Dr. Ben Carson and Government Accountability Institute President Peter Schweizer were on “Sunday Morning Futures” with host Maria Bartiromo to discuss anti-Semitism and indoctrination on college campuses.
“Why can’t we stop anti-Semitism in America?” Bartiromo asked.
“This has been going on for quite a long time,” Carson said.
“One of them was to gain control of our school systems and teacher unions, so you can indoctrinate the kids,” Carson said of Marxist and Communist ideology.
“One of the issues here, Peter, is that foreign nations, some of them adversarial, have sent so much money to American universities. Tell us about the flow of funds?” Bartiromo asked.
“They are required by Federal law, the National Education Act, to disclose large donations from overseas. The problem is sometimes they simply don’t report them, or they purposely hide them,” Schweizer said.
“They don’t want just buildings just named after them, they want to influence the curriculum,” Schweizer continued.
“There are some universities right now that are trying to hide the fact that they have gotten so much money from China?” Bartiromo asked.
“Is this how China has been able to steal all of that intellectual property over the last several decades?” Bartiromo asked.
“I think there is no question about it. It’s not only technology theft. It’s affecting this atmosphere on campus,” Schweizer warned.
“University does not want to offend these powerful, large, Chinese donors, and that is happening on other campuses as well,” Schweizer continued.
Dr. Carson said that he did see encouraging situations while visiting college campuses with more conservative students speaking up.
“I’ve been going to a lot of universities recently and seeing the work of TPUSA and the Young Americans Foundation. And a lot of students who used to stand in the corner and look at their shoes were afraid to speak up are now speaking up and are proud of their conservative roots,” Dr. Carson said.
A lot of really weird things have been happening over the past few days. I don’t know what all of it means, but what has been taking place is so unusual that it should definitely be getting our attention. For example, on New Year’s Eve lightning struck four of the most iconic buildings in the United States. If lightning had hit just one of those buildings, it could have easily been dismissed as a coincidence, but that isn’t what we witnessed. I don’t know why more people aren’t talking about this, because what just occurred in Washington D.C. and New York City is very strange indeed.

By itself, such a lightning strike would be truly extraordinary.

Of course shortly thereafter we witnessed horrific terror attacks in New Orleans and Las Vegas. Americans tend not to pay much attention to terrorism until it happens on our soil, but now everyone is paying attention. Hopefully our law enforcement authorities will have some solid answers for us soon, because there are still so many unanswered questions about those attacks.
Unfortunately, many believe that those attacks were just the beginning.

A swatting incident against Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Georgia Republican, led to a woman dying in a car crash with an officer responding to the incident.
Being a prominent politician in this day and age is a very dangerous job.
We should be praying for their safety.
There is one last thing that I wanted to mention before I end this article.
Northern California residents started off the new year with a rumble, as 4.7-magnitude earthquake struck the region Wednesday night. The tremor came at around 6.34pm Pacific time, with an epicenter about 70 miles north of San Francisco, the United States Geological Survey reported.
Thankfully, the earthquake was not large enough to do much damage, but local residents clearly felt it…
‘I did feel it actually,’ one X user wrote. ‘It was a rolling earthquake, lasted a few seconds.
‘Usually the earthquakes around here are jolts, not rolling, so it was kind of cool to feel the floor roll under my feet.’
Another X user added that it was ‘pretty intense for a 4.7.
‘It was a shallow earthquake too, so that makes [it[ feel stronger, but [is] usually more locally felt.’
Interestingly, this was a magnitude 4.7 earthquake, and Donald Trump is going to be the 47th president of the United States.
But I suppose that most people will also dismiss that fact as just another “coincidence”.
There sure have been a lot of “coincidences” lately, eh?

In a recent discussion on the Shawn Ryan Show, former CIA targeting officer Sarah Adams warned of a potentially devastating attack planned by Al-Qaeda terrorists on American soil.
The interview offers significant insights into what may be unfolding, as Al-Qaeda sleeper cells could be activating in the wake of the New Orleans terrorist attack and a possible vehicle-borne improvised explosive device (VBIED) in the rear of a rented Tesla Cybertruck that exploded outside Trump’s hotel in Las Vegas just hours later.
Ryan asked Adams: “I just want to clarify. You are 100% certain that there are 1,000 plus Al-Qaeda-trained fighters within the US borders?”
Adams, currently a global threat advisor with extensive experience in Middle Eastern affairs, responded: “Well, Al-Qaeda says they trained and deployed a thousand for this attack. First off, I think there are more than a thousand Al-Qaeda members in the United States, but for the Homeland Attack, that number is based on what Al-Qaeda is saying, so they could exaggerate it; however, they did have about 1,400 in the Hamas Attack so the number is not off from what they did in the first round of attacks.”

It is difficult to imagine a multi-city attack happening in the United States, but we would be foolish to ignore these warnings. The October 7th attacks in Israel may have just been a preview of things to come here in America.
2024 ended with a BANG in the Donetsk region, disputed by Russia and Ukraine in some of the largest battles since WW2.
On the last day of December, the Russian 5th brigade raised their flag over the Kurakhovo industrial zone, last bastion of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the city.
They really ruined the whole New Year for the Ukrainians.
Three factories in the Kurakhovo industrial zone are now under Moscow control.

Kurakhovo was the lynchpin of Ukrainian defenses in the region, and its fall opens the way for the Russian troops to Pokrovsk, a key logistical hub for Kiev.
The loss of Kurakhovo hurts Kiev from the economic standpoint as well, since the local coal mining area was the only place under Ukrainian control where coking coal was still being produced.
The loss of the coal plant kneecaps Ukraine’s steel production, and therefore its military industries.
Military sources report that these factories were the last fortified area of the Ukrainian defenders, completing the conquest of the town.
All that remains is to wait for an official report from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Kurakhovo, besides being a key logistics hub, was the last Ukrainian position for firing artillery shells towards Donetsk city. The 10-year siege against the breakaway regional capital is over.

National Security Council spokesman John Kirby during White House press briefing
Biden’s White House is downplaying reports of unauthorized drone activity over military installations in New Jersey. National Security Council spokesman John Kirby categorically denied any confirmed incursions, dismissing over 3,000 reports of “car-sized drones” as mistaken sightings of helicopters or airplanes.
Kirby’s assurances, however, directly contradict statements from military officials at New Jersey’s Picatinny Arsenal and Naval Weapons Station Earle, both of which have confirmed unauthorized drone breaches in recent weeks.
During a press briefing on Thursday, Kirby claimed:
“We have no evidence at this time that the reported drone sightings pose a national security or a public safety threat, or have a foreign nexus.
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the FBI are investigating these sightings, and they’re working closely with state and local law enforcement to provide resources using numerous detection methods to better understand their origin.”
Using very sophisticated electronic detection technologies provided by federal authorities, we have not been able to, and neither have state or local law enforcement authorities, corroborate any of the reported visual sightings.
To the contrary, upon review of available imagery, it appears that many of the reported sightings are actually manned aircraft that are being operated lawfully.
The United States Coast Guard is providing support to the state of New Jersey, and has confirmed that there is no evidence of any foreign-based involvement from coastal vessels. And importantly, there are no reported or confirmed drone sightings in any restricted airspace.”
Yet, in stark contrast, Picatinny Arsenal has confirmed at least 11 drone incursions, and Naval Weapons Station Earle reported two separate incidents of drones entering their airspace, according to NJ.com.
“We are aware and monitoring the reports of unauthorized drone flights in the vicinity of military installations in New Jersey to include Picatinny Arsenal and Naval Weapons Station Earle, and we refer you to those installations for information on any efforts they are may be conducting to ensure the safety and security of their personnel and operations,” the spokesperson said.
“Local law enforcement and the FBI are currently investigating,” the spokesperson added. “U.S. Northern Command conducted a deliberate analysis of the events, in consultation with other military organizations and interagency partners, and at this time we have not been requested to assist with these events.”
Investigative journalist Ross Coulthart wrote on X, “This statement from White House National Security Spokesman Adm Kirby is in direct contradiction to a statement issued by the NJ Picatinny Arsenal base commander. Adm. Kirby says there’s been NO reported or confirmed ‘drone’ incursions in restricted airspace. Yet, the base says there’s been 11 confirmed. Why would a White House spokesman recklessly issue such a misleading and false claim?”
The conflicting narratives have sparked outrage among lawmakers from New York and New Jersey, with demands for a federal briefing on the incidents. Concerns are mounting that the administration is either dismissing or deliberately downplaying potential security breaches at critical military installations.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene is blasting the Pentagon over the lack of transparency about the drones being spotted flying over New Jersey.
“I’m going to call it total bullsh-t that no one knows what these are,” Greene said in the video. “They can track down a guy that just killed a CEO, but they can’t identify what nightly drones are and where they’re coming from.”
Greene said the government was “lying” about not knowing who these drones belong to or where they are coming from.
