Gorka Steamrolls CNN’s Keilar: Exposes Trans-Shooter Epidemic And Anti-Christian Ideology In Fiery Clash | ZeroHedge

Authored by Steve Watson via Modernity.news,

Brianna Keilar thought she had Seb Gorka cornered. Instead, she got STEAMROLLED with the facts.

Gorka said the quiet part OUT LOUD about the transgender shooter epidemic and the anti-Christian ideology that’s fueling it.

Then he dropped the HAMMER:

“Forgive me if I don’t go with CNN’s stats, okay? CNN has proven itself to be WHOLLY inaccurate…”

By the end, he even called her out for creating “live FAKE news” to her face—leaving CNN’s narrative in flames.

What CNN thought would happen and what happened were directly at odds with one another.

When anchor Brianna Keilar sat down for an interview with Trump’s Senior Director for Counterterrorism, Sebastian Gorka, she didn’t see the headlights of a locomotive coming straight for her.

Her foot was caught between the tracks.

The topic: the recent shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Another data point on the rising curve of violence committed by unhinged transgender shooters, once again targeting Christians.

And it immediately went in the direction no one at CNN wanted it to go.

Gorka said the quiet part out loud about the transgender shooter epidemic…live, on their own network.

Not only that, he called out the anti-Christian ideology fueling these attacks.

Gorka began the unraveling of the narrative: “We have to put this incident into the broader context of what we’ve witnessed.”

First, the transgender part.

“In just the last few years, more than half a dozen attacks of a similar variety involving individuals who were confused about their gender, to put it mildly.”

Second, the attacks on Christianity.

“And then, as you mentioned, at the top of your monologue: we have the videos, we have the statements from the dead shooter that were clearly anti-Christian, just as with the transgender attack on the Nashville Christian school, in which more children were killed.”

“There is an ideological connection to multiple of these attacks where innocent children, especially Christians and Catholics, are targeted. And that is very, very disturbing.”

This was just the beginning.

Keilar, with network talking points in hand, wasn’t about to let the truth come to the surface without spin. Trying to steer the conversation back into CNN-friendly territory, Keilar reached for a stat.

“Okay. So let me ask you about this. You know, 96% of attackers—when you’re looking at the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center, looking at 172 mass attacks in the U.S. between 2016 and 2020—96% were non-trans men.”

“So I know you’re focusing on this shooter being trans. The shooter was trans…and that is certainly of note. But are you missing the bigger picture here, when you zero in on that instead of more broadly the school shooters as an epidemic—and you perhaps miss the through line that connects them all?”

It was riddled with issues and Gorka knew exactly what she was trying to do.

He shut it down immediately with one VERY inconvenient truth.

CNN was padding the numbers by lumping in inner-city gang violence to dilute the real trend. This happens all the time on networks unwilling to face the hard truths.

“Well, no, because your facts obfuscate two things.”

He called out what CNN didn’t want anyone to notice.

“You are using data based upon the predominant gun violence, which is gang-on-gang violence with zero ideological content.”

“If you remove all of that—the gang violence on the streets of Chicago, L.A., Detroit—then you come down to a much smaller data set.”

“So it’s like those who say gun violence in America causes so many deaths, and then fail to note that the majority of the stats they are using refer also to suicides by gun, which of course is not what we are talking about here today.”

He wasn’t letting her move the goalposts.

“So let’s concentrate on mass shootings at schools, specifically Christian or Catholic schools.”

“Then the data set is wholly different. So don’t conflate different data sets just to make a political point. There was an ideological content to this attack. That’s what terrorism is.”

“It’s not because somebody didn’t get the drug deal they wanted. It is an ideological message.”

This was the first time someone had called out this kind of data manipulation on live cable news.

This was the precise moment when the segment EXPLODED.

It went “off the rails”, if you will.

Keilar, still fighting to preserve her network’s narrative, said:

“So let’s narrow it down then, because by CNN’s count, when you look at 32 school shootings since 2020, in which you have four or more people who have been killed—so these are the larger school shootings—only 3 of 32 of those shootings were committed by transgender shooters.”

She thought this would shut him down, but there would be no coming back from what came next.

Gorka nuked the very network that was hosting him.

It was an awakening.

The Sword of Damocles had fallen on the mainstream media.

“Forgive me if I don’t go with CNN’s stats, okay?”

“CNN has proven itself to be WHOLLY inaccurate in all kinds of things for the last ten years.”

Gorka brought the receipts of where the network had gotten things completely wrong in the past.

“Perpetrators of the Russia Russia hoax, and that we didn’t have an open border. So PLEASE forgive me if I don’t take your stats for granted!”

Keilar tried to regain control: “All right. It’s simple math. 2 of 32 shootings—”

But Gorka didn’t let her finish: “No it’s not, it’s distortions.”

“YOU are distorting the facts.”

And then came the hammer:

“Let me be clear, in just a couple of years, we have seen SEVEN mass shootings involving people of transgender nature or who were confused in their gender. SEVEN in just the last couple of years. That is inordinately high.”

One last jab for good measure.

“I’m going to stick with the facts and not CNN’s pseudo-facts.”

Brutal.

The interview wasn’t quite finished though. Then Keilar tried to twist the knife, putting words in Gorka’s mouth.

Keilar then tried to put words directly into Gorka’s mouth and he didn’t let it slide.

“Well, let me ask you this. You’ve made it clear, and this is not going to change, you think transgender people are the problem here. So what specifically do you think should be done?”

That’s when Gorka called out Keilar for creating “live FAKE news” out of thin air.

“When did I say that? When did I say that Brianna?”

“You just created live—you just created live FAKE news.”

“You just did it right in front of the small viewership you have, okay?”

Keilar was not happy.

She was clearly rattled but kept pressing: “Mr. Gorka what do you think should be done here?! You have—you have zeroed on the fact on what you see as a problem, what you claim is a problem. What do you want to do about it?”

Gorka asked: “Do you think it’s a problem that individuals are targeting little children at Catholic schools? Do you think that’s something we should ignore?”

Keilar: “Of course I think that’s a problem.”

Gorka: “Thank you! So, what we should do, is we should look at the early warning signals, the signs.”

He then broke down in detail what needs to happen to actually prevent future tragedies against America’s children.

It was something that no one else in the media wants to talk about.

“I find it hard to believe that an individual goes from getting his mother to sign a change of name certificate, age 17, and then just a handful of years later, is mowing down INNOCENT children in a church pew during a Catholic mass, and NOBODY realized there was a problem.”

“That’s what we have to address to save the next children from the next atrocity.”

Gorka hit CNN with a hard fact that they seem incapable of grasping when anyone brings up the transgender shooting epidemic.

“It’s not about the sexual proclivities of the individual. It’s the fact that nobody seems to notice a very disturbing pattern towards violence.”

He made the point: none of this happens in a vacuum.

The shooter in Minneapolis, just like others before, had glaring red flags, digital footprints…yet no one did anything.

The final moments were all too revealing for CNN.

Keilar, still grasping for her narrative, asked Gorka a follow-up: “And what about all the non-trans school shooters?”

This was a mistake…because Gorka’s entire point applies to all shooters.

It’s the opposite of what the left always demands after mass shootings: gun control.

Instead, Gorka made it clear the problem isn’t the weapon. It’s the person pulling the trigger.

“The same thing happens. They have multiple interactions with authorities, with their schools, with the principals. Why is something not being done?”

“Instead of blaming an inanimate object, which is the weapon, how about addressing the human being instead? And giving them aid, giving them psychological support, giving them an off-ramp?”

“That’s what needs to happen. We need to stop the violence before it occurs.”

But somehow, Keilar still wasn’t finished.

Hard to believe.

She tried a last-ditch gotcha question aimed at the Trump administration…and it backfired spectacularly.

“To that point, DHS cut funding to the Minnesota Department of Safety and the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office in July. That is the kind of funding that’s used to assess and manage mass violence threats like these. Was that a mistake? And should it be reinstated?”

Gorka was ready.

This wasn’t about federal funding. It was about failed state policy.

He made Keilar take a closer look at Minnesota…since she brought it up.

“The same state of Minnesota that actually enacted gun-free zones that we know THIS killer actually favored in his manifesto, in his videos. He studied the Aurora shooter’s policy of looking for sites where individuals were not allowed to legally carry and protect themselves.”

It was a reckoning on gun restrictions.

And this was the moment Keilar knew she had just lost the battle.

The defeated expression painted on her face said it all. Gorka continued.

“So I’d start not with the policies coming out of the Department of Homeland Security that gets the threat—and I’d concentrate on those municipalities and those governors like Tim Walz, who do what? DISARM honest citizens who could protect lives and save lives.”

“Let’s start there.”

It was over.

The locomotive had destroyed everything in its path, including CNN’s narrative.

Watch closely. This was EXACT moment that Brianna knew the narrative had been crushed.

That sigh said everything that needed to be said.

The corporate media has been working overtime to downplay the trans terrorism last week at a Catholic School in Minnesota because it did not fit the narrative they were hoping to push. One CNN host ended up getting wrecked, though, after trying to pull this stunt this morning.

As The Gateway Pundit’s Jordan Conradson reported, a shooting occurred Wednesday morning at Minneapolis, Minnesota’s Annunciation Church and Catholic School.

According to reports, students were attending an all-school mass on Wednesday morning when the gunfire started. Two children were killed, and 14 were injured, while three adults were also wounded.

Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara confirmed that the shooter, who died of a self-inflicted wound, was a male in his early 20s. He has been identified as Robin Westman, a deranged anti-Christian transgender leftist who wrote “kill Donald Trump” on one of his firearms.

On CNN’s State of the Union, guest host Brianna Keilar hosted Dr. Sebastian Gorka, the deputy assistant to President Trump and senior director for counterterrorism, to discuss the despicable act of terrorism. She attempted to play down the clear pattern of attacks on Christians by the trans community by deliberately obscuring facts on mass shootings to make it appear like it was a rare circumstance.

But Gorka quickly noted the huge problem with he data set Keilar was using: she was including trans terorism in her data with gang violence, which has nothing to do with ideology.

When one removes gang violence, one deals with a much smaller data set.

WATCH:

KEILAR: Um, so let me ask you about this. When you are looking at the U.S. Secret Service National Threat Assessment Center looking 172 mass attacks in the U.S. between 2016 and 2020. 96% of the attackers were non-trans men.

So I know you’re focusing on the shooter being trans, uh, the shooter was trans, and that is certainly of note. But are you missing the bigger picture here when you zero in on that…And you perhaps miss through line that connects them all?

GORKA: Well, no, because your facts obfuscate two things: You are using data based on the predominant gun violence, which is gang-on-gang violence with zero ideological content.

If you remove all of that, the gang violence on the streets, then you come down to a much smaller data set. So, it’s like those who say ‘gun violence in America causes so many deaths’ and then fail to note the majority of the stats they are using also refer to suicides by gun, which, of course, is not what we are talking about here today.

So let’s concentrate on mass shootings at schools, especially Christian or Catholic schools; then the data set is wholly different. So, don’t conflict with different datasets just to make a political point.

There was an ideological content to this attack. that’s what terrorism is. It’s not becuase somebady didn’t get the drug deal they wanted. It is an ideological message.

That has nothing to do with gang violence. Let’s not mix the two things up.

Keilar, then tried to to use CNN ‘facts’ on schoool shooting since 2020 involving transgender individuals but this quicly backfired as well when Gorka called her out and pointed out CNN’s constant lies during that time.

KEILAR: By CNN’s count, when you look at 32 school shootings sicne 2020, only three were committed by transgender shooters.

GORKA: yeah, forgive me if I don’t go with CNN’s stats, okay?”

CNN has proven itself to be wholly inaccurate in all kinds of things for the last ten years. Perpetrators of the Russia Russia hoax, and that we didn’t have an open border. So please forgive me if I don’t take your stats for granted.

KEILAR: It’s simple math, two of 32…

GORKA: It’s not simple math. It’s distortion. You are distorting the facts.

Let me be clear, in just a couple of years, we have seen seven mass shootings involving people of transgender nature or who were confused in their gender. SEVEN in just the last couple of years. That is inordinately high.

I’m going to stick with the facts and not CNN’s pseudo-facts.

This week’s news was highlighted by the shooting at Annunciation Catholic Church in Minneapolis where 2 children were killed.  Jim provided additional related stories as well as the following:

–On Wednesday, the FBI said they’re investigating the Minneapolis church shooting as domestic terrorism and a hate crime and that the person said to be responsible (Robert (Robin) Westman) was a transgender person born a male but who self identified as a female.

–The issue of transgender mental illness and violence has quickly moved front and center in the media and online.  In fact, the term trending on X is “trans terror.”

–Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has announced that there will be new studies launched into the effects of some anti-depressant drugs and their use by those who turn out to be killers.

–Robert (Robin) Westman’s mother is allegedly not cooperating with law enforcement.

–Comments from the father of one of the two victims who died in the Minneapolis shooting.

–Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki offered comments criticizing prayer in regard to the shooting in Minneapolis.

–The University of Michigan hospital system is suspending its gender transition practices on minors.

–On August 30th, Children’s National Hospital, in the nation’s capital, will become the latest institution of its kind to cease offering all remaining gender transition drugs to minors thanks to the Trump administration’s rules for federal health dollars.

–Parents are outraged after a Massachusetts school district allegedly forced students to take a survey that their parents had recused them from.

–According to a new study from the Williams Institute at the UCLA School of Law,     approximately 2.8 million Americans age 13 and older are now identifying as transgender.  That’s about 1% of the population.

–The Cracker Barrel restaurant chain scrapped it’s newly unveiled logo and reinstated its classic, old-timer design after a week of customer outrage and political backlash.  In addition, they’ve also quietly removed the pride page from its website as it faced intense furry over its short-lived rebranding effort.

–Last year intense rain affected the Burning Man festival in Nevada.  This year it’s a wind storm that’s been the problem.  One of the festival’s most infamous attractions, the Orgy Dome, will not reopen after high winds tore down its structure earlier in the week.

Other stories looked at President Trump’s desire to have more Chinese students in America…Across all federal agencies nearly 350,000 deportations have taken place since President Trump took office…President Trump threatens to send National Guard troops into more American cities…President Trump announced that his administration will seek capital punishment for anyone who commits murder in Washington, DC…Deputy Chief of Staff Stephen Miller gave additional details about how the Washington, DC, Metro Police Department was “cooking the books” on data in order to make the argument that crime was going down.

Jim presented much more, including input from listeners.

IN TODAY’S DIGEST

EXECUTIVE NEWS SUMMARY

The Editors

  • CDC director fired after tiff with RFK: Susan Monarez, the recently confirmed director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, has been fired. Monarez refused Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.‘s request for her resignation over vaccine policy disagreements. Monarez’s lawyers released a statement saying the firing was due to her refusal to “rubber-stamp unscientific, reckless directives.” Several other CDC officials resigned on Wednesday following Monarez’s firing. One of the resignees, Demetre Daskalakis — the head of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases — posted a fiery resignation letter to X, accusing HHS of ignoring the “gold standard” of science at the CDC … before signing off with his pronouns.
  • Judge blocks Garcia deportation until October: We wrote earlier this week about activist Judge Paula Xinis’s decision to “absolutely forbid” Kilmar Abrego Garcia’s deportation for now. Xinis’s intent is to keep deportations of even wife-beating MS-13 gangsters from ever happening. That much is revealed by the delayed hearing date of October 6, which is set to allow Garcia to plead fear of deportation. Garcia’s lawyer announced yesterday that Garcia will once again be seeking asylum in the U.S. and has requested that an immigration judge reopen the proceedings. Garcia has previously been denied asylum.

  • California’s two-state solution: “Gavin, let my people go.” So says the top GOP California assemblyman after the state easily passed a new redistricting map that reduces the nine GOP-held House seats to just four out of the 52 total California House seats. Assemblyman James Gallagher is now pushing to split California into two states, with 35 inland counties splitting from the coastal areas to pursue a more representative government. At a press conference, Gallagher stated that the two-state solution would be a long, locally driven process. Democrats, including Senator Alex Padilla and a spokesman for Gavin Newsom, dismissed the proposal as unrealistic and an indication that Gallagher is unfit for office.
  • COVID jab EUA rescinded: On Wednesday, Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced: “I promised 4 things: 1. to end covid vaccine mandates. 2. to keep vaccines available to people who want them, especially the vulnerable. 3. to demand placebo-controlled trials from companies. 4. to end the emergency.” He then noted that all those goals have now been met, therefore “the emergency use authorizations for Covid vaccines, once used to justify broad mandates on the general public during the Biden administration, are now rescinded.” Kennedy added that the FDA has issued market authorization for COVID vaccines for the three major providers (Moderna, Pfizer, and Novavax). These will be “available for all patients who choose them after consulting with their doctors,” he said. “The American people demanded science, safety, and common sense. This framework delivers all three.”
  • Air Force reverses, grants military funeral for Ashli Babbitt: The only person actually killed during the January 6 Capitol riot was 35-year-old Air Force and National Guard veteran Ashli Babbitt. She was shot and killed by Capitol Police Lt. Michael Byrd as he sought to prevent the unarmed Babbitt from climbing through a smashed window. Under the Biden administration, the Air Force refused to allow Babbitt a military funeral. That has now changed. In a letter sent to Babbitt’s husband and mother, Undersecretary of the Air Force Matthew L. Lohmeier wrote, “After reviewing the circumstances of Ashli’s death, and considering the information that has come forward since then, I am persuaded that the previous determination was incorrect.” The Air Force will now provide full military funeral honors for Babbitt. This also comes following the Babbitt family getting a $5 million wrongful death settlement from the U.S. government.
  • Russians kill 15 Ukrainians: The Russian military launched another massive overnight ballistic missile and drone attack against the Ukrainian capital city of Kyiv last night, killing 15 Ukrainian civilians, including four children. It’s a continuation of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decision to have his military target civilian populations in his ongoing war against Ukraine. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky noted that Putin has chosen “ballistics over the negotiating table,” as Donald Trump’s efforts to get Putin to seriously negotiate a peace deal are proving fruitless. Meanwhile, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that Russia “maintains its interest in continuing the negotiation process.” Recent Gallup polling finds that roughly two-thirds of Americans don’t believe that a peace deal can be struck.

  • Offshore wind opponents frustrated by Trump: In April, the Interior Department hit the brakes on a massive offshore wind farm project in New York and New Jersey. Donald Trump has been critical of green energy technology, even signing an executive order blocking new wind farm projects. Yet the Trump administration lifted its block on the Empire Wind project in May, and construction of 54 offshore wind turbines has been given the green light, angering a coalition of opponents comprising fishermen, residents, business owners, and local government officials. “It was just jaw-droppingly surprising to see the about-face that happened a month later,” Protect Our Coast NJ President Robin Shaffer stated. The Trump administration struck a deal with New York Governor Kathy Hochul to halt her opposition to the completion of a major natural gas pipeline project. A Trump administration official argued that the Empire Wind project was still under review.
  • Fake college websites built with AI scam students: “Southeastern Michigan University,” “Baltimore Metropolitan University,” and “California Lake University” don’t exist, but they’ve scammed cash-strapped students out of an unknown amount of money. Inside Higher Ed recently released the results of an investigation that found 40 of these fake universities with AI-built websites. The poor, new arrivals to the U.S., and international students are the targets of these fake universities that offer too-good-to-be-true bachelor’s degrees that cost as little as $31,680 and can be completed in just two years. The scams are well-built with social media presence and links to fake accreditations from fake organizations. Experts warn that AI has accelerated these scams, allowing a single individual to build a convincing website with chatbots and social media advertising almost instantly.

The Deadly ‘Trans’ Assault in Minneapolis

Nate Jackson

As school has begun across the country, there have been numerous hoax calls about active shooters on campus. That’s a sick way to get entertainment, but sicker still is when the shooting is real, as it was yesterday morning at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Tragically, two children — ages eight and 10 — lost their lives when the assailant opened fire through church windows as the students were assembled for mass and prayer. Seventeen others, mostly students, were wounded, some critically.

After his assault, the murderer took his own life. And, like the murderous psychopath at The Covenant School in Nashville two years ago, this killer identified as “transgender.”

For the media outlets that use feminine or “they/them” pronouns or the “trans woman” moniker for this 23-year-old man, shame on you for indulging his twisted fantasy even after he inflicted demonic horror upon young students, teachers, and families.

Given that the assault occurred while the victims were praying, prayer became a big part of this story. “Please lift up these families and these children in prayer and surround them and each other with your love during this difficult time,” read a statement from the Church of the Annunciation. Countless others offered prayers via social media posts.

For Democrats whose only solution to such crimes is to put up worthless “gun-free zone” signs and infringe on the Second Amendment rights of the law-abiding, however, prayers were not only not enough but also offensive.

“Don’t just say this is about thoughts and prayers right now,” railed Democrat Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey at a press conference at the school. “These kids were literally praying.” Clearly, he’s a man who doesn’t understand prayer. It’s not a magic incantation or body armor, but to frame prayer as worthless is a heartless attack on the victims.

Former Joe Biden press secretary and now MSNBC host Jen Psaki expressed similar contempt for the faithful. “Prayer is not freaking enough,” she posted. “Prayers [sic] does not end school shootings. prayers [sic] do not make parents feel safe sending their kids to school. Prayer does not bring these kids back. Enough with the thoughts and prayers.”

Besides being anti-Christian, this attack is a straw man. Conservatives have never said prayers are the only thing that can be done, but Democrats don’t like solutions such as armed guards or teachers.

Worse, these rants against prayer sound eerily similar to the message on the killer’s gun: “Where is your God?”

The assailant just met Him, and people like Frey and Psaki might want to reconsider their own lives before their just and loving Creator.

Predictably, several Democrats made their usual perfunctory calls for “sensible gun control.” According to Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar, we have to “grapple with the fact that we have too many guns out there right now.”

Well, what has the state’s governor, erstwhile vice presidential candidate Tim “Stolen Valor” Walz, done about guns? His state was ground zero for the George Floyd riots and ensuing violent crime wave in 2020, and it has been the site of other political violence since then.

First, Walz deceives about firearm capabilities by claiming “weapons of war” have no business in the hands of civilians, and, as a National Guard veteran, he ought to know. Indeed, he should know that select-fire weapons carried by the military are functionally different from semiautomatic rifles owned by private individuals. Calling it an “assault weapon” because it has a pistol grip, barrel shroud, or collapsible stock is a lie.

As governor, Walz signed “historic” gun control legislation that implemented universal background checks and red flag orders. The Minneapolis assailant wasn’t stopped by either. Meanwhile, Walz ignored pleas from independent and Catholic schools for security funding.

Walz did, however, bizarrely say last year, “I’ve become friends with school shooters.”

Walz also made Minnesota a “trans refuge” state — a “sanctuary” of sorts for kids to undergo gender mutilation. Earlier this week at the Democratic National Committee’s summer meetings, he bragged, “Minnesota ranks the highest per-capita for being a safe haven for transgender individuals.” His policies were deadly for Catholic kids, and they currently sacrifice other children on the altar of the Left’s sex cult.

In fact, though the Leftmedia is largely still searching for a motive, the “trans” killer was very explicit about his goals in journals and a “manifesto” video.

He graduated from eighth grade at the Annunciation Catholic School in 2017, and his mother worked there until 2021. Resentment was clearly a factor, as he declared that killing “children of innocent civilians” would bring him “the most joy.” He idolized other school shooters, ranted about his own mental anguish, and expressed hatred for Christians, “filthy Zionist Jews,” and Donald Trump. He had a gun target bearing the face of Jesus.

“Extra Thicc Jew Gas,” “Burn Israel,” and “6 Million Wasn’t Enough” were scrawled on his guns and magazines. ABC News reported that “the name of President Trump” was also written on his gun — except the reporter was referring to the phrase “Kill Donald Trump.” It’s despicable disinformation to deliberately leave out the word “kill,” as if to imply the murderer liked Trump.

Appropriately, FBI Director Kash Patel noted, “The FBI is investigating this shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and hate crime targeting Catholics.”

The killer, with his mother’s help because he was a minor at the time, legally changed his name in 2019. This man should have failed any background check based on his obvious mental illness. Frankly, the same is true of any man who thinks he’s a woman, or a woman who thinks she’s a man. But Democrats detest such honesty.

Instead of forthrightly grappling with the problem, Mayor Frey accused his opponents of bigotry: “Anybody who is using this as an opportunity to villainize our trans community or any other community out there has lost their sense of common humanity.” I’m not villainizing people suffering from gender pathology to accurately point to the sex of their birth, or to argue that saying otherwise is a terrible and dehumanizing lie.

The killer was all over the map on this anyway. “I don’t want to dress girly all the time but I guess sometimes I really like it,” he wrote not long ago. “I know I am not a woman but I definitely don’t feel like a man.”

It’s a horrifically deadly development that so-called “trans” individuals are increasingly becoming violent. There will be other copycats after this because when people are sucked into the deranged sex cult, terrible things happen. Men and women made in the image of God should not be so misled or mistreated. We should all pray and work against such a deadly ideology.

Is the hate speech of the secular left inciting violence against Christians? | WINTERY KNIGHT

Transgenderism is promoted by many groups: WPATH, GLAAD, hospitals like the Boston Children’s Hospital, big tech companies like Google and Facebook, left-wing groups like the Human Rights Campaign, corporations like Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson, etc. Is all this advocacy for transgenderism causing violence against people who disagree with it, such as Bible-believing Christians?

The concern that Christians have is that when powerful groups promote gender dysphoria as natural and normal, then anyone who tells the truth about that can become a target. And it’s not a stretch to see someone who is having mental issues turning to violence to get the approval and celebration that they feel will make their lifestyle choices work out for them – in the sense that compelled affirmation makes them feel good about their own choices.

By now, everyone has heard about Audrey Hale’s attack on the Christian school in Nashville.

Newly released pages purportedly from the Nashville Covenant School shooter’s manifesto indicate that the shooter was strongly fixated on gender ideology and deeply held anger against Christianity.

In the pages, released Wednesday by The Daily Wire, trans-identifying shooter Audrey Hale condemns her parents, harshly criticizes Christians, and fantasizes about her “imaginary penis.” The pages come after months of stonewalling from authorities, who refused to confirm or deny a previous set of manifesto pages commentator Steven Crowder released in November.

On Wednesday, there was a new shooting by a new transgender shooter, this time targeting a Catholic school.

Daily Signal reports:

The man who opened fire at a Minneapolis Catholic school Wednesday identified himself by two names, and those names match a court record for a name change in 2019.

Two children, ages 8 and 10, died in the shooting, and the shooter injured 17 others. Authorities found the gunman dead at the scene. The FBI is investigating the shooting as an act of domestic terrorism and a hate crime targeting Catholics, FBI Director Kash Patel posted on X.

“The shooter has been identified as Robin Westman, a male born as Robert Westman,” Patel wrote. “The FBI will continue to provide updates on our ongoing investigation with the public as we are able.”

Law enforcement sources confirmed the suspect’s identity as Robert Westman or Robin Westman in speaking with Fox News. The New York Post also reported that police identified Westman in a news conference and said Westman “has been identified as a transgender woman.”

Just regarding the motive, the shooter did not like Jesus, and presumably followers of Jesus.

The Post Millennial explains:

The alleged shooter in Wednesday’s deadly attack at Annunciation Catholic Church and School in Minneapolis… appears to have posted a chilling video on YouTube before the massacre that makes several pop culture references as well as references to other shooters. In the footage, Westman can be seen displaying multiple firearms and ammunition magazines, as well as a target board with an image of Jesus Christ taped to it.

Now, you might remember that Minnesota is famous for their seculalism and leftism. These people aim to be “good without God”, so let’s see some “objective morality” from the secular left.

Here’s an article from The Post Millennial:

In the wake of a devastating mass shooting at Annunciation Catholic School that left two children dead and 17 others injured, Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey preached about transgender rights during a press conference after it was revealed that the trans male killer identified as a woman.

“I have heard about a whole lot of hate that’s being directed at our trans community,” Frey told reporters at a press briefing Wednesday afternoon.

The mayor of Minneapolis, MN is – of course – a Democrat. He has nothing good to say about Christians, but lots of good to say about transgenders. Does he think that the shooting was justified, because of disagreement with transgenderism? It’s almost like he is telling Christians (the victims) not to cause more shootings by disagreeing with his transgender agenda. This certainly is an escalation from the traditional response of “don’t disagree with me, or I’ll end myself”. Now it sounds like “don’t disagree with me, or I’ll end you”. There were some voices saying similar things about the Nashville Shooter – it was provoked by those hateful Christians.

And in another article from The Post Millennial, the mayor says:

“Don’t just say this is about thoughts and prayers right now, these kids were literally praying.”

Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey delivered a statement on Wednesday after a deadly shooting at Annunciation Catholic School, rejecting “thoughts and prayers.”

Andy Ngo, who follows the violence of “Trantifa” and other leftists pretty closely, tweeted this:

We don’t know the shooter’s motive yet. A full investigation is needed to find out whether the motives are anti-Christian. But, there are several anti-Christian quotes from the shooter, such as the saying “Where’s your God now?”

More from that article: no mention of a father in the home, but:

Fox News reported that his mother, who worked at the school before retiring in 2021, signed off on his gender transition as a minor.

Many leftist women today are transing their children, divorcing fathers in order to get a free hand from the family courts to do it. I’ve blogged several examples: this one and this one and this one. I have a friend whose ex-wife is transing his kid against his will. She is making him pay for it, too. I am left to wonder if the ejection of the father from the home (69% of the time the woman initiates divorce), and thenthe use false accusations to get full custody, causes the child’s mental issues. Children need their fathers.

By the way, be careful what corporate news sources you rely on, because they can distort the truth for their own leftist agenda.

Daily Caller explains:

CNN senior justice correspondent Evan Perez inaccurately claimed Wednesday that semiautomatic firearms could fire “dozens of bullets” with a single pull of the trigger while covering a Minneapolis shooting.

[…]“What has incorrectly been termed an ‘assault weapon’ is a semi-automatic firearm that fires just one bullet with each pull of the trigger (versus a fully automatic firearm — machine gun — which continues to shoot until the trigger is released),” the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) said in a fact sheet.

Would you like to see federal law enforcement do something about hate speech from the secular left that incites violence against Christians and conservatives?
