where that assistance was solicited. He eventually was conflicted out, but not before he gave the order to his agents that: You won’t investigate or do anything on this unless I approve it.
Downstream from them, four different U.S. Attorneys’ offices under Barack Obama were asked for help by the agents. Agents need help. We need a grand jury. We need to get evidence. We want to move the case down the road. All three of those four offices told the agents: You’re on your own. We will not assist you in your pursuit of criminal charges against Hillary Clinton.
Then, perhaps the most extraordinary statement in the document — that we are going to show you on screen now — the Deputy Attorney General for Barack Obama, Sally Yates, explicitly told the FBI: Shut it down, meaning the corruption probes of Hillary Clinton.
Think about this: while Donald Trump was out on the campaign trail chanting Lock her up, maybe there was a good reason to lock up Hillary Clinton — he would argue that every night — the Obama Justice Department was telling the FBI agents who also thought there might be a reason to lock up Hillary Clinton: Shut it down. Remember those words.

But one last piece of note before I bring in Amanda: we have now confirmed tonight there are some prosecutors who have come forward and are willing to cooperate with Attorney General Pam Bondi and, of course, FBI Director Kash Patel — who found this document. He found this document based on some whistleblowers that Just the News had. He went and got it. He has other emails that he’s going to be turning over to Congress that I think will further this narrative.
This is the beginning. But we told you this was a double-headed scandal. The first part was pursuing false allegations against Republicans. The second was forming a protection racket around Democrats — a racket around Democrats like Hillary Clinton and the Biden family and others, including Joe Biden himself, when it came to classified documents.

A whistleblower allegation and newly declassified FBI interview reports are now threatening to shatter the political career of Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), the former ranking member and later chair of the House Intelligence Committee.
The anonymous Democrat whistleblower has come forward to the FBI, alleging that then-Rep. Adam Schiff authorized the leaking of classified information to the media with the explicit goal of destroying President Donald Trump during the Russiagate hoax.
According to recently declassified FBI 302 interview reports obtained by Just the News, the whistleblower, who served Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee for more than a decade, repeatedly warned the FBI starting in 2017 that Schiff had approved targeted leaks of damaging intelligence against Trump.
In an all-staff meeting, Schiff allegedly declared that the group would leak classified information derogatory to President Trump and stated the leaks would be used to indict him.
The whistleblower reported he objected, calling the actions “unethical and possibly treasonous,” but was assured they’d “not be caught leaking classified information.”
The whistleblower claimed Schiff believed he was promised the position of CIA Director if Hillary Clinton had won the 2016 election.
Rep. Eric Swalwell was named as a likely conduit for the leaks. Despite raising these allegations, the whistleblower was abruptly fired.
Now, Brett Tolman, the former U.S. Attorney for the District of Utah from July 2006 to December 2009, joined Benny Johnson to discuss the potential penalties facing Schiff if the allegations lead to charges.
Benny Johnson: Every American would say, “Yeah, absolutely, you shouldn’t leak classified information. We don’t want that to be something that you can do or get away with. Or, if there’s a temptation to do that and get paid for it, then the penalty should be very severe. So, can you talk me through what the penalties would look like for an average individual leaking classified information?”
Brett Tolman: “Yeah. I mean, the fine is up to $250,000 for every leak that’s charged, so it depends on the counts in the indictment. Also, keep in mind, some of the punishment hinges on the purpose of the classified leak or the possession of classified documentation illegally. The purpose becomes very important.
If you recall, Comey told me when he said no prosecutor would prosecute Hillary Clinton for having classified information, it was just an outright lie. But there was always this question, this debate—what was the purpose of it? Was it just sloppiness? Same with Joe Biden. Was it sloppiness that he had all of these—that he used the classified documents to write his memoirs? Was there anything truly nefarious about it?
And there was some analysis of Donald Trump. But with President Trump, it was just, ‘You had them, we’re going to go after you because that’s how we’re going to apply the law.’
But in reality, you have to look at the purpose to see whether or not there are aggravating factors here. I believe this was, in essence, the beginning of a conspiracy to take down a president, to impact his ability to lead.”

Hillary wanted to deflect from her email scandal and what was in her emails. These emails included numerous crimes committed by Hillary and Obama and Biden and many others. It is believed that Seth Rich essentially provided these emails to WikiLeaks and they were damning – implicating the corrupt Deep State in numerous crimes. Attorney Ty Clevenger for years has doggedly gone after information held by the Deep State FBI and DOJ that they refuse to release. It is the law that documents related to Seth Rich be released but the Deep State DOJ is hiding these documents from the public. They still are to to this day.
Clevenger previously shared the following reason for why the Deep State won’t provide requested documents from the Seth Rich case.
We filed a motion today to compel the @FBI to search its “prohibited access” files and its previously-secret evidence room for records about Seth Rich. On May 29, 2025, Senate Judiciary Chairman @ChuckGrassley revealed that the FBI had been designating certain records “prohibited access” such that they would not appear during records searches. In other words, “prohibited access” files would have been hidden from FOIA requesters.
For the reasons set forth in the motion (URL below), there is good reason to believe Seth Rich and CrowdStrike records would have been designated “prohibited access.”
The day after Senator Grassley revealed the “prohibited access” feature, @FBIDDBongino revealed the existence of a previously-hidden evidence room at FBI headquarters, and he said records in that room had not been entered into FBI records systems. In other words, those records would also have been hidden from FOIA requesters.

FBI Director Kash Patel has launched a “Grand Criminal Conspiracy” investigation into the decade-long weaponization of the federal government — a probe that specifically circumvents the statute of limitations, allowing investigators to finally pursue justice for long-buried crimes.
According to a report by JustTheNews, Barack Obama, John Brennan, James Clapper, James Comey, and other high-level Obama-era operatives have been named in the investigation, which shows a coordinated criminal conspiracy to target political enemies, shield Democrat allies, and manipulate multiple presidential elections — from 2016 through 2024.

During an interview with Sean Hannity, Solomon said that under the leadership of Director Kash Patel, the FBI has officially opened a grand criminal conspiracy case designed to circumvent the statute of limitations and expose years of unprecedented weaponization of government agencies against President Donald Trump.
Sean Hannity: According to a bombshell report from JustTheNews.com, the FBI is now seeking answers to years of weaponization of the federal government, opening the door for a special prosecutor to look into everything — starting with the Russia, Russia, Russia collusion hoax — all the way through Jack Smith and what impact it may have had on the elections, intervening in 2016, 2020, and 2024.
Sean Hannity: You wrote a very long, comprehensive investigative piece about how the FBI opened a case several weeks ago under the new FBI Director, Kash Patel, and that this would be a grand conspiracy case on the issue of weaponization.
We were right about FISA abuse. We were right about the double standard in terms of top-secret classified information. But what I’m reading in your piece tells me that, starting with the Russia hoax and going all the way through Jack Smith, we’re talking about every incident of weaponization used against Donald Trump — and how it could be part of a broader, grander conspiracy that actually took place, with lawbreaking involved.
And also, that the statute of limitations would not be applicable in this case as a result. This would include names like Comey and Clapper and Brennan. Take it from there.
John Solomon: Yeah — and Barack Obama, too, because he was in on these early meetings. What the FBI has done is treated the last decade of weaponization — all the great work that James Comer has turned up through his Oversight Committee — and put it into a timetable.
They said: this looks like an ongoing conspiracy — a “wash, rinse, repeat” cycle of: Democrat gets in legal trouble (Hillary Clinton in her email case, Hunter Biden with his taxes, Joe Biden with his classified documents), and they’re let off the hook, even when there is extraordinary evidence suggesting they shouldn’t be.
Then a parallel track occurs, where the Republican — in this case, Donald Trump — is investigated falsely for things like Russia collusion, Ukrainian interference, and his own home at Mar-a-Lago.
This is a criminal conspiracy. And by treating it as a conspiracy, you eliminate the five-year statutes on individual crimes. So if something happened in 2016, but it was part of an ongoing conspiracy that continued with Jack Smith raiding Donald Trump’s home at Mar-a-Lago, it can be charged in the larger conspiracy. Even though, if you tried to charge it as an individual case, you wouldn’t get it.
Furthermore, you could also change the venue.
John Solomon: Remember the troubles John Durham had bringing prosecutions to Washington, D.C.? Jurors wouldn’t convict — even if they thought there was criminality going on.
In this case, you could pick a place like Florida — where Jack Smith did the raid on Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home — and say, “That’s where we’re putting the grand jury.” You’d get a more fair jury pool, a more fair grand jury pool.
It gives Pam Bondi, the Attorney General, an enormous amount of flexibility to do something historic — finally bring some accountability for all the things that Chairman Comer, Chairman Johnson, Chairman Grassley, and Chairman Jordan have brought and proven to the American people.
Sean Hannity: Yeah, okay. Bring us a little deeper into this and, more specifically, tell us what this might entail — who might be appointed special counsel, how long this investigation is likely to take, and how involved will it be?
Because we’ve talked at length on this program — maybe more than any other show — about how the deep state, these three-letter agencies, have been using and abusing their power. I don’t care if it’s the 51 intel agents who knew nothing about Hunter’s laptop. I don’t care if it’s Russia-Russia. I don’t care if it’s a false valuation of Mar-a-Lago. I don’t care if it’s a double standard when it comes to top-secret classified documents — how Trump was treated versus Biden versus Hillary Clinton.
There’s a lot to unpack there.
John Solomon: There is. There’s a couple of things.
First, because of the great work of Chairman Comer, Chairman Jordan, Chairman Johnson, and Chairman Grassley, most of the evidence is already available to the Justice Department. You’re not going to have to pry it out.
Now, there are two pieces of evidence that Donald Trump could declassify — they are still classified — and they would be explosive. They would put it at the start of the conspiracy.
Hillary Clinton was cleared from her email scandal by James Comey shortly after the FBI got new classified evidence from an intelligence agency saying there might be more criminality. It never got investigated — it got swept under the rug. The evidence exists in a classified annex in the Justice Department’s investigations of documents.
If Donald Trump were to declassify that, he would put this investigation on fast-forward.
Same thing with the day that Donald Trump was being investigated at the start of Russia collusion: an intelligence intercept comes in saying that Hillary Clinton approved doing a Russian collusion dirty trick on Donald Trump — essentially sticking a fake scandal on him. Instead of the FBI taking that into account, they opened up on that very allegation and ignored the evidence — which defies all investigative rules that the FBI has.
John Solomon: If Donald Trump declassified those two pieces of intelligence, a special prosecutor would have a jumpstart. This could be wrapped up in a couple of years.
You could pick anybody. You don’t have to pick someone in the Justice Department. You could pick a Senate-confirmed person — like Lee Zeldin — and get a prosecutor going.
Sean Hannity: And he’s a lawyer, so that would be a good choice in my view.

A new CIA report revealed that Jim Comey, John Brennan, and James Clapper worked together to purposely corrupt the Trump-Russia investigation to take down Trump.
CIA Director John Ratcliffe announced Wednesday that a new CIA report reveals former FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, and DNI James Clapper worked together to purposely corrupt the Trump-Russia investigation in 2016 before Trump entered office.
The three corrupt Obama officials even included the Steele Dossier in their quest to “screw Trump” knowing at the time that the Steele Dossier was complete rubbish.
For the next three years Democrats and deep state operatives used these documents in their attempt to impeach Trump and run a coup on the White House.

The CIA published this document of their investigation last week, on June 26, 2025.
The review identified “multiple procedural anomalies” that undermined the credibility of the ICA, including “a highly compressed production timeline, stringent compartmentation, and excessive involvement of agency heads.”
It also questioned the exclusion of key intelligence agencies and said media leaks may have influenced analysts to conform to a false narrative of Trump-Russia collusion.
“The rushed timeline to publish both classified and unclassified versions before the presidential transition raised questions about a potential political motive behind the White House tasking and timeline.”
The review found that Brennan directed the compilation of the ICA, and that his, Comey’s and Clapper’s “direct engagement in the ICA’s development was highly unusual in both scope and intensity” and ”risked stifling analytic debate.”
Investigative reporter Paul Sperry reported back in February that John Ratcliffe was already talking about how the factual evidence did not support John Brennan’s explosive Trump-Russia assessment.
The FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office in Albany have opened a formal criminal investigation examining the real estate and mortgage transactions of New York Attorney General Letitia James, according to law enforcement sources briefed on the matter.
It’s unclear why U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi steered the referral to New York’s Northern District; although James is a statewide elected official with offices in Albany, the transactions involve her personal property purchases and loans that were processed in New York City and Virginia. Some of the transactions also may fall outside the federal statute of limitations, although one of the mortgages involves James’ assertions in loan documents related to her 2023 purchase of a residence in Virginia.

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) accused Letitia James of falsifying records, citing a 5-unit property in New York she claimed was only four units in order to get a more favorable loan.

For more than 20 years, Letitia James repeatedly claimed her Brooklyn apartment building was a four-unit property on mortgage applications—despite official records proving it had five.
This is not a minor discrepancy. Lying to the bank about the unit count enabled Letitia James to secure more favorable loans, including a 2011 Home Affordable Modification Program (HAMP) loan that saved her tens of thousands of dollars annually.
Letitia James was able to secure a conforming loan through Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac since they are only available on properties up to 4 units.
Letitia James lied about her property in Harlem being a 4 family dwelling when she knew it was a 5 family dwelling. This helped her save money on insurance for favorable premiums.
The Certificate of Occupancy clearly states it is a 5-unit family dwelling.
Letitia James lied when she signed legal papers stating her dwelling was a 4-family flat.
Bill Pulte, the Director of the FHFA, also said Letitia James falsely claimed her Virginia property as a ‘primary residence’ even though she doesn’t live there.
“This is a person who prosecuted Trump for everything short of ripping a label off a mattress, and among the charges that were brought in New York, in just the civil but the criminal case, was making false or misleading statements to financial institutions,” Johnathan Turley said on Fox News. “As for James, if we apply the Letitia James standard that she created, there’d be little question here. This seems pretty straightforward.”

According to New York City Department of Finance records, on May 20, 1983, Letitia James and her father, Robert James, took out a real estate loan from Kadilac Funding Ltd. for $30,300 as “husband and wife.” Letitia James’ mother is Nellie James.
Rep. Jamie Raskin of Maryland wants Trump officials arrested on charges of “kidnapping.”
On Friday afternoon, Judge Hannah Dugan of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was arrested on charges of obstructing an ICE operation.
According to FBI Director Kash Patel, Dugan “intentionally misdirected federal agents away from the subject to be arrested in her courthouse,” allowing the illegal alien to escape arrest.

In an interview with MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow, Raskin accused Trump officials of “kidnapping” Dugan and “interfering with a legal proceeding.”
He explained:
I regard it very much within the prism of what we’ve been dealing with over the last month, which is an intense assault on judicial independence. They have been disobeying federal court orders systematically.
They have incurred criminal contempt findings in the courtroom of Judge Boasberg, a conservative Republican, a judge. They have been demanding the impeachment of judges who rule against the lawlessness of the Trump administration.
There are now more than 90 preliminary injunctions and temporary restraining orders against the chaos that’s been unleashed on the country by the Trump administration.”
Now they’re arresting judges, and the first felony criminal charge brought against Judge Hannah Dugan in Wisconsin is interfering with a legal proceeding, which is essentially what they’ve been doing all along.
What Judge Boasberg is about to hold them in criminal contempt for and has found that there is probable cause for criminal contempt is that they deliberately ignored and defied his order not to take off in those airplanes headed for El Salvador and not turning the airplanes around.
So on the logic of this arrest of Judge Dugan, all of the people in the Trump Administration who participated in defying that order by Judge Boasberg themselves could be arrested for interfering with a legal proceeding and perhaps other criminal charges like kidnapping.

He got paid nearly $1. 2 million by the FBI to be a confidential human source from from the early 1990s to 2017.
The last of those payments, $70,000 for his work, stitching on the Trump campaign and the Crossfire Hurricane early investigation. Now, what are we going to tell you about it? It turns out that he got that money and he kept being used by the FBI, and he kept being validated as reliable, even though the FBI detected he had given them an inaccurate, false, or disprovable story.
What is it? He’s the guy that told the FBI that Mike Flynn, soon to be Donald Trump’s National Security Security Advisor in the fall of 2016, back in 2014, had left a conference, an overseas conference, while he was a three-star general and the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, alone with a Russian woman.
Russian Svetlana Lokhova sued Stefan Halper for his lies about her and and General Mike Flynn. The FBI paid him for the false information anyway.
In February 2021, Joe Hoft at The Gateway Pundit reported that Stefan Halper was hired by the FBI to set up and take down Donald Trump. His intel was a complete lie but the FBI ran with it anyway.

For years the DOJ and FBI resisted the release of the “electronic communication” used to launch the scam investigation because it revealed the entire spying operation was a scam.
The “electronic communication” that launched Crossfire Hurricane was written by Peter Strzok and obtained by Judicial Watch as the result of a FOIA lawsuit.
The document was previously declassified and released with redactions.

In 2023, Special Counsel John Durham released his final report concluding the FBI had no verified intel when it opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump in 2016.
The now infamous binder contains hundreds of pages about the Crossfire Hurricane scandal. It contains damaging information about the corrupt actors involved in our government.
In an explosive development in August 2022 following the FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid, sources close to the high-profile investigation revealed that the FBI’s raid on Mar-a-Lago was explicitly aimed at recovering a “missing top-secret binder.”
This document is rumored to contain damning evidence of former President Barack Obama’s CIA and FBI involvement in initiating the Russia collusion narrative against President Trump.

Agents have been ordered to put aside national security investigations to aid the effort, according to the broadcaster
The US Federal Bureau of Investigation is “frantically” trying to complete the redactions of the files related to the Jeffrey Epstein investigation before their public release, CNN reported on Saturday.
Agents are “working around the clock” and have even suspended ongoing investigations in order to process the files, it claimed, citing sources familiar with the efforts.
Every FBI division was ordered to provide agents for the task, including those working on criminal and national security issues, the US broadcaster said. Agents were told to put aside ongoing probes, including into threats allegedly posed by China and Iran, to assist the redacting work, according to CNN’s sources.
The redactions have been ongoing for “much of the week” in the FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, as well as in offices in New York and Chantilly, Virginia, the report said. Agents have reportedly spent hours making redactions to both text files and videos.
According to the report, the redactions were required under federal law. The US Justice Department (DOJ) still vowed to “deliver unprecedented transparency for the American people” in a statement to CNN.
US President Donald Trump signed an executive order shortly after taking office mandating the release of the Epstein files along with classified documents related to the assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, Robert F. Kennedy, and Martin Luther King Jr.
The DOJ released what it called ‘The Epstein Files: Phase 1’ in late February. The documents were heavily redacted and contained mostly previously reported information. US Attorney General Pam Bondi then accused the FBI of withholding “thousands of pages” of documents related to the investigation.
The initial release was also criticized by Florida Representative Anna Paulina Luna, who leads Trump’s newly established declassification task force. “Get us the information we asked for instead of leaking old info to press,” she wrote on X at that time.
The Epstein case has drawn significant attention due to the late financier’s extensive network of high-profile associates, including former US President Bill Clinton, Britain’s Prince Andrew, billionaire Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, and numerous other celebrities and business leaders.
Trump also personally knew the convicted sex trafficker but denied ever visiting his private island and maintains that he cut ties with him in the 1990s – years before Epstein’s first arrest for soliciting prostitution in 2006.

Kash is going to get me all the information; I’ve asked him to find out why I didn’t receive all those documents, and he didn’t receive all those documents.
We’ve now found out, of course, that they were in New York. We’ve received a truckload of documents and evidence, and Kash is going to give me a deadline on when he can go through that to protect, of course, the victims of sex trafficking who are wrapped into this. He’s going to give me a deadline on when he can get this, and we will get out as much as we can, as fast as we can, to the American people because they deserve to know.
Same with January 6th. We’re all working on JFK right now. We will be working on Martin Luther King. All of these things that the President promised, we will be doing. They can try to hide documents from us, but they can’t.
It might take a little longer, but we will find them, and we will release them to the American people because it’s about transparency.

I repeatedly questioned whether this was the full set of documents responsive to my request and was repeatedly assured by the FBI that we had received the full set of documents. Late yesterday, I learned from a source that the FBI Field Office in New York was in possession of thousands of pages of documents related to the investigation and indictment of Epstein. Despite my repeated requests, the FBI never disclosed the existence of these files. When you and I spoke yesterday, you were just as surprised as I was to learn this new information.
By 8:00 a.m. tomorrow, February 28, the FBI will deliver the full and complete Epstein files to my office, including all records, documents, audio and video recordings, and materials related to Jeffrey Epstein and his clients, regardless of how such information was obtained. There will be no withholdings or limitations to my or your access. The Department of Justice will ensure that any public disclosure of these files will be done in a manner to protect the privacy of victims and in accordance with law, as I have done my entire career as a prosecutor.
I am also directing you to conduct an immediate investigation into why my order to the FBI was not followed. You will deliver to me a comprehensive report of your findings and proposed personnel action within 14 days. I appreciate your immediate attention to this important matter. I know that we are both committed to transparency for the American people, and I look forward to continuing to work with you to serve our President and our country.

Popular conservative social media personalities and journalists were outraged over the lack of transparency in “Phase 1” of the document dump.
Independent journalist Todd Starnes called for Pam Bondi’s resignation on X after she promised to release the bombshell documents but fell completely short of expectations. He wrote, “Republican lawmakers are enraged. The Epstein “documents” being released are nothing more than his phonebook. If ALL of the Epstein Files are not released by 5 p.m. Eastern, President Trump should demand Attorney General Pam Bondi’s immediate resignation.”
Bongino Report host Evita Duffy-Alfonso also appeared to blame Bondi for what she suggests was a bait-and-switch of the Epstein documents, writing on X: If the Trump administration has no Epstein information because the New York FBI is refusing to hand over documents, then why did Pam Bondi say the Epstein files were sitting on her desk? Things would have gone a lot smoother if she had just told us the truth.
Liz Wheeler, one of the conservative influencers who received an advance copy of Phase 1 of the Epstein documents, tweeted about how a source notified AG Bondi that the SDNY is hiding more Epstein documents.
“Lots more,” she tweeted, adding, “We’re talking evidentiary lists, names—those files are where the big names are—and recordings. The FBI hid this. Hid it from Bondi. Hid it from Kash Patel. Hid it from you.”

On Sunday evening, President Donald Trump announced that former Secret Service agent and conservative talk show host Dan Bongino will become the new deputy director of the FBI – the agency that helped Obama and Hillary Clinton set Donald Trump us with the Russia Collusion hoax – which included leaks to the press, fabricating evidence, and die-hard deep state servants who vowed to destroy our president.
And now – Bongino and newly minted FBI Director Kash Patel are in charge…
…which is not sitting well with current and former agency officials – or deep state journalists like NBC‘s Ken Dilanian, who reports that the FBI Agents Association struck out against Bongino’s selection.
Without naming Bongino directly, the Association lashed out over the fact that the Deputy Director has typically been an active Special Agent.
“The FBI Deputy Director should continue to be an on-board, active Special Agent—as has been the case for 117 years for many compelling reasons, including operational expertise and experience, as well as the trust of our Special Agent population,” reads a memo obtained by WNBC‘s Jonathan Dienst.
The announcement sent shock waves through the FBI, whose new director Kash Patel had offered Republican senators private assurances that he would name a special agent with bureau experience to be his deputy, rather than a political outsider. Patel was sworn in at the White House on Friday.

Newly-confirmed FBI Director Kash Patel immediately got to work on Friday and ordered 1,000 agents into the field. He also transported another 500 employees from DC to Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama.
Kash Patel was sworn in as the 9th FBI Director on Friday.

Kash Patel also sent a letter to subordinates at the FBI prior to being sworn in as FBI Director on Friday afternoon.
He stated that among his top priorities is to “rebuild the American people’s trust in the FBI.”
“I am honored to have been nominated and confirmed as your new Director,” the letter obtained by Fox News reads.
“While I’m new to the Bureau’s ranks, I’ve spent my career in government service and the past decade in national security, working shoulder to shoulder with the FBI and many of its partners throughout the law enforcement and intelligence communities. Patel reportedly described keeping Americans safe as a “no-fail mission.”
“As I take on this new role, my priorities for our organization are twofold. First is to provide you with the tools and resources you need to keep our communities safe. This will include streamlining our operations at Headquarters while bolstering the presence of field agents across the nation and collaborating even more closely with our essential partners in state and local law enforcement,” he told FBI employees.
“Second is to ensure we rebuild the American people’s trust in the FBI. We’ll do that by committing ourselves to full transparency with the people’s representatives in Congress and by upholding the highest standards in all that we do, ensuring rigorous obedience to the Constitution and a single standard of justice for all.”
“I know that you, the dedicated men and women of the FBI, are courageous warriors of justice,” he continued.
