There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true. —Soren Kierkegaard. "…truth is true even if nobody believes it, and falsehood is false even if everybody believes it. That is why truth does not yield to opinion, fashion, numbers, office, or sincerity–it is simply true and that is the end of it" – Os Guinness, Time for Truth, pg.39. “He that takes truth for his guide, and duty for his end, may safely trust to God’s providence to lead him aright.” – Blaise Pascal. "There is but one straight course, and that is to seek truth and pursue it steadily" – George Washington letter to Edmund Randolph — 1795. We live in a “post-truth” world. According to the dictionary, “post-truth” means, “relating to or denoting circumstances in which objective facts are less influential in shaping public opinion than appeals to emotion and personal belief.” Simply put, we now live in a culture that seems to value experience and emotion more than truth. Truth will never go away no matter how hard one might wish. Going beyond the MSM idealogical opinion/bias and their low information tabloid reality show news with a distractional superficial focus on entertainment, sensationalism, emotionalism and activist reporting – this blogs goal is to, in some small way, put a plug in the broken dam of truth and save as many as possible from the consequences—temporal and eternal. "The further a society drifts from truth, the more it will hate those who speak it." – George Orwell “There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.” ― Soren Kierkegaard
If there is going to be “peace in the Middle East”, why are Israel, Iran and Hezbollah feverishly preparing for war? I am watching the Middle East very closely, because I expect something really big to happen. In fact, just hours ago the IDF conducted major airstrikes in Lebanon. Meanwhile, the Iranians are stockpiling missiles like never before. The clock is ticking, and the Middle East could potentially erupt in flames at any moment.
A lot of people out there seem to think that Hezbollah has been totally defeated.
But of course that is not the case at all.
It is still very formidable, and it is being reported that Hezbollah is “working on rebuilding the Radwan Force and retrieving weapons from its bunkers”…
The Israeli newspaper Maariv reported that “the Israeli army is preparing for multiple scenarios on the northern front with Lebanon.”
The newspaper added that “Israeli intelligence has detected increased activity by Hezbollah in several Lebanese regions, including the north of the Litani River, the Bekaa Valley, and in Dahiyeh.” It noted that “Hezbollah is working on rebuilding the Radwan Force and retrieving weapons from its bunkers that were previously targeted by Israeli airstrikes.”
The Israeli army has intensified military preparations along the northern front, amid growing indications that Israel is preparing for a major confrontation with Hezbollah, according to reports from Israeli media.
Army Radio cited informed sources as saying that the anticipated operation will involve wide-scale assassinations of senior Hezbollah commanders and strikes on key positions deep inside Lebanon. The sources added that the operation could be launched “at any moment,” depending on developments along the border.
The reports suggest Israel aims to neutralize Hezbollah’s leadership and infrastructure, even as a fragile ceasefire remains officially in place.
Of course we can now see this plan in action.
In recent days, there have been “wide-scale assassinations of senior Hezbollah commanders”. In fact, a number of the top leaders of Hezbollah’s Radwan Force have recently been killed…
The IDF claimed that it had killed “approximately 20 Hezbollah terrorists whose activities violated the understandings between Israel and Lebanon.”
On Wednesday, the IDF said it killed Hussein Jaber Dib, a member of Hezbollah’s Radwan Force. Israel alleged that Dib had “advanced terror attacks against Israel and its citizens.”
Additionally, on Monday, the IDF confirmed it had killed two Hezbollah commanders in southern Lebanon. Muhammad Ali Hadid, a senior member of Hezbollah’s elite Radwan Force, was eliminated in Nabatieh, while another operative was struck in Ayta ash Shab after being seen collecting intelligence on Israeli positions, according to the Israeli military.
The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced on Thursday that it had started striking Hezbollah military targets in southern Lebanon.
The IDF said it struck terrorist infrastructure and several weapon storage facilities that belonged to Hezbollah’s Radwan Force on Thursday. The military also alleged that the Radwan Force was working to “reestablish terrorist infrastructure” that was “intended to harm the State of Israel.”
“The weapons storage facilities were constructed in the center of civilian-populated areas. This is yet another example of the Hezbollah terrorist organization’s strategy to cynically and brutally exploit Lebanese civilians as human shields as it operates out of civilian areas,” the IDF said in a press release.
There is no point in pretending.
Israel and Hezbollah are at war again.
Hezbollah is ruling out any negotiations, and they are warning that they will fight to defend their interests…
The attacks come as Hezbollah issued a firm rejection of any political negotiations with Israel, saying such talks would “not serve the national interest”. The statement followed mounting pressure from the United States and Egypt for Lebanon to begin direct dialogue with Israel, the AFP news agency reported. Al Jazeera could not independently verify those claims.
“We reaffirm our legitimate right to defend ourselves against an enemy that imposes war on our country and does not cease its attacks,” Hezbollah said, referring to ongoing Israeli air raids despite a ceasefire agreed to in November 2024.
Lebanon and Israel remain technically at war, with communication limited to a United Nations-backed monitoring mechanism involving France and the US. The two sides meet separately under UN auspices but do not engage in direct talks.
While all of this has been going on, the Iranians have also been preparing for another round of fighting.
Iran has been feverishly stockpiling missiles, and Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi is claiming that his nation’s missile forces are now “far greater than during the 12-day war”…
“The Islamic Republic’s approach was to rely on domestically produced military equipment, and the result was that those who initially demanded unconditional surrender ended up accepting an unconditional ceasefire on the 12th day…International relations are based on power. We must be strong, and the armed forces have gone above and beyond in this regard. Our missile power today is far greater than during the 12-day war.”
U.S. and allied intelligence have flagged Iran’s arsenal as not just large, but also evolving in sophistication, with Secretary of State Marco Rubio describing the missile program in September as an “unacceptable risk.”
Since the end of September, Iran has reportedly received 2,000 tons of sodium perchlorate—a missile fuel precursor, enough for roughly 500 ballistic missiles—from China, Western intelligence sources told CNN last week.
But when it comes to the Iranians, the much bigger potential threat is their nuclear program.
The Iranians have vowed to rebuild it stronger than ever, and right now the IAEA has absolutely no idea what is going on at Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan…
Iran must “seriously improve” cooperation with the United Nations inspectors to avoid heightening tensions with the West, the Financial Times reported on Wednesday, citing International Atomic Energy Agency chief Rafael Grossi.
Grossi told the FT that while the IAEA has carried out about a dozen inspections in Iran since hostilities with Israel in June, it had not been given access to nuclear facilities such as Fordow, Natanz and Isfahan, which were bombed by the United States.
We are supposed to believe that the Iranian nuclear program has been set back for a long time and is no longer an imminent threat.
I am not buying that.
Elsewhere, Russian forces continue to march forward in Ukraine.
The battle for the fortress city of Pokrovsk is nearing an end, and even the New York Times is admitting that the Russians are “close to capturing” it…
Russia is concentrating its firepower and troops on the small, battered city of Pokrovsk in eastern Ukraine, apparently pushing its forces close to capturing what has become a gateway to the war’s most fiercely contested region.
After more than a year of fighting, Pokrovsk, a railroad hub in the Donetsk region, has been turned largely into rubble, its prewar population of 60,000 now reduced to fewer than 1,300 residents. Ukrainian soldiers defending the city report intense combat. Nearly one-third of all the battles along the front line, which stretches almost 750 miles, are in Pokrovsk, and half of Russia’s attacks with deadly glide bombs are focused on the city, President Volodymyr Zelensky of Ukraine said on Monday. Those numbers could not be independently confirmed.
Some of Ukraine’s best units have been trying to defend Pokrovsk, but now it is clear the the city will fall and western experts are acknowledging that the wise move would be to withdraw those forces so that they can fight another day…
“At this stage Ukrainian forces should be withdrawing rather than trying to stay in a collapsing pocket,” said Michael Kofman, a senior fellow at the Carnegie Endowment who focuses on the Ukrainian conflict and recently visited troops near Pokrovsk.
The situation was looking “increasingly precarious,” he said and “nobody is sure about how many troops actually remain.” Whatever the number, “at this stage of the war it is exceedingly difficult to extract forces under fire control of enemy drones.”
But Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky refuses to do that.
He has apparently decided that Pokrovsk will be defended to the last man, and so a lot of good soldiers will be needlessly lost…
The next news From Ukraine, and again about Pokrovsk. According to Ukrainian media, despite criticism, including from the military, there will be no retreat from Pokrovsk. The city’s garrison has already been condemned.
Ukrainian UAV expert Sergei “Flash” Beskrestnov reported today that Zelenskyy has decided to hold Pokrovsk to the last Ukrainian soldier. According to him, the General Staff has decided to concentrate reserves on Pokrovsk, regardless of losses. According to the General Staff, the city is too important for further defense; the entire Dnipropetrovsk region lies behind it, and there isn’t a single strong line of defense within its borders. In short, Pokrovsk supposedly protects Dnipropetrovsk from being captured by Russian forces.
If Zelensky feels this strongly, I would like to see him gear up and head out to the front lines.
Of course he would never actually put himself in any danger.
In ancient times, kings would go out and fight with their armies.
If politicians were forced to do that in this day and time, there would be a lot less war.
Sadly, I expect war to continue to be a major theme in 2026, and that is not good news for any of us.
I have been hearing from a lot of people about the month of November. Many are convinced that things are going to get really crazy next month, and I think that it is quite likely that they are correct. Of course things are already starting to get crazy all over the globe and we haven’t even gotten to the month of November yet. One of the strongest hurricanes in recorded history just made landfall, renewed fighting has erupted in the Middle East, the streets of Rio de Janeiro have been transformed into a war zone, and the bird flu is absolutely ripping across Germany. Unfortunately, what we are experiencing now may just be a prelude to what is coming next month.
On Monday, Hurricane Melissa made landfall in Jamaica with maximum sustained winds of 185 miles per hour.
Hurricane Melissa made landfall across the Caribbean Monday afternoon as the terrifying storm is set to be the worst in history.
The Category 5 hurricane, which has been described as the ‘storm of the century’ that is now stronger than Katrina, is expected to unleash destruction across Jamaica with intense flooding and 185mph winds.
This storm suddenly became one of the strongest hurricanes that we have ever seen.
If a “Category 6” actually existed, it would have been classified as a Category 6 storm.
Personally, I think that it is time to update the scale.
The National Hurricane Center is warning that up to 40 inches of rain could fall in southern Hispaniola and Jamaica through Wednesday.
That torrential rainfall is likely to trigger catastrophic, life-threatening flash flooding and landslides in Jamaica and Haiti, especially in hilly and mountainous terrain, according to the National Hurricane Center.
In eastern Cuba, up to 25 inches of rain could fall through Wednesday, with potentially catastrophic flash flooding and landslides. And in the southeast Bahamas, Turks and Caicos, up to 10 inches of rain could fall through Wednesday night, with flash flooding expected.
In my entire lifetime, I have never been anywhere that has received that much rain.
I can’t even imagine what that would look like.
The good news is that Hurricane Melissa is not expected to hit the United States.
Let us hope that our meteorologists are correct about that.
Elsewhere, the very fragile ceasefire between Israel and Hamas appears to be collapsing.
Renewed fighting erupted on Tuesday, and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered his forces to carry out “powerful strikes”…
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said Tuesday he has ordered the army to immediately carry out “powerful strikes” in Gaza, and Hamas responded by saying it would delay handing over the body of a hostage, putting new pressure on the tenuous U.S.-brokered ceasefire.
Associated Press reporters and witnesses heard tank fire and saw explosions in various parts of Gaza, including in Gaza City and Deir al-Balah.
The order from Netanyahu follows heightened tensions, as Israel reported Hamas firing on its forces in southern Gaza and after Hamas returned a set of remains that Israel said belonged to a hostage recovered earlier in the war.
If the ceasefire is not restored soon, things could quickly spiral out of control.
An Israeli official told CNN that among the options being considered are expanding the so-called yellow line – Israel’s withdrawal line in Gaza – reoccupying additional territory, or retaking the Netzarim corridor, which cuts across Gaza.
Despite a US-backed ceasefire having officially been in place for over a year in Lebanon, Israel has been steadily ratcheting its aerial attacks in southern Lebanon, against what it says are Hezbollah and terror targets, resulting in scores of casualties.
The latest attack came on Monday, with the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) having confirmed an airstrike in the al-Biyad area of southern Lebanon, which killed two Hezbollah operatives.
One of the Hezbollah operatives that the IDF took out was named Abbas Hassan Karky.
According to the IDF, he was involved in “efforts to rebuild Hezbollah’s combat capabilities”…
ELIMINATED: Abbas Hassan Karky, the logistics commander of Hezbollah’s Southern Front headquarters, was struck & eliminated in the Nabatieh area of southern Lebanon.
Abbas led recent efforts to rebuild Hezbollah’s combat capabilities: Managing the transfer and storage of weapons and assisting in the reestablishment of terrorist infrastructure that had been dismantled during the war, south of the Litani River.
To me, it appears that the war in the Middle East is far from over.
In fact, I think that it is quite likely that we could see a major “surprise” in the weeks ahead.
Before I move on to my next topic, there is one more thing that I wanted to mention.
All of a sudden, Turkey is making a major push “to gain international recognition of its sovereignty over the Golan Heights”…
Syria, backed by Turkey and several Arab countries, has launched a diplomatic campaign to gain international recognition of its sovereignty over the Golan Heights and to return the territory to its control. The move runs counter to ongoing security negotiations between Syria and Israel.
Israel annexed the Golan Heights by law in 1981 and considers it fully sovereign Israeli territory. That sovereignty was recognized by President Donald Trump during his first term, through a 2019 presidential proclamation. As a gesture of appreciation, the Israeli government announced the establishment of the community Trump Heights.
Why is Syria choosing to do this at this time?
Could this spark a conflict between Israel and Syria’s new regime?
The U.S. military on Monday struck four more vessels that were allegedly trafficking narcotics in the eastern Pacific Ocean, killing 14 and leaving one survivor, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth announced on X.
The four vessels were hit in three different strikes, Hegseth said. The strikes bring the total death toll in President Trump’s campaign against alleged traffickers in the Caribbean and the eastern Pacific to more than 50.
“The four vessels were known by our intelligence apparatus, transiting along known narco-trafficking routes, and carrying narcotics,” Hegseth wrote. “Eight male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessels during the first strike. Four male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessel during the second strike. Three male narco-terrorists were aboard the vessel during the third strike. A total of 14 narco-terrorists were killed during the three strikes, with one survivor. All strikes were in international waters with no U.S. forces harmed.”
In recent years, hundreds of thousands of Americans have been killed by illegal drugs that have come pouring into this country from elsewhere.
So something had to be done.
But if all of this is leading up to full-blown war with Venezuela and/or Colombia, that won’t be good at all.
In Brazil, a government operation that is targeting narco-traffickers has turned the streets of Rio de Janeiro into a war zone…
Dozens are dead, including four police officers, following a major narcoterrorism operation targeting organized crime in Rio de Janeiro. The government operation comes less than two weeks before globalists gather for the COP30 global warming conference in Belem, Brazil.
“We stand firm confronting narcoterrorism,” Governor Claudio Castro wrote on X. He said 2,500 security personnel and 32 armored trucks were a part of the operation across the Alemao and Penha favela regions.
If you think that the term “war zone” is an exaggeration, just watch this video.
I can’t remember ever seeing anything quite like this in Brazil.
Over the course of 24 hours spanning October 25 and 26, 2025, Taal Volcano reminded the Philippines—and the world—why it’s considered one of the most unpredictable volcanoes on the planet. Residents of Batangas Province woke to the sight of towering ash plumes and the faint smell of sulfur. At least four short-lived eruptions, classified as minor phreatic and phreatomagmatic events, rocked the northeastern portion of Taal’s Main Crater. These eruptions sent dense columns of ash and steam shooting 1,200 to 2,100 meters into the sky, casting a gray pall over nearby communities in Laurel and Agoncillo.
This is a really big volcano, and a full-blown eruption could cause a tremendous amount of destruction.
So let’s watch this one closely.
Over in Europe, they are dealing with a different sort of a crisis.
The bird flu has been ripping across the continent in recent weeks, and Germany has been getting hit particularly hard…
Over half a million hens, ducks, geese and turkeys have been culled in Germany since the start of September as a virulent strain of bird flu sweeps the country.
According to the Friedrich Loeffler Institute (FLI), the German government agency responsible for monitoring animal pestilence, there have been 30 registered outbreaks in poultry batteries and another 73 among wild birds.
“And we’re expecting more,” a spokesperson told the dpa news agency, explaining that another 23 suspected cases are currently being investigated.
Egg prices are likely to spike once again in the months ahead.
That would be a best-case scenario.
In a worst-case scenario, the bird flu would mutate into a form that can spread easily among humans and millions would die.
Last week, I wrote about how a team of researchers in the United States and South Korea has come up with a version of the bird flu that has a 100 percent death rate in mammals.
They are assuring us that this new version of the bird flu will never get out, but as we have seen, it is way too easy for accidents to happen.
In fact, a truck that was carrying rhesus monkeys that were infected with “hepatitis C, herpes and COVID” just overturned in Mississippi…
A truck hauling “aggressive” rhesus monkeys carrying hepatitis C, herpes and COVID overturned Tuesday in Mississippi, allowing them to escape.
The Jasper County Sheriff’s Department said most of the escaped animals had been destroyed or remained in their cages, but one was still on the loose.
“The monkeys are approximately 40 (pounds), they are aggressive to humans and they require PPE to handle,” a sheriff’s spokesperson said on Facebook.
If you live in Mississippi and you see a diseased rhesus monkey running around in your neighborhood, it would probably be wise to avoid it.
One of these days, there will be an “accident” that they are not able to contain.
And that day may be coming a lot sooner than many people think.
Our ability to create deadly diseases is far greater than our ability to control them, and we will eventually pay a very great price for our reckless behavior.
Interstellar comet 3I/ATLAS will fly by Mars 1 month from now — and Europe’s Red Planet orbiters will be ready The European Space Agency (ESA) is preparing for a unique opportunity to study the interstellar comet 3I/Atlas from what could be the best vantage point in the solar system. Astronomers made the rare and extraordinary discovery of an interstellar object in our own solar system on July 1, 2025, sparking a scramble to study the mysterious visitor. The object has since been named comet 3I/ATLAS, where 3I stands for “third interstellar,” and designated C/2025 N1 (ATLAS). it may be observations from Mars, not Earth, that give us our closest look at the comet.

Seven AfD Candidates Die Before German Local Elections Amid Rising Political Violence As many as seven candidates for Germany’s anti-migration Alternative for Germany (AfD) party have died in recent weeks ahead of local elections in the western state of North Rhine-Westphalia, prompting calls for investigation. Police said “there is no evidence of foul play,” but AfD co-leader Alice Weidel reposted a social media comment suggesting at least four of the deaths were “statistically almost impossible.”
Heart inflammation caused by covid “vaccines” is a potential time bomb In May, the US Food and Drug Administration ordered Pfizer and Moderna to expand the warning labels on their covid-19 vaccines to include a heightened risk of heart inflammation, specifically myocarditis and pericarditis, in males aged 16 to 25. Although the FDA has not characterised it as such, others have noted that the risk of myocarditis is a potential “ticking time bomb” because of its often-symptomless nature.
China Is Suddenly Deploying AI Everywhere While the United States rushes head-first into a self-inflicted economic crisis in an attempt to develop AI with human-level intelligence, China is eying a different goal. Last week, the Chinese State Council unveiled its ten-year plan to fully integrate AI into every aspect of the country’s economy by 2035. Called “AI+,” the ambitious plan sees AI becoming a “key growth engine for the country’s economic development,” a transformation mirroring that of the internet age.
New US CENTCOM Chief Cooper meets IDF chief, affirms ‘ironclad commitment to Israel’s security’ “The United States maintains an ironclad commitment to Israel’s security,” Cooper stated. “We are mutually dedicated to promoting regional security and stability.” The meeting reportedly also focused on strengthening the already close and solid cooperation between the U.S. and Israeli militaries.
Blood Moon Eclipse Over Israel: Confusing Masculine and Feminine, Leaving the Arabs in the Dark As darkness falls over the Holy Land on Sunday night, Israel will witness a celestial phenomenon that bridges the realms of science and prophecy. A total lunar eclipse will transform the moon into a dramatic “Blood Moon,” casting an eerie crimson glow across the skies above Jerusalem and throughout the Jewish state. For observers in Israel, this astronomical event holds particular significance, as Jewish tradition has long interpreted lunar eclipses as divine messages explicitly connected to the Jewish people and their destiny.
Trump: I think we’ll have a Gaza deal very soon “I think we’re going to have a deal on Gaza very soon. It’s a hell of a problem. It’s a problem we want to solve for the Middle East, for Israel, for everybody. But it’s a problem we’re going to get done,” said the President. As part of the framework, Israel would halt the takeover of Gaza City and would immediately begin negotiations to end the war, under the direct management of President Trump
After Facing Backlash, ‘Christian’ TV Personalities Double Down On LGBT Promotion With New Game Show Chip and Joanna Gaines. Maybe you’re familiar with them. The self-described “Christian” couple is best known for their home renovation TV series “Fixer Upper,” but over the last couple of months, they’ve been making headlines for all the wrong reasons. … they have announced yet another “family-friendly” show. This time, it’s even more brazenly affirming of the LGBT cult.
The Battle Brewing: Mass Surveillance Vs The People Flock Safety, a leader in ALPR technology, is one of the companies in the eye of the storm. Last week, Flock’s CEO and co-founder Garrett Langley made headlines when he released a statement announcing the company was going to “pause” its pilot programs with the U.S. government. The company said that while it has no current contracts with any U.S. Department of Homeland Security agencies, it did engage in “limited pilots with the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), to assist those agencies in combatting human trafficking and fentanyl distribution.”
Undersea Cable Cuts Kill Internet To Parts Of Asia, Mideast Associated Press (via NBC) seems to think (‘there has been concern’) that Houthi rebels from Yemen have been targeting the cables, which sounds absurd – though parts of the red sea are only as deep at 100m (330 ft). So, who knows – but AP (deep state) spends considerable ink on the Houthis
Maryland Scrambles To Deploy More Law Enforcement To Crime-Ridden Baltimore After Trump Threat Maryland Governor Wes Moore and Baltimore City Mayor Brandon Scott, both leaning left on the political spectrum, announced late last week that additional law enforcement resources will be deployed to support the crumbling Baltimore City Police force, which is suffering from a dangerous officer shortage after years of disastrous criminal justice reforms, including “defund the police” initiatives and other progressive programs that have backfired.
Why Washington’s Panic Over Kennedy Tells Us He’s Close To The Truth Whenever we see such coordinated verbal assaults, we know Kennedy is circling something explosive, something Washington elites are desperate to keep buried. Kennedy was grilled hard for firing CDC Director Susan Monarez, tearing down the vaccine advisory board, canceling $500 million in mRNA contracts, and restricting shots for children and pregnant women. The questions weren’t really about medicine; they were about power. Secretary Kennedy has been working to dismantle a system that thrives on crisis, contracts, and revolving door profits.

The Image That Killed The Democrat Ticket In 2026 And Beyond It’s over for the Dems in 2026 midterms. Maybe even 2028’s general election. Maybe even the final nail in their splintering, mentally ill Marxist coffin. A violent lunatic with 14 previous arrests, who still freely roamed the streets, randomly and viciously stabbed a young woman on the train, killing her….The video is chilling and terrifying, the horror every urban female (and plenty of males) fears. The still image of the moment the madman’s knife begins its descent…will now become the face of the modern Democrat party. The young woman was from Ukraine.
Houthi drone smashes into Israeli airport, injuring 2 Footage of the aftermath showed black smoke billowing from the airport near the resort city of Eilat, causing major delays and diverting flights from the air hub.
Those that are crying “peace, peace” might want to take another look at what is happening on the other side of the world because there is no peace. Israel is conducting airstrikes in Lebanon, the military offensive in Gaza is moving forward, and high ranking terror leaders are being eliminated. Meanwhile, the Russians just unleashed the largest air assault on Ukraine that we have seen in more than three years, and Russian troops are gobbling up territory at a very rapid pace. On top of everything else, speculation is rampant that the war between Israel and Iran could suddenly erupt again at any moment. Echoing the opinions of so many other experts, Lt. Col. Robert Maginnis is warning us that “the Israeli-Iranian war is far from over”…
The headlines may proclaim a ceasefire, but let us be clear: the Israeli-Iranian war is far from over. What we are witnessing is not peace—it is a tactical intermission. The guns may be momentarily silent, but the war remains alive in motive, method, and mindset.
Sadly, I believe that he is quite correct.
Israel has publicly warned that it could strike Iran again. The primary reason why Israel attacked Iran in the first place was to eliminate the threat of Iran’s nuclear program, and we just got even more evidence that goal has not yet been achieved. The following originally comes from the Washington Post…
The United States obtained intercepted communication between senior Iranian officials discussing this month’s U.S. military strikes on Iran’s nuclear program and remarking that the attack was less devastating than they had expected, said four people familiar with the classified intelligence circulating within the U.S. government.
The communication, intended to be private, included Iranian government officials speculating as to why the strikes directed by President Donald Trump were not as destructive and extensive as they had anticipated, these people said. Like some others, they spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss sensitive intelligence.
In comments at the funeral of over 60 Iranians who have been martyred in the Israeli regime’s war of aggression against Iran, held in Tehran on Saturday, General Ali Mohammad Naeini said the Zionist regime and the US have failed to accomplish their declared objectives in the war.
“This is our final message to the Zionist regime and the delusional president of the US: If Iran’s national interests and assets are violated once again, our response will be different, more crushing and more devastating this time, in a way that it will accelerate the process of downfall of the (Zionist) regime,” the spokesman said.
Those that believe that Iranian leaders have turned over a new leaf and that they really want peace this time are just being delusional.
You see, the truth is that Iran is run by a bunch of “Twelver” Shiites that are waiting for “the Mahdi” to arrive.
And as Michael Youssef has aptly pointed out, “the Mahdi” is supposed to arrive during a period of great conflict…
Twelver Shiism is the largest branch of Shia Islam, and is defined by its belief in twelve divinely ordained Imams (rightful successors to Muhammad). The last Imam, Muhammad al-Mahdi, supposedly went into occultation (a miraculously hidden state) in the 9th century. Twelvers claim the Mahdi will one day reappear to establish global justice.
Many of Iran’s clerics fervently believe that, before the Mahdi can be revealed, an apocalyptic battle must be fought between faithful Muslims and the forces of evil. As a result, some Iranian leaders—and possibly the Ayatollah himself—are motivated to trigger a nuclear war to fulfill the ancient prophecies and force the appearance of the hidden Mahdi.
So the Iranian regime doesn’t want world peace.
The Iranian regime wants chaos so that “the Mahdi” will come.
Enjoy this “pause” while you can, because it won’t last indefinitely.
Meanwhile, the IDF is using this time to hammer Hamas and Hezbollah with airstrikes.
On Saturday, Israel Defence Forces (IDF) announced that a targeted airstrike on the Sabra neighborhood of Gaza City eliminated Hakham Muhammad Issa Al-Issa, a key Hamas leader and the mastermind behind the October 7 terrorist attack against Israeli civilians.
IDF shared that Al-Issa, one of the founders of Hamas’ military wing, led the terror group’s force build-up and the training and planning of the October 7 massacre. His current role was as Head of Combat Support Headquarters in Hamas’ military wing.
The day before that, the IDF conducted at least 12 strikes against an underground Hezbollah command center in southern Lebanon…
The IDF Air Force on Friday launched strikes on South Lebanon’s Beaufort mountain range targeting an underground Hezbollah command center.
According to reports from the area, at least 12 strikes hit the area around the village of Tebnit. Explosions were heard on both sides of the Israel-Lebanon area.
“This site is part of a significant underground project that was completely taken out of use following IDF strikes. The IDF identified rehabilitation attempts made by Hezbollah beforehand and struck terror infrastructure sites in the area,” the military said in a statement.
The day before that, an Israeli airstrike killed one of the top commanders of Hezbollah’s Radwan Force…
On Thursday, the IAF killed an elite Hezbollah terrorist commander, also in Lebanon’s Nabatiye Governorate.
The airstrike in the village of Baraachit, located less than four miles from the border, killed a commander in Hezbollah’s Radwan Force, a unit of terrorists specialized in infiltrating Israel and capturing areas around the Jewish state’s northern frontier, the IDF said.
Two days before that, an Israeli airstrike killed the head of the Al-Sadiq Currency Exchange…
On Tuesday, the Israeli Air Force killed Haytham Abdullah Bakri, the head of the Al-Sadiq Currency Exchange, in a strike in Kfar Dajjal, also in the Nabatiye Governorate. The exchange serves as a transfer mechanism for Hezbollah, handling funds originating from the Iranian Quds Force, the Israeli military said.
While all of those airstrikes have been going on, the Israeli military continues to conduct ground operations inside Gaza…
The evacuation order covered the Jabalia area and most Gaza City districts. Medics and residents said the Israeli army’s bombardments escalated in the early hours in Jabalia, destroying several houses and killing at least six people.
In Khan Younis in the south, five people were killed in an airstrike on a tent encampment near Mawasi, medics said.
As you can see, this isn’t a time of peace for Israel.
This is a time of war.
So don’t be fooled by this “pause” with Iran. That front of the war will erupt again at some point too.
Let me shift gears and talk about what is going on in Ukraine.
Many were hoping for peace, but instead it appears that the war has just shifted into another gear.
In fact, the Russians absolutely pummeled Ukraine with drones and missiles last night…
Ukrainian authorities said Russia had launched 477 drones and decoys, as well as 60 missiles of various types, at Ukraine overnight. The country’s air force said it had shot down 211 drones with another 225 straying before hitting their targets. Air defenses intercepted one of the short-range ballistic missiles, four of the Kalibr cruise missiles and 33 Kh-101 missiles, according to the military.
This bombardment was so unusual that NATO actually scrambled fighter jets in response…
NATO countries scrambled fighter jets early on Sunday, according to the Polish military, after a Ukrainian official said Moscow had launched its largest-scale air attack on the country in more than three years.
Poland’s Operational Command said its fighter jets, along with other NATO aircraft, were scrambled with ground-based air defenses and reconnaissance systems put on the “highest state of readiness” after Russia launched overnight attacks on Ukrainian soil.
On the ground, Russian troops have been taking ground at a rate that is much faster than earlier this year…
The rate of advance of the Russian army in June increased by 30% compared to May. If in May the rate of advance of the Russian Armed Forces was approximately 14 square kilometers per day, then in June it was on average 18 square kilometers per day in the period from June 1 to June 26.
During May, the Russian army advanced more than 400 square kilometers. The most active offensive was observed in the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR), as well as in the Sumy region.
For general comparison: in January the rate of advance was 325 square kilometers, in February – 191 square kilometers, in March – 133 square kilometers, in April – 177 square kilometers, in May – 418 square kilometers.
I realize that it is not a popular thing to say, but the truth is that the Russians are winning.
As Russian forces move forward, this is going to put an increasing amount of pressure on NATO to intervene more directly.
JERUSALEM, Israel – Israel continues to wage war on two fronts this week – to the north in Lebanon and the south in Gaza. The battles with the remnants of Hamas and Hezbollah come as a showdown with Iran and its nuclear program looms over the Middle East.
The Israel Defense Forces struck dozens of Hezbollah rocket launcher sites on Saturday, the largest attack since the ceasefire. The attacks follow a rocket launch from southern Lebanon toward the Galilee.
Israel called it a blatant violation of the ceasefire. Hezbollah denies they were responsible but the IDF claims the terror group continues to operate in the area.
In Gaza, the military operation is expanding as another IDF division prepares to enter the fighting. The operations have been ongoing since the end of the ceasefire and the refusal by Israel to continue any negotiations while “under fire.”
During the recent fighting, the IDF eliminated two major Hamas leaders.
While visiting an IDF Armored Corps regiment on Sunday, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu declared, “We are winning because we understand that in order to defeat our enemies, those who are closing in on us, we break through them with crushing ground force, in addition to the excellent work of the Air Force, Intelligence, (the) Navy and of course the Infantry.”
On Fox News Sunday, U.S. Special Envoy Steve Witkoff blames Hamas for the collapse of the negotiations to free more hostages.
“I was in Doha. I met with many of the leaders at the Arab summit. “I thought we had a deal, an acceptable deal. I even thought we had an approval from Hamas. Maybe that’s me, just getting duped,” Witkoff admitted.
He added, “So, this is on Hamas. The United States stands with the State of Israel. We need to be clear about who the aggressor is here – and it is Hamas.”

Beyond the fighting in Gaza and southern Lebanon, National Security Advisor Mike Waltz addressed the major threat facing the region and said the Trump administration has clear goals for Iran and its nuclear program.
“Full dismantlement. Iran has to give up its program in a way that the entire world can see,” Waltz told CBS Face the Nation Sunday. “And this is, as President Trump has said, this is coming to a head. All options are on the table and it is time for Iran to walk away completely from its desire to have a nuclear weapon.”
Meanwhile, the Israeli cabinet voted unanimously this weekend on a no-confidence vote to dismiss Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara, the Netanyahu government believes is undermining the prime minister and his policies.
The unprecedented vote follows the firing of Ronen Bar, the head of the Shin Bed, Israel’s version of the F.B.I.
Thousands of Israelis took to the streets to protest the firing, while many Israelis believe the prime minister has both the authority and the reasons to dismiss Bar.

80 Years After Auschwitz’s Liberation, ‘Never Again’ Is Now Exactly 80 years ago, on January 27, 1945, the world witnessed the liberation of Auschwitz, with the unimaginable horrors of the Holocaust on full display. More than 1.1 million Jews were systematically and brutally murdered in Auschwitz, cementing it as one of the most harrowing symbols of humanity’s darkest period. Given the Holocaust’s enormity and relatively recent history, its atrocities should be deeply ingrained in our collective memory. Unfortunately, eight decades later, a disturbing number of people question, distort, or outright deny the acts of evil that took place.

He willingly went into Auschwitz.

Pres. Trump correct: Don’t spend billions on buildings Israel will need to destroy – relocate the Gazans President Trump is correct that the solution for the Gazans is to relocate them rather waste literally tens of billions of dollars erecting buildings in the Gaza Strip which Israel will have to destroy in a future war. President Trump is also correct in noting that, in the absence of the Gazan terrorists and their supporters, which is basically the curren population of Gaza, the location has fantastic potential for large beach front resorts.

“Gigantic Rat’s Nest”: Taibbi Hints FBI Communications With COVID Scientists Will Be Exposed There are so many different areas where they are going to have to investigate and reinvestigate that. We just went through a period where there was mass stonewalling of Congress when it was trying to investigate what happened with COVID. There were key people like Peter Daszak from the EcoHealth Alliance, who just didn’t answer subpoenas, right? There are documents that we know exist that we’re going to get now with FBI communications between the bureau and a lot of these scientists dating back ten years. And it’s going to tell a crazy story, a really interesting story.

Trump & His New Frenemies, Abroad And At Home President Trump recently gave a video talk to the World Economic Forum (WEF) assemblage in Davos. He expressed fondness for Europe. You know, they’re so strong on guns. But these people are allowed to carry guns. So we will probably move them to the border.”

Despite these losses, Pyongyang appears ready to increase its contingent by 30,000–40,000 troops if needed.

A year ago, Neuralink said it had implanted its device in its initial patient, Noland Arbaugh.
FBI’s Wray Drops ‘Chinese Infiltration’ Bomb On Way Out, Warns Of Threat To Critical Infrastructure While the FBI – the same FBI that participated in the Russiagage hoax, polarizing half of America into focusing on the Kremlin for a decade, the Chinese government – the same one that enriched the Biden family to the tune of millions, has apparently been ‘lying in wait’ all over America and is ready to attach critical infrastructure at a moment’s notice. According to … Wray “The Chinese government is prepositioning on American civilian critical infrastructure to lie in wait on those networks to be in a position to wreak havoc & inflict real world harm at a time & place of their choosing.”
Blaming ‘Climate Change’ For L.A. Fires Only Makes Newsom Look Criminally Incompetent Newsom is again blaming “climate change” for the fires ravaging Los Angeles. But wait. If climate change really is to blame, why was California so obviously, so woefully, so inexcusably unprepared? Someone needs to ask Newsom why the state didn’t spend the last four years aggressively clearing out underbrush to minimize the chances of a catastrophic wildfire. Why didn’t it carve out large and effective buffer zones … In 2018, former Gov. Jerry Brown signed a $1 billion bill that was supposed to “prevent catastrophic wildfires and protect Californians.” Where did that money go?
House Republicans Weigh Sweeping $5.7 Trillion In Spending Cuts To Fund Trump’s Domestic Agenda The plan, designed to bankroll President-elect Donald Trump’s ambitious priorities – including tax cuts and increased border security – details reductions to major federal programs, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Biden-era climate initiatives. slashing welfare programs, revising Affordable Care Act subsidies, and rolling back green energy tax credits.
Woke DEI + Green Nihilism = Dresden In California No one has really taken charge yet. And now even the woke culprits for the catastrophe are blame-gaming each other to determine who was the more incompetent, which in this case translates to the most woke. No one knows how many have died; all know the number will escalate in the next few days. The eventual price tag of the ruin will exceed $200-300 billion and outstrip the billions of dollars given to Ukraine. All the state media, the legacy newspapers, the Silicon Valley daily online news sites, the Bay Area-based Apple, Google, and Facebook monopolies, and the local news outlets are parrots of the woke-green mindset.

A Comet That Appears Every 160,000 Years, A ‘Glowing Ring Of Metal’ That Just Fell Out Of The Sky, And A Giant Coronal Hole Spanning 1/4 Of The Circumference Of The Sun 2025 has been quite a chaotic year already. On New Year’s Eve lightning struck four of the most iconic buildings in our entire country, on New Year’s Day we had terror attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas, Justin Trudeau stepped down just a few days later, and now we are in the midst of the worst fire disaster in U.S. history. Meanwhile, a lot of other really weird stuff has been going on in the sky above our heads. For example, a “once-in-a-lifetime comet” that only comes around once every 160,000 years is about to be visible from our planet.

The Insurance Industry Is Going To Be Absolutely Devastated By The Los Angeles Fires Will the insurance industry be able to survive tens of billions of dollars in losses from the Los Angeles fires? There have been catastrophic fires in California before, but never anything quite like this. So what is going to happen to homeowners if their insurance companies go bankrupt and cannot pay? Even the ones that do not go bankrupt are really going to struggle. I have a feeling that some of them will delay payouts for an extended period of time and will deny as many claims as they possibly can in a desperate attempt to survive. In the end, it is likely that vast numbers of homeowners that were counting on their insurance companies to bail them out will be left holding the bag.
Cotton Reintroduces Legislation to Expel Chinese Police Operatives in U.S. Senator Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) today reintroduced the Expel Illegal Chinese Police Act of 2025, legislation that will impose sanctions with respect to police departments run by the People’s Republic of China and other persons seeking to establish a Chinese police presence in the United States. Embalmers Keep Finding Fibrous CV19 Vax Clots …An embalmer from Indiana, Wallace Hooker, was lecturing at an Ohio embalmer’s conference in Columbus, Ohio, on the 26th of October in 2022. He was lecturing to a room of about 100 embalmers. He showed them photographs of the white fibrous clots he had been pulling out of his corpses for the last year or so, and he asked by a show of hands how many of you are seeing these white fibrous clots? He said almost the entire room of 100 embalmers raised their hands and said yes. He then asked when did you start seeing them? They all said about six months after the Covid vaccines rolled out.”

Hostage’s father: ‘Trump knows – barbarians only understand power’ “The State of Israel, under various pressures, is forced to fight the enemy while being obligated to provide it with humanitarian aid and logistical supplies. Never in the wars of history has this been seen. Imagine that while America is fighting ISIS or the Nazi regime, it is also obligated to provide its enemy with a continuous supply of food, water, electricity, medicine, fuel, and money. This is madness!”

We are still supplying our own campers, shelters, while paying mortgages on piles of rubble.

Palisades Fire Threatens New Upscale Communities As Santa Ana Winds Return “The Los Angeles Fire Department continued battling four major blazes that have burned over 38,000 acres and destroyed over 10,000 structures. Another round of Santa Ana winds is expected from Monday through Wednesday, elevating fears that the fires will continue to spread. The Palisades Fire has placed Brentwood, Encino, Bel Air, Sherman Oaks, and West Los Angeles at severe risk. Additionally, Malibu has lost a third of its eastern edge to the Palisades Fire.”
This Is One Of The Most Catastrophic Disasters In U.S. History, And High Winds Could Spread The Fires To New Areas Of L.A. Until Wednesday High winds returned to Los Angeles on Sunday morning, and that is making one of the most catastrophic disasters in U.S. history even worse. Already, more than 60 square miles in the L.A. area have been burned. To put that in perspective, the entire city of Washington D.C. covers just over 68 square miles. I have been trying to find the right words to describe the devastation that we have been witnessing, but I just can’t seem to find words that are sufficient. According to California Governor Gavin Newsom, this is one of the worst natural disasters in the entire history of our nation…
Real-time aircraft tracking shows firefighting efforts on the massive Palisades Fire, Los Angeles County The Palisades Fire, now the largest of six active wildfires in Los Angeles County, has scorched over 9,500 ha (23,600 acres) of land, destroyed 5,300 structures, and forced new evacuations as containment remains at 11%. Could There Be A Reason Why Los Angeles Is Burning That Nobody Really Wants To Talk About? There is so much anger about the unprecedented fires that are ravaging the Los Angeles area because there is a widespread belief that they could have been prevented. Some are blaming mismanaged forests, some are blaming the extreme incompetence of our leaders, some are blaming “climate change,” and some are blaming budget cuts. But could it be possible that the real reason why Los Angeles is burning is not related to any of those factors?
IDF: More than 100 airstrikes in Judea and Samaria since Oct. 7 The Israeli Air Force carried out more than 100 strikes in Judea and Samaria since the Swords of Iron war began on Oct. 7, 2023, killing at least 165 armed terrorists who posed a threat to Israeli troops, the IDF and Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) said in a joint statement on Saturday evening.
UK’s Climate and Nature Bill will write extreme Net Zero demands of the climate change cult into-law Supporters of the Climate and Nature (“CAN”) Bill are claiming that “the people have spoken and now everyone needs to act.” They are claiming a public mandate when none exists. Biden admin shifts millions in aid from Israel to Hezbollah
The same folks who lecture endlessly on U.S. foreign aid to Israel never seem to get around to mentioning this, or the billions to Afghanistan, Pakistan, and every Muslim terror state in the world.
At this point, if Iran tests a nuclear detonation before Jan 20, I would put good money on someone in the Biden administration having Fed-Exed them the parts.
Still trying to do the next best thing to it…
The Biden administration in its final days is shifting more than $100 million in military aid from Israel and Egypt to Lebanon as it tries to bolster a ceasefire agreement it helped mediate between Israel and Hezbollah.
In separate notices sent to Congress, the State Department said it was moving $95 million in military assistance intended for Egypt and $7.5 million for Israel toward supporting the Lebanese army and its government.
The notices were dated Jan. 3 and obtained by The Associated Press on Tuesday.
The Lebanese Army is controlled by a Hezbollah puppet government. This hasn’t stopped us from spending a fortune propping it up on the theory that the puppet is somehow supposed to stop the puppeteer.
Here’s a press release from the State Department in 2022 that resulted in everyone involved being fired.
“U.S. security assistance for the Lebanese Armed Forces (LAF) is a key component of U.S. Lebanon policy to strengthen Lebanon’s sovereignty, secure its borders, counter internal threats, and disrupt terrorist facilitation.
Key areas of cooperation include border security, maritime security, defense institution building, arms transfers, and counterterrorism.
The LAF historically served as a pillar of stability in a country facing extraordinary challenges, including the presence of the terrorist group Hezbollah.
The U.S.-LAF partnership builds the LAF’s capacity as the sole legitimate defender of Lebanon’s sovereignty.
Since 2006, U.S. investments of more than $3 billion to the LAF enabled the Lebanese military to be a stabilizing force against regional threats.”
Over $3 billion. To a terrorist puppet force. To fight terrorism.
The same folks who lecture endlessly on U.S. foreign aid to Israel never seem to get around to mentioning this, or the billions to Afghanistan, Pakistan, and every Muslim terror state in the world.
But yes the LAF is a pillar of stability which is why Hezbollah was able to take over the country, build tens of thousands of rockets, and a force of tens of thousands of Jihadists.
Here’s another $7.5 million diverted from Israel to Hezbollah’s puppet, whose current role is once again acting as a shield for Hezbollah and pretending that Hezbollah is keeping the ceasefire by standing in front of the terrorists.
When you’ve already spent $3 billion, what’s $7.5 million more?
WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a rare televised address from the Oval Office, President Biden warned the American public of an imminent terrorist threat as a result of his releasing eleven terrorists from prison.
“My fellow Americans, it is my duty to warn you of an imminent terrorist threat that may irreversibly alter the American way of life,” Biden began. “Today, I authorized the release of eleven terrorists from Guantanamo Bay, and now, believe it or not, they are threatening death to America. No, I’m serious. Not a joke.”
The eleven terrorists, some of which worked directly with al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden, were released into the custody of Oman, a nation that borders Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Biden confirmed he had already spoken with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman and been informed there were “no takebacks.”
Biden concluded his speech with a rallying cry of optimism that this at least gets them closer to closing Gitmo. “We just have to release a few more terrorists and we’ll get there,” he said. “God bless America and God bless our troops. They’ll need it since they have to keep fighting terrorists.”
Republicans blasted the president for his deadly blunder, but have rejected calls for impeachment as premature. “I mean, it’s stupid,” said House Speaker Mike Johnson. “But being stupid isn’t a crime. If it was we’d all be in trouble.”

Survivor of Mao’s Cultural Revolution warns Americans about the ‘slavery of communism’ “I know it sounds really, really interesting, but I have to give you bad news. We’re not going to have a woke-free world. And the reason is simple. As long as we have people who want to be taken care of by the government, as long as we have people who want to be victim, because victim give them power, and as long as we have people, the so-called intellectuals, who feel like they know a better way of living and they’re going to show the rest of us how to live, we’re going to have woke. Woke, in another word, is cultural Marxism. I’m very familiar with it because I was born in China, lived through Mao’s Cultural Revolution. Cultural Revolution is the word we have here in America,” she said.

Connect the dots between New Orleans and support for anti-Israel terror Attacks that can be linked, however tenuous or unlikely, to the political right, are seized upon as an excuse to demonize conservatives and Republicans. Those that can’t be associated with the right but involve gun violence are used to promote gun control laws. But comments about slaughter linked to Islamist extremism are very different. They are primarily used to scold the country not to connect the dots between such incidents and a growing tolerance for antisemitism in the country, as well as support for anti-Western violence in the Muslim world.

But it begs the question – of all the names and characteristics attributed to God, why does Satan want to be like El Elyon? The men he desires must not only carry out his will but also cooperate to do the one thing that he believes will stop the introduction of the Millennial Kingdom of Christ – destroy every Jew.

‘Reality’s Last Stand’: In A Case On The Protection Of Children, Will The Supreme Court Uphold The Truth? To be completely upfront, the reason for this article is a call to get on our knees and pray for a clear and decisive victory to protect children and youth in Tennessee and across the country from reckless, unsubstantiated, harmful and often irreversible medical experiments. This case has massive implications for at least two reasons. First, if you have ever listened to the testimony of a sterile, regretful, broken 20-year-old detransitioning woman, and tears don’t pour from your eyes, you don’t have a heart. Young lives are permanently damaged, and no one warned them.

Corporations Clinging To DEI Will Lose Social License To Operate Americans hate racial discrimination, and they hate inequality borne of government force. However, if you try to solve the problem of inequality by engaging in Orwellian and neo-racist “discrimination in the name of anti-discrimination” (often advanced under the banners of “antiracism” and “DEI” — “diversity, equity, and inclusion”), then you will sooner or later experience the wrath of the people.

44 Statistics From 2024 That Are Almost Too Crazy To Believe Of course 2024 was also a year of war. Israel battled Hamas, Hezbollah and Iran, the government of Syria was overthrown by radical Islamists, long-range missiles provided by NATO started raining down on targets deep inside Russia, and Russian forces stormed even deeper into eastern Ukraine. 2024 also brought us Hurricane Helene, a “Great American Eclipse,” and “the comet of the century.” Now here we are at the end of the year, and we are being told to brace ourselves for a bird flu pandemic. I have a feeling that the year ahead is going to be absolutely nuts.

The wolf speaks of sheepfolds: Al-Jolani and Christian minorities under Islamic rule al-Jolani’s peaceful words today clash sharply with what he said before. Just a few years ago, he clearly stated that “Alawites, Christians, and other minorities have no place in Syria.” His group HTS then acted on these words – forcing thousands belonging to religious minorities to flee their homes, destroying churches, and driving Christian communities from their ancestral lands.

Iran shifts to foreign policy, but it has to shake violent past Iran may be shifting to focus more on foreign policy, a logical move after the fall of the Assad regime and the weakening of some of its proxies in the region. This focus can be extrapolated from different messaging coming out of Iran. One message came from Supreme Leader Ayatollah Khamenei in which he denied that Iran even has “proxies.” Another is the recent spat between Iran and the new Syrian government, in which Damascus warned Tehran to respect its sovereignty. “Iran must respect the will of the Syrian people and the country’s sovereignty and security. While Iran may be pushing foreign policy over proxies, it is still ruffling feathers.

Israeli Defense Minister says Houthi leaders in crosshairs Israel’s Defense Minister Israel Katz said on Tuesday that the Jewish state will target the heads of the Houthi terror group after a successful missile interception by Israel’s long-range Arrow defense system shortly before 2 a.m. local time. The missile was intercepted outside of Israeli territory, the IDF said. “I warned and said that just as we dealt with [recently eliminated Hamas leader Yahya] Sinwar in Gaza, [Hamas political leader Ismail] Haniyeh in Tehran and [Hezbollah leader Hassan] Nasrallah in Beirut, we will also deal with the heads of the Houthis in Sana’a and everywhere in Yemen,” Katz said.

Why Has The Threat of Iranian Nukes Suddenly Become Such a Huge Narrative Western officials suddenly have a tremendous amount to say about the threat that Iranian nukes could potentially pose to us. Is it that the threat has increased, or are they trying to justify something that they have planned in early 2025? I don’t know, but all of this talk about Iranian nukes is certainly not good. Without a doubt, the Iranian nuclear program has been moving forward for a long time, but now we may be reaching a point of confrontation which could have enormous implications for the entire Middle East.
Home Alone Why America Is Dealing With A Severe Epidemic of Loneliness Right Now We live in a society where a significant chunk of the population feels painfully alone much of the time. It is an epidemic that has enormous mental, emotional and spiritual implications, and it is one of the clearest signs that we are a society that is coming apart at the seams. One of the primary reasons why there is so much loneliness in our society is because the institution of the family is in decline. Today, the proportion of the population that is single and childless is at an all-time high, and the proportion of the population that is married with children is at an all-time low. How can anyone possibly claim that we are headed for a bright future when we are facing such alarming societal trends?

One Dead, One Missing In Massive California Waves Fueled By Storm At least one person is dead and another believed to be missing amid massive waves fueled by a West Coast storm that pounded the California coast Monday. The death was reported in Watsonville along Monterey Bay, where a man was found trapped under debris at Sunset State Beach. A large wave is thought to have pinned him there, according to the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office. He was pronounced dead at a hospital. About 13 miles south at Marina State Beach, authorities say high surf also likely pulled a man into the Pacific Ocean around 11:30 a.m. Monday. Strong currents and high waves forced searchers to stop looking for him and the man remained missing Monday evening.
Iran seeks air corridor to supply weapons to Hezbollah – report The purpose of the air corridor would be to supply weapons to the Hezbollah terrorist organization, which would constitute a violation of the recent ceasefire agreement made between Israel and Hezbollah. Living In A Time When Murderers Are Called Heroes, And God Is Called Hateful Who would have ever thought we would be living in a time when murderers are considered heroes? I suppose, in one sense, it’s not surprising. Millions of children are murdered in their mother’s wombs, and those who murder them, the abortionists, are considered heroes or heroines. We now have this particularly alarming example of Luigi Mangione,

The Jewish People: The Root Cause Of Global Suffering Or The Avenue Of God’s Redemptive Plan During an interview on The Hugh Hewitt Show, Israeli journalist Haviv Rettig Gur explained that antisemitism is more than stereotyping or insulting Jewish people. It’s “an ancient idea . . . that the Jews stand in the way of the redemption of the world.” In the first half of the 20th century, a smear campaign victimized the Jewish people. Not only did Nazi propaganda blame them for Germany’s financial and social problems, but it also portrayed them as the root cause of global suffering.

TEL AVIV—Biden administration officials have claimed credit this week for the ongoing collapse of the Iranian axis, seeking to recast their role in a series of Israeli victories that they worked to thwart.
Hours after the fall of Bashar al-Assad’s regime in Syria on Sunday, President Joe Biden touted “the unflagging support of the United States” for Israel’s war against “Iran and its proxies,” Hamas in the Gaza Strip and Hezbollah in Lebanon. Biden noted that Israel had weakened the coalition of tyrants and terrorists in the region to a point where it became “impossible … for them to prop up the Assad regime.”
“Our approach has shifted the balance of power in the Middle East,” the president boasted in remarks at the White House. “Through this combination of support for our partners, sanctions [on the Assad regime], and diplomacy and targeted military force when necessary, we now see new opportunities opening up for the people of Syria and for the entire region.”
The Biden administration has overseen crucial U.S. military and diplomatic support for Israel during the past 14 months of the war. But from the outset, Biden and his aides have also pressed Israel to reach accommodation with its enemies—criticizing, threatening, and punishing the U.S. ally in the name of regional deescalation. By early this year, before Israel had militarily defeated Hamas or seriously retaliated against Hezbollah or Iran, Biden was already publicly calling for an end to the fighting.
“Biden tried to prevent us from winning this war in every way he could,” Gadi Taub, a historian at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a cohost of the Israel Update podcast told the Washington Free Beacon. “Now that we’re winning in defiance of him, he’s pretending that he was with us all along.”
On Oct. 9, 2023, two days after Hamas started the war with a surprise invasion of southern Israel, Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu urged leaders of the devastated region to “stand firm because we are going to change the Middle East.” The following week, Biden flew to Tel Aviv and—even as he embraced Netanyahu and affirmed U.S. support for Israel—sought to contain Israel’s military response.
“President Biden and his top aides have been urging Israeli leaders against carrying out any major strike against Hezbollah, the powerful militia in Lebanon, that could draw it into the Israel-Hamas war, American and Israeli officials say,” the New York Timesreported at the time. “U.S. officials believe Israel would struggle in a two-front war and that such a conflict could draw in both the United States and Iran, the militia’s main supporter.”
According to the Times, the Biden administration aimed to preempt “an Israeli overreaction to Hezbollah rocket attacks,” which forced the evacuation of tens of thousands of residents from the north of the country, and “harsh Israeli tactics in an expected ground offensive against Hamas in Gaza that would compel Hezbollah to enter the war” in solidarity with the Palestinian terrorist group.
“The response in the Gaza Strip has been over the top”
Netanyahu recalled in an address to the Knesset last month that the Biden administration had been against every major Israeli military advance in Gaza, starting with troops going into the strip at the end of last October.
“The United States had reservations, and proposed that we not enter with ground forces. It took issue with the entry into Gaza City and into Khan Younis, and first and foremost it was strongly opposed to the entry into Rafah,” Netanyahu said, naming Gazan cities that saw decisive Israeli battles with Hamas.
In December 2023, less than seven weeks into the war, the Biden administration demanded that Israel wind down major military operations in Gaza. Speaking at the White House in February, Biden called for a permanent “pause” in the war, saying “the conduct of the response … in the Gaza Strip has been over the top.”
In May, as Israeli troops carried out initial raids in Rafah, Hamas’s main hub for smuggling weapons and other supplies into Gaza, Biden declared a partial weapons embargo on Israel meant to halt the operation. “There are a lot of innocent people who are starving, a lot of innocent people who are in trouble and dying, and it’s gotta stop,” he said in an interview with CNN.
Later that month, Biden presented a proposal for a “permanent end to hostilities “and regional peace deal. He said his administration had for “the past several months” been “relentlessly focused” on bringing a “durable end to the war.”
In September, shortly after the conclusion of the Rafah campaign, the Israeli military assessed that Hamas had been militarily defeated in Gaza.
“I am comfortable with them stopping”
Meanwhile, the Biden administration stepped up efforts to head off Israel’s counteroffensive against Hezbollah.
Asked by a reporter in late September if he was aware of and comfortable with Israel’s plans for a ground incursion into Lebanon, Biden replied, “I am more aware than you might know, and I am comfortable with them stopping. We should have a ceasefire now.”
In October, State Department spokesman Matthew Miller said the Biden administration opposed Israel’s intensified airstrikes on Hezbollah targets in Beirut, which had recently killed Hezbollah’s top leader, Hassan Nasrallah.
“There are specific strikes that it would be appropriate for Israel to carry out,” Miller told reporters, “But when it comes to the scope and nature of the bombing campaign that we saw in Beirut for the past few weeks, it’s something that we made clear to the government of Israel we had concerns with and we were opposed to.”
Last month, according to Hebrew media reports, slowdowns in U.S. weapons deliveries hampered Israel’s war effort in Lebanon and Gaza. Current and former Israeli officials confirmed the reports to the Free Beacon.
Israel nonetheless wiped out most of Hezbollah’s formidable weapons arsenal, terrorist infrastructure, and leadership before agreeing to a U.S.-brokered ceasefire in Lebanon late last month.
“Take the win”
Iran directly entered the war for the first time in April, launching more than 300 missiles and drones at the Israel. Biden emphasized that Israel had intercepted nearly all the incoming projectiles with the help of a U.S.-led regional coalition, and urged Netanyahu not to respond.
Iran attacked again in October, firing more than 180 missiles at the Jewish state. Biden this time acknowledged Israel’s “right to respond.” But he said “they should respond proportionally” and avoid hitting Iranian nuclear facilities. A week later, a U.S. intelligence leak exposed potential Israeli plans for retaliation.
After a mostly symbolic response to the first Iranian attack, Israel hit back in October with a wave of airstrikes that crippled Iran’s missile production and air defenses, as well as a secret nuclear weapons research facility.
Iran vowed a “crushing” third retaliatory strike and moved to ramp up enrichment of uranium to near weapons grade.
In recent months, Netanyahu has said that the war must end in Iran.
“This war is a campaign against one entity first and foremost, and that entity is Iran, which raises the banner of our destruction,” Netanyahu told the Knesset last month. “Iran has one option left, of arming itself with a nuclear weapon, and it is striving to achieve this. We will be tested by our ability to thwart the nuclear program. We held Iran back by a decade, but it advanced. The test is of us, of the government of Israel, and of our friend the United States.”
“Logical and consistent with Israel’s right to self-defense”
On Nov. 5, Donald Trump won the presidential election, and the Iranian axis started to crack. Late last month, Hezbollah, with the assent of Iran and Hamas, approved the Lebanon ceasefire, which allowed Israel to enforce the group’s disarmament and withdrawal from southern Lebanon. Next door in Syria, rebel forces sensed weakness. They stormed across the country in less than two weeks and took Damascus as Assad and his forces fled the capital without a fight. Iran and Hezbollah, which propped up Assad’s regime for more than a decade, could not or would not come to its defense.
A number of U.S. officials have joined Biden this week in taking a victory lap for the regional realignment they worked so hard to block.
National security adviser Jake Sullivan enthused at a conference on Sunday that “Iran, Hezbollah, and Russia are all in a position of relative weakness in the Middle East,” and “our core security partner in the region, Israel, is in a position of relative strength in the region.”
“We believe that the United States has taken steps over the course of the past year, through military deployments, through diplomacy, and through engagement with all of our partners that have helped to bring about this set of conditions,” he said.
The Biden administration may be adjusting policy to match its revised version of history. In Tel Aviv on Thursday as part of a renewed U.S. push for a ceasefire agreement in Gaza that would involve Hamas’s release of Israeli hostages taken in the Oct. 7 attack, Sullivan backed Israel’s deployment of troops to the Syrian Golan Heights and massive bombing campaign of the Assad regime’s military assets.
“What Israel saw was an immediate threat, the collapse of a structure that had been in place for a long time and the potential for that vacuum to be filled by a direct, proximate threat right across its border. So it moved in to fill that threat,” he said. “That, from the United States’ perspective, is logical and consistent with Israel’s right to self-defense.”
Sullivan also rejected the idea, previously encouraged by Biden and other U.S. officials, that Netanyahu was stalling the ceasefire negotiations for political reasons, and credited Israel’s military achievements for what he said was new flexibility by Hamas in the talks.
“Hezbollah can never again rebuild its terror infrastructure to threaten Israel,” he said. “Hamas’s leaders are gone, including the terror masterminds of Oct. 7. “Now the Assad regime in Syria is gone.”
Still, few in Israel expected the Biden administration to come all the way around to support a decisive confrontation with Iran. In Taub’s view, the Democratic foreign policy establishment remains wedded to former President Barack Obama’s failed Middle East strategy, which seeks to achieve regional balance by accommodating Iran and restraining Israel.
“This goes back to Obama’s red line,” Taub said, referring to the then-president’s 2012 decision to subcontract to Russia promised U.S. action against Assad’s use of chemical weapons in the Syrian civil war. “Obama handed over Syria to [Russian president Vladimir] Putin as part of a progressive strategy to create a new regional order in which America’s allies would learn to ‘share the neighborhood’ with Iran. The Biden administration did its best to preserve Obama’s accomplishments, but Israel has stubbornly insisted on winning this war.”
Taub pointed out that as recently as last month the Biden administration renewed a waiver of U.S. sanctions on Iran, continuing years of non-enforcement that has enriched the regime to the tune of tens of billions of dollars.
“If they had more time, I suspect they would go right back to trying to balance and retreat,” Taub said of the Biden administration, which will end in a month.
In a press gaggle on Tuesday, a reporter asked National Security Council spokesman John Kirby to respond to “Israelis’ perspective” that “contrary to what you said, which was that President Biden’s support has been unflagging and unrelenting, it has, in fact, flagged and relented at various points.”
“Indeed, much of what the Israelis have done that has served to weaken Iran has been done against the advice and warnings of Mr. Biden and his national security team. So my question is this: Isn’t it disingenuous, at a minimum, for the Biden team to be crowing over this checkered record of support for our closest strategic ally in that region?”
Kirby replied that the question did not “merit a response,” before saying that “no president” could match Biden’s record of visiting Tel Aviv, supplying weapons to Israel, and defending the Jewish state against Iranian attacks during wartime.
“There is so much wrong with your question,” Kirby added. “It just befuddles me, and I don’t have the time to address it right now.”
The White House did not respond to a request for comment.
Concerning an increase in the frequency and intensity of natural disasters at the end of the age: on Nov. 27, 2024, AccuWeather’s Chief Meteorologist said:
The 2024 hurricane season will be remembered for shattering records and causing approximately $500 billion in total damage and economic loss.
This has been a tremendously expensive and devastating hurricane season.
In addition to the economic costs, 230 people lost their lives as a direct result of this year’s hurricanes and tropical storms.
Here are more recent reports that seem to indicate that the end of the age is near.
One, concerning the so-called religion of peace (Islam): on Nov. 27, 2024, it was reported that:
The FBI said in a statement that it is aware of numerous bomb threats and swatting incidents (false accusations) targeting incoming administration (Trump) nominees and appointees.
The FBI said it is investigating the incidents.
Karoline Leavitt, Trump’s transition spokesperson, said, “Last night and this morning, several of President Trump’s Cabinet nominees and Administration appointees were targeted in violent, un-American threats to their lives and those who live with them.”
Lee Zeldin, Trump’s nominee for EPA administrator, said, the threat against his family came with a “pro-Palestinian themed message.”
(My opinion: It is not enough to investigate Muslims for threatening U.S. officials. They should also be arrested and prosecuted.)
Two, concerning corruption in the UN, in response to evidence that the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) has been employing Hamas terrorists: Israel passed a law prohibiting the UNRWA’s presence in Israel.
On Nov. 26, 2024, the UNRWA closed its offices in east Jerusalem and said they will move to locations outside Israel.
(More: In recent years, at least 2 high-ranking UNRWA officials have been forced to resign over misconduct. Now the UNRWA has been kicked out of Jerusalem.)
(More: Israel and Hezbollah have been at war for several years. In 2006, the UN unanimously passed UN Resolution 1701. This resolution authorized UNIFIL (the UN Interim Force in Lebanon) to use 10-15,000 troops to help Lebanon keep Hezbollah troops north of the Litani River and away from Israel’s borders. But UNIFIL has been ineffective and worthless. UNIFIL has allowed Hezbollah to move right up to Israel’s border with Lebanon, dig tunnels, store weapons, fire rockets into Israel, drive about 80,000 Israelis out of their homes, kill some, injure others, and more.
(My opinion: I wish the U.S. would withdraw from the UN, ask the UN to leave New York, and stop giving desperately needed U.S. tax dollars to that worthless organization. Israel’s frustration with the UN is one reason the wars in Gaza and Lebanon are taking place now.)
Three, on Nov. 28, 2024, it was reported that:
Israeli troops in Lebanon have found chemicals and gas masks in Hezbollah strongholds.
They believe these chemicals and gas masks may be part of a plan to produce chemical weapons and/or to drug and abduct Israelis in cross-border raids.
Four, concerning the destruction of Damascus, Syria, in one night: on Nov. 27, 2024, Israel sent a warning to Syria that said,
If Syria helps Hezbollah to rebuild, they will pay direct prices. Not only the convoys will be attacked, but there will be prices to pay in Syria as well.
Five, concerning the Battle of Gog and Magog (Russia, Iran, Turkey, and others attacking Israel in the latter days and latter years): on Dec. 2, 2024, Israel warned Iran that it will not tolerate Iran rebuilding Hezbollah on Israel’s northern border.
Six, concerning the Two-State Solution (division of Israel): Israel approved extending indemnities to PA banks for another year to prevent the PA economy from collapsing after the Biden Administration assured Israel that it would veto any UN Security Council resolution recognizing a Palestinian State.
(My opinion: Stopping the Biden administration from agreeing to the Two-State Solution before Trump takes office was a big move by Israel.)
Seven, concerning Israel being a great army at the end of the age (Ezek. 37:10): on Nov. 27, 2024, it was reported that Israel’s Rafael Advanced Delivery Systems,
Has managed to develop solutions for atmospheric disturbances and concentrate energy into a laser beam capable of striking a target the size of a coin, neutralizing it by unifying multiple beams into one beam before impact.
Eight, concerning wars and rumors of wars: on Nov. 30, 2024, thousands of insurgents took over most of the city of Aleppo (the second largest city in Syria) and its airport. They also took over most of the province of Idlib.
(More: On Dec. 1, 2024, it was reported that the insurgents captured and invaded Syrian President Assad’s palace in Aleppo, a nearby military academy, and Russian air defense systems.)
(More: On Dec. 2, 2024, it was reported that Russian jets are now attacking the insurgents that are attacking targets in Syria.)
(More: On Dec. 2, 2024, it was reported that Iran has sent 200 Iraqi supporters to Syria to help fight the insurgents that are attacking targets in Syria.)
(More: On Dec. 3, 2024, it was reported that Turkey is supporting the insurgents that are attacking targets in Syria.)
(More: On Dec. 3, 2024, a U.S.-backed Syrian militia group led by Syrian Kurdish forces took control of seven villages in Syria.)
Nine, on Dec. 2, 2024, it was reported that Syrian Pres. Assad sent a message to Israel through Israeli security forces in Europe requesting help to deal with the insurgents that have rebelled in Syria.
Israel responded by demanding that Syria remove any Iranian forces from Syria before it would consider helping Assad.
An Israeli expert said the insurgent attack in Syria is good for Israel because it hinders Syria’s assistance for Hezbollah and Iran and complicates their efforts to rebuild Hezbollah.
(My opinion: God is helping Israel and giving Syria a chance to get on the right side before Damascus is destroyed.)
Ten, concerning wars and rumors of wars: in response to recent tests by Russia and China, the U.S. Navy has started equipping one of three destroyers with hypersonic missiles that travel at more than 5 times the speed of sound.
Eleven, concerning wars and rumors of wars: on Dec. 3, 2024, it was reported that Iran has abandoned its threat to attack Israel since the election of Trump.
Here is my weekly update on the Israel-Hamas war.

Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2024, (day 424) The three hundred and sixty-ninth day of the resumed war. Day 202 of the attack on Rafah.
