‘Want to Cheat’: Noem Rips ‘Conspiracy Theories’ Against SAVE America Act | IFA

Advocating for an election reform measure that passed the House this week, Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem said elections are a basic infrastructure responsibility for her department.

Find out when your state prays.

“It’s a fact that noncitizens have been voting in our elections,” Noem said Friday during a press conference in Phoenix. “They’ve been registered, and they have voted from state to state.”

She called on Congress to pass the SAVE America Act, which cleared the House this week.

Short for “Safeguard American Voter Eligibility,” the proposal requires proof of citizenship to register to vote and mandates nationwide voter ID.

Democrats and opponents of the SAVE America Act say voter ID and proof of citizenship requirements would impose an unnecessary burden on voters.

Noem referenced an example of an illegal alien who was registered to vote in Maryland and was employed as a school superintendent in Iowa. She cited another illegal alien who not only voted but was also elected mayor of a Kansas town.

Noem was flanked by placards showing 84% support for voter ID and support for the SAVE America Act.

Noem rebutted what she called “conspiracy theories” from opponents of the bill that it would lead to vast disenfranchisement of women, minorities, and U.S. military service members.

“Each of the arguments that have been out laid out to criticize this bill are baseless speculation from the radical left, because they want illegal aliens to vote in our elections,” Noem said.

“They want to disenfranchise American citizens by telling them that their votes don’t matter. There’s only one reason that anyone would oppose this bill, and that’s because they would want to cheat. They want illegal people and aliens in this country to be able to vote for them, and to rob  citizens of their vote.”

Arizona also requires proof of citizenship to vote in state elections, but cannot do so in federal elections because of national rules laid out under the 1993 National Voter Registration Act, better known as the “Motor Voter” law.

“As it stands, current guidelines for the National Voter Registration Act effectively stops states from going forward and checking citizenship during registration,” Noem said.

“The SAVE America Act will fix this. It would make sure that we close those loopholes and that we ensure, in American elections, only Americans vote.”

Arizona has been a hub for illegal immigration and concerns about election integrity because it has been a battleground state. The state voted twice for Donald Trump in 2016 and 2024, and once for Joe Biden in 2020.

Noem said some Arizona residents have voter registration addresses at mobile homes and boats on lakes in different states.

“Your state has been an absolute disaster on elections. Your leaders have failed you dramatically, by not having systems that work by disenfranchising Americans who wanted to vote, they had to stand in lines for hours because machines failed, or software failed,” Noem said.

It’s Not Just Pakistan – Foreigners from Around the World Who Are Not US Citizens Can Register to Vote in US Elections | The Gateway Pundit

As The Gateway Pundit reported on Friday, the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s office in California help a news conference 2023 on illegal voting in their California community.

The San Joaquin Sheriff’s Office found 41 sealed, completed, mail-in ballots in the home of Lodi City Council member Shakir Khan. There were a total of 71 voter registrations tied to his address, phone, or email.

Khan targeted members of the local Pakistani immigrant community (including elderly individuals unfamiliar with U.S. voting processes), pressuring them, forging signatures, filling out ballots, and submitting fraudulent registrations.

The San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Captain told reporters at the time that voting records revealed people outside of the country, in Pakistan, were allowed to vote in the California elections.

The Sheriff’s  Captain revealed this during a press conference in September 2025.

Sheriff’s Captain: “The way the voting system is structured, we see quite a few flaws. You’re able to register and cast a vote if you don’t live in the country as evidence of his brother in Pakistan.

I think we have some evidence of two or three other people out of the country that are voted? Is that correct? Yeah, approximately two or three other people out of the country, as well as people residing outside of the district.

The online voter registration system, it seems to be an honor system. Anybody can put information in there to register to vote. All you have to do is click a box and say that you’re not lying, and then you’ll get an email from the Secretary of State or something in the mail saying, Thank you for registering to vote. And there you are. Once you’re on the voter rolls, anytime an election comes around, guess what? You get mailed a ballot, right? You get mailed something to vote. So we found that a little bit problematic.

Via Wall Street Apes.

Of course, California still has “open” elections where not only do they not know who is voting, but it is now illegal in California to ask for a phot ID to vote. And ballot counting goes on for several weeks after election day until Democrats can find enough votes to be declared the winner.

But California is not alone.

In 2020, Republican Poll challengers in Detroit, Michigan saw active-military ballots of 71-year-old people from Canada being counted in Detroit.

Elizabeth Forlini saw the fraud. She was processing absentee votes from active military members when she noticed odd birthdates. “1938, 1939, 1940, all for Biden.”

According to Forlini, there wasn’t even “one Trump ballot.”

Forlini wrote down a name and a ballot number she was so concerned. She wrote down the name of a 71 year old with an address in Detroit whose ballot was postmarked from Ontario.

Forlini said the ballot number was 4880. She relayed that the voter’s name was Kathy Leal, with a registered address of 4160 John R St. Detroit, MI, which Forlini was surprised that it was a location for the Karmanos Medical Center.

Calling the Karamos Medical Center, they had never heard of Ms. Leal or that address, and suggested the University Medical Center. Calling the University Medical Center, they said Ms. Leal has a registered address for a doctor’s office, but that her Suite number does not exist.

This tactic of using foreigners to win elections is nothing new to Democrats.

In fact, in 2024, Democrats announced that “overseas voters” could be the deciding factor in battleground states in 2024.

Former U.S. Ambassador to Canada Bruce Heyman joined MSNBC’s Morning Joe in October 2024 and told the far left audience that the Democratic Party’s efforts to mobilize millions of American voters living abroad, highlighting the pivotal influence these overseas voters could have in battleground states, where close margins may decide the election’s outcome.

Heyman telegraphed to the American people that they believe the key to winning elections is getting 9 million individuals to vote for Kamala Harris, out of a total of 2.4 million eligible overseas voters (according to the U.S. government FVAP website).

The Gateway Pundit’s Patty McMurray previously reported:

“None of the so-called “9 million voters” Democrats claim they are trying to recruit will have to prove their identity or even provide a legitimate address for their past or present residence in the United States.”

According to Heather Honey, formerly of Verity Vote, the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA) is a Federal law passed in 1986.

UOCAVA requires that the states allow members of the US Armed Forces, their family members, and US citizens who reside outside of the US to register and vote absentee in elections for Federal offices in a standardized format.

UOCAVA requires that the states allow members of the US Armed Forces, their family members, and US citizens who reside outside of the US to register and vote absentee in elections for Federal offices in a standardized format.

In our first article on UOCAVA Voters (Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act), we explained how both federal and Democratic Party websites allow online voters to register without verification of identity or citizenship status.

US Citizens in the USA who would like to register to vote must share the last four digits of their Social Security number and/or provide a driver’s license or state-issued ID, but UOCAVA voters can bypass the requirement to share the last four digits of their Social Security number and/or provide a driver’s license or state-issued ID.

The screenshot below shows how the Democrat Party website, much like the federal government’s website, registers UOCAVA voters to vote in US elections and allows the user to bypass the ID portion of the online registration process.

UOCAVA opens the door to unlimited voting by foreign citizens.

Here are a few additional details about UOCAVA voters who register to vote on the FAVP or Federal Voting Assistance Program application (a federal government website) or the Democrat-funded website VoteFromAbroad.org:

  • Applicants may choose any state or address they wish to vote in.
  • No one verifies that these registrants ever lived at the address they list or that they have any connection to that state.
  • Voters in most states receive and return their ballots via email, making chain of custody impossible for election inpsectors.

Of course, this is neither safe or secure!

Democrats have been signing up phantom voters from foreign countries to vote in our elections.
Of course, this is criminal conduct.

Republicans better deal with this lawlessness before Democrats steal another national election.

Newsom Slips — Admits ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS are VOTING in U.S. Elections | The Gateway Pundit

In defending his state’s sanctuary laws, California Governor Gavin Newsom warned that Immigration and Customs Enforcement might show up at polling places to “chill participation.”

That statement was an admission: Democrats know non-citizens are voting—and they are relying on it.

For years, Democrats and allied media have insisted that non-citizen voting is a “myth.”

Yet extensive research contradicts them. A 2014 Electoral Studies paper found that about one-quarter of non-citizens were likely registered, and over six percent voted in 2008.

The study concluded those votes “likely” changed key elections for Democrats, including Electoral College outcomes and a Senate race that enabled passage of Obamacare.

It also reported that 81.8% of non-citizens who admitted voting in 2008 supported Barack Obama.

Those findings were reinforced by Just Facts, which updated the estimates using 2022 Census data.

They determined that between 10% and 27% of non-citizens nationwide are illegally registered to vote.

With 19.7 million non-citizen adults counted in 2022, that means two to five million names appear illegally on voter rolls.

Given turnout rates, between one million and nearly three million non-citizens could cast ballots in 2024.

That is enough to swing battleground states and determine control of Congress.

The argument that those numbers are “too small” collapses when compared to recent election margins.

In 2020, Biden carried Arizona by just over 10,000 votes. Georgia’s margin was fewer than 12,000.

If even a fraction of the non-citizen votes identified occurred in those states, outcomes could have flipped.

Yet Democrats dismiss the issue, even while their governors admit illegal immigrants are participating.

Republicans have responded with legislation requiring proof of citizenship to register for federal elections. That should be the bare minimum.

Democrats resist every reform. When Trump’s Election Integrity Commission requested publicly available voter-roll data, Democrat officials refused and filed lawsuits to block it.

California’s secretary of state falsely claimed the commission asked for “personal data.” In reality, it only requested public voter registration lists.

Blocking transparency has become a cornerstone of Democrat election policy.

Polls show non-citizens overwhelmingly favor Democrats. Surveys between 2006 and 2022 found 73% to 82% supported Democrat candidates.

That aligns with promises of amnesty, welfare expansion, and sanctuary protections. Each illegal ballot cancels the vote of an American citizen—and Democrats benefit from nearly all of them.

Newsom’s remark stripped Democrats of denial. He acknowledged that immigration enforcement near polling places would deter “participation.”

The only participation deterred would be from people not legally allowed to vote. Newsom admitted the system is compromised.

President Trump has been vilified for saying non-citizen voting undermines elections.

The data prove him right. Democrats like Newsom, instead of protecting ballots, enable fraud that erodes trust in democracy.

The question is no longer whether non-citizens are voting. The question is whether Americans will allow Democrats to keep pretending it isn’t happening.
