The Death of Free Speech in the UK | CultureWatch

How the mighty have fallen:

Think about the formerly great Great Britain. The home of the Magna Carta. The place where people like William Wilberforce stood strong in Parliament for the abolition of slavery. The home of powerful Christian preachers such as Charles Spurgeon. Today the UK is a shadow of its former self.

But some might object, saying there is plenty of free speech to be found there. OK, I stand corrected – there most certainly is, but only of a certain kind. Only on certain topics and causes. You basically have complete and unfettered freedom of speech in the UK if you want to promote and celebrate
-homosexuality, transgenderism and the like
-abortion on demand with no questions asked
-Islam and all things Muslim

In these and other areas you are free to speak openly and without fear. But dare to criticize any of these matters and you will find out real quick just how far free speech goes in that land. Here I want to offer a broadbrush look at these issues and then present a specific case of it.

UK going down the tubes

Robert W Malone recently shared a speech by Peter Mcilvenna called “The Assault on Freedom in the UK and Europe, and a Warning for the United States.” Here is part of that piece. He begins:

In the UK and throughout Europe, we face three huge threats to our ability to speak freely.

-Growing Censorship

-Intrusive Surveillance

-Militant Islam

I want to major on Censorship, which is on many of our radars, but Surveillance and Islam are also serious threats to our freedoms and yet they are not getting the attention they need to receive.

Censorship

Censorship is the enemy of Free speech and Privacy and seeks to control every area of our lives.

We find ourselves in a new era of totalitarianism, characterized by the words that can be uttered.

Hate Speech is a concept that has been forced on us under two guises:

-Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

-Multiculturalism

Cultural Marxism has taken hold of our institutions and removed truth as the standard and replaced it with subjective thought.

The right to offend is no longer a right but a threat to the new world order.

Dictates are to be followed and not questioned or discussed.

Just look at the Covid Tyranny. Divide and Conquer was used to full effect. Them and us. The Vaxed and the Unvaxed. Fear is a very powerful motivator. And people are sheep-like. They want to be part of the crowd. To be popular. But I believe the rise of MAGA is giving new confidence and boldness to ordinary Americans, and in fact citizens across the world, to speak up and challenge the consensus.

We see how blind obedience is rewarded with ….well yes….a better social credit score.

And this blends into surveillance.

He continues:

British authorities arrested more than 1,000 people following a week of riots sparked by anger over uncontrolled immigration. Of course any violence must be prosecuted. We cannot accept or tolerate or promote lawless behaviour. But many protests were peaceful and many people were arrested over facebook posts. In fact now in the UK we have 30 arrests a day for hurty words online.

And to make room for all these new prisoners the left wing UK government announced a prisoner release programme called Operation Early Dawn. Its just like Jesus and Barabbas! Up to 5000 prisoners are being released early to free up space for all these keyboard warriors.

In the UK we have seen sentencing of 3 years for Publishing online material “intended to stir racial hatred”.

And the speed of sentencing? In 48 hours!

I am involved with a legal case getting compensation for a Grooming Gang Survivor from her rapist. These are the Muslim family Rape Gangs that have terrorised white English girls all across England for 50 years with impunity. We now have over 450 people who have been jailed for rape and sex trafficking from 80+ trials in 40 towns. A left wing MP, Sarah Champion, in an interview a few years ago said that up to 1 million girls have been affected by this. One of the biggest stains in English history. The police and courts have actively collapsed cases and often arrested the girls for prostitution and arrested the fathers for public order offences when they complained. The police lost so much footage of video interviews with these girls. And yet the concern from successive governments was people exposing these heinous crimes. These individuals like Tommy Robinson were attacked and targeted by the state. Much easier to silence dissent than to fix a problem like Muslim rape gangs operating in every major town in the UK.

For our legal case to get financial compensation from the already charged and sentenced rapist it has taken 4 years so far and we wait 5 or 6 months between court rulings.

Yet the British legal system has been able to lock up facebook and X users in 48 hours for unacceptable speech. 48 hours! So it takes 5 years for compensation from a rapist for their victim but 2 days for hurty words online.

At long last we are now going to have a public inquiry into these rape gangs. Rupert Lowe MP raised half a million pounds in a few days for this and Elon Musk has been reposting it.

What have I learned from the unprecedented clampdown by this new far left British government over the last 6 weeks?

Those in power are terrified of people who speak the truth.

Those in power are terrified of the reach and lack of control on social media

Those in power will not tolerate views or comments that they have deemed incorrect. Only Newspeak will be accepted.

Elon Musk has been the main opposition to the British Government (Nigel Farage has now taken on some of this role with the spectacular rise of ReformUK political party).

Those arrested and charged have often received little or extremely poor legal advice. No jury. Just selected magistrates

This government is attempting to terrify and silence us through outrageous show trials and ridiculous punitive sentencing.

If we had time we could play a word game where I could give you a word and you could tell me the connected word that cannot be mentioned.

If I said Islam then you could not say death cult. You must say peace.

or Transgender + mental health. You must say normal

or abortion + murder. You must say health care

or vax + damage. Then, you must say safe and effective

We saw the thin end of the wedge during covid tyranny. We at Hearts of Oak had our first YouTube strike because a Swedish journalist discussed the importance of vitamin D and sunshine in relation to health and combatting covid back in 2020. That was medical misinformation!

With these new hate speech legislations it’s all to do with offence. Anything we say could cause offence to someone somewhere in the world. If one person in 8 billion is offended then it’s a hate crime. Or if someone believes that someone may be affected then it’s hate speech.

My question to you is who decides what words or concepts or ideas are accepted?

David Skinner

David who? David Skinner is a Christian, an octogenarian, and a pro-life and pro-family activist from Bournemouth. He has been a champion warrior for decades now. I happen to know David, and I have spent time with him in the UK. A former schoolteacher, he could easily be enjoying a cushy life of ease in retirement. But he continues to stand up for the unborn and for God’s designs for marriage and family.

And for daring to do that, he keeps finding himself being hounded by the authorities, going to numerous court hearings, and paying a big price for standing up for what is right. In his recent emails to supporters, he has discussed his most recent run-in with the powers that be:

I am eighty years of age and have no criminal record and yet on the 1^st May, I was summarily tried, found guilty and fined £3,840 in the criminal court of Poole Magistrates, for reporting to Dorset Police, via email, the mass murder of unborn babies in the local abortion clinic in Bournemouth.

Ten times I have been summoned to court. This included a trial on the 23^rd October which was aborted because there were too many on the court list and the Magistrate didn’t feel qualified – supposedly with the complexities of the case….

In 1829 in an era when everyone understood and shared the same Biblical truth, values and morality, restraining us all from fallen human nature: unbridled greed; lust; ambition; hatred and pride, the people consented for Robert Peele to create the police force and his nine Peelian Principles of Policing. But, today, in the absence of any Christian consensus, human nature is free to drive a coach and horses through his principles and our ancient Constitution – especially the Magna Carta.

There can be no justice, or truth in our courts, when in place of equity impartiality and fairness, feminist and LGBT ideology and politics rule and reign.

He concludes:

I have been harassed by the police for many years, but this latest incident began when on May 9^th, 2023, two police officers turned up at my door and ‘invited’ me to Winton Police Station to face a charge of breaching ‘The Malicious Communications Act 1988’ by sending Inspector Fern Graham and allegedly Yvonne Fenwick an email which allegedly had offended them. Because no evidence could be found of any intention on my part to cause distress or harm, this charge was later dropped and replaced with being accused of breaching Section 127 Electronic Communications Act which criminalizes someone for merely causing offence.

I was released but under investigation before finally being ordered to appear in Bournemouth Crown Court and Poole Magistrates throughout 2024 and 2025. It appears that the court system can summon a person as many times as they wish, waste their whole day, and then tell them to go away and return and go through the whole punishing process again…and again. This punishment includes the cost of petrol and all-day parking fees. There is no redress for this treatment, for those who run the system do it with impunity. The Courts are shambolic and a disgrace.

Isaiah 59:14: “Our courts oppose the righteous, and justice is nowhere to be found. Truth stumbles in the streets, and honesty has been outlawed.”

David’s story is just one of so many. I have shared numerous stories on these pages of the downward spiral that the UK is in. But because I personally know David, and know what a godly, humble and conscientious man he is, I get even more incensed at the death of free speech in the UK – if not the death of the UK itself.

Slovakia’s PM Warns of ‘Extremely High’ Levels of DNA Contamination in mRNA Covid Shots | The Daily Declaration

What Was In the DNA Contamination Report?

The report, prepared by Czech biochemist Dr Soňa Peková, was presented to Fico last month by Slovak MP and physician Dr Peter Kotlár, who heads up a government-appointed commission tasked with reviewing Slovakia’s management of the Covid pandemic.

In an explosive press conference on 11 March, Dr Kotlár claimed that all 34 analysed Pfizer and Moderna vaccine batches contained dangerously high levels of DNA, which had the potential to “integrate into human DNA” and possibly transform recipients into “genetically modified organisms.”

The findings of the expert report were forwarded to Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jnr., who, despite the media’s characterisation of him as an ‘anti-vaxxer,’ has remained relatively pro-vaccine in his public statements since taking the high-level position in the Trump administration.

In the US, both Pfizer and Moderna’s mRNA Covid vaccines are recommended on the childhood vaccination schedule, however Kennedy is weighing pulling this recommendation, reports Politico.

Influential European news site Euractiv called Dr Kotlàr’s presentation “riddled with disinformation,” however its own article was littered with false and misleading claims.

For example, the claim that “mRNA from the vaccine never enters the cell nucleus, where DNA is located” has been scientifically shown to be false. It is a claim for which health authorities hold no evidence, and which is materially irrelevant to the question of whether contaminant DNA (not mRNA) can enter the cell nucleus.

The warning from Slovakia’s PM comes as nine independent investigations have now confirmed excessive levels of synthetic DNA in the mRNA vaccines around the world.

However, Slovakia is the first government to take the issue seriously, tabling discussion of further investigation and other precautionary measures. Conversely, across the board, regulators and media have either ignored the DNA contamination findings, or issued statements characterising the scientific work as unreliable and ‘misinformation.’

Australia’s Reaction to News of DNA Contamination

In Australia, where amounts of DNA contamination have been detected at levels up to 145 times the WHO (World Health Organisation) regulatory limit of 10 nanograms per dose, citizens have taken to petitioning their local councils to raise the matter with state and federal officials in an effort to instigate serious investigation and precautionary action.

Just yesterday, Australia’s state-funded ABC ran a smear-piece on the grassroots movement, after several South Australian councils recently agreed to take their constituents’ concerns over contaminated Covid shots to the powers that be.

“Medical experts say motions passed by local councils in South Australia promoting vaccine scepticism are putting the community at risk,” states the article, before going on to quote more experts.

“Health experts say the motions are inspired by misinformation about vaccines, which have been debunked by fact checkers,” it goes on, linking to an out-of-date AAP ‘fact-check’ which simply parrots official denials of independent scientific findings.

Personally, I believe the phrase “experts say” should be scratched from journalism style books everywhere, and if I have ever used this phrase previously, I unreservedly apologise.

The article features Australia’s premier Covid vaccine rent-an-expert, University of Queensland infectious disease physician and clinical microbiologist Professor Paul Griffin — who assures that despite the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) reviewing no patient-level data, having no idea whether the lipid nanoparticles (LNPs) contain contaminant DNA, how long spike manufacture continues for, or how many adverse events are actually caused by the injectables — the vaccines have been ‘rigorously’ tested are are perfectly safe.

Professor Griffin said it was irresponsible for elected officials to promote “vaccine misinformation” in council chambers, and that “when it comes to health matters, we should exercise… respect and get our advice from people with sufficient expertise to make comment.”

Presumably, respected scientists like Kevin McKernan, former head of R&D for Human Genome Project at Whitehead Institute/MIT, Dr Phillip Buckhaults, cancer genomics scientist at the University of South Carolina, and virologist Dr David Speicher of the University of Guelph — all of whose scientific findings of DNA contamination in the mRNA Covid vaccines have been presented to councils — aren’t expert enough for Prof Griffin’s liking.

Not mentioned in the article is the fact that TGA staffers admitted via internal emails that several of the concerns brought to councils over the DNA contamination are not ‘misinformation’ at all, but are scientifically justified.

The Grassroots Movement to Warn Australians of DNA Contamination

South Australian activist Roy Rogers is taking the media attention as a sign that the endeavour to raise awareness about the DNA contamination is working. “Good to know we’re making an impact!” he quipped after reading the ABC article.

Rogers played a key role in presenting the DNA contamination evidence to the Alexandrina Council, which subsequently passed a motion to raise the matter with state and federal officials.

Rogers and other volunteers continue to assist Australians in bringing the matter to their own councils, with resources available on the Port Hedland Motion website, named after the Port Hedland Council, which instigated this movement.

Are people still buying the dismissals of media and health authorities on the safety of the Covid shots, and DNA contamination specifically? At large, it would seem so, despite pockets of resistance.

However, a frank discussion of the topic on the world’s number one podcast, the Joe Rogan Experience, is just one ‘crack in the matrix’ of many, which also include personal experience of vaccine-injury, or the innate ability to smell the BS.

Continuing efforts to not let regulators and media brush this issue aside are several international declarations and petitions.

The David Declaration, which has garnered approximately 1,000 signatures of concerned doctors and scientists, demands suspension of the mRNA Covid vaccination program and a moratorium on mRNA technology pending rigorous investigation into excessive levels of synthetic DNA contamination.

Australians Demand Answers, a political campaign led by independent MP for Monash Russell Broadbent, seeks further investigation of DNA contamination findings in the mRNA shots.

And a citizens’ petition to the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) calls for the suspension of the mRNA Covid vaccines due to findings of DNA contamination and improper regulatory assessment due to the alleged presence of genetically modified organisms (GMOs) in the shots.

Julian Gillespie, former barrister and author of the FDA petition, said the address by Slovakian PM Robert Fico will galvanise these efforts.

“Now we have a sovereign government that has confirmed the independent lab findings of DNA contamination reaching back to early 2023 with the first discovery by gene sequencing expert Kevin McKernan,” said Gillespie.

“It’s good to see a politician with the balls to finally step up and speak the truth with concern for their people,” said Gillespie, offering congratulations to Fico for “taking this brave step in preventing what could well become an epidemic of disease and cancers as a result of this contamination.”

Will the Slovak government follow through? Or will Fico go the way of Romania’s Calin Georgescu, France’s Marine Le Pen, and other European political figures that do not toe the pro-Euro, pro-globalist, pro-pharma cartel line?
