ISIS Inspired Attacks Are Increasing Globally: Why They’re So Hard to Stop

The FBI thwarted an ISIS-inspired New Year’s Eve attack. Christian Sturdivant is charged with providing material support to a foreign terrorist organization. Former National Guardsman Ammar Abdulmajid-Mohamed Said also plotted an ISIS-inspired attack in May. The two cases illustrate the growing threat posed by online self-radicalization.

Federal authorities disrupted a planned ISIS-inspired New Year’s Eve attack in Mint Hill, North Carolina, arresting 18-year-old Christian Sturdivant on December 29, 2025. Officials said the intended targets were a grocery store and a fast-food restaurant. US Attorney Russ Ferguson confirmed Sturdivant was charged with attempting to provide material support to a foreign terrorist organization, which carries a maximum sentence of 20 years.

The FBI said Sturdivant first came to its attention in 2022, at age 14, after attempting to contact ISIS online and allegedly receiving guidance to carry out hammer attacks. No charges were filed at the time, and he received psychological care. In December 2025, investigators said he resumed threatening online activity, contacted undercover officers he believed were ISIS members, pledged allegiance to ISIS, requested help obtaining firearms, and shared images of knives and hammers.

A search of his home recovered weapons and handwritten plans titled “New Years Attack 2026,” listing tactical gear and describing efforts to maximize casualties. Officials said his intended targets included Jews, Christians, and LGBTQ individuals. Ferguson criticized a state magistrate judge’s earlier refusal to involuntarily commit Sturdivant despite reported threats. FBI officials said he was under constant surveillance, including over Christmas.

While ISIS and its splinter organizations continue expanding across Africa, Syria, and Iraq, ISIS-inspired attacks are increasing across the United States, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. In 2025, this included the January 1 New Orleans truck attack, when Shamsud-Din Jabbar, a 42-year-old U.S. Army veteran, drove into crowds on Bourbon Street, killing 14 people, or 15 including himself, and injuring 57. Jabbar posted videos pledging ISIS support while en route, and investigators recovered IEDs at the scene.

Another ISIS-inspired attack occurred on December 14, when father and son Sajid Akram, 50, and Naveed Akram, 24, opened fire at a Hanukkah celebration on Sydney’s Bondi Beach, killing 15 people, including a 10-year-old child, and hospitalizing 42. Australian officials confirmed the attack was motivated by Islamic State ideology. The two had recently traveled to Mindanao in the Philippines, an ISIS-affiliated region, and authorities recovered two IEDs.

Other thwarted plots in 2025 included John Michael Garza Jr., 21, arrested in Texas on December 22 after providing bomb-making materials, cryptocurrency, and instructions to an undercover FBI agent. On October 31, multiple suspects were arrested in Dearborn and Inkster, Michigan, after discussing an ISIS-inspired attack in online chatrooms, conducting weapons training with AK-47s, and referencing “pumpkin day.” Muhammad Shahzeb Khan, a Pakistani national living in Canada, was extradited on June 10 for planning a mass shooting at a Jewish center in New York City. Nasir Ahmad Tawhedi, an Afghan national in Oklahoma City, pleaded guilty on June 13 to conspiring to carry out an ISIS-inspired Election Day 2024 attack after acquiring two rifles and 500 rounds of ammunition.

An ISIS-inspired attack involves individuals who self-radicalize through ISIS propaganda, primarily online, without direct operational contact with the organization. These attackers pledge allegiance to ISIS ideology, act independently rather than as part of a coordinated cell, and adopt tactics promoted in ISIS publications such as Rumiyah and Inspire. Radicalization occurs largely through digital exposure to propaganda, encrypted messaging platforms, social media channels, and videos glorifying ISIS violence.

ISIS publications provide explicit guidance on vehicle-ramming attacks, weapon selection involving knives or hammers, target selection focused on crowded public venues and religious gatherings, and basic operational security. Individuals absorb ISIS’s Salafi-jihadist worldview, internalize the belief that Western societies are enemies of Islam, and accept calls to attack “infidels” in their home countries. Recent conflicts, including the Gaza war, have intensified this process by fueling anger that ISIS exploits in its recruitment messaging.

Law enforcement identifies ISIS inspiration through pledges of allegiance in videos or audio recordings, ISIS symbols or flags at attack scenes, pre-attack statements proclaiming support, and written materials referencing ISIS ideology. Tactical indicators include vehicle-ramming attacks, knife assaults, IED placement, and target selection consistent with ISIS guidance. Digital footprints often show engagement with ISIS propaganda channels, downloads of ISIS publications, and online expressions of ideological support.

ISIS’s current strategy functions as a “Digital Caliphate,” allowing the organization to inspire attacks without controlling territory or maintaining direct contact with perpetrators. Propaganda acts as a force multiplier, with a single publication capable of motivating hundreds of attacks worldwide. This model offers deniability, low resource requirements, resilience to leadership losses, and increased difficulty for intelligence agencies to detect lone actors.

According to the Global Terrorism Index 2025 released in March, 93 percent of fatal terrorist attacks in the West over the past five years were carried out by lone wolves. Terrorist incidents in Western countries rose 63 percent, from 32 attacks in 2023 to 52 in 2024. Seven Western nations now rank among the world’s top 50 for terrorism: Germany, the United States, France, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Sweden.

The radicalization timeline has sharply accelerated. In 2002, it took an average of 16 months from initial exposure to extremist material to executing an attack. By 2015, that period had dropped by more than 40 percent. Today, radicalization can occur in weeks, driven by digital platforms that funnel vulnerable individuals toward increasingly extreme content.

Marc Polymeropoulos, a counterterrorism expert at the Atlantic Council, said authorities prefer investigating terrorist cells because cells offer opportunities to recruit informants, intercept communications, and exploit operational mistakes. Lone wolves eliminate those advantages. Self-radicalization occurs privately through online consumption, with no co-conspirators, no travel to training camps, no financial ties to known networks, and no communications with ISIS operatives to monitor.

The FBI has warned that lone offenders without a clear group affiliation or guidance are especially difficult to identify, investigate, and disrupt. Radicalization now occurs across social media, gaming platforms, and encrypted messaging apps, with algorithm-driven systems pushing users toward increasingly extreme content.

ISIS employs AI-enhanced videos and multilingual online magazines distributed through encrypted channels and dark web forums, while funding increasingly relies on cryptocurrency, leaving minimal financial trails for authorities to track.

FBI Director Christopher Wray testified multiple times in 2024 that he was “hard pressed to think of a time where so many threats to our public safety and national security were so elevated all at once.” Even before October 7, 2023, officials warned of heightened violence risks. After October 7, a “rogue’s gallery of foreign terrorist organizations” openly called for attacks, raising concern that individuals would draw what Wray described as “twisted inspiration” from events in the Middle East.

Authorities are increasingly concerned about the potential for a coordinated ISIS-K–style attack similar to the March 2024 Crocus City Hall massacre in Moscow that killed 145 people. In Europe, nearly two-thirds of ISIS-linked arrests in 2024 involved teenagers. In the United Kingdom, one in five terror suspects is now under 18, with 42 percent of the 219 terrorism arrests that year involving minors. Similar patterns have emerged in Australia, Austria, and France.

The New Orleans attack underscored the challenge. Jabbar had no prior known ties to extremist networks and was described by the FBI as “100 percent inspired by ISIS.” He self-radicalized online, acted entirely alone, and posted allegiance videos hours before the attack. FBI counterterrorism official Christopher Raia said the operation was “planned independently, driven by an ideological alignment with the Islamic State group rather than at the direction of any of its leaders,” noting authorities only learned of Jabbar’s radicalization after the killings.

The traditional detect, disrupt, deter counterterrorism model struggles against this threat because lone actors leave few signals. There are no communications to intercept, no travel to monitor, no financial transactions tying them to terrorist networks, and attacks often cannot be disrupted until preparations are nearly complete. Lone wolves willing to become “martyrs” are not deterred by punishment or consequences.

The FBI has acknowledged that it increasingly relies on tips from the public and online monitoring to stop these plots. Many thwarted attacks in 2025 were uncovered only after social media posts were flagged or suspects discussed plans in chatrooms infiltrated by FBI operatives, making prevention largely reactive and dependent on someone noticing and reporting suspicious behavior.

Bondi Beach Mass Shooting: The Guns Aren’t the Problem, Jihad Is

Islamic extremists, one of whom had previously been tracked by intelligence services for ties to ISIS, were able to legally obtain firearms in Australia despite strict gun laws and kill innocent people. The Australian government’s response has been to further tighten gun laws rather than address immigration policies that allowed Islamic extremists to enter and remain in the country.

On Sunday, December 14, 2025, a mass shooting occurred at Bondi Beach during a Hanukkah celebration, killing at least 15 people and injuring approximately 40 others. The attack was the deadliest mass shooting in Australia since the 1996 Port Arthur massacre and the deadliest terrorist incident in the country’s history. The shooting took place during a Hanukkah event hosted by Chabad of Bondi, attended by roughly 1,000 people.

The attackers were identified as Sajid Akram, a 50-year-old Pakistani national who arrived in Australia in 1998 on a student visa and became a permanent resident in 2001, and his 24-year-old son, Naveed Akram, an Australian-born citizen. Sajid Akram was killed in a shootout with police at the scene. Naveed Akram was critically injured and taken to hospital, where he remained under police guard in stable condition.

Australian authorities stated that the attack was motivated by Islamic State ideology and that the gunmen deliberately targeted the Jewish community on the first day of Hanukkah. Investigators reported that the attackers fired a total of 103 rounds. Homemade explosive devices were discovered inside a vehicle parked on Campbell Parade and were later removed by the New South Wales bomb squad.

Naveed Akram had previously come to the attention of Australian intelligence services. In 2019, he was investigated by the Australian Security Intelligence Organisation after being linked to individuals associated with an Islamic State cell in Sydney. Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said Akram was assessed at the time and cleared after six months, with authorities concluding there was no indication of an imminent threat.

According to officials from the Joint Counter Terrorism Team, Naveed Akram maintained close ties to members of the ISIS-linked cell, including Isaac El Matari, who was arrested in July 2019 and identified himself as the group’s leader in Australia. El Matari was later convicted of terrorism offenses, including discussing the establishment of a local insurgency and potential attacks on Australian landmarks such as St Mary’s Cathedral in Sydney and the U.S. Embassy. He is currently serving a seven-year prison sentence.

Investigators reported that the vehicle registered to the younger suspect contained improvised explosive devices and two homemade Islamic State flags. Authorities also believe the attackers pledged allegiance to the Islamic State prior to carrying out the attack.

New South Wales Police Commissioner Mal Lanyon confirmed that both Sajid and Naveed Akram were licensed to possess firearms under Australian law. Sajid Akram had been a licensed firearms holder for approximately 10 years and held licenses for six firearms, all of which police believe were used in the attack.

The case has raised serious questions about intelligence and security oversight. Despite Naveed Akram’s documented associations with a convicted ISIS terrorist, neither he nor his father were on active watch lists at the time of the attack.

The Australian government is responding by strengthening gun laws, implying that firearms are the primary cause of the attack rather than the ideological motivation behind it. However, global terrorism data shows that Islamist extremists are responsible for the majority of terrorist attacks worldwide and that the deadliest terrorist organizations are Islamist.

Authoritative data from the Institute for Economics and Peace’s Global Terrorism Index 2025 and the Fondation pour l’innovation politique show that Islamist terrorist groups account for the overwhelming share of global terrorism fatalities. Fondapol’s study covering the period from 1979 to April 2024 identifies the Taliban, Islamic State and its affiliates, Boko Haram, al-Shabaab, and al-Qaeda as the five deadliest terrorist organizations, responsible for 81.8 percent of all victims of Islamist terrorist attacks during that period.

According to Fondapol, the Taliban was responsible for 71,965 deaths, followed by Islamic State and its affiliates with 69,641 deaths. Boko Haram accounted for 26,081 deaths, al-Shabaab for 21,784, and al-Qaeda for 14,856. These figures represent cumulative global death tolls from sustained terrorist campaigns.

Additional major organizations identified by the Global Terrorism Index include Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan, Jamaat Nusrat al-Islam wal Muslimeen, Hezbollah, Islamic State West Africa Province, Islamic State Khorasan Province, Hamas, and Lashkar-e-Taiba. Fondapol data shows that Islamist terrorist attacks caused approximately 218,734 deaths worldwide between 1979 and April 2024, representing 87.5 percent of all terrorism-related deaths during that period.

The Global Terrorism Index 2025 further reports that in 2024, Islamic State was responsible for 1,805 deaths across 22 countries, followed by Jamaat Nusrat al-Islam wal Muslimeen with 1,454 deaths, Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan with 558 deaths, and al-Shabaab with 387 deaths. Together, these four groups accounted for more than 75 percent of terrorism deaths attributed to specific organizations that year.

These findings are drawn from multiple independent sources, including the Global Terrorism Index, Fondapol’s global terrorism database, the University of Maryland’s Global Terrorism Database, and the CIA World Factbook. Across these datasets, the pattern remains consistent: Islamist extremist organizations dominate global terrorism by both frequency and lethality.

And yet, liberals claim that Christians or right-wing extremists pose the greatest threat, despite the absence of supporting evidence. There is no ideological equivalent to jihad among Christians or nationalists, no transnational Christian or nationalist terrorist organizations, and no comparable record of mass killings.

Covering up Islamist terrorism is not how we should proceed:

Terrorism is real, and religious violence is real. However, some religious-inspired violence is much more real than that of other faiths. For example, there are not many – if any – Buddhists going around Australian and Western cities killing people who are not Buddhists.

There are not many – if any – Christians going around Australian and Western cities killing people who are not Christians. However, there are far too many Muslims going around Australian and Western cities killing people who are not Muslims.

Indeed, just which particular religious group is in mind when many European cities either have to cancel their Christmas markets or put in place massive security, with bollards, barricades, extra police presence, and so on. The authorities are not doing this to ward off zealous Baptists or to deter overly-excited Hare Krishnas.

Simply look at the stats on their home page: Since the horrific attack by Muslims on America back in September of 2001, guess how many deadly Islamic terror attacks have been carried out worldwide? If you say a 1000 or 5000 or 10,000 you are way off the mark. There have been 48,557!

I bring this up because you might have heard that Australia’s Human Rights Commission wants to basically leave us in the dark as to which ideology or religious group is most likely to engage in acts of terrorism here. Muslim groups are urging that religious identification of terrorists be dropped, while Jewish groups are worried this will make attacks on them even more likely.

The Victorian Human Rights Commission also wants to remove religion from discussions of terrorism. One can rightly ask if groups like this who cannot even tell you what a woman is are best placed to be discussing what terrorism and religion are!

Many have already spoken out on this. One report says this:

Former NSW police minister David Elliott criticises the Human Rights Commission for pushing to change the definition of terrorism in this country. “The whole definition of extremism is people who have ideological and religious views that are beyond the pale or beyond what a reasonable or a sensible person would consider appropriate,” Mr Elliott told Sky News host Danica De Giorgio. “Every religion has an extremist… the I in ISIS stands for Islamic, so we can not walk away from that.”

Quite so. And again, when a terror attack is about to be committed by some religious zealot, how often do we hear “Praise Jesus” being shouted first by the attacker? Or how often do we hear, “All glory to Moses” when a vehicle plows into a crowd of shoppers, or a person is beheaded? What we DO hear time and time again is the Islamic war cry, “Allahu Akbar!” It is saying Allah is great, and this act is being done in his name!

Others have also spoken out about this. Family First National Director Lyle Shelton recently shared this:

Family First is calling it out: political correctness is now putting Australians in danger.

Muslim groups and the Human Rights Commission want to REMOVE “religious motivation” from terrorism laws — even though the data from ASIO and the courts could not be clearer.

ASIO’s own figures:

-13 of 16 terrorist attacks since 2014 were religiously motivated

-12 linked directly to Islamist violent extremism

Court records:

-78 of 83 terrorism convictions since 2002 involved Islamic fundamentalism

-22 of 28 disrupted attacks came from the same ideological stream

These are facts, not opinions.

He went on to say this in the media release:

To pretend religious ideology has nothing to do with modern terrorism is to deny reality.

Removing the religious-motivation test would blindfold ASIO and police at the very moment Australia needs clarity the most.

Common sense must not be sacrificed on the altar of political correctness.

Family First rejects bid to erase religious motivation from terrorism laws.

Family First has warned that removing “religious motivation” from Australia’s counter-terrorism laws would put public safety at unacceptable risk and would amount to political correctness trumping common sense.

Yes quite right. Jewish groups and ordinary Australians have every right to be concerned about how these groups and their Muslim promoters are trying to change things in this way. It is all part of ignoring the reality that overwhelmingly in the West terrorism is an Islamic problem.

As far as I am aware, Pentecostal Christians are not going around in Sydney with machetes killing people. Last I heard, Sikhs are not planting bombs in public places in Melbourne. But those from the political ideology of Islam are the ones mainly involved in such activities.

I already mentioned the gender wars here. We also have to worry about the race issue as well. We can tie all three together: If a black male jihadist from Sudan commits an atrocious attack in a Western city and then flees, are the police supposed to refuse to offer a full identification of the assailant? ‘We do not want to assume its gender, now do we? We do not want to be seen as racist. We do not want to be Islamophobic.’

This is all sheer nonsense, and the ones paying the price for this are the victims. We have seen enough of the grooming gangs in the UK and the diabolical horror they have inflicted on so many young female victims. But the authorities have long played down the fact the Islamic males from places like Pakistan were overwhelmingly involved in doing this.

We do not need that madness here in Australia. Forget the moronic political correctness and stick to actual policing, to real justice, and to appropriate punishment and sentencing. Ordinary Australians have had enough of the crime waves and the terrorist incidences.

We want to be safe in our own cities. And related to this, we must ask hard questions as to why Labor is allowing the mass migration of those from third world countries, including so many Muslims. Yes, they will become a useful voting bloc for Labor, but the truth remains: importing masses of people from the third world will mean importing third world problems.

Not all cultures are the same. Not all religions are the same. Three concluding quotes help to solidify my case:

Somalia is totally dysfunctional and corrupt because scam and fraud and piracy is part of the lifestyle, part of the culture. Bring it over here and you get the same stuff.

And when a Wall Street Journal writer opined that Afghan refugees shouldn’t be blamed for the violent act of one man, US Homeland Security Advisor Stephen Miller rightly replied this way:

This is the great lie of mass migration. You are not just importing individuals. You are importing societies. No magic transformation occurs when failed states cross borders. At scale, migrants and their descendants recreate the conditions, and terrors, of their broken homelands.

If Australia and the West are serious about dealing with crime and terrorism, the first order of the day is to clearly identify the perpetrators and call them out. Otherwise, we are all doomed to experience more of it.

As Another Major Terror Alert Is Issued, We Should Be Asking If America Is Ready For A Bioterrorism Crisis That Could Potentially Kill Millions | End Of The American Dream

The terrorists that shoot people and blow things up aren’t the real threat. We can handle the small scale stuff. What we should really be concerned about are the terrorists that are thinking much bigger. If terrorists cook up a highly contagious disease in a lab and release it in multiple U.S. cities, it would instantly paralyze our society and the death toll could potentially be in the millions. Unfortunately, we live at a time when there have been exponential advances in the field of biotechnology. Our ability to create deadly diseases is far greater than our ability to control them, and once something extremely contagious gets released in our major population centers it will be exceedingly difficult to stop it from spreading.

Over the weekend, a number of people were alarmed by something that Laura Loomer posted on her Twitter account on Friday…

That certainly sounds rather ominous.

But is it true?

Right now, there is a lot of stuff that is being posted on social media that is flat out wrong.  That has particularly been true during the past several days.

But in this case, what Laura Loomer reported is accurate.

According to Reuters, the National Counterterrorism Center has issued a memo to law enforcement warning of a heightened threat of terror attacks…

The U.S. National Counterterrorism Center said on Friday that recent calls by al Qaeda for attacks against the United States showed the group’s enduring threat to the country.

Al Qaeda and its Yemen-based affiliate, al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) “are likely seeking to leverage their media publications and global conflicts, particularly where there is U.S. support or military involvement, to inspire potential attackers,” it said in a memo to law enforcement.

I think that it is entirely possible that we could see some small scale terror attacks in the days ahead.

But that doesn’t alarm me much.

What I am far more concerned about is the possibility that terrorists could start conducting bioterror attacks.

Even the government has admitted that a single bioterror attack could potentially kill millions of U.S. citizens.  The following comes from the official website of the NIH…

Repeated releases in different parts of the country could be devastating, especially if the public health response were seen as deficient. A large-scale release of agents could be as devastating as a nuclear weapon. For example, a 1993 Office of Technology Assessment report estimated that if 100 kg of anthrax spores were released upwind of Washington, DC, using a crop-duster aircraft, there would be between 130,000 and 3 million deaths.²³

It is clear that preventing the proliferation and use of biological weapons or countering them will be extremely difficult. Detection or interdiction of those intending to use biological weapons is next to impossible. Thus, the first evidence of intent to use such weapons will likely be the appearance of sick people in hospital emergency departments.

We all saw the panic that a contagious disease caused when it started spreading all over the globe in 2020.

It would be so easy to cook up something far more deadly, and it would be so easy to release it in highly populated areas.

And once a really deadly bug starts spreading, we may never know who actually released it.

There are countless international and domestic terror groups that would love to unleash this sort of a crisis on our society.

In addition, we know that the Russians and the Chinese have extremely advanced biotechnology programs.

And don’t count out Iran.  Over the years we have been repeatedly warned that they have the ability to create offensive biological weapons…

In 1973 Iran signed the Biological Weapons Convention, which it did under the Shah, whose regime ended in 1979. Despite Iran being a party to the BWC, there have been concerns raised about its compliance with its provisions, particularly regarding the potential for offensive biological weapons development.

What is known is that Iran has the biotechnology infrastructure, which can be used for dual-use technology purposes, e.g., military purposes, as noted in the U.S. State Department reports on the compliance with weapons of mass destruction-related treaties.

Of course I don’t want to leave North Korea out of the list.

Earlier this year, it was being reported that the North Koreans continue “to maintain a covert biological weapons program in violation of international treaties”…

Biological weapons use pathogens such as bacteria or viruses to sicken or kill. Their invisible nature and devastating potential make them one of the most insidious forms of weaponry.

“The United States assesses that the DPRK has a dedicated, national-level offensive [biological weapons] program,” the State Department said in its 2025 report on global compliance with arms control and disarmament agreements.

It is just a matter of time before someone pulls the trigger on something like this.

The three – all strong allies of Israel for decades – also expressed deep frustration at the lack of progress towards a two-state solution.

Later on Sunday, Portugal announced that it too had formally recognized a Palestinian state, adding that a two-state solution was the “only path to a just and lasting peace.”

Needless to say, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is very upset over this…

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who is set to address the General Assembly this week before meeting with Trump, called the decision a “prize” for Hamas.

“It will not happen,” he said. “A Palestinian state will not be established west of the Jordan River.”

Tensions in the region are so high, and pushing for international recognition of a Palestinian state at this time is only going to make things worse.

We should all be hoping for peace, but everyone in the region just continues to prepare for more war.

In fact, it appears that Egypt has been conducting a major military buildup in the Sinai peninsula…

Israel has asked the United States to pressure Egypt over its military buildup in the Sinai Peninsula, according to Channel 12 news, as Jerusalem alleges Cairo is accumulating forces there in violation of the peace treaty between the countries.

Citing US and Israeli officials, the report says Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu raised the matter with visiting US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and that the alleged violations include the construction of runways for fighter jets and underground sites that appear to be designed for storing missiles.

I don’t like the sound of that at all.

As events in the Middle East escalate, that is just going to make it even more likely that we will see terror attacks here in the United States.

This sort of thing could literally happen anywhere in the country at any moment.

From now on, every public event is going to have to have armed security.

We live in a world that is going completely insane, and what we have experienced so far is just the beginning.

Because shooting up a few people or setting off a bomb at a public event is not even worth comparing to what is eventually coming.

Make sure that you have enough food and supplies to stay home for as long as you need to once a really deadly bug gets unleashed, because it is just a matter of time before a worst case scenario plays out right in front of our eyes.

Newly confirmed U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio raised alarms about the actual number of American hostages held by the Taliban—figures far greater than previously reported.

This disclosure, coming just days after the Secretary’s appointment, points to a disturbing possibility: Biden’s administration knew about the higher hostage counts but chose to hide this critical information from the public.

Marco Rubio, voicing his concerns on X, highlighted the dire situation: “Just hearing the Taliban is holding more American hostages than has been reported. If this is true, we need to immediately place a VERY BIG bounty on their top leaders, maybe even bigger than the one we had on Bin Laden.”

Rubio’s did not specify the exact number of Americans still captive.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Anna Corbett, whose husband Ryan was held hostage by the Taliban, spoke to ‘Fox and Friends’ after her call with Joe Biden.

Corbett was upset after Joe Biden only gave her a few minutes. Anna said current U.S. National Security Advisor Mike Waltz spoke with her for an hour outside at Mar-a-Lago.

She was hopeful Trump would be able to bring her husband home. Her husband has been held by the Taliban since 2022, after the Biden regime surrendered the country to the Taliban.

Joe Biden wanted to trade Ryan and two other Americans in exchange for Muhammad Rahim, an aide to Osama bin Laden, and one of the remaining detainees at Guantanamo Bay.

Just before Joe Biden ended his term in office, the U.S. freed an Afghan convicted of drug smuggling and extremism, Muhammad Rahim, for two American citizens.

Ryan Corbett and William Wallace McKenty were the two Americans who were freed.

In 2021, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Biden regime and its woke generals abandoned thousands of Americans in Afghanistan, including up to 14,000 U.S. legal permanent residents (LPRs), during their quick escape from the terrorist-controlled country.

However, the exact number was difficult to determine due to challenges in tracking and the fluid nature of the situation.

“Isn’t the operating assumption about 14,000?” Republican Rep. Chris Smith asked Biden’s Deputy Secretary of State for Management and Resources, Brian McKeon, during a hearing in 2021.

“We don’t track [legal permanent residents],” McKeon responded. “It’s a good question why we don’t,” he added

As many as 14,000 Americans were left to fend for themselves when Biden and the woke generals quickly fled the country due to their artificial timeline. This was an atrocity that was completely ignored by the legacy media, who worked overtime to prop up their friends at the Biden White House.

Meanwhile, approximately 124,000 Afghans were able to flee the country in August during ‘Operation Allies Refuge,’ one of the largest air evacuations of civilians in American history—most of them were unvetted.

A new report was released from the U.S. Senate Foreign Relations Committee in February 2022 and disclosed that up to 15,000 Americans were believed to be in Afghanistan at the peak of the crisis, with only 6,000 managing to evacuate by the August 31 deadline.

This left approximately 9,000 Americans to fend for themselves under Taliban rule—a catastrophic failure largely ignored by mainstream media, which continued to shield the Biden administration.

According to the report at the time:

“On August 17, 2021, and at the height of evacuation efforts, senior State Department officials leading the evacuation task force indicated there were 10,000 to 15,000 Americans in Afghanistan, according to the F-77 report.

By August 31, when the president ordered an end to evacuation operations, State and DoD had evacuated approximately 6,000 American citizens. Even taking the most conservative estimates from the F-77 report, this meant the United States left at least a few thousand people behind.

However, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, during testimony to the House Foreign Affairs Committee in September, asserted that only a “small number” of American citizens, “approximately 100-150 remained in Afghanistan who still wished to depart.”

If Marco Rubio’s report is correct, Antony Blinken committed perjury in Congress. This story was ignored and quickly forgotten by the fake news legacy media. Like the Biden regime, they really didn’t care.

Earlier this week President Trump requested that the Taliban return the billions in US military equipment Joe Biden left behind in Afghanistan.

The Taliban declined the request, via ESSANEWS.

The Taliban do not intend to return the military equipment that remained in Afghanistan after the withdrawal of American troops. Donald Trump’s demand faced resistance, and recovering the weapons could be a significant challenge for the United States.

After the withdrawal of American troops in 2021, substantial armament remained in Afghanistan, including about 1,000 vehicles and artillery pieces, as well as an unspecified number of aircraft units.

Donald Trump has repeatedly called for the return of this equipment, conditioning further financial assistance to Afghanistan on meeting this requirement. However, the Taliban have decisively rejected these proposals.

In response to American demands, Kabul expressed the view that the United States should not only abandon attempts to recover the weapons but also support Afghanistan in fighting the Islamic State of Khorasan through additional supplies.

Taliban deputy spokesman Hamdullah Fetrat briefly noted that they do not plan a more detailed comment at this time.

A report by the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee released in February 2022 revealed that senior State Department officials who led the evacuation task force in Afghanistan believed 15,000 Americans at the most were in Afghanistan around Aug. 17, 2021.  By Aug. 31, the final day of evacuation operations, 6,000 Americans managed to escape the country that was quickly taken over by the Taliban – that left 9,000 Americans in the country to fend for themselves.

This story was ignored and quickly forgotten by the fake news legacy media. Like the Biden regime, they really didn’t care.

So now, in Joe Biden’s final days in office, his staff is working on trading three Americans for a dangerous Gitmo prisoner.

Biden Issues Imminent Terrorist Threat Warning Due To The 11 Terrorists He Just Released From Prison | Babylon Bee

WASHINGTON, D.C. — In a rare televised address from the Oval Office, President Biden warned the American public of an imminent terrorist threat as a result of his releasing eleven terrorists from prison.

“My fellow Americans, it is my duty to warn you of an imminent terrorist threat that may irreversibly alter the American way of life,” Biden began. “Today, I authorized the release of eleven terrorists from Guantanamo Bay, and now, believe it or not, they are threatening death to America. No, I’m serious. Not a joke.”

The eleven terrorists, some of which worked directly with al-Qaeda and Osama bin Laden, were released into the custody of Oman, a nation that borders Yemen and Saudi Arabia. Biden confirmed he had already spoken with Sultan Haitham bin Tariq of Oman and been informed there were “no takebacks.”

Biden concluded his speech with a rallying cry of optimism that this at least gets them closer to closing Gitmo. “We just have to release a few more terrorists and we’ll get there,” he said. “God bless America and God bless our troops. They’ll need it since they have to keep fighting terrorists.”

Republicans blasted the president for his deadly blunder, but have rejected calls for impeachment as premature. “I mean, it’s stupid,” said House Speaker Mike Johnson. “But being stupid isn’t a crime. If it was we’d all be in trouble.”

Can we trust the secular left DEI FBI to protect us from real terrorism?

America suffered a couple of terrorist attacks recently. And it caused me to wonder whether the Biden administration FBI can be trusted to protect the people who pay their salaries from real threats. The FBI has been focusing on dangerous church-attending Presbyterians and dangerous parents of school children. But are these groups the real threats to liberty and peace?

Here’s an article from Jordan Boyd up at The Federalist entitled “An FBI That Targets Political Opponents Instead Of Terrorists Doesn’t Deserve To Lead New Orleans Investigation” and it says:

The FBI claims protecting the nation from terrorist attacks is its “number one priority.” Yet the agency spent recent years redirecting its attention and resources from top issues like violent criminal acts that lead to mass casualties and child sex abuse cases to arresting meemaws for walking around the U.S. Capitol grounds on January 6, 2021 and praying at abortion facilities.

The FBI’s laundry list of corruption extends far beyond smearing Catholics, concerned parents, and Trump voters as domestic terrorists, manufacturing scandals like the Russia collusion hoax, killing the Hunter Biden laptop bombshell, raiding the home of a former and future president even if it required “deadly force,” and interfering in elections. Yet, the DEI-plagued agency, despite its discrediting track record, is routinely accepted as the lead on investigations into real terrorism.

The FBI wholly disqualified itself from being the lead on the New Orleans investigation when it deemed anyone questioning the regime guilty of wrongthink at the same time it allowed, entrapped, and even groomed true threats. How can an entity that openly hyper-fixated its best efforts on “white supremacy” accurately and adequately evaluate a threat as serious and as widespread as Islamic terrorism? It can’t.

Here’s an article from Brianna Lyman up at The Federalist entitled “Here’s Who Biden’s FBI Decided To Persecute Rather Than Hunt Down Real Terrorists”, and it says:

Early Wednesday morning, a radical Islamic terrorist drove his truck through a crowd of people celebrating the start of the New Year in New Orleans. Fifteen people were murdered and more than 35 injured. But maybe this tragedy could have been avoided if the FBI spent less time targeting parents, Catholics, and countless other dissidents and instead focused its resources on catching actual terrorists.

The list of weaponizations from Jordan’s article was pretty long, but Brianna found a new one:

Unfortunately under the leadership of then FBI Director Christopher Wray, the FBI was too busy doing things like helping to orchestrate a kidnapping plot targeting Democrat Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer to catch a terrorist.

And it might be worth expanding on the “concerned parents” one – here’s what the FBI really thinks about the people who ar taxed to pay their salaries, and the children who will be taxed to pay for their benefits when they retire:

[…]The Department of Justice (DOJ) issued a memo in October of 2021 instructing the FBI to label activist parents at school board meetings with “threat tags.” The guidance came just days after the Biden White House approved a recommendation from the National School Board Association that called for counterterrorism measures to be used against parents who spoke up at school board meetings.

Attorney General Merrick Garland “encouraged the use of an FBI tip line for individuals to flag parents for surveillance,” as my colleague Tristan Justice reported.

Tiffany Justice, co-founder of Moms for Liberty, told The Federalist of a mother who was reported to the FBI for simply being “quite upset” at a school board meeting when speaking about the adverse effects of quarantines and school closures.

Maybe expanding a little more on the FBI’s leading bogeyman – people who reject the Democrat party position on abortion:

During the Biden administration, the FBI targeted 55 pro-lifers for “praying, singing, and evangelizing at abortion facilities across the U.S.,” as Boyd reported. Under the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, the Biden administration targeted pro-lifers instead of targeting terrorists or the at least 90 instances of “abortion-fueled firebombing, vandalism, and other attacks on lifesaving pregnancy centers, pro-life organizations, and churches …”

In fact, 75-year-old Paulette Harlow was charged and found guilty for violating the FACE Act after she prayed at a Washington, D.C., abortion facility. Harlow was sentenced to two years in jail.

The FBI has long smeared pro-lifers as threats, with former FBI-special-agent-turned-whistleblower Steve Friend revealing in an interview with the Tennessee Informer that the FBI showed agents a video produced by the far-left Southern Poverty Law Center that, according to Friend, “ranked people who oppose abortion, pro-life activists, as a greater threat than Islamists.”

That last paragraph is key: the FBI ranks people who oppose abortion as a GREATER threat than Islamic terrorists. That’s why we are in the situation they are in. The pro-lifers pay their salaries, not the Islamic terrorists, but the FBI is more concerned about the threat posed by their customers. This is an important point.

So, what should we do with the taxpayer-funded FBI?

Maybe we should fire them all, and let them sink or swim in the competitive private sector? Without their pensions and benefits, of course. Then they might learn something about professionalism, and finally be able to demonstrate “fidelity” to their job descriptions (and oaths).  Not the leaders of the FBI of course, they need to be criminally prosecuted for what they’ve done.

–Investigators are pouring over hundreds of hours of surveillance footage to learn what led up to the deadly New Orleans attack.  President Biden and the first lady will head to New Orleans on Monday to meet with the family and community members that have been impacted by this event.

–On December 20^th, the Brooklyn Friday sermon by Imam Hassan Akbar indicated that Islam will enter every single home on the face of the planet.  Jim provided audio.

–Allstate CEO Tom Wilson ignited a firestorm after the company released a video statement ahead of the postponed Sugar Bowl saying, “Our prayers went to victims and their families.  We also need to be strong together by overcoming an addiction to divisiveness and negativity.  Join Allstate working in local communities all across America to amplify the positive, increase trust and accept people’s imperfections and differences. Together we win.”  

–With New Year’s Day attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas exposing terrorist vulnerabilities anew, top security officials are warning that a lethal capability being perfected in the skies over Ukraine and the Middle East could soon be headed to the U.S.  The threat?  Gun firing and explosives dropping drones.   

–When a man seemingly committed suicide by blowing up a cybertruck in front of a Trump hotel on Wednesday, suspicions immediately emerged that this also was a terrorist act.  However, according to the New York Post, Matthew Livelsberger’s wife had left him the day after Christmas over charges of infidelity. 

–The FBI on Thursday released new information footage considering the person suspected of placing pipe bombs near the Republican and Democratic headquarters the evening before the January 6^th event on Capitol Hill in 2021.

–President Joe Biden bestowed the nation’s second highest civilian medal on Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson, the lawmakers who led the congressional investigation into the January 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol protest.

–The Israeli military said on Saturday that it completed an operation against Hamas at northern Gaza’s Kamal Adwan Hospital and the surrounding area.  Some 240 suspected terror operatives were detained, including the medical center’s director and 15 terrorists who participated in the October 7, 2023, onslaught on southern Israel.    

–Hamas is making a substantial comeback by recruiting new forces.

–Israel has submitted a report to the U.N. from the nation’s health ministry that   outlines the abuse that Israeli hostages suffered at the hands of their Gazan captors.

“In With The Old, Out With The New” – 10 Questions We Should All Be Asking About The New Year’s Day Terror Attacks | The Economic Collapse

Someone needs to call Jack Bauer, because it appears that we definitely could use him right about now.  Our “new” golden era of “peace and safety” has been very rudely interrupted by the “old” problem of Islamic terror.  Of course the truth is that it is a problem that never went away.  There were dozens of major terror attacks in 2024, but most of the population is not going to pay attention unless something happens within our own borders.  Sadly, everyone is paying attention now.

Very early on New Year’s Day, a 42-year-old nut named Shamsud-Din Jabbar rammed a truck into a large crowd on Bourbon Street in New Orleans.  We are being told that 15 people are dead and dozens more are injured…

A man intentionally drove a pickup truck into a crowd of revelers on Bourbon Street in New Orleans’ French Quarter early on New Year’s Day, killing at least 15 people and injuring dozens of others, officials said.

A black ISIS flag was flying from the truck’s rear bumper, and the attack is being investigated as an act of terrorism, the Federal Bureau of Investigation said.

The man driving the vehicle has been identified as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42, a U.S. citizen from Texas, the FBI said.

So was this the end, or is this just the beginning?

The following are 10 questions that we should all be asking about the chaotic New Year’s Day terror attacks…

#1 Why did an FBI special agent initially tell us that the attack in New Orleans “was not a terrorist event”?  Something about all this does not smell right…

Multiple sources are reporting that the attacker in the deadly New Orleans attack that killed 10 people and injured dozens more was carrying an ISIS flag at the time of the attack, leading many to question how and why an FBI special agent confidently declared that the attack was “not a terrorist event” early on in the investigation.

Witnesses indicated that the attacker was flying a “large black flag” from his truck at the time of the attack, which would be consistent with a description of the ISIS flag. The FBI has since confirmed that the flag was, indeed, an ISIS flag, leading many to harshly criticize the FBI’s initial response to the attack, which flatly denied any connection to terrorism.

#2 What happened to the other “potential IEDs” that law enforcement found in the French Quarter?  The following is an excerpt from an official statement by the FBI…

Weapons and a potential IED were located in the subject’s vehicle. Other potential IEDs were also located in the French Quarter. The FBI’s special agent bomb technicians are working with our law enforcement partners to determine if any of these devices are viable, and they will work to render those devices safe.

#3 Shamsud-Din Jabbar had threatened to kill his own family before joining ISIS with the intention of committing terrorism on U.S. soil.  Did law enforcement know about any of this beforehand?  If so, why was nothing done?…

In a series of videos, the suspect in the deadly New Year’s attack in New Orleans discussed planning to kill his family and having dreams that helped inspire him to join ISIS, according to multiple officials briefed on the investigation.

Shamsud-Din Jabbar, the 42-year-old man who police suspect drove a pickup truck into a crowd of revelers on Bourbon Street, killing at least 15 people and injuring dozens more, made the chilling recordings while driving from his home in Texas to Louisiana, authorities believe.

Jabbar, a US citizen and Army veteran who served in Afghanistan, made reference in the videos to his divorce and how he had at first planned to gather his family for a “celebration” with the intention of killing them, two officials who had been briefed on the recordings said. But Jabbar said in the videos that he changed his plans and joined ISIS, and referenced several dreams that he had about why he should be joining the terrorist group, according to the officials.

#4 Did Shamsud-Din Jabbar act alone?  From the evidence that we have at this hour, it appears that he probably was not…

From the first news of the attack, Islamic State websites have been echoing with sick celebrations of the attack. This alone suggests that it was not the work of a lone wolf claiming to be an agent of IS, but was in fact organised from abroad by its underground HQ in the Middle East.

The fact that investigators found guns and concealed pipe bombs wired for remote detonation – as well as a corresponding remote control device inside the truck – was enough for the FBI to declare it does not believe the driver was acting alone.

#5 A Tesla Cybertruck exploded in front of Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas on Wednesday morning.  Was this attack linked to the attack in New Orleans?…

A Tesla Cybertruck burst into flames Wednesday morning just outside the entrance of Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, killing one person and injuring several other people, local officials said.

The explosion is now being investigated as a possible terrorist attack, three senior members of law enforcement briefed on the matter told NBC News. A motive has yet to be established.

#6 Who made the “makeshift explosives” that caused the Tesla Cybertruck to explode?…

Police have released a series of photographs from inside the Cybertruck which blew up outside Trump International Hotel in Las Vegas, revealing an arsenal of makeshift explosives.

The driver of the Elon Musk-owned Tesla Cybertruck, who has not yet been formally identified, died in the explosion and seven members of the public were injured.

Charred fireworks, gas cannisters and camping fuel were found in the bed of the truck when authorities were finally able to put out the fire.

#7 The Ford truck used in the New Orleans attack and the Cybertruck used in the Las Vegas attack were both rented from Turo.  Is this an important clue?…

Musk claimed the Cybertruck and the Ford used in the New Orleans attack had both been rented by the same company.

He posted on his X platform: “Appears likely to be an act of terrorism.

“Both this Cybertruck and the F-150 suicide bomb in New Orleans were rented from Turo. Perhaps they are linked in some way.”

#8 Why are vehicles being used in so many Islamic terror attacks now?  According to USA Today, vehicle attacks have been “killing and injuring thousands of people internationally”…

Cheap and simple vehicle-based attacks have rapidly become one of the deadliest forms of terror assaults worldwide, killing and injuring thousands of people internationally since they began becoming more frequent after the COVID-19 pandemic.

Experts say a combination of factors have increased the number of vehicle attacks in recent years, notably the increased focus on outdoor events after the pandemic, ease of access to trucks or cars, and the uncomplicated nature of the approach itself.

#9 What policies will the incoming Trump administration enact in response to these attacks?  On Truth Social, Trump sounded very angry following the attack in New Orleans…

When I said that the criminals coming in are far worse than the criminals we have in our country, that statement was constantly refuted by Democrats and the Fake News Media, but it turned out to be true. The crime rate in our country is at a level that nobody has ever seen before. Our hearts are with all of the innocent victims and their loved ones, including the brave officers of the New Orleans Police Department. The Trump Administration will fully support the City of New Orleans as they investigate and recover from this act of pure evil!

#10 Are more terror attacks coming?  Thanks to years of very foolish policies, we now have vast numbers of people living in the U.S. that are supportive of terror organizations.  For example, just 12 hours after the attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas, a “massive crowd of Hamas supporters” conducted a very large protest in Manhattan…

A massive crowd of Hamas supporters has taken over downtown Manhattan, NYC calling for a global intifada.

12 hours from the tragedy in New Orleans and Las Vegas and these people are doing this.

Do they have no shame?

As I alluded to in my headline, we were warned that this was coming.

Now it is here.

I am entirely convinced that a lot more chaos and a lot more violence are on the way.

Former CIA Officer Warns There Are More Than 1,000 al-Qaeda Sleepers in the U.S. Planning Major Homeland Attacks (VIDEO)

This is truly chilling, especially in the wake of today’s terror attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas.

A former CIA officer named Sarah Adams was interviewed on the Shawn Ryan podcast just two weeks ago, and warned that there are more than a thousand al-Qaeda sleepers in the United States right now who are planning major attacks on the homeland.

She clearly implicates Biden’s open southern border as the entry point for these potential terrorists and suggests that they have developed new tactics and bombs that can evade detection through traditional means.

In a recent discussion on the Shawn Ryan Show, former CIA targeting officer Sarah Adams warned of a potentially devastating attack planned by Al-Qaeda terrorists on American soil.

The interview offers significant insights into what may be unfolding, as Al-Qaeda sleeper cells could be activating in the wake of the New Orleans terrorist attack and a possible vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) in the rear of a rented Tesla Cybertruck that exploded outside Trump’s hotel in Las Vegas just hours later.

Ryan asked Adams: “I just want to clarify. You are 100% certain that there are 1,000 plus Al-Qaeda-trained fighters within the US borders?”

Adams, currently a global threat advisor with extensive experience in Middle Eastern affairs, responded: “Well, Al-Qaeda says they trained and deployed a thousand for this attack. First off, I think there are more than a thousand Al-Qaeda members in the United States, but for the Homeland Attack, that number is based on what Al-Qaeda is saying, so they could exaggerate it; however, they did have about 1,400 in the Hamas Attack so the number is not off from what they did in the first round of attacks.”

The US is under attack:

With 15 dead in New Orleans and 35 wounded, and now an explosion at a Trump hotel in Las Vegas, terrorism is again underway in America. The first attack was carried out by Shamsud Din Jabbar, an American-born man from Texas, who had an ISIS flag in his pickup truck, according to the FBI.

The man was shot dead by police, and the truck contained weapons, and improvised explosive devices. The FBI also is saying that they did not believe the terrorist was acting alone. The attack had happened at 3:15 AM on a packed Bourbon Street in the French Quarter where large crowds were still celebrating the New Year.

A major college football game, the Sugar Bowl at the Superdome, has been cancelled and delayed until tomorrow. One report on this attack offers these details:

An Army veteran who was “hell-bent” on killing as many people as possible drove a rented pickup truck around a parked police car serving as a barricade and plowed through a crowd of New Year’s revelers on Bourbon Street in New Orleans, leaving at least 15 dead and injuring dozens of others early Wednesday, city and federal officials said.

After mowing down numerous people over a three-block stretch on the famed thoroughfare while firing shots into the crowd, the suspect — identified by sources as Shamsud-Din Jabbar, 42 — allegedly got out of the truck wielding an assault rifle and opened fire on police officers, law enforcement officials briefed on the incident told ABC News. Officers returned fire, killing Jabbar, a U.S.-born citizen from Texas, sources said. At least two police officers were injured, one by gunfire and the other was hurt when the officer was pinned by the truck, authorities said.

Althea Duncan, assistant special agent in charge of FBI New Orleans field office, said investigators do not believe Jabbar acted alone.

“We do not believe that Jabbar was solely responsible,” Duncan said during a news conference Wednesday afternoon. “We are aggressively running down every lead, including those of his known associates. That’s why we need the public’s help. We are asking if anybody had any interaction with Shamsud-Din Jabbar in the last 72 hours that you contact us.”

New Orleans police have reviewed surveillance video that appears to show several people planting potential explosive devices in advance of the vehicle attack, which led them to believe he was not “solely responsible,” sources said. As to the explosion in Las Vegas, a Tesla Cybertruck exploded just outside of the Trump International Hotel, killing one person and injuring seven others. This explosion is still being investigated, and whether this too was a terror attack is not yet certain.

Elon Musk said this about the explosion: “We have now confirmed that the explosion was caused by very large fireworks and/or a bomb carried in the bed of the rented Cybertruck and is unrelated to the vehicle itself. All vehicle telemetry was positive at the time of the explosion.”

Both situations are still breaking stories of course, and it may be days before real clarity begins to emerge on both situations. If you were watching live media coverage about the New Orleans attack as I was, you noted real confusion when the first press conference was held about it.

Three authorities briefly spoke. The mayor said it was an act of terror, a police official said it clearly was intentional, but then an FBI agent said it was not terrorism. Talk about leaving us in a state of uncertainty. Later on the FBI did say it was terrorism. Given that a 21-year-old kid attempted to kill Trump last year, and we still do not know much about that, we hope we get real answers this time.

And with the mainstream media so often being hesitant to tell us all that is really happening, we have to rely on others to get a fuller picture. Islam expert Robert Spencer has stated that police have found two explosive devices near the cathedral in the French Quarter.

Another close follower of political Islam, Pamela Geller, said this: “Clearly, a much bigger attack was planned. Islamic terrorists love to destroy non-Muslim houses of worship.” She also noted how this former military man was similar to the Fort Hood jihadi, Major Nidal Hasan, and his 2009 attack.

Vehicular jihad is increasingly the way of terrorism in the West. Ten days ago Spencer said this about the Christmas terror attack in Germany:

1. Vehicular jihad is a well-established practice going back years. ISIS has called for it. It is not a common practice among any other criminal or terrorist sector.
2. Saudi Arabia, where the Magdeburg perpetrator is from, is a hotbed of jihad activity.
3. Islam has doctrines calling for warfare against unbelievers. See Qur’an 8:39, 9:5, 9:29, etc. etc.

5. Jihad groups have been calling for attacks on German Christmas Markets.
6. Several jihad plots against Christmas Markets have already been foiled.
7. Muslims recently marched through a German Christmas market screaming “Allahu akbar” and “There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is his prophet.”
8. It seems that the perp has been claiming to be an ex-Muslim — and a Zionist! — and has contacted several anti-jihad media figures, asking them to interview him. This leads to several possibilities:

-That he was a sincere ex-Muslim and Zionist, and decided to attack a target of jihadis in a manner in which jihadis often attack, for no clear reason.

-He was lying, in preparation for his jihad attack.

-He was a genuine ex-Muslim, but in a moment of personal crisis returned to Islam, and realized that he had to do a great deed to outweigh his apostasy on Allah’s big judgment scales (Qur’an 21:47). Muhammad teaches that no deed is greater than jihad, so he went for a jihad attack. Of those three possibilities, the first one is the least likely. Why? Because if he was an ex-Muslim who went mad, he would be much more likely to have targeted Muslims, rather than choosing a favored target of the very jihadis he despised. The establishment media will be insisting that he is an ex-Muslim and never consider the possibility of deception or a return to Islam. That’s because they don’t know about those possibilities and because they always do whatever they can to distance Islam from the violence done in its name and in accord with its teachings. But their claims in this case are quite flimsy.

Non-stop terrorism

One important website tracking such attacks is The Religion of Peace. It has been closely monitoring and chronicling every known Islamist terror attack since September 11, 2001. In those 23 and a half years, there have been 46,517 deadly terror attacks carried out by Islamic terrorists.

From December 21-27, 2024, alone there were 21 attacks in 10 countries killing 115 people and wounding 58 others. That included one suicide blast. One thing that can be said with some certainty is that it is a good thing Trump will be taking office in some 19 days. Given how weak Biden was on just about everything, including national security and the threat of Islamist jihad, it is reassuring to know that our next Commander in Chief will take a much tougher and more decisive stand on these matters.

Simply knowing that the appalling open borders allowed by Biden letting so many illegals in, including those bent on terrorism, will be quickly and forcefully dealt with under the Trump administration, that will be a welcome change indeed. It will not stop all domestic terror attacks, but it will greatly help.

Again, more new developments keep coming out on these two situations, and more articles will be needed in the days ahead to keep abreast of all this, so stay tuned.

FBI Confirms Terrorist Attack By Stating ‘This Is Not A Terrorist Attack’ | Babylon Bee

NEW ORLEANS, LA — The FBI announced today that the horrific scene in New Orleans was not a terrorist attack, thereby confirming to the nation that it was, in fact, a terrorist attack.

The Bureau further stated that the perpetrator had no ties to Islam, letting the nation know that he was an Islamic terrorist.

“Judging from the ISIS flag on the truck driven by a man named Shamsud-Din Jabbar to commit mass murder, we see no sign that this attack was terrorism,” explained FBI spokesman Dean Richmond. “The bombs and assault weapons inside the vehicle, as well as the lengthy manifesto confirming Jabbar’s desire to kill as many civilians as possible, further point to this having no relation to terrorism. Rest assured, the FBI will leave no stone unturned as we strive to solve this mystery.”

At publishing time, the FBI had confirmed that the perpetrator was not at the Capitol on January 6th, and therefore could not be a terrorist.
