James Lyons-Weiler: RFK Jr. Gave Ed Martin a List of 28 Scientific Studies that Defrauded the American Public – The Scientific Journals Have Been Put on Notice | The Gateway Pundit

Two men discussing on a podcast set, featuring microphones and various decorations, emphasizing social media engagement for the show "War Room."
Steve Bannon interviews James Lyons-Weiler on The War Room.

On Wednesday morning James Lyons-Weiler joined Steve Bannon on The War Room to discuss the “weaponization of science” and its destructive effects on the American people.

James Lyons-Weiler is an American scientist and activist who operates the non-profit organization Institute for Pure and Applied Knoledge. Lyons-Weiler holds a PhD in ecology and evolutionary biology.

Lyons-Weiler explained the epidemic of fraud in today’s scientific community.

James Lyons-Weilor: I know for a fact that if there’s a narrative that the former CDC or NIAID with Anthony Fauci had to have for public health. If you’re at a university and you actually went against the green, your university got a call and all of your NIH funding was threatened over, let’s say, HPV vaccine safety or MMR vaccine safety… There’s a mix of fraud in weaponized science and then use of science in a way that is just fooling the public, right?

Steve Bannon: Can you give me a specific example of either fraud or weaponization in this regards?

James Lyons-Weilor: Yeah, absolutely. So when the CDC whistleblower, who I’m sure you’ve heard about, William Thompson came out. He told Brian Hooker that a study that was published in 2004 by Frank DeStefano and a lot of people at the CDC actually buried data so the institutes of medicine could look at it, that the MMR vaccine did indeed seem to contribute to an increased risk of autism in African-American boys. And they manipulated the study by dropping everybody from the study that didn’t have a Georgia birth certificate just to reduce the sample size, which is the number of people in the study. So the statistics couldn’t pick it up. And that’s fraud. So the demarcation between science and fraud is something that’s been going on for decades, over 100 years…

…Coleen Boyle, Frank DeStefano, others. They were absolutely hired to go to work at CDC because they knew how to fix the science, the data, the fraud.

Lyons-Weilor says we are likely going to see prosecutions over the science fraud.

James Lyons-Weilor: I think that we’re going to probably see some prosecutions on the basis of defrauding the federal government. If I’m funded by the federal government to do science, to do research, and I falsify the data, I can be fined personally, and I can be banned from doing research for 10 years…

…Ed Martin. He was at the Association of Physicians and Surgeons meeting last month. I was there Yes. And he made an announcement that Mr. Kennedy, Secretary Kennedy, gave him a list of 28 studies with the journals and layperson’s summaries that actually they were wrongfully retracted and that those journals have been put on notice by the attorney general’s office. And I was asked by Secretary Kennedy to put that list together for him.

Lyons Weilor ended the interview suggesting that there is a government investigation into the individuals who scammed the American public and lied to them about the dangers of particular vaccines.

These deceitful officials may finally face justice for the dangerous policies they pushed on the American public.

WATCH LIVE: MAHA Commission Releases Explosive New Report on Children’s Health — Exposes Vaccine Injuries, Autism Links, and Plan to END Chronic Childhood Disease | The Gateway Pundit

The Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Commission, chaired by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., is set to unveil its ambitious new strategy for addressing children’s health today.

According to AP News, the forthcoming “Make Our Children Healthy Again Strategy” report builds on prior findings unveiled in May and appears to expand into actionable reforms.

After months of review, the Commission identified four undeniable drivers of America’s child health crisis:

  • Toxic, ultra-processed diets — with over 60% of children’s calories now coming from industrial junk food.
  • Chemical exposures — pesticides, plastics, and synthetic toxins saturating food, air, and water.
  • Chronic stress and inactivity — children drowning in screen time, poor sleep, and collapsing mental health.
  • Overmedicalization — a system driven by conflicts of interest that pushes dangerous drugs on children instead of fixing root causes

The MAHA plan calls for radical reforms:

  • Launching a new NIH Chronic Disease Initiative and gold-standard scientific studies on autism, vaccine injury, nutrition, and mental health.
  • Cracking down on petroleum-based food dyes and reforming the FDA’s corrupt “GRAS loophole” that lets dangerous chemicals slip into food.
  • Reforming the vaccine framework to modernize schedules, acknowledge injuries, and ensure “scientific and medical freedom.”
  • Ending junk-food dominance in federal nutrition programs and putting whole, healthy foods back into school lunches.
  • Bringing back the Presidential Fitness Test to combat inactivity and obesity among America’s youth.
  • Exposing conflicts of interest by forcing transparency on advisory boards, researchers, and medical schools captured by pharmaceutical dollars

Why Washington’s Panic Over Kennedy Tells Us He’s Close To The Truth | ZeroHedge

Authored by David Manney via PJMedia.com,

The Flak in the Sky

During World War II, bomber crews flying over Germany were experts in anti-aircraft ordnance. I’ve read accounts where pilots and crew were able to predict their location by the amount and variety of flak they were receiving.

Accounts such as these gave rise to popular idioms we use today. In this case, if flak lit up the sky, you knew you were over the target. Nobody wasted shells on empty skies; the closer you were to hitting a high-value target, the heavier the fire.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr., President Donald Trump’s secretary of health and human services, is facing such intense anti-aircraft flak that he could walk from New York City to Washington, D.C. without his feet touching the ground. Regardless of the party, senators from both parties shredded him; the media turned his strained voice into a punchline, and worst of all for anybody, his own family publicly demanded he resign, immediately, all in unison.

Whenever we see such coordinated verbal assaults, we know Kennedy is circling something explosive, something Washington elites are desperate to keep buried.

A Hearing That Was Never About Questions

The Senate Finance Committee meeting, on paper, was supposed to cover topics that were nothing more than an ordinary meeting.

The reality, however, was (paraphrasing Hillary Clinton) a mass suspension of belief. Kennedy was grilled by senators who definitely felt as though they might be having their career-defining moment in front of the camera.

Kennedy was grilled hard for firing CDC Director Susan Monarez, tearing down the vaccine advisory board, canceling $500 million in mRNA contracts, and restricting shots for children and pregnant women.

Questions dripped with contempt.

Louisiana Republican Bill Cassidy, a doctor, accused Kennedy of denying people vaccines.

Democrats treated him like some outlaw scientist, living in his own castle, prone to lightning strikes, and being the center of suspicion by local police over grave robberies.

But listen closely: the …wait; no need to listen closely because of all the shouting in voices full of unmitigated hatred. Just turn the volume down instead, and turn the captions on. Makes it easier.

Let’s start that again.

But read the captions closely: The questions weren’t really about medicine; they were about power. Secretary Kennedy has been working to dismantle a system that thrives on crisis, contracts, and revolving door profits. His punishment wasn’t the result of his hard work, which put errors into the spotlight. Instead, he was punished for the simple act of touching the money tree.

That action alone explains the flak.

Flak From Both Parties

Have you ever seen Republicans and Democrats skate with such rhythm and emotion to make Torvill and Dean jealous? Usually, they can’t clap on the same beat, not once!

But against Secretary Kennedy, they moved as though they were gun batteries coordinating a firing solution all at the same bomber plane.

Why?

Because both sides know what happens if his ideas take root.

For instance, what happens when Americans start asking why experimental contracts were rammed through under emergency orders, if people begin demanding receipts for what was promised, and compare them to what was delivered? If people realize that their public health department has transformed into a political cartel, the implications would be yuuge.

Washington can, and has, survived angry voters: One thing that’s deadly for them is exposure.

Family Fire: The Dynasty’s Panic

Then, like something out of a Joan Collins novel, came the spectacle of family betrayal. Joe Kennedy III decided to call his uncle a danger to every American; Kerry Kennedy labeled him incompetent, and Caroline and Jack Schlossberg shouted their relevance with loud disavowals.

With a visual so frightening to those who give a damn, Camelot itself was melting down, while headlines screamed, “Kennedy Feud,” as if Camelot itself were melting down.

Have you ever seen a family feud before? They basically follow the same formula: bickering amongst themselves, which leads to bloodletting. When, however, that bloodletting ends up broadcast like something out of Jersey Shore, you have to wonder if the family is protecting something, right?

For decades, the Kennedy name has been nothing short of a protected brand for liberal orthodoxy. It’s a dynasty that absolutely cannot afford for one of its own to stand shoulder to shoulder with President Trump while dismantling the sacred institutions of the bureaucracy surrounding public health.

If RFK Jr. is indeed over the target, as I think he may be, then the dynasty is ensuring the flak will be loud and strong enough to drown out whatever is exposed.

Media Guns on Full Auto

What follows is just a smattering of the flotsam out “there.”

  • Bill Maher mocked him on HBO, calling his Senate appearance a train wreck.
  • The Daily Beast fired off the usual “nutjob” labels, like flares out of Tom Cruise’s F-14 Tomcat helping him evade a 5th-generation fighter jet.
  • Over a thousand current and former HHS staff members signed a letter condemning him.
  • Mainstream reporters gleefully picked apart his halting speech, ignoring his neurological condition, which he’s been battling for years.

We’re seeing in real time the media’s role changing from analysis to suppression.

The left isn’t worried about a single hearing, but of what comes next if Kennedy survives the barrage; will he open the filing cabinets, then drag decades of contacts into the daylight? What happens if the American people learn just how badly the swamp is addicted to fear-driven profits?

The intense flak isn’t just noise from a compliant media; it’s a warning shot from an industry that’s protected the orthodoxy surrounding public health for decades.

Speculation: What Are They Hiding?

It’s a question that practically asks itself: What is Kennedy circling that terrifies the swamp so badly?

Could it be the financial ties between pharmaceutical firms and government health agencies, you know, the one with a revolving door, that push executives out to approve contracts one year and cash stock options the next? How about buried data within the CDC archives that show just how flimsy some of the COVID-era guidance really was? Is there evidence that “the science” was shaped not by discovery, but by the three “P’s”: Politics, Polls, and Paychecks?

Maybe, just maybe, it’s all the above.

Perhaps the flak is intended to prevent him from releasing the payload: evidence that America was deceived during the pandemic, and that deception was fiscally profitable.

My Thoughts: What I haven’t mentioned was just how confusing that period was; nobody knew nuthin’, and we all were scared. Well, I can’t say we ALL were frightened. I had moments of uncertainty until I learned more about COVID, and then I hoped I had a better understanding of what we were up against.

Unless it’s something you can’t afford to lose, you don’t shoot every shell in the battery at the man unless he’s flying directly overhead.

The Trump Variable

There’s another reason for the fury: Kennedy isn’t flying the bomber solo; he’s displaying Trump’s banner on the outside surface of the bomber. Instead of a drawing of a voluptuously beautiful woman named “Mabel,” Kennedy has a MAGA banner.

Each attack on Kennedy doubles as one on President Trump; when we see a headline about a Kennedy train wreck, we know it’s part of the goal of bruising Trump’s cabinet.

Washington understands that if Kennedy succeeds in this mission, Trump scores a direct hit on one of the swamp’s most protected fortresses.

That’s why the incoming fire on Kennedy is so bloody intense.

Final Thoughts

At times, silent European skies were mistaken for safety by bomber crews. They knew if the guns were quiet, they were probably way off target.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. isn’t rocketing through quiet skies; he’s flying through a storm of tracers, explosions, and whatever else gets pulled out of the behind of those worried about something. Senators, media elites, and his own bloodline are trying to shoot the man down, to silence him.

Our lesson couldn’t have had a clearer answer unless RFK Jr. is over the target.

What I want to know is this: Will RFK Jr. stay the course long enough to release what the swamp doesn’t want us to see? I checked and found that I’m not wearing a tinfoil hat to keep the signal out of my head. If I’m right about this, then the American political swamp is just as deep and corrupt as any government anywhere in time.

As frightening as this concept is, I pray we have the correct people in place to find the spot in the swamp marked by an X and start digging. It may take years, but answer this: Is our country worth it? Did that bullet miss Trump’s head because of divine planning that gave us the warriors needed to finally clean Washington up?

I guess we’ll know by the amount of screaming whenever a member of the Trump administration opens a locked door.

RED ALERT – FLOOD THE ZONE: SUPPORT RFK, Jr As DC Elites, the Fake News, Radical Democrats, Big Pharma and Dirty RINOS Pile on HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy, Jr. Before His Autism Report Is Released This Month – The Report Will Change Everything! | The Gateway Pundit

Robert Kennedy, Jr. is doing a magnificent job heading up Health and Human Services.

Now, it is imperative that we must all have his back as the knives are coming out for him before the release of his autism report later this month!

Screenshot from AP coverage of autism in the US with minor edits.

For years now Robert Kennedy, Jr. has spoken out about the massive number of children diagnosed with autism in the US today compared to when he was a child in the 1960’s and 1970’s.

During a high-stakes Cabinet meeting in August, Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. declared that his department has pinpointed “certain interventions” that are almost certainly causing autism in children — with a full public announcement expected in September.

President Trump pressed the issue head-on during the meeting, calling the autism crisis “a tremendous horror show” devastating American families.

Trump:
Bobby, autism is such a tremendous horror show, what’s happening in our country and some other countries, but mostly our country. How are you doing on that?

RFK Jr:
We are doing very well. We will have announcements as promised in September. We’re finding certain interventions now that are clearly, almost certainly, causing autism. We’re going to be able to address those in September.

Kennedy stunned the room with the numbers. In 1970, he said, a massive Wisconsin study of 900,000 children found an autism rate of less than one in 10,000. Today, official numbers put autism at 1 in 31 children nationwide. But the real picture may be far worse.

California, with its detailed reporting system, shows one in 19 children diagnosed and an astonishing one in 12.5 boys.

RFK Jr:  In 1970, the biggest epidemiological study in history was done in Wisconsin. They looked at 900,000 children, and they were looking for autism. They knew what it looked like, and they were very, very precise about it. They found an incidence rate of 0.7—in other words, less than one for every 10,000 children.

Today, our most recent numbers are one in every 31 kids. It’s probably actually much worse than that because California, which has the best collection system, is reporting one out of every 19 children—American children—as autistic. One in every 12.5 boys. It’s gone from less than one in 10,000 in 1970 to one in 12.5 boys.

Trump, visibly disturbed, hinted that the administration may already be zeroing in on the cause.

HHS Secretary Kennedy’s report is expected later this month. It will send shockwaves across the country with its findings. And, it will hopefully drive much needed change in the medical field.

This week, Mary Holland, president and general counsel of the Children’s Health Defense, joined Steve Bannon to discuss the expected release of the Kennedy Autism Report later this month.

The knives are out for RFK, Jr.! You can already see it in the news headlines!

Mary Holland: Well, we definitely need to show support for Secretary Kennedy. So it was a failed effort by the Democrats on that Senate Finance Committee to get Kennedy to resign. They had all signed a letter yesterday morning to ask him to resign, and I’m delighted that Trump is really standing behind him. But it was pathetic. I was in the room yesterday. It just showcased the dysfunction in government. Those people were really showboating. As Kennedy did call them out, he really was magnificent and courageous to be there. It cannot be pleasant to have people basically hurling insults at you continuously for almost three hours. As Senator Ron Johnson, definitely a hero to the MAHA movement, said, it was abuse.

Kennedy was literally sitting through this abuse. And what was also horrible, Steve, is to realize that so many of these people are really in the dark. They seem to have no concept of the harms that the COVID shots have done. They clueless. They were worried about pharmacies giving access to people for their six-month-olds. And what we know is that those shots shouldn’t be in any child’s arm. Most countries in the world have stopped them being available to children at all…

Steve Bannon: We have not flooded the zone with support of Bobby Kennedy. That needs to happen, number one. Number two, I want Mary Holland, walk me through what Bobby Kennedy has done…

Mary Holland: Well, one of the things that Bobby Kennedy called out yesterday, Steve, is the data chaos. They kept trying to box him in of, was the shot a miracle? Did it save millions of lives? And he said, I don’t know if it saved millions of lives. The CDC was so corrupted and so thoroughly incompetent during COVID, giving irrational advice on the masks, on the lockdowns, on the distancing. I don’t know how many people died from the shot. I don’t know how many people died from COVID. They had people dying with COVID, people dying from COVID. It was intentionally mixed up. So he kept saying, Look, you’re looking for a religious answer that I believe. And he said, I can’t give you that. I don’t have the adequate science…

Steve Bannon: You can see yesterday, they’re not going to stop. Look at these Democrats. They’re all bought. And Cassidy too. So what do we do here, ma’am?

Mary Holland: We have to flood the zone, I think, to support Kennedy in make America healthy. And I agree with you. You can’t make America great if you’re not healthy. That’s really what Kennedy is about, is like most Americans have some chronic health condition. It doesn’t have to be that way.

When his uncle was President, it was a small fraction of the American people. We’ve just been getting sicker and Big Pharma has been making more money and politicians have been getting more bought off. We’ve got to change that.

So this is a Great month to flood the zone. Come to at @childrenshd on X. That’s our hashtag, and it’s definitely valuable, or not hashtag, but @childrenshd. Definitely support our messaging around this.

I think there will be demonstrations around the country. Certainly, the other side is trying to get rid of Bobby by the end of September.

He’s going to be coming out with the causes of autism. They’re very scared about that. He’s going to be coming out with the real Maha strategy report. They’re scared about that. So we’re going to be trying to organize with others, rallies to support the continuation of this movement, Make America Healthy Again.

Here is the full interview.

ICYMI: Video Of RFK Jr. Pile-Driving Bill Maher Over Vax on His Own Show – Left Audience Applauding for Kennedy | The Gateway Pundit

Last April, then-independent presidential candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., left, discussed the COVID vaccine with Bill Maher, right, expressing his belief that the jab doesn't work.

Sometimes, one needs reminding that the public debate over the efficacy of COVID vaccines has always pitted faith against reason.

No one, of course — certainly no one who reads The Western Journal — should denigrate faith in general. But the object matters. Faith in what exactly?

In April 2024 — four months before he allied with now-President Donald Trump — now-Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was running as an independent presidential candidate.

He appeared on HBO’s “Real Time with Bill Maher” and delivered what any reasonable person would regard as a knockout blow to the host’s pro-vaccine argument.

Maher, however, would not concede defeat. After all, as a liberal, his faith in science — particularly COVID vaccine science — amounts to a kind of religion.

Clips of the exchange began circulating again this week on the social media platform X. It became even more relevant on Monday, when Trump used his social media platform Truth Social to demand that “Drug Companies justify the success of their various Covid Drugs.”

Moreover, last week, the Trump administration fired Director Susan Monarez from the Centers for Disease Control. This prompted resignations from four other CDC officials.

In short, the debate over COVID vaccines has taken center stage once again. And this time, there isn’t a Biden administration around to censor it.

Thus, the Kennedy-Maher exchange reminds us of why this debate remains so maddening to skeptics of coronavirus vaccinations.

In a clip posted to YouTube, Maher began by asking about Kennedy’s vice-presidential running mate, Nicole Shanahan. The host noted that Shanahan wanted to recall the Moderna vaccine, which Maher happened to have gotten.

Kennedy responded by citing polls on the subject.

“There’s 25 percent of Americans who believe that they know somebody who was killed by a COVID vaccine,” Kennedy stated.

“Killed?” Maher queried.

“Killed — 25 percent. Fifty-two percent of Americans believe the vaccines are causing injuries, including death,” Kennedy continued. If nothing else, that amounts to a significant public-perception problem for the drug companies.

Kennedy also mentioned clinical trial studies of the Pfizer vaccine.

“People who got the vaccine had a 23 percent higher death rate from all causes at the end of that study,” he said.

Then came the remarkable exchange that ignited huge applause.

“But that could not be the disease itself?” Maher asked.

“If it is, then the vaccine doesn’t work, does it?” Kennedy replied.

The laughter and applause from the crowd practically drowned out the host’s protests.

“Well, no, no that’s … not true at all,” Maher insisted, appearing annoyed at his own audience.

The host then claimed that “many people who would have died because they were not in good health” (i.e. elderly and obese people) remain alive thanks to the vaccine.

Another segment of the audience applauded for that claim.

Readers may view the entire exchange in the YouTube video below.

In the end, Maher spent so much time talking over Kennedy, that he wasn’t able to respond to Maher’s lives-saved claim. So ultimately, that’s all it amounts to: a claim only.

One must acknowledge, however, that Maher sometimes arrives at sound conclusions. To his credit, he does not slavishly carry water for the Democrats.

On the other hand, effete liberals like Maher — whether they know it or not — tend to worship science. Or, at minimum, they accept at face value whatever the scientific establishment tells them to.

“I believe the vaccine saved lives,” Maher effectively said, “so heck with your studies and polls.”

Of course, if Trump himself can come around to the need for serious scrutinizing of the COVID vaccine data, then perhaps Maher can, too.

Jesse Watters: Democrats Lied To You And Want To Nuke Robert F. Kennedy Jr., The Guy Who Caught Them Lying | RealClearPolitics Videos

Jesse Watters delivered a monologue Thursday night on Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy’s facing off with Senators at a Senate Finance Committee hearing. “They lied to you, and now they want to nuke the guy who caught them lying,” Watters said. “Kennedy has a mandate to do this, and if he fails or if they stop him from doing his job, America gets sicker and sicker and sicker. We’ll have no recruits to fight our wars, and we’ll each have to buy two seats on an airplane.”

JESSE WATTERS, FOX NEWS: Take a walk with me down memory lane. The 60s. Kennedy was president.

Blue jeans were in. A burger from McDonald’s was 50 cents. Wash it down with a large Coke and a cigarette.

The beaches were busting with hard bodies. And 70% of kids could pass the presidential fitness test. Push-ups, sit-ups, 50-yard dashes.

You name it, we passed. Only 11% of the country had chronic disease. Today, people can’t even squeeze into their blue jeans.

8 out of 10 kids aren’t fit enough for the military. 3 out of 4 Americans have a chronic disease. And beaches look bad.

We’re sicker, fatter, and the most mentally ill we’ve ever been. The experts tell us to pop pills, eat lean cuisine, and stick ozempic into our thighs. So what really happened?

That’s what RFK wants to know. And for some reason, politicians in the media don’t want to know. They especially don’t want you to know. RFK went under the bright lights today, and his walk-in says it all…

This guy was hired to clean house. And that’s what he’s been doing. He fired the CDC director and everyone on the vaccine advisory board.

And he’s putting in his own people, unbiased scientists who follow the facts, not industry insiders who just rubber-stamp products for profit. Unhealthy senators wagged their fingers at a tan and jacked Bobby Kennedy Jr., and it didn’t go too well.

SEN. RON WYDEN (D-WA): I hope that you will tell the American people how many preventable child deaths are an acceptable sacrifice for enacting an agenda that I think is fundamentally cruel and defies common sense.

SECRETARY OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES ROBERT F. KENNEDY: Senator, you’ve sat in that chair for how long? 20, 25 years while the chronic disease in our children went up to 76%. And you said nothing. You never asked the question why it’s happening.

WATTERS: No one asked. These are the same people who say they’re pro-science. They’re double-masked, face-shielded, shut down schools and conducted sex changes on kids.

These people said Biden was healthy. Biden. We’re not listening to them anymore.

What’s in our food? Why can’t kids run a mile without collapsing? Why are doctors prescribing pills instead of diets?

What’s all the screen time doing to our brains? Why does a baby get 18 shots before they’re 18 months old? It used to be 8.

Now it’s 18. Why does a kid have 76 shots before they’re old enough to vote? We never used to get that many, but the CDC recommends this.

And the people at the CDC recommending it are at the CDC because the vaccine industry put them there. Maybe 76 is the right amount. Maybe it could be a little less or a lot less. We don’t know. RFK is just trying to get a fresh set of eyes on it and look at the data. And senators are blindly defending vaccine companies like it’s their job. And maybe it is.

SEN. MAGGIE HASSAN (D-NH): Scientists who said they wanted to brief you on the science, scientists who wanted to understand why the FDA, why you unilaterally changed the parameters for giving vaccines.

KENNEDY: This is crazy talk. You’re just making stuff up.

HASSAN: So why behind closed doors?

KENNEDY: It’s not behind closed doors. The industry makes the studies and they could not provide a study that said that it is effective for healthy kids.

[CROSSTALK]

KENNEDY: It’s all public.

HASSAN: Now parents who decide that they do want their children to have a COVID vaccine —

KENNEDY: You’re just making stuff up, Senator.

WATTERS: Kennedy knows more about this stuff than any of these senators. This was the Senate Finance Committee, not even the Health Committee. And they never even wanted to hear what he had to say because they didn’t want the audience to hear anything different than what the industry tells them.

KENNEDY: Let me explain why, Senator.

SEN. CORTEZ MASTO (D-NV): Actually, I want you to listen to me… You went on FOX News blaming school shootings on antidepressants. You have no evidence of that because you have no evidence of a connection.

KENNEDY: You’re just saying something. You’re just making stuff up. I never said that. You’re making it up. You’re twisting.

CORTEZ MASTO: I’m not.

KENNEDY: Yeah, you are. You are being dishonest right now. You don’t want to talk. You want to harangue, and you want to have partisan politics. I want to actually solve these problems.

WATTERS: Kennedy is a key part of the Trump coalition. MAHA, moms and dads, Democrats, college students. MAHA is the most bipartisan part of the Trump agenda. There’s a reason polls have Bobby as the most popular member of the Cabinet. The country knows it’s sick and wants to fix it. The senators deny we’re sick and defend a corrupt system that keeps their campaigns funded. We’re the sickest country in the civilized world, and Bobby’s been in D.C. for, what, seven months? And he’s already being accused of murder.

SEN. RAPHAEL WARNOCK (D-GA): Clearly, you have an agenda. It is a threat to the public health of the American people. It’s clear that you are carrying out your extremist beliefs, which is why you attempted to fire —

[CROSSTALK]

WARNOCK: Sir, sir, I’m not…

KENNEDY: We’re the sickest people on Earth.

WARNOCK: I’m speaking.

KENNEDY: How am I a threat?

WATTERS: The only person they hate more than Kennedy is Hegseth, because both of these guys aren’t afraid of him. This was a naked attempt to brutalize the secretary and create political problems for Trump. They even blamed him for mass shootings.

WARNOCK: The gunman expressed discontent with the COVID vaccine and, quote, wanted to make the public aware of his distrust of the vaccines.

KENNEDY: Every member of this panel has criticized President Trump and demonized him.

WARNOCK: Have you ever been briefed?

KENNEDY: Are you complicit in the assassination attempts on President Trump?

WATTERS: Every time they mounted an attack, Kennedy exposed them.

SEN. SHELDON WHITEHOUSE (D-RI): If I was getting jerked around by your bureaucracy, I’d like it to end and get some progress.

KENNEDY: Yeah, you know, Senator, you raised this during my confirmation hearing, and I said to you at that time, call me and let’s come talk about this. You have my cell phone. You can call me anytime. I’ve never heard from you in seven months.

WATTERS: That’s all you need to know. It’s all an act. They don’t want to make America healthy again.

They won’t even pick up the phone. Months go by, Americans get sicker and sicker. Politicians wait for a hearing and then just scream at Kennedy and then go to the bar and get handed a check.

From Big Pharma. Bobby’s phone’s always on. Democrats used to call him, but then he joined Trump and now they call him a crackpot.

When Kennedy looked under the hood at what Biden left him, he discovered the CDC was destroying data that showed black boys who were getting an early measles vax had a higher chance of autism. They buried it and kept recommending the shot to kids who didn’t need it. And they cut corners to get vaccines through.

Safety studies for hepatitis vaccines lasted just four days. 76 million kids got the shot, even though you had a one in seven million chance of dying from it.

KENNEDY:All the evidence is transparent for the first time in history, and you were never there complaining when the pharmaceutical companies were picking those people and then running their products through with no safety.

SEN. MICHAEL BENNET (D-CO): What I said was accurate. What you said were lies.

KENNEDY: Are you saying that a dmRNA vaccine has never been associated with myocarditis or pericarditis in teenagers?

BENNET: I am saying, I am simply —

KENNEDY: Is that what you’re trying to tell us?

BENNET: I am simply trying to say that the people that you have put on that panel after firing the entire…

KENNEDY: You’re avoiding the question.

WATTERS: The agency panels were okaying everything from new vaccines to crazy pills to the food pyramid. In fact, they can put anything in food. It’s not even really regulated.

It’s based on the honor system. And everyone was making cash while the CDC and politicians just closed their eyes to the deadliest health crisis in U.S. history. Obesity, chronic disease, autism, mental illness, exploding on their watch.

The birth rate’s down. Testosterone, down. Happiness at an all-time low.

All we’re asking is why. Does it have anything to do with the food and drug industry? With our phones?

With our lifestyle? We’re spending a trillion dollars a year treating chronic disease. A trillion.

It’s the most expensive thing in the budget. It’s burying the country in debt. In the 60s, we spent zero on chronic disease.

And back then, we were skinny, we smoked, we drank, we ate butter, red meat, we ate bacon. These politicians are adamant that insurance companies pay for COVID booster shots for healthy Americans as young as six months old. Why?

KENNEDY: Most Americans will be able to get it from their pharmacy for free.

SEN. ELIZABETH WARREN (D-MA): No, the question is everyone who wants it. That was your promise.

KENNEDY: I never promised that I was gonna recommend products with which there is no indication.

WARREN: When you said —

KENNEDY: And I know you’ve taken $855,000 from pharmaceutical companies, Senator.

WATTERS: Bernie said don’t call Pocahontas corrupt. We’re all corrupt.

SEN. BERNIE SANDERS (I-VT): Every Republican got corporate PAC money for the pharmaceutical industry. Democrats as well. Everybody is corrupt. But you? Is that what we’re looking at? I don’t think so.

KENNEDY: I don’t even know what you’re talking about.

SANDERS: Well, I think you do know what I’m talking about.

KENNEDY: I don’t know what you’re talking about.

SANDERS: The issue is every time anyone —

KENNEDY: Are you saying the pharmaceutical industry was supporting my presidential campaign?

SANDERS: No, I’m saying no.

WATTERS: Bernie’s right. 98% of the Senate, Democrat and Republican, have gotten money from Big Pharma.

Bernie’s a top dog. He’s got almost 2 mil. Doesn’t mean you’re in their pocket, but it sounds a lot like they’re in your pocket when you back them 100% of the time and attack anyone who wants to see the data.

The guy who blamed CDC shootings on RFK, Warnock, got almost 2 million, too. Wyden got over a mil. Now, if Kennedy isn’t recommending healthy 18-year-olds get COVID boosters, then there’s less pharma cash to spread around to the politicians.

If a baby gets eight vaccines instead of 18, less cash to spread around to the politicians. If doctors tell patients eat healthy and exercise instead of get the fat shot, less cash to the politicians. Same thing with sex changes, diabetes medication and antidepressants.

Did you know that the American Academy of Pediatrics, some of their biggest donors, vaccine makers? Take the COVID vaccine. Nothing they said about the COVID vaccine turned out to be true.

KENNEDY: The whole process was politicized. Senator, I mean, we were lied to about everything. We were lied to about, um, about natural immunity. We were lied to about — you know, we were told again and again the vaccines would prevent transmission, they’d prevent infection. It wasn’t true. They knew it from the start.

WATTERS: They lied to you, and now they want to nuke the guy who caught them lying. Kennedy has a mandate to do this, and if he fails or if they stop him from doing his job, America gets sicker and sicker and sicker. We’ll have no recruits to fight our wars, and we’ll each have to buy two seats on an airplane.

After burying multiple Democratic Senators intent on trying to destroy his political career, HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. got his chance to dunk on arguably the most notorious Senators in America. As expected, he did not disappoint.

As NBC News reported, Kennedy appeared before the Senate Finance Committee to answer questions.

This comes one week after Kennedy pushed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention director, Susan Monarez, to resign. The White House fired her when she refused, and three top CDC officials then resigned in protest.

The hearing got testy in a hurry after far-left, Big Pharma hack Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR), when he tried to question Kennedy’s integrity by bringing up the words of the disgraced Monarez. This failed to faze Kennedy as he left Wyden completely humiliated.

Senator Michael Bennet (D-CO) then got into a screaming match with Kennedy over mRNA vaccines and embarrassed himself as well.

Senators Elizabeth “Pocahontas” Warren (D-MA) and Comrade Bernie Sanders (Socialist-VT) later had their chance to interrogate Kennedy and fared no better.

Warren accused Kennedy of taking away COVID shots from those who wanted them when he changed COVID vaccine recommendations for healthy children and pregnant women back in June. They are no longer recommended to receive the shots.

Then, Kennedy exposed Warren for taking nearly $900,000 from Big Pharma. This should come as no surprise to TGP readers since Warren previously defended Big Pharma in a hearing with Kennedy earlier this year.

Having no answer, Warren doubled down on calling Kennedy a liar without evidence, which he rebutted again.

WATCH:

WARREN: You PROMISED you would not take away from anyone who wanted them. You just changed the classification of the COVID vaccine.

KENNEDY: I’m not taking them away from people.

WARREN: It takes it away if you can’t get it from your pharmacy!

KENNEDY: Most Americans are going to be able to get them (COVID shots) for free from their pharmacy.

WARREN: That was your promise!

KENNEDY: I never promised I would recommend (those) products. And I know you’ve taken $855,000 from pharmaceutical companies!

Sanders then tried to take up for Warren by claiming that Kennedy himself received money from people associated with Big Pharma when he ran for president. At the same time, he stated that every Republican and Democrat in the room got corporate PAC money from the industry.

Kennedy rightfully laughed off this accusation and asked Sanders if he really believed the pharmaceutical industry supported his presidential campaign. Sanders admitted he did not, but accused Kennedy of being thin-skinned and smearing anyone who disagreed.

Kennedy responded by pointing out that Sanders was wrong again because he has heated arguments all the time inside the HHS.

SANDERS: Everybody is corrupt but you? Is that what we’re looking at? I don’t think so!

KENNEDY: I don’t know what you’re talking about. Are you saying the pharmaceutical industry was supporting my presidential campaign?

SANDERS: No, I am saying that the pharmaceutical industry is a greedy institution that is charging us the highest prices in the world. They are pervasive.

To suggest that every institution is corrupt because they disagree with you is an insult!

KENNEDY: No. People disagree with me all the time. I have heated arguments every day in my agency.

RFK Jr. Stuns Critics in a High-Stakes Senate Hearing | The Gateway Pundit

RFK Jr. just walked into Congress and took down his biggest critics in one fell swoop.

This was a masterclass.

Elizabeth Warren erupted over Kennedy “taking” COVID vaccines away—only to have her $855,000 in pharma bucks exposed.

That’s when Bernie Sanders made a fatal error:

He blurted out that nearly EVERY POLITICIAN is taking Pharma dollars — as if that somehow excused Warren, himself, and his colleagues.

This is one of those head-scratching moments that leave you wondering… did he really just say that?

Before CNN starts spinning this hearing, watch all these clips they don’t want you to see.

For the past week, Democrats have been mounting pressure to get RFK Jr. to resign. They hoped this hearing would be their chance to make it happen — but things didn’t go as planned.

Right out of the gate, Kennedy announced that the CDC will be cleaning house– removing the health officials responsible for the catastrophic COVID failures.

“The people at CDC… who put masks on our children, who closed our schools, are the people who WILL BE LEAVING.”

Moments later, Kennedy articulated further exactly why he’s cleaning house. He grew emotional and dropped a harrowing statistic that brought the room to silence.

“This morning, I got the latest numbers from the CDC that 76.4% of Americans now have a chronic disease. This is stunning. When my uncle was President, it was 11%. In 1950, it was 3%… That’s why we have to fire people at CDC. They DID NOT do their job. This was THEIR JOB to keep us healthy. I need to fire some of those people to make sure this doesn’t happen again.”

Kennedy quickly received pushback from Senator Michael Bennett (D-Colorado).

Bennet took issue with Kennedy appointing Dr. Robert Malone to the ACIP committee, a body of experts that advises the CDC on vaccine use and policy.

Bennett asked, “Are you aware that Dr. Robert Malone claimed that the commonly used mRNA vaccine ‘causes a form of AIDS and can damage children’s, quote, brains, their heart, their immune system, and their ability to have children in the future?’”

Kennedy gave him an answer he didn’t want to hear.

“Dr. Malone is one of the inventors of the mRNA vaccine. So he knows a lot more about it than I do.”

This left Bennet frozen, with no rebuttal except to declare: “That statement is not true!!!”

Bennet pressed further, leaving Kennedy no choice but to put him on the hot seat and expose his hypocrisy.

KENNEDY: “You were never there complaining when the pharmaceutical companies were… running their products through with no safety testing.”

BENNETT: “You can characterize it any way you want. I quoted them today. What I said was accurate. What you said were lies.”

KENNEDY: “Are you saying, Senator, are you saying that the mRNA vaccine has never been associated with myocarditis or pericarditis in teenagers?”

BENNETT: “I am simply trying to say that the people that you have put on that panel after firing—”

(Kennedy interrupts)

KENNEDY: “You’re evading that question.”

BENNETT: “I’m asking the questions.”

KENNEDY: “Well, I asked you a question.”

BENNETT (raising his voice): “I’m asking the questions for Mr. Kennedy on behalf of PARENTS and SCHOOLS and TEACHERS all over the United States of America who deserve so much better than your leadership.”

KENNEDY: “They deserve the truth, and that’s what we’re going to give them for the FIRST TIME in the history of that agency.”

Mid-hearing, Senator Ron Johnson (R-Wisconsin) gave his Senate floor time to Kennedy to expose the corporate capture of America’s health agencies.

Kennedy wasted no time, calling out the CDC for deliberately lying about childhood autism rates tied to MMR vaccines.

JOHNSON: “Do you want to just talk about what you’ve witnessed in terms of the capture of the agencies that you’re now in charge of? The corruption of science—federal health agencies being captured by pharmaceutical industries, by Big Pharma, by Big Food.”

KENNEDY: “I’ll just tell you one example. I could sit here and give you thousands, but in 2002, CDC did an internal study of—Fulton county, Georgia, children and looked at children who got the MMR vaccine on time and compared those to kids who got them later.”

“So, in other words, kids who got them before 36 months and kids who got them afterward.”

“The data from that study showed that Black boys who got the vaccine on time had a 260% greater chance of getting an autism diagnosis than children who waited.”

“The chief scientist on that, Dr. William Thompson, the senior vaccine safety scientist at CDC was ordered to come into a room with four other co-authors by his boss, Frank Destefano, who’s the head of the immunization safety branch….and ordered to destroy that data.”

“And then they published it…without that fact.”

“So, you know that story. I know that story. And you know of hundreds of stories like that. It happens all the time.”

“We are being lied to by these agencies and we are going to change that right now!”

Senator Johnson also used his time to share some big news.

He revealed that a high-quality Vax vs. Unvax study will finally be made public on Tuesday, September 9.

The study was conducted in 2020 (Ron Johnson misspoke and said 2000), yet its findings have been kept under wraps for the past five years.

And what did the data suggest?

“…the vaccinated population [is] far more prone to chronic illness than people completely unexposed to vaccines.”

Attorney Aaron Siri will unveil the full findings on Tuesday.

RFK Jr.’s next major showdown came when Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Massachusetts) erupted over his promise not to “take” vaccines away.

Kennedy replied that he isn’t taking vaccines away — but he also won’t promote pharmaceutical products without clinical data to support them.

Warren kept pressing, and Kennedy exposed her $855,000 in donations from the pharmaceutical industry.

Watching Kennedy’s exchange with Warren prompted Senator Bernie Sanders (D-Vermont) to make a fatal error:

He blurted out that nearly EVERY POLITICIAN is taking Pharma dollars — as if that somehow excused Warren, himself, and his colleagues.

But it only made him look like a complete fool.

SANDERS: “Just for the record, every single Republican… has received PAC money from the pharmaceutical industry. Are they all corrupt as well?”

KENNEDY: “And I’m telling you the American Heart Association has been co-opted by the food industry.”

SANDERS: “Every Republican got corporate PAC money from the pharmaceutical industry, Democrats as well. Everybody is corrupt but you? Is that what we’re looking at? I don’t think so.”

This is one of those exchanges that leave you scratching your head. Kennedy was confused by what Sanders was trying to accomplish here.

Kennedy got backup firepower from Senator Roger Marshall (R-Kansas) — a licensed OB-GYN — when he silenced the room by revealing the shocking number of shots kids are expected to take by age 18.

“On day number one, they get their first jab, a hepatitis vaccine. By the time they’re 18 months, they’ve had 18 jabs. By the time they get to be able to vote, they have 76 jabs.

Dr. Marshall explained that he doesn’t see the point in vaccinating every newborn on the first day of life for Hepatitis B when the mother tests negative — leaving no plausible risk to the child, since the primary routes of transmission are intravenous drug use and sexual activity.

This opened up the opportunity for Kennedy to hammer that point even further, revealing that “prior to the introduction of the vaccine, the risk of a baby dying from hepatitis B was 1 in 7 million.”

“That means you need to give 7 MILLION hepatitis B vaccines to prevent ONE death,” Kennedy explained.

This reality leaves many wondering why this particular shot is mandated in 46 states for children to attend public school.

After three hours of relentless partisan attacks, Senator Mike Crapo (R-Idaho) delivered a sharp observation that summed up the entire hearing in just two sentences:

“I said at the outset of this hearing [that there] was going to be some partisan battling going on. That is something that is VERY OBVIOUS to anybody who’s paid any attention to what’s happened in the last three hours.”

The hearing was adjourned, and Kennedy walked away with a smile.

Democrats threw everything they had at him and still came up empty-handed.

If they want RFK Jr. gone, they’ll have to wait for another political opportunity—because today, they struck out.

Kennedy Derangement Syndrome Running Rampant

Article Image
 • https://www.zerohedge.com, by John Klar

He seeks to improve soil health, conduct more thorough studies of pesticides (and novel drugs), restrict pharmaceutical advertising, restore the integrity of captured regulatory agencies, enhance the quality of school lunches, and undertake a host of other initiatives to improve Americans’ health.

These should not be controversial or partisan in nature. Yet they are, solely because of the name of the person who proposed them.

The adage “Hate the sin, not the sinner” is thus turned on its head.

This is a pattern in KDS, TDS, and MDS (Musk Derangement Syndrome).

Upholding law and order, eliminating graft, and ending wars are all anathema to leftwing sufferers of these demonstrable mental illnesses. A curious commonality to all three conditions is that there a) must be only one political party in America, and b) adherents must kowtow to every single issue in Borg-like conformity.

I was recently conversing with a neighbor whom I know suffers from these syndromes, and I was deliberately trying to find common ground and avoid contention. (Yes, we could discuss the weather, but that might turn to geoengineering, or global warming — nothing is politically safe these days.) Since my neighbor teaches about physical health, I found myself extolling the virtues not just of healthy foods, but also of the essential benefits of regular exercise for longevity, brain health, stress relief, and better sleep, among other things.

My neighbor commented on the gross lack of physical fitness among young people applying for military service and recounted how the standards have been lowered so that would-be soldiers could meet the requirements. That’s when I made a misstep, if amity were my goal: I mentioned that the MAHA Commission Report advocated for improved exercise education for young people.

On Pavlovian cue, my neighbor began to spew heatedly about his contempt for Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. One would think I had asked him to allow Charles Manson to babysit his daughter.

His vitriolic diatribe was only half begun when I interjected, “But even if you disagree with Kennedy about vaccine safety, don’t you agree with him about advocating for regular exercise for health?”

This was too much to ask.

A concession for Kennedy on any single issue is verboten to KDS sufferers — for them, one drop of vaccine skepticism spoils the entire MAHA policy platform. I continued by arguing rather ardently that mRNA vaccines were neither safe nor effective, and scoffed that anyone believed they were. I then quickly pivoted back to the exercise issue: couldn’t my liberal friend agree that Kennedy was taking the correct approach to improving Americans’ health by advocating for improved exercise recommendations?

Begrudgingly, my companion conceded the point — then launched into a foamed-mouth tirade against the former Democrat and longtime defender of harbors, oceans, and waterways. Some grave transgression had occurred, that Kennedy would question the regimen of 73 vaccines currently recommended for children, administered by doctors paid handsomely to inject them, and manufactured by foreign multinational corporations afforded complete legal immunity for any harms caused. How dare we MAHA tinhats dare threaten human health by raising critical inquiries or calling for increased drug testing?

WH Senior MAHA Advisor Calley Means: “There is a Memo Going Around the CDC and Throughout HHS on How to Subvert President Trump and Director Kennedy (VIDEO) |The Gateway Pundit

Calley Means, White House Senior Advisor for MAHA, joined Charles Hurt on FOX News Saturday night to discuss the walk-out protest at the CDC headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia on Thursday.

Hundreds of CDC workers left their jobs to protest in support of Susan Monarez and the resignation of three others from CDC leadership.

On Saturday, Calley Means told Charles Hurt that there is a memo going around at the CDC headquarters, and throughout HHS, on how to subvert President Trump and Robert F. Kennedy.

These people should be immediately fired and the ones who organized this effort out to be criminally charged.

Calley Means: Charlie, my wife is eight months pregnant, my sister is seven months pregnant. This is a miraculous process. I mean, watching them grow human life inside their womb, this is a sacred process. This is a process that at the highest level of science, we should be celebrating. There is one type of person who can undergo that process. That is a woman, and that is a mother. This man who they are celebrating right here, and who is being held up by the media as the paragon of science, does not have the moral or scientific rigor to speak the word ‘mother.’

Today, President Trump and Secretary Kennedy are the two most popular public officials in America. I think it’s because they put on armor every single day and go to work to fight for science and to fight for kids.

Under the CDC, we’ve had guidelines on COVID for two years of school lockdowns. It turned out those guidelines were written by the teachers unions. We have the CDC website to this day celebrating smaller family size and actually alluding to abortion as one of the great public health advancements in modern history. We have the CDC, it’s recently come out, actually hid research on myocarditis risk for the COVID vaccine for young boys.

Actually, when you get past the rhetoric and actually look at why these people are resigning, look what their listing that Bobby Kennedy did, it’s that he took the COVID vaccine off the recommended schedule for children. 95% of parents were already rejecting that advice, and actually 85% of health care workers were rejecting that advice. When these people in the media say that they are standing up for science, they are saying they’re going against 95% of parents, and they want every single six-month-old in this country to have a mandated mRNA COVID injection!

I want everyone watching to know this.

There is a memo going around at the CDC and throughout HHS about how to subvert President Trump and how to subvert Secretary Kennedy. They are saying we’re going to outlast them, that the Republicans are going to lose the midterms, that this is going to be a flash in the pan. The American people have a very, very clear choice. Do you accept their argument that the status quo when it comes to health care in this country is acceptable, or do you support President Trump and Bobby Kennedy who are fighting for reform?

IN TODAY’S DIGEST

EXECUTIVE NEWS SUMMARY

The Editors

  • Bolton probe update: John Bolton sent information from classified documents to people close to him during his time at the White House in preparation for his 2020 memoir. This information came to light during the Biden administration, after U.S. agencies obtained it from a foreign adversary’s spy service. The FBI executed a search warrant of Bolton’s home and office last week related to the emails. CIA Director John Ratcliffe briefed FBI Director Kash Patel on the emails ahead of the latest developments in this investigation. Although the information was shared improperly, it is not believed to have been ultimately included in the book.
  • Bowser sees the light: Credit Washington, DC, Democrat Mayor Muriel Bowser for setting aside partisan politics to recognize a good thing. On Wednesday, she acknowledged that Donald Trump’s emergency takeover of the DC police force to combat the city’s high crime has been successful. Bowser said she “greatly appreciates” the resources Trump’s order has provided, noting, “We know that we have had fewer gun crimes, fewer homicides, and we have experienced an extreme reduction in carjackings.” Bowser particularly highlighted the drop in carjackings, down 87% from a year ago, stating, “We know that when carjackings go down, when the use of guns goes down, when homicides or robberies go down, neighborhoods feel safer and are safer.” Over 1,000 individuals have been arrested since Trump’s order, hundreds of whom are illegal aliens, some with ties to MS-13 or Tren de Aragua.
  • Subway-hurling goon evades indictment: There’s an old saying: “A grand jury will indict a ham sandwich.” Well, a grand jury refused to indict the now-infamous DC sandwich thrower. The U.S. Attorney’s office attempted to charge Sean Charles Dunn with felony assault of an officer for throwing his Subway sandwich, but prosecutors failed to convince the jurors to pursue the case. Indictments are usually easily obtained, but the Trump administration may be pushing a bit too hard in recent days. This is the second failed indictment this week, as jurors also failed to pursue the case against Sidney Ried, who “forcefully pushed” an FBI agent’s hand against a cement wall, causing lacerations, during an immigration protest.

  • GDP revised upward: The Commerce Department has revised its second-quarter GDP calculations upward, increasing the estimate from a 3.0% to a 3.3% annualized rate. The primary reason for the revision is higher-than-anticipated household spending. Americans spent more on healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and dining out. Meanwhile, businesses bought more equipment and software products. This is further evidence that the U.S. economy is rebounding from the malaise of the Biden era.
  • Trump ends small-package loophole: In his ongoing effort to combat fentanyl trafficking, President Trump ordered the closing of the so-called “de minimis” loophole. On Thursday, the White House announced that, beginning at noon today, all foreign-shipped packages worth less than $800 would no longer be allowed to avoid duties and close inspections. For decades, the U.S. had allowed packages worth less than $800 to ship from foreign countries into the U.S. duty-free. Trump’s trade adviser, Peter Navarro, asserted that closing this loophole will “save thousands of American lives.” However, it will also generate additional revenue, which appears to be a significant motive for this action. This could disrupt some people’s orders from foreign countries, such as Mexico, which has temporarily suspended shipments as it develops a system to calculate tariffs and duties on packages to comply with the new law.
  • Appeals court revives Christian’s lawsuit against trans surgery: Valerie Kloosterman, a Christian who worked as a physician assistant at the University of Michigan’s medical center until she was fired in 2022 following her request for a religious exemption from referring patients for sex-change treatments, will be allowed to continue pursuing her religious discrimination lawsuit against the hospital. On Wednesday, the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals overturned a lower court’s decision, with Judge Eric Murphy writing that “the defendants sought to avoid arbitration altogether by asking for a complete judicial victory.” Kloosterman, who had worked at the hospital for 17 years without any performance complaints against her, was terminated following a meeting with the hospital’s DEI officials, one of whom called her “evil” for her refusal to use patients’ preferred pronouns.

  • Dems REALLY hate country’s direction: Roughly 0% (technically 0.4%) of Democrats are satisfied with the way things are going in the U.S. in 2025. Meanwhile, 76% of Republicans approve of the direction of the country. The 76-point gap is the largest ever measured by Gallup on the issue. Trump’s job approval is even more divided, with 93% approval from Republicans and only 1% from Democrats. Trump’s approval rating on most issues is slightly down compared to his first-term averages, but it has dropped sharply on the economy. In his first term, Trump averaged 52% approval from Americans on his handling of the economy. In his second term, it’s down 15 points to just 37% approval. If the data is to be believed, the partisan divide between Democrats and Republicans has never been stronger.
  • Leftist group secretly paid influencers to push Dem propaganda: Social media influencing is a nebulous job that doesn’t yet have many rules or regulations. Perhaps that’s why the nonprofit Chorus thought it could pay Democrat political influencers $8,000 a month while totally concealing any connection. The influencers were offered $8,000 per month but were restricted in the type of content they could produce and were absolutely forbidden from revealing that they were part of the “Creator Incubator Program.” Partnership disclosures are a standard journalism practice, but similar practices don’t bind creators and influencers. Graham Wilson, a lawyer involved in the project, bragged on a Zoom call that housing this program in a nonprofit allowed them to avoid the standard “Paid for by…” disclaimers usually attached to political advertising. More than 90 creators were set to take part in the program, bringing Chorus’s monthly payout to $720,000.

FEATURED ANALYSIS

The CDC, RFK, and the Science

Nate Jackson

You remember the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, right? The CDC is the government agency that told us to mask up and stay six feet apart during the COVID pandemic. The gaggle of bureaucrats who colluded with teachers unions to close schools. The gang of doctors and scientists who pushed vaccines that didn’t measure up to promises and then quietly updated damaging data.

Yeah, that CDC — the one that destroyed its own credibility.

Some of the same Follow the Science™ crew is in a lather over the firing of CDC Director Susan Monarez. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. fired Monarez on Wednesday after she refused to resign due to disagreements over vaccine policy. According to her lawyers, she “refused to rubber-stamp unscientific, reckless directives.”

She’s fighting her firing, (plausibly) claiming that Kennedy does not have the authority to fire her.

HHS Deputy Secretary Jim O’Neill will take over as interim head, allowing Kennedy to proceed with his review of federal vaccine policy.

When RFK was nominated in November, I expressed reservations about his stance on vaccines and other issues on which he’s, frankly, a crank. The lifelong Democrat often falls into the category of asking good questions but providing questionable answers. His advocacy for and moves on nutrition are welcome, but he’s anything but a conservative or a limited-government operator, and he arguably has a poor understanding of the government apparatus he leads.

For his part, O’Neill has previously said, “I’m very strongly pro-vaccine, I’m an adviser to a vaccine company, [and] I support the CDC vaccine schedule.”

I’m not here to litigate vaccines, though. What interests me is that leftists are still advancing the narrative that they, and they alone, adhere to “the science.”

Four CDC career officials coordinated their resignations on Wednesday to protest Monarez’s firing — Chief Medical Officer Deb Houry; Dan Jernigan, director of the National Center for Emerging and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases; Jen Layden, director of the Office of Public Health Data, Surveillance, and Technology; and Demetre Daskalakis, director of the CDC’s National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases.

For purely research purposes, let’s take a look at one of these scientific geniuses. Daskalakis declared that RFK’s moves “do not reflect scientific reality” and that the CDC had reached an “unfettered situation where undue influence and ideology would drive the science.” That would be a shame, wouldn’t it, Demetre?

Well, that’s just what happened to Daskalakis, who, by the way, is a Satanist.

In his resignation letter, Daskalakis makes a point of using “he/him” pronouns and decrying the danger posed to “pregnant people.” He was Joe Biden’s monkeypox czar, which is interesting because Daskalakis is homosexual and monkeypox was primarily a homosexual affliction. No wonder the CDC avoided that science. In fact, he proclaimed on national television that the Biden administration “supports peoples’ joy as opposed to calling them ‘risky,’” adding, “One person’s idea of risk is another person’s idea of a great festival or Friday night.” In other words, he was defending homosexual orgies. According to The Daily Caller, “Daskalakis once ran HIV screenings out of a Manhattan [sadism and masochism] club and gave vaccines in drag at sex clubs.”

Daskalakis insisted in his resignation that he was standing up to “fascist forces,” despite participating in the fascism of the Rainbow Mafia.

Oddly enough, Leftmedia stories that go to great lengths to discredit RFK don’t mention these things when quoting Daskalakis’s self-righteous indignation. But I’m not buying the “Because Science” excuses from the BDSM homo Satanist.

Back to Kennedy, he was absolutely right when he said on Thursday, “The agency is in trouble, and we need to fix it, and we are fixing it. And it may be that some people should not be working there anymore.”

Firing Monarez also upset Senator Bernie Sanders, who serves on the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee. “It’s outrageous that Sec. Kennedy is trying to fire the CDC Director — after only a few weeks on the job,” Sanders said. In July, he voted against confirming her in the first place.

Kennedy is one of Trump’s team of disruptors whose primary job is to upend the status quo in Washington. Too many career bureaucrats are actually left-wing activists, and it’s high time they were ousted or self-deported from government.

That will lead to PR headaches as the Leftmedia goes to bat for fellow leftists. Even a couple of GOP senators expressed concern about Monarez’s firing. It will also result in some messes that probably should have been avoided in favor of more constructive ideas and plans.

I suspect, however, that the Trump administration will weather the storm and continue fighting hard to dismantle the discredited establishment via whatever methods seem opportune.

That is, after all, why Donald Trump won in November.

HHS Says mRNA Vaxxes More Dangerous Than Traditional, Robert F. Kennedy Jr Halts $500M in mRNA Funding | The Gateway Pundit

HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy, Jr. formally rejects the 2024 International Health Regulations Amendments that strip power from US government and gives it to the World Health Organization. – HHS YouTube acct.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has announced a major shift in vaccine development priorities, winding down mRNA-related activities under the Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).

This decision follows a thorough review of investments made during the COVID-19 emergency. Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. emphasized that the move is based on scientific data and expert input.

BARDA is terminating twenty-two mRNA vaccine projects worth nearly $500 million, as these vaccines have shown limitations in protecting against upper respiratory infections like COVID-19 and flu.

The department is moving beyond mRNA’s constraints to invest in better solutions that mimic natural immunity. Traditional methods like whole-virus vaccines offer proven durability, unlike mRNA’s rapid but mutation-sensitive design.

Funding will now redirect toward safer, more effective platforms that hold up against viral mutations. This includes whole-virus vaccines and novel technologies with stronger safety records and transparent data practices.

“We reviewed the science, listened to the experts, and acted,” said Secretary Kennedy. He continued that HHS fully supports safe, effective vaccines for all Americans who choose them.

Kennedy reiterated his commitment to informed choice, stating during his confirmation that he is neither anti-vaccine nor anti-industry. He aims to ensure vaccines meet high standards of efficacy and safety.

Specific actions include terminating contracts with Emory University and Tiba Biotech for mRNA platforms. De-scoping affects existing deals with Luminary Labs, ModeX, and Seqirus.

Collaborations with the Department of Defense are being restructured, impacting nucleic acid-based projects with AAHI, AstraZeneca, HDT Bio, and Moderna/UTMB.

Multiple pre-award solicitations are being rejected or canceled, including proposals from Pfizer, Sanofi Pasteur, CSL Seqirus, Gritstone, and others under BARDA’s Rapid Response Partnership Vehicle and VITAL Hub.

Some final-stage contracts, like those with Arcturus and Amplitude, will complete to honor prior taxpayer investments.

HHS notes that other departmental uses of mRNA, such as in cancer research, remain unaffected.

No new mRNA-based initiatives will start, and BARDA Ventures will halt equity investments in mRNA through the Global Health Investment Corporation.

This policy aligns with the Trump administration’s focus on evidence-based health strategies that prioritize American well-being.

Experts within the administration see this as strengthening national biosecurity by favoring reliable technologies.

Kennedy’s leadership reflects a MAGA-era emphasis on practical, people-first policies. He vowed post-election not to remove vaccines but to enhance information and option and this wind-down represents a bold step toward safer vaccine development.

RFK Jr. Lauded as Hero After U.S. Rejects WHO’s Expanded Pandemic Powers | The Gateway Pundit

United States Department of Health and Human Services, Public domain, via Wikimedia Commons

RFK Jr. just said NO to the World Health Organization’s new pandemic rules, a blueprint for medical tyranny, which would have given the WHO authority to impose global lockdowns, travel bans, school closures, vaccine passports, and digital health IDs. The treaty would bypass Congress and allow the WHO to impose restrictions on Americans without checks and balances and without the consent of the American people.

On July 18, 2025, the United States officially rejected key amendments to the World Health Organization’s pandemic preparedness treaty, citing concerns over national sovereignty and vague, overreaching authority that could allow the WHO to unilaterally declare health emergencies and impose mandates.

United States Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Secretary of State Marco Rubio jointly denounced the treaty, warning that it lacked public input, used ambiguous language, and elevated political ideals like “solidarity” above national preparedness. They also flagged provisions for global surveillance, digital health documentation, and narrative control, raising fears of international censorship and institutionalized propaganda.

Kennedy explained, in a video statemen, that the WHO’s new amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) would effectively strip nations of their decision-making power during health emergencies. “Nations who accept the new regulations are signing over their power to an unelected international organization that could order lockdowns, travel restrictions, or any other measures it sees fit,” he said. Worse still, the WHO wouldn’t even need to declare a health emergency, “potential” risks could be enough to trigger intervention.

Kennedy criticized the Biden-era push for adopting the amendments without public debate, especially given the treaty’s sweeping consequences. “If we’re going to give the WHO that much power, we should at least invite a thorough public debate, especially since the agreement is an official treaty and it bypasses the U.S. Senate,” he said. He also warned that the amendments would require countries to implement “risk communication systems” enabling global messaging dictated by the WHO, essentially legalizing the type of narrative management and censorship seen during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The treaty also called for digital health IDs, vaccine passports, and a centralized medical database, laying what Kennedy described as the foundation for “global medical surveillance of every human being.” He condemned the move as an elite-driven power grab: “The United States of America has a Constitution for a reason. We can’t let it be stripped from us by international bureaucrats and their bosses at the billionaire boys’ club in Davos.”

This latest move aligns with President Trump’s longstanding distrust of the World Health Organization and broader skepticism of global institutions. Even before the COVID-19 pandemic, Trump had called out international organizations like the United Nations, the World Trade Organization, and climate accords, accusing them of exploiting the United States. His fiscal year 2021 budget proposal included a 50% cut to WHO funding, signaling early intent to reduce U.S. involvement.

Trump’s direct confrontation with the WHO escalated during the COVID-19 pandemic. He accused the organization of being biased toward China, citing its early praise of Beijing’s pandemic response and silence on China’s suppression of whistleblowing doctors. He also faulted the WHO for spreading misinformation, opposing travel bans, and reacting too slowly to the crisis. Trump argued that, despite the United States being one of the WHO’s largest donors, the organization failed to uphold transparency or accountability.

In April 2020, Trump suspended U.S. funding to the WHO pending a review, and by July, his administration began formal withdrawal proceedings. That decision was reversed by President Biden in 2021.

Now in his second term, Trump has followed through. On January 20, 2025, he signed an executive order formally withdrawing the U.S. from the WHO. The order cited national sovereignty, unfair financial contributions, and the WHO’s failure to enact reforms or resist political pressure from member states. It instructed Secretary of State Marco Rubio to cease participation in WHO treaty negotiations, pause U.S. funding transfers, and reassign any federal personnel working with the organization. Trump also declared that recent amendments to the WHO’s International Health Regulations would have no legal force in the United States.

RFK Jr. emphasized (in a May 20 speech to the World Health Assembly) that while the U.S. remains committed to global health, it prefers cooperation outside the WHO framework, aiming for new, transparent agreements aligned with American values and sovereignty. Congress has supported this move: Republicans passed resolutions conditioning future WHO engagement on Senate approval and triggered funding cuts. The current administration continues to prioritize national autonomy in health policymaking.

RFK Jr. vs. The Medical Deep State: How Trump’s Health Secretary is Draining the Healthcare Swamp | The Gateway Pundit

Photo courtesy of The Times of India

The medical establishment is in full defensive mode as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. delivers on President Trump’s promise to Make America Healthy Again and restore medical freedom to American families. After decades of corporate capture by Big Pharma and Big Food, RFK has  the power to drain the healthcare swamp.

Since his confirmation as Secretary of Health and Human Services, Kennedy has launched the most aggressive overhaul of federal health policy in generations. His MAGA-MAHA alliance with President Trump is systematically dismantling the corrupt government-pharma complex that has poisoned American children while enriching corporate elites. Kennedy’s team is conducting unprecedented investigations into the autism epidemic, downsizing bloated federal health agencies, and ending the failed COVID vaccine mandates that trampled on constitutional freedoms.

These bold actions reflect Kennedy’s America First approach to health policy and resonate powerfully with patriotic Americans who refuse to let special interests continue sacrificing their families’ wellbeing for pharmaceutical profits. Kennedy’s “Make America Healthy Again” agenda directly challenges the medical deep state’s stranglehold on American healthcare, emphasizing the existential threat of ultra-processed foods that have created a chronic disease epidemic costing taxpayers billions.

To protect their trillion-dollar empire, Big Pharma has unleashed their full propaganda machine against Kennedy. The drug cartels and their mainstream media allies have desperately smeared him as an “anti-vaxxer” and “conspiracy theorist”, the same tired playbook they use against anyone who dares question their corporate capture of American healthcare.

The market spoke volumes about Kennedy’s threat to the medical establishment. Drug company stocks plummeted immediately when President Trump announced Kennedy’s appointment. Pfizer, Moderna, and other vaccine manufacturers saw their share prices crater as Wall Street investors realized the taxpayer-funded gravy train was finally coming to an end. After years of guaranteed government contracts and liability protection, these pharmaceutical giants now face real accountability.

Even more telling is the establishment’s coordinated attack: Every time the media mentions his name, they reflexively precede it with “vaccine skeptic,” as in “vaccine skeptic RFK Jr.” at the time of his appointment. More than 75 Nobel laureates, many with deep financial ties to the same pharmaceutical companies, signed a letter opposing Kennedy’s confirmation. This academic-industrial complex perfectly exemplifies the revolving door corruption Kennedy is fighting to expose. These so-called “experts” have sold their credibility to protect the same corporate interests that have failed American families for decades.

The statistics reveal a concerning pattern connecting pharmaceutical expansion with America’s health crisis. In the 1970s, children received approximately 7-8 vaccine doses protecting against 7 diseases (DTP combination vaccine for diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis; OPV for polio; and separate vaccines for measles, mumps, and rubella until MMR was combined in 1971). Today’s CDC schedule recommends approximately 26-28 vaccine doses from birth through high school graduation, representing a more than tripling of vaccine doses that has enriched pharmaceutical companies while American children face unprecedented health problems.

Childhood obesity has tripled since the 1970s, with 1 in 5 children now obese. Meanwhile, autism rates have increased from approximately 1 in 5,000 in the 1970s to 1 in 36 children today, a dramatic rise that deserves serious investigation. Over 54% of American children now live with at least one chronic disease, compared to much lower rates in previous generations.

During the same time period that Americans became unhealthier, the pharmaceutical industry’s profits have grown. They earned $2.5 billion in 1970 to over $500 billion today, a massive increase that parallels America’s worsening health outcomes. Nearly 70% of Americans now take at least one prescription drug, with many children on multiple medications for conditions that were rare decades ago. This pattern reflects the revolving door corruption between pharmaceutical companies and the very agencies supposed to regulate them.

Kennedy has courageously exposed this rigged system by demanding transparency in vaccine research, questioning the revolving door between regulators and industry, and advocating for the parental rights that the medical establishment wants to eliminate. He’s called for placebo-controlled studies of vaccines, basic scientific standards that somehow don’t apply to the most widely administered medical interventions in history.

The FDA receives nearly half its budget from the very pharmaceutical companies it’s supposed to regulate, creating an obvious conflict of interest that would be illegal in any other industry. The CDC has become little more than a marketing arm for vaccine manufacturers, while the NIH channels billions in research funding toward studies that conveniently support pharmaceutical interests.

This revolving door corruption has created a system where former FDA officials become pharmaceutical executives, and industry lobbyists get appointed to key regulatory positions. The same people who approve drugs for the government later get lucrative jobs with the companies they were supposed to oversee. It’s legalized bribery, while American families struggle with rising healthcare costs and children’s declining wellbeing.

Kennedy understands that real health comes from addressing root causes, not masking symptoms with expensive drugs. He’s championed exercise, proper nutrition, and environmental cleanup as fundamental to public health, common-sense American approaches that actually work but generate no pharmaceutical profits. His Make America Healthy Again agenda focuses on empowering families with the knowledge and freedom to make their own health decisions, rather than forcing them into a system designed to create lifelong customers.

RFK Jr. Takes a Sledgehammer to Big Pharma With Two Devastating Announcements | The Gateway Pundit

This article originally appeared on vigilantfox.com and was republished with permission.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just sat down with human biologist and biohacker Gary Brecka to outline his bold new plan to shift the medical system from one that serves Big Pharma to one that actually serves the people.

During the interview, Kennedy shared what some might call a “conspiracy theory”—but it offers a compelling explanation for why TV news suddenly stopped criticizing the pharmaceutical industry.

Twenty years ago, it wasn’t uncommon to see news segments questioning the safety or effectiveness of vaccines. But then it all went quiet. According to Kennedy, that silence was bought with pharmaceutical ad dollars.

Big Pharma doesn’t just advertise on TV news, he said. They want to “control the content.”

Kennedy revealed that Fox News founder Roger Ailes once told him 75% of his evening news ad revenue came from pharmaceutical companies.

So, when you see Jake Tapper on CNN? His paycheck may say CNN…

But the money comes from Pfizer and the other pharmaceutical giants flooding the airwaves with ads.

“And they know that,” Kennedy said.

“They know they’ve got to toe the line. They’ve got to frighten us all about infectious disease.”

“They’re not giving us the real news. They’re not asking the questions they ought to be asking. There’s no skepticism,” he added.

“Twenty years ago, they used to say, ‘Yeah, there’s problems with vaccines or other drugs.’ They will never do that today.”

“The other thing about pharmaceutical ads is the company gets a tax deduction on them. We’re paying for the ads and we’re paying for the product,” Kennedy added.

What he means by that is that taxpayers are getting hit TWICE.

First, we’re footing the bill for the drugs themselves through Medicare, Medicaid, and other government programs.

Then, on top of that, the pharmaceutical companies write off the cost of their TV ads as a business expense, reducing their tax bill.

So, not only are taxpayers footing the bill for the products. They’re also subsidizing the ad campaigns that have hijacked the news industry, effectively silencing investigations and burying the truth about Big Pharma’s wrongdoing.

Then, RFK Jr. put every medical journal bought off by Big Pharma on notice—including The LancetNew England Journal of MedicineJAMA, and all “those other journals because they’re all corrupt.”

He made it clear: their reign as the premier voices in medical science is coming to an end.

Kennedy pointed to the warning from Dr. Marcia Angell, former editor-in-chief of the New England Journal of Medicine, who declared it is “no longer a science journal.”

Instead, she called it a “vessel for pharmaceutical propaganda.”

Now, Kennedy is shaking up the status quo, cutting ties with these captured publications and building something better.

We’re going to stop NIH scientists from publishing there,” he said. “And we’re going to create our own journals in health in each of the institutions.”

He added that these new, government-backed journals will become the “preeminent journals” in the world because they’ll be grounded in real science, not corporate spin.

“If you get NIH funding,” Kennedy said, “it is anointing you as a good, legitimate scientist.”

The second announcement dropped when Kennedy said, “We’re going to end the war at FDA against alternative medicine.”

That includes stem cells, chelating drugs, vitamins, peptides—“anything that is not going to make Big Pharma rich.”

Kennedy revealed he had to travel all the way to Antigua, in the Caribbean, just to receive stem cell treatment for his throat.

“They helped me enormously,” he said. “But I shouldn’t have to leave the country to get them.”

Kennedy believes Americans should have the right to try experimental drugs, and the government should respect their intelligence.

Because no American should have to leave the country to access healing. And no government should stand between the people and the treatments that could save their lives.

CNN’s Kaitlan Collins was not pleased during a Thursday interview she had with Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., when he accused the media of being complicit in spreading false information during the COVID pandemic.

“You know, one of the big mistakes that you and many of your media colleagues made during COVID is to try to convince the American people that they should trust the experts,” Kennedy said.

“What we should do is trust the science,” he argued.

Collins countered, “The message was to trust the science, and what studies were finding.”

“No, it was trust the experts,” Kennedy retorted.

RFK JR: “[People] should also be skeptical about any medical advice, they need to do their own research.” pic.twitter.com/6Q1g6DK4aS

— Daily Caller (@DailyCaller) May 23, 2025

True. Who can forget how dismissive people like Dr. Anthony Fauci were of subjects like natural immunity, the lab leak theory, questioning the efficacy of the vaccines to stop the spread of COVID, and raising concerns about the potential health impacts of the vaccine, such as myocarditis?

The mainstream media narrative on all these subjects was to trust Fauci and the other Biden administration health officials, and they were wrong.

Kennedy contended that Americans should also be skeptical about any medical advice and do their own research.

“I would say be skeptical of authority. My father told me that when I was a young kid. People in authority lie. And we’ve seen a lot of that in our country,” RFK Jr. said.

“People in the media lie,” he continued. “And people need to make their own judgments and be skeptical, and maintain their capacity for critical thinking, and that was shut down during COVID, and the media was complicit in that.”

“Disagree on that last part,” Collins shot back and ended the interview.

DHS released its MAHA report Thursday, aimed at making children healthy again.

It identifies ultra-processed foods, chemicals in the environment, decline in physical activity, and overmedicalization of kids as all areas that must be addressed.

MEDICAL COVER-UP EXPOSED@DrDrew : “We were lied to. The NIH and FDA knew about myocarditis risks in young men—and they suppressed it. 1,400% spike in meds for kids, and they’re sicker than ever. Pills won’t save us. Families, faith, and truth-telling might.” pic.twitter.com/XtQWRXpKSd

— Laura Ingraham (@IngrahamAngle) May 23, 2025

During a roundtable event with President Donald Trump and other cabinet members and health officials, RFK Jr. said of the push to make Americans healthier that his uncle, President John F. Kennedy, supported the idea.

The secretary said that he met environmentalist Rachel Carson as a boy, who wrote the 1962 book “Silent Spring” about the negative effects of pesticides on people’s health, while JFK was president.

“My uncle tried to do this, but he was killed and it never got done; and ever since then we’ve been waiting for a president who would stand up and speak on behalf of the health of the American people,” the secretary said.

He asserted that Trump has finally done that, allowing true science to lead the way.

Hopefully, Collins and her media colleagues will report on the fruits of these scientific undertakings.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. joined President Donald Trump at the White House on Monday to celebrate a game-changing executive order that could finally break the pharmaceutical cartel’s stranglehold on American drug prices.

President Trump signed the “Most Favored Nation” executive order, a bold move that would peg U.S. prescription drug prices to the lower prices paid by countries in Europe and beyond—potentially slashing costs for American patients by up to 80 percent.

The move represents a direct assault on the globalist pharmaceutical lobby and the corrupt lawmakers they bankroll in Washington.

Joining Trump was RFK Jr., who blasted the pharmaceutical cartel and the corrupt political class that enables it.

Robert Kennedy Jr.:
“Thank you, Mr. President. This is an extraordinary day. This is an issue that I grew up with in the Democratic Party, and every major Democratic leader for 20 years has been making this promise to the American people. This was the fulcrum of Bernie Sanders’ runs for the presidency—that he was going to eliminate or correct this discrepancy between Europe and the United States.

But as it turns out, none of them were doing it. It’s one of those promises that politicians make to their constituents, knowing that they’ll never have to fulfill it. The reason they’ll never have to do it is because they know that Congress is controlled, in so many ways, by the pharmaceutical industry.

There’s at least one pharmaceutical lobbyist for every Congressman, every Senator on Capitol Hill, and every member of the Supreme Court—by some estimates, even more. The pharmaceutical industry itself spends three times what the next largest lobbying sector spends on lobbying. So this was an issue that people talked about, but nobody wanted to do anything, because it was radioactive. They knew you couldn’t get it past Congress.

We now have a President who is a man of his word—who has the courage. President Trump was taking money from the pharmaceutical industry too. I think they gave you $100 million. But he can’t be bought, unlike most of the politicians in this country. And he is standing here for the American people.

I don’t know why there are writers like Elizabeth Warren or Robert Reich who are saying that President Trump is on the side of the oligarchs. There has never been a President more willing to stand up to the oligarchs than President Donald Trump.

I’m very, very proud of you, Mr. President, for your courage. I’ll say—because I don’t want to be crude—your intestinal fortitude, your stiff spine, and your willingness to stand up for the American people.

We have 4.2% of the world’s population. Our country represents 75% of the revenues for pharmaceutical companies. We spend in our country $1,126 per capita on drugs. In Britain, they spend about $240. They spend one-fifth of what we do. And this is true across Europe.

And the drug companies—even the European ones—if you ask them, it made no sense what they were saying: that America has to pay for this innovation.

It’s not going to happen. What President Trump is saying to our European partners is: you’ve got to raise the amount you’re paying for those drugs and pay your share of the innovation. The United States is no longer subsidizing that.

If the Europeans raise the price of their drugs by just 20%, that is $10 trillion that can be spent on innovation. The health of all people across the globe is going to improve because we’re going to have better products.

I’m just so grateful to be here today. I never thought this would happen in my lifetime. I have a couple of kids who are Democrats—big Bernie Sanders fans. When I told them this was going to happen, they had tears in their eyes because they thought, “This is never going to happen in our lifetime.”

We finally have a President who’s willing to stand up for the American people.”

Democrats Begin Chugging Artificial Food Dyes To Protest RFK | Babylon Bee

U.S. — On the heels of news that HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. would be banning synthetic colors in the manufacturing of foods, Democrats across the country began chugging artificial food dyes as a bold act of protest.

The civil disobedience served to underscore the displeasure of citizens on the Left for what they described as oppressive fascism that would deprive them of their right to develop severe hormonal, autoimmune, and reproductive side effects, as well as put themselves at increased risk for various cancers.

“You have no right to take away our Red 40!” shouted Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez as she drank a concentrated form of the dangerous artificial food dye straight from a jug. “If it’s good enough for Doritos and Lucky Charms, then it’s good enough for me. Poisoning our population is part of the fabric of America, and we will not stand idly by and let RFK save us from a laundry list of health issues. Pass me another jug!”

Other prominent Democrats voiced strong support for the processed food industry, believing in Americans’ right to choose. “Who is RFK to tell us what we can put into our bodies?” asked an angry Elizabeth Warren after bathing in a vat of Yellow 5. “My food, my choice! Inject it straight into my veins. Like my tribal ancestors, I will fight to the bitter end to preserve my freedom, and the freedom of all Americans, to ingest harmful chemicals on a daily basis.”

At publishing time, Democrats had rallied their voters behind the idea that the adverse side effects of artificial food dyes served a vital role in reducing the population.

Is Our Five-Year Nightmare Finally Over? | The Daily Declaration

nightmare

Are we finally waking up from our lockdown and mandate nightmare? Here’s hoping, as Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is confirmed as head of the world’s largest medical agency.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s confirmation as the Secretary of Health and Human Services in the US is the ultimate repudiation of the Covid policy response.

The scheme of lockdown-until-vaccination was the biggest effort of government and industry on a global scale on historical record. It was all designed to transfer wealth to winning industries (pharma, online retail, streaming services, online education), divide and conquer the population, and consolidate power in the administrative state.

By 2021, RFK, Jr., had emerged as the world’s most vocal, erudite, and knowledgeable critic of the scheme. In two brilliant books — The Real Anthony Fauci and The Wuhan Cover-Up  — he documented the entire enterprise and dated the evolution of the pandemic industry from its postwar inception to the present. There was simply no way to read these books and think about the corporatist cabal in the same way.

RFK’s Historic Rise

The circumstances that led to his appointment at HHS are themselves implausible and remarkable. Perceiving President Biden to be a weak candidate — one who had forced masks and shots on the population and brutally censored tech and media — he decided to make a run for president, presuming that there would be an open primary. There wasn’t one, so he was forced into an independent run.

That effort was chewed up by the usual political dynamic that befalls every third-party effort — too many ballot-access barriers plus the usual logic of Duverger’s law. That left the campaign in a difficult spot. At the same time, two huge political shifts had become clear. The Democratic Party had become a vessel and a front mainly for the administrative state with a veneer of woke ideology, while the Republican Party was being taken over by refugees from the Democrats, in effect creating a new Trump party out of the remnants of the other two.

The rest is legendary. Trump linked up with Elon Musk to do to the federal government what he did when he took over Twitter, taking the company private, gutting the place of embedded federal assets, and firing 4 out of 5 workers. In the midst of this, and faced with a terrifying flurry of legal attacks, Trump dodged an assassin’s bullet. That triggered terrible memories of RFK, Jr.’s father and uncle, and thus sparked discussions about coming together.

Within a matter of weeks, we had a new coalition that brought together old antagonists, as many people and groups seemingly in the same instant realised their conjoined interests in cleaning up the corporatist cartel. With the newly freed platform of X to reach the public, MAGA/MAHA/DOGE was born.

Trump won and chose RFK, Jr., to lead the most powerful public health agency in the world. The barrier was Senate confirmation, but that was achieved through some incredible triangulation that made it extremely difficult to vote no.

In the big picture, you can measure the size of this titanic shift in American politics by the way the votes in the Senate lined up. All Republicans but one voted for the most prominent scion of the Democratic Party to head the health empire while all Democrats voted no. That alone is striking, and a testament to the power of the pharma lobby, which, during the hearings, was exposed as the hidden hand behind the most passionate opponents of the confirmation.

Is Our Nightmare Over?

Is our nightmare over? Not yet. Writing not even a month into the second presidential term of Donald Trump, it is still unclear just how much authority he truly exercises over the sprawling executive branch. For that matter, no one can even agree on how large this branch is: between 2.2 million and 3 million employees and somewhere between 400 and 450 agencies. The financial bleed in this realm is unthinkable and far worse than even the biggest cynic can imagine.

Five former secretaries of the Treasury took to the pages of the New York Times with a shocking claim: “The nation’s payment system has historically been operated by a very small group of nonpartisan career civil servants.” This has included a career employee called “fiscal assistant secretary — a post that for the prior eight decades had been reserved exclusively for civil servants to ensure impartiality and public confidence in the handling and payment of federal funds.”

There is no reason even to read between the lines. What this means is that no person voted into office by the people and no one appointed by such a person has access to the federal books since 1946. This is startling beyond belief. No owner of any company would ever tolerate being barred from the accounting offices and payment systems. And no company can offer any public stock without independent audits and open books.

And yet almost 80 years have gone by during which time neither has been true for this gigantic enterprise called the federal government. That means that $193 trillion has been spent by an institution that has never faced granulated oversight from the people and never met the normal demands that every enterprise faces every day.

The usual habit in Washington has been to treat every elected leader and their appointments as temporary and transitory marionettes, people who come and go and disturb little to nothing about the normal operations of government. This new administration seems to have every intention to change that but the job is inconceivably challenging. As much public support as MAGA/MAHA/DOGE enjoy for now, and as many people from those groups are getting embedded in the power structure, they are outnumbered and outmanoeuvred by millions of agents of the old order.

This transition will not be easy if it happens at all.

Challenges to Overcome

The inertia of the old order is mighty. Even on the issue of health and pandemics, there is already confusion. CBS News has reported that Fauci-loyalist and mRNA pusher Gerald Parker will head the White House Office of Pandemic Preparedness and Response or OPPR. The report cited only unnamed “health officials” and the appointment has been celebrated by Scott Gottlieb, the Pfizer board member who nudged Trump into backing lockdowns in 2020.

All the while, this appointment has not been confirmed by the White House. We do not know if OPPR, created by Congressional charter, will even be funded. The reporter will not reveal his sources — raising the question of why any appointment having to do with health should be surrounded by such cloak-and-dagger machinations.

If Dr. Parker becomes ensconced in this position and another health emergency is declared, this time for Bird flu, HHS and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., will not be in any kind of decision-making position at all.

The larger problems have to do with a broader question: is the president really in charge of the executive branch? Can he hire and fire? Can he spend money or decline to spend money? Can he set policy for the agencies?

One might suppose that the whole answer to these questions can be found in Article 2, Section 1: “The executive Power shall be vested in a President of the United States of America.” And yet that sentence was written almost 100 years before Congress created this thing called the “civil service” that nowhere appears in the Constitution. This fourth branch has grown in size and power to swamp both the presidency and the legislature.

Courts are going to have to sort this out, and already an avalanche of lawsuits has hit the new administration for daring to presume control over agencies and their activities of which the president is and must necessarily be held accountable. Lower federal courts seem to be demanding that the president be that in name only, while the Supreme Court might have a different opinion.

The much-ballyhooed “constitutional crisis” consists of nothing other than an attempt to reassert the original constitutional design of government.

This is the background template in which RFK, Jr., takes power at HHS, and oversees all the sub-agencies. These agencies played a huge role in covering for the attack on liberty and rights over five years. His confirmation is a symbolic repudiation of the most egregious public policies on record. And yet, the repudiation is entirely implicit: there has been no commission, no admission of error, no one truly held responsible, and no real accountability.

The trajectory on which we find ourselves affords many reasons for champagne celebrations, but sober up quickly. There is a very long way to go and enormous barriers in place to get us to the point that we are really safe again from the marauding corporatist/statist complex and their plots and schemes to rob the public of rights and liberties. In the meantime, to invoke a common phrase, keep these new appointees in your thoughts and prayers.
