There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true. —Soren Kierkegaard. "…truth is true even if nobody believes it, and falsehood is false even if everybody believes it. That is why truth does not yield to opinion, fashion, numbers, office, or sincerity–it is simply true and that is the end of it" – Os Guinness, Time for Truth, pg.39. “He that takes truth for his guide, and duty for his end, may safely trust to God’s providence to lead him aright.” – Blaise Pascal. "There is but one straight course, and that is to seek truth and pursue it steadily" – George Washington letter to Edmund Randolph — 1795. We live in a “post-truth” world. According to the dictionary, “post-truth” means, “relating to or denoting circumstances in which objective facts are less influential in shaping public opinion than appeals to emotion and personal belief.” Simply put, we now live in a culture that seems to value experience and emotion more than truth. Truth will never go away no matter how hard one might wish. Going beyond the MSM idealogical opinion/bias and their low information tabloid reality show news with a distractional superficial focus on entertainment, sensationalism, emotionalism and activist reporting – this blogs goal is to, in some small way, put a plug in the broken dam of truth and save as many as possible from the consequences—temporal and eternal. "The further a society drifts from truth, the more it will hate those who speak it." – George Orwell “There are two ways to be fooled. One is to believe what isn’t true; the other is to refuse to believe what is true.” ― Soren Kierkegaard
The Lord tells us in His Word that when we seek Him, we will find Him (1 Chronicles 28:9; Jeremiah 29:13). But have you ever thought about what is actually involved in seeking God?
It is not a matter of just attending church or following a certain religious tradition. Seeking God is a matter of the heart. This one activity leads us to cross over from just being a “churchgoer” to becoming a follower of “the way of Christ.” We seek Him, not in a mysterious, mythical sense, but through intimate devotion.
In our seeking, we thirst after God, much like the psalmist who wrote, “As the deer pants for the water brooks, so pants my soul for You, O God” (Psalm 42:1). There is a longing to our seeking that ushers us into the presence of God, where we experience the fullness of His love and undivided care for our souls.
Jesus was quick to ask those who followed Him, “Why do you seek Me?” Was it the miracles He performed, or was it the closeness of His presence that drew them? Why do you seek the Lord? Is He an emergency switch you push in times of crisis, or are you truly longing to experience His presence on an intimate level?
God desires your love and devotion. By itself, memorizing amounts of Scripture will not draw you closer to Him. The thing that grabs God’s heart is the humble, abiding love of someone who seeks Him above everything else.
Father, I seek You today above all else. My soul pants for You. Usher me into Your presence as I wait before You.[1]
O Lord God of our fathers, are You not God in heaven, and do You not rule over all the kingdoms of the nations, and in Your hand is there not power and might, so that no one is able to withstand You?
Jehoshaphat’s prayer was God centered. He didn’t indulge in negativism by dwelling on the details of the difficulty. God wants you to be specific about a problem, but His desire is to move your focus onto His power. Name your concern, and begin with praise for His action and blessing in the past; then express the truth of His omnipotence.
The king was no novice in rulership, and that wasn’t the first kingdom problem. He had learned the value of coming to God in absolute humility, acknowledging his utter dependence. So complete was his trust that he never lapsed into self-reliance.
In other words, he could have quickly thanked God and then spread out the battle maps to make plans with his commanders. In your situation, the temptation to figure it out yourself may be the same, but God wants you to let Him handle the strategy.
What is even more awesome is that while the king prayed, God already had their deliverance under way. By the time the army of Judah arrived on the scene, they beheld a field of corpses. Not one foe was left standing. God not only provided what they needed, but He supplied them with gracious abundance.
Trusting Him to provide the resources for every demand makes you a God-centered person.
O Lord, the God of our fathers, are You not God in the heavens? And are You not ruler over all the kingdoms of the nations? Power and might are in Your hand so that no one can stand against You. Deliver me from the hand of my enemy.[1]

Some 300 rockets launched at Israel; army says it destroyed cross-border tunnel, underground rocket factory; Hamas-run Gaza health ministry says baby, her pregnant mother killed
If Jared Kushner and his team really do have anything remotely resembling a peace plan, now would be a good time to roll it out. Because Hamas rocket attacks on Israel’s southern border increase with each passing week. Jared’s plan of waiting until after Ramadan concludes might miss the mark completely. Israel and Hamas could be well into a fourth Intifada by the beginning of June.
With an ally like President Trump in the White House, Israel has never been more confident and sure of themselves than they are right now. But if the Democrats, who have switched to becoming decidedly anti-semitic as they gear up for 2020, gain control the party may well be over for Israeli gains on the world stage. But at the moment, with the US economy on a sustained high, unemployment the lowest in 49 years, and Trump’s approval rating at 50+, the party may yet go on for awhile.
IDF bombs 120 Gaza targets, including attack tunnel, as rockets fired at Israel
FROM TIMES OF ISRAEL: The Israel Defense Forces on Saturday bombed more than 120 targets in the Gaza Strip, including a cross-border attack tunnel, an underground rocket factory and a multi-story building used by Hamas’s military intelligence, in response to the hundreds of rockets and mortar shells fired at southern Israel throughout the day, the army said.
The army said it was prepared to continue conducting airstrikes if the attacks from the Strip continue. The fresh exchange began on Friday evening when Palestinians in the Strip shot two soldiers on patrol near the border in southern Gaza. A male soldier was moderately wounded, and a female soldier was lightly hurt, the IDF said. In response, the Israeli military bombed a Hamas post, killing several of the terror group’s operatives.
Since 10:00am, terrorist groups in Gaza have been firing rockets at Israeli civilians.
On Saturday morning, terror groups in the Strip began launching rockets and mortar shells at Israel. As of Saturday night, nearly 300 projectiles had been fired, most of them at the towns closest to the Gaza border, but some reached as far as Rehovot and Ashdod. At least two Israeli civilians were wounded in the attacks.
In response, the military launched a series of strikes from air and land, hitting targets throughout the coastal enclave connected to Hamas, which rules Gaza, and the Iran-backed Palestinian Islamic Jihad.
The Hamas-run Gaza health ministry said a Palestinian baby and her pregnant mother were killed when their home was hit by one of the Israeli retaliatory strikes on Saturday. An Israeli army spokeswoman said the military did not have any information on the incident. Gaza’s health ministry said another person was killed and at least 17 injured in the strikes.
In light of the ongoing battle, the military canceled school for the Israeli cities and towns within approximately 40 kilometers of the Gaza Strip for the following day.
Beginning Saturday night, workplaces in this region will only be allowed open if they have access to a bomb shelter. Gatherings of more than 300 people also will not be allowed, including in shopping centers, the army said.
Israel also closed the Kerem Shalom and Erez crossings into the Strip following the rocket attacks, as well as the fishing zones off the Gaza coast.
The IDF said it targeted dozens of bases and facilities controlled by the Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad terror groups throughout the Strip. Despite the large number of targets, there were relatively few injuries reported in the strikes, as the targets had largely been abandoned ahead of time. READ MORE
(Jerusalem, Israel) — More than 150 rockets and mortar shells have been fired at southern Israel by Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorists in Gaza since early Saturday morning. As I write this report at 5:45pm local time, another barrage is underway.
Thus far, there have been three Israelis wounded. No number of Palestinian injuries have been reported yet, but it is likely that there will be many.
The rockets are reaching deeper into Israeli territory than usual. One rocket hit Beit Shemesh, a religious community about 30 minutes south of Jerusalem.
The onslaught — the most intense we’ve seen after months of calm — comes just days after Holocaust Memorial, and days before Israeli mark Memorial Day and our 71st Independence Day this coming week.
How was your morning? President Donald Trump started his day by retweeting a barrage of content from Paul Joseph Watson – banned from Facebook for alleged “extremist” content, and slating the “radical left wing media.”
After Facebook and subsidiary Instagram banned Watson – alongside a host of right-wing and conservative voices – on Thursday, President Trump kept quiet until Friday, when he took to Twitter to decry the censorship of conservatives online. “This is the United States of America,” he wrote, “and we have what’s known as FREEDOM OF SPEECH!”
Trump kept up the Twitter offensive on Saturday, tweeting an InfoWars clip featuring black Trump supporters declaring their love and support for the president. As well as banning InfoWars and its host Alex Jones, Facebook announced on Thursday it would ban users posting InfoWars content.
The president went on to retweet content from InfoWars’ Paul Joseph Watson – a conservative vlogger who rails against political correctness and vehemently denies the “extremist” label.
Trump also broadcast a clip from an account named ‘Deep State Exposed’ featuring an Islamic preacher declaring his desire to “conquer America,” and a warning from Rebel Media’s Lauren Southern that establishment conservatives will be the next voices silenced on social media.
Trump finished off his Saturday tweetstorm with a post of his own, wondering why the “Radical Left” New York Times, Washington Post, CNN and MSNBC are “allowed to be on Twitter and Facebook” after pushing the “Russia Collusion Delusion” story for two years.
When will the Radical Left Wing Media apologize to me for knowingly getting the Russia Collusion Delusion story so wrong? The real story is about to happen! Why is @nytimes, @washingtonpost, @CNN, @MSNBC allowed to be on Twitter & Facebook. Much of what they do is FAKE NEWS!
Some proponents of Facebook’s recent purge have argued that as a private company, Facebook can ban whoever it wants from using its services. The ensuing argument has centered around whether Facebook is defined as a ‘publisher’ or a ‘platform,’ with different legal protections afforded to speech depending on the definition.
A platform exists to facilitate speech, and is not responsible for the content posted. A publisher curates and distributes content, and is therefore responsible. Facebook has always presented itself as a platform, but CEO Mark Zuckerberg told Congress last year that his company is ‘responsible for the content” posted, a step towards the ‘publisher’ role.
Trump appeared to side with the ‘platform’ argument on Saturday, retweeting a post from Daily Wire co-founder Jeremy Boreing, in which Boreing suggests that as a platform, Facebook can’t simply “ban anyone for any reason.”
It is unclear what Trump actually intends to do about the “censorship of American citizens” he decried on Twitter. However, his recent executive order protecting free speech on college campuses could serve as a template.
A court decision last year forbade Trump from blocking critics on Twitter, describing his feed as a “designated public forum.” Moving forward, Trump could potentially use the same argument against social media sites that ban conservatives, although that would involve expanding the definition of “public forum” to cover the platform as a whole, and not just individual feeds.
Barack Obama poses with Louis Farrakhan before the 2008 election.
On Thursday Facebook and Instagram banned conservatives Alex Jones, Laura Loomer, Paul Joseph Watson and Infowars pages. They also took down anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan’s page.
So how did the liberal media report this?
The Washington Post, The New York Times, Axios all labeled anti-Semite Louis Farrakhan “far-right” or “right-wing.”
Democrat Senator and 2020 presidential hopeful Kamala Harris (CA) called on the Justice Department’s Inspector General to investigate whether the White House ‘improperly’ ordered the DOJ to open investigations into the coup plotters.
President Donald Trump is the head of the executive branch — someone should remind Kamala Harris of this.
“I’m calling on the DOJ Inspector General to investigate whether the White House improperly ordered or pressured Barr to investigate the president’s perceived enemies,” Kamala said Friday in a tweet, adding, “Barr refused to answer this under my questioning in the Senate Judiciary Committee. We need answers.”
I’m calling on the DOJ Inspector General to investigate whether the White House improperly ordered or pressured Barr to investigate the president’s perceived enemies.
Barr refused to answer this under my questioning in the Senate Judiciary Committee. We need answers.
Kamala Harris asked Bill Barr Wednesday during the Senate hearing whether anyone from the White House ordered him or pressured him to open probes into the illegal CI investigations into Trump and his associates during the 2016 election.
Bill Barr said he couldn’t recall if he had any discussions with anyone in the White House about the probes.
The Democrats are terrified of AG Barr because he’s about the rule of law, unlike Jeff Sessions who was a huge coward and recused himself from his job.
Sessions allowed his Deputy to hijack the Justice Department and appoint a special counsel to terrorize Trump, his family and associates – Rosenstein, Mueller and Weissmann ran the DOJ for nearly 2 years and blocked all investigations into Hillary Clinton and Spygate.
Bill Barr said he believes ‘spying did occur’ and launched a massive investigation into Spygate.
The Democrats are working around the clock to take down Barr with outrageous accusations he committed a crime when he lied to Congress about a March 27 letter Mueller sent him.
Outspoken conservative actor James Woods has been banned from Twitter for more than a week after he tweeted “If you try to kill the King, you best not miss’ #HangThemAll” – an apparent reference to the Mueller report.
Woods’s girlfriend Sara Miller tweeted a screenshot of Twitter’s account suspension, which cites “targeted harassment” as the reason.
In September, Woods was temporarily suspended for posting a satirical meme which very clearly parodies a Democratic advertisement campaign, encouraging liberal men to “make a woman’s vote worth more” by staying home.
On Friday, President Trump tweeted: “So surprised to see Conservative thinkers like James Woods banned from Twitter, and Paul Watson banned from Facebook!”
So surprised to see Conservative thinkers like James Woods banned from Twitter, and Paul Watson banned from Facebook! https://t.co/eHX3Z5CMXb
How is it that @RealJamesWoods is currently being banned on Twitter, but @JimCarrey is not? It’s certainly not any standard based on “hate.” Carrey’s latest Twitter “art” shows Bill Barr drowning in a sea of vomit. @Jack – how ‘bout we let everybody speak and the People decide?
According to Breitbart‘s James Caruso, Twitter appears to have two sets of standards, and has given many on the left a pass for much, much worse behavior. Via Breitbart:
Twitter allowed a number of verified accounts to participate in doxxing and violent threats against teenagers from Covington Catholic high school in January.
Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) was on the receiving end of vicious sexist Twitter abuse after she defended Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.
Actor Peter Fonda said that Barron Trump should be taken away from his Melania and put in a cage with pedophiles. Fonda also called for Kirstjen Nielsen to be whipped. He later apologized.
Hollywood star Jim Carrey posted a drawing of Eric Trump and Donald Trump Jr. getting bludgeoned to death by an elephant last year. The tweet is still up.
In 2016, various accounts called for and cheered on the shooting of police officers.
Take a look at these tweets from left wing accounts calling for Republicans and Trump to be assassinated or hung, all recent and Twitter does nothing because they’re busy shadowbanning conservatives and suspending @RealJamesWoods. Blatant hypocrisy. pic.twitter.com/c69k2Eck4s
Meanwhile, on Thursday Facebook unilaterally banned several conservative influencers from its platform – ‘balancing it out’ with documented anti-Semite and Democrat ally, Louis Farrakhan.
The conservatives banned include Paul Joseph Watson, Milo Yiannopoulos, Laura Loomer and Paul Nehlen, who were labeled “extremists” and “dangerous.”
Thank you Mr. President. Now hopefully Facebook will be stripped of its immunity under section 230 of the Communications Decency Act because it is clearly acting as a partisan publisher and not a platform. This is election meddling.
Fan pages for Hezbollah & Hamas are still allowed on @facebook. So is the official page for Maduro, who is killing his own citizens. So the bans aren’t actually about “safety.”
Mark Zuckerberg’s ‘hate ban’ isn’t about safety — it’s about his own egohttps://t.co/GmjuxGB2Ye
While Watson had earlier said on an Infowars broadcast soon after the ban “I don’t have the money to sue Facebook, and I don’t want to,” he tweeted on Friday that he has the “best media lawyers in London looking over the Facebook issue,” adding “I am not an “extremist” or a “dangerous person” and won’t be defamed as one.”
I have the best media lawyers in London looking over the Facebook issue. I am not an “extremist” or a “dangerous person” and won’t be defamed as one.
Earlier on Friday, President Trump fired off a barrage of tweets decrying the censorship.
I am continuing to monitor the censorship of AMERICAN CITIZENS on social media platforms. This is the United States of America — and we have what’s known as FREEDOM OF SPEECH! We are monitoring and watching, closely!!
The wonderful Diamond and Silk have been treated so horribly by Facebook. They work so hard and what has been done to them is very sad – and we’re looking into. It’s getting worse and worse for Conservatives on social media!
Just before you leave the house for an overnight trip, your son hugs you and says, “I love you, Dad. Have a good trip.”
“I love you, too, Son. Don’t forget to clean out the garage like I told you, okay?”
“You bet, Dad.”
The next evening you arrive at the door. Your son greets you.
“We missed you, Dad. We love you so much.”
“I missed you, too, Son. It’s good to see you. Did you get the garage clean as I told you?”
The boy lowers his head.
“No, sir.”
Loving God, while definitely a matter of the heart, is gauged ultimately by our obedience to Him. Words of praise and adoration are pleasing to the Father, but the practical test of our love for our heavenly Father comes in whether we do what He asks.
Has God asked you to correct an area of disobedience in your life? Are you participating in an activity that He forbids in His Word? Are you living out the truths of the Scriptures by allowing the Lord Jesus Christ to express His life through you by loving unconditionally, giving generously, serving others, providing godly direction for your children?
Loving and worshiping God are emotional, but without practical obedience they are incomplete.
Dear God, I cannot worship You the way I should without obedience. Help me learn to obey—loving unconditionally, giving generously, and serving others.[1]

At least 35 Republican lawmakers lost their seats.
Democrats have a huge advantage over Republicans with their partners in the media complex, Hollywood, and academia.
And, unlike 2016, in 2018 Democrats also owed a huge amount of credit to the liberal anti-conservative tech giants Google, Facebook and Twitter.
Suburban voters and women no longer were reading conservative articles on Facebook. Facebook eliminated at least 1.5 billion links to conservative articles since 2017. If you add additional websites like The Gateway Pundit, Infowars, Young Cons, Right Wing News, etc. the number tops 2 billion easy. And it likely made a difference in November 2018. 80% of women age 18-49 have Facebook accounts. Many of these women get their news from Facebook. Facebook knows this and eliminated conservative content on their platform so there would be no repeat of 2016.
It’s no secret that the Silicon Valley tech giants discriminate against conservatives and conservative content.
In August President Trump warned Google about it’s biased practices against conservatives and conservative content in their search feature.
Facebook has been eliminating traffic to conservative websites since the 2016 election.
The Gateway Pundit spoke with two of the top conservative publishers in America in 2018.
Floyd Brown is a conservative author, speaker and media commentator. In 2008 Floyd launched Western Journal which quickly became one of the top conservative websites in America. By 2016 Floyd’s organization of Western Journal and other conservative websites under his umbrella had more than a billion page views. Since 2016 Floyd’s organization lost 75% of its Facebook traffic.
Likewise, we spoke with Jared Vallorani from Klicked Media. Jared traveled to Washington DC with The Gateway Pundit and website owners at 100%FedUp in June to discuss Facebook targeting against conservative publishers with Republican lawmakers. Jared told The Gateway Pundit his organization Klicked Media, which hosts over 60 conservative websites, lost 400 million page views from Facebook in the last six months if you compare the traffic to a year ago. Jared said, “We lost 70% to 80% of our traffic if you compare January to May 2017 vs Jan to May 2018.”
If you combine the total number of page-views lost by just these two conservative online publishers you are looking at a loss of over 1.5 billion page-views from Facebook in one year.
The fact that Facebook is targeting conservative publishers should not be a surprise to Gateway Pundit readers.
We have been reporting on this for several months now. In July we released a study where we looked at several top conservative websites and discovered that the publishers had lost an average of 93% of their Facebook traffic.
This is a bloodbath. Facebook has wiped out conservative content to American subscribers.
This influence map below by Columbia Journalism Review shows the top influencers during the 2016 election.
And here is that same map showing the conservative publishers who have been targeted by Facebook since 2017.
Facebook has eliminated content from a vast majority of top conservative publishers since 2017.
In 2016 suburban voters and women would check their Facebook pages and see conservative news. That is no longer the case. And in November these voters chose Democrats.
Facebook continues to wiped out conservative publishers. Americans will no longer see articles from conservative websites even if you follow them.
Facebook took advertising dollars from all of these businesses and then changed their business plan after the 2016 election.
Facebook wants to pretend this was not a political decision. Yet, several top liberal activist groups: Media Matters, Share Blue, CREW and American Bridge, made it a priority in early 2017 to work with the liberal tech giants to undermine President Trump and ensure that liberals gain control of Congress and the presidency in 2020.
This is a discussion point CTH has outlined for quite a while; the new aspect is the scale and scope of Big Tech’s latest effort to silence voices they define as against their interests.
President Trump has taken notice of the issue and over the past 48 hours he has been drawing additional attention to the problem. Things are going to get a lot worse, a lot worse, in the days and months ahead.
.
In the final analysis, the big picture is about authoritarian control. Currently the largest tech companies are leveraging their power and influence to remove dissenting voices from commonly used social media platforms. Back in 2015 there was a prescient discussion between Matt Drudge and Alex Jones where this exact scenario was outlined.
Unfortunately, federal political leadership is aligned with Big Tech’s goals and opinions. This is one of the issues where the UniParty becomes most visible. There is a history of similar common cause that might provide reference.
In 2010 when the Tea Party was targeted by President Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, the DOJ and IRS worked together to create the target list of voices they deemed adverse to their political interests. Because the establishment republican party was also a target of the Tea Party, the GOP and DNC viewed the Tea Party political rebellion as a common enemy. In 2019 and 2020 the same dynamic exists.
Populists, ordinary freedom loving Americans, are considered an enemy of the statists; adverse to the interests of the institutionalists. As a result DC politicians have no motive to confront Big Tech and their goals to silence voices based on inherent political views.
.
“Dangerous”.
My opinions?
Or giving a handful of giant partisan corporations the power to decide who has free speech?
Lmao at establishment conservatives who think they won’t be labeled the new “dangerous” / “extremist” voices when those to the right of them are all banned. Good luck with that one guys
Those suggesting Facebook can ban anyone for any reason because they are a private company do not understand the platform/publisher distinction or the special legal protections afforded the former.
When did we decide, as Americans, that it’s ok fo govt & 3d parties to censor/ curate our info? That we cannot be trusted with unfiltered info? That we shd only be able to find info that *they* tell us is true on matters that are opinion or in legitimate dispute? #SlipperySlope
When did we quit teaching/understanding that free speech means protecting the distasteful, lest we open the door for govt/3d parties to decide that whatever they oppose is “distasteful” and therefore to be banned? #SlipperySlope
Moral relativism is the view that moral values and moral duties do not exist in reality, but only exist as opinions in people’s minds. When you ask a moral relativist where the belief that stealing is wrong comes from, he may tell you that it is his opinion, or that it is the opinion of most people in his society. But he cannot tell you that stealing is wrong independent of what people think, because morality (on moral relativism) is just personal preference.
So what’s wrong with it?
I found this list of the seven flaws of moral relativism at the Salvo magazine web site.
Here’s the summary:
Moral relativists can’t accuse others of wrongdoing.
Relativists can’t complain about the problem of evil.
Relativists can’t place blame or accept praise.
Relativists can’t make charges of unfairness or injustice.
This past week numerous stories in the news were unearthed related to dirty cop Mueller’s investigation and Obama’s corrupt Deep State. We’re proud to boast that these stories were reported at the Gateway Pundit months ago.
The Gateway Pundit is leading the news and we share the truth unlike the fake news media. This past week we were rewarded as numerous stories we have reported over the past year or two finally came to light in the mainstream media.
The New York Times reported a couple of days ago that Trump campaign volunteer George Papadopoulos was spied on by a ‘honeypot’ used by the Obama Deep State.
In September 2018 we reported that not one single liberal mainstream media outlet carried the Papadopoulos revelation that the Obama DOJ set him up! We did but they didn’t until finally a few days ago!
The far left New York Times finally mentioned on April 11th that Stefan Halper was a spy used by the Obama intelligence community to spy on Trump during the 2016 campaign.
We first noted that Halper was spying on the Trump team a year ago in May 2018. We even reported on the fact the Halper was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars for his spying.
Also, this past week the New York times reported that shockingly the UK was working with Obama in spying on the Trump campaign.
These are just a few of the recent stories confirmed by the slowpokes in the fake news media that we reported months ago related to the Obama Deep State coup of candidate and President Trump.
We are glad that they FINALLY joined us in reporting the truth.
Since the 2016 election The Gateway Pundit has been slandered, sued, shadow-banned, censored and smeared. Still, our numbers continue to grow.
People don’t like to be lied to and they are attracted to the truth.
Thank you for trusting us!
Our request of you is to keep ahead of the news by continuing to read the Gateway Pundit!
The Mueller report, produced by a gang of conflicted Hillary supporters, is full of holes. We’ve put together the ten biggest lies in the report.
1. The Russians wanted Trump to Win and were afraid of Crooked Hillary
Obama’s Deep State and its media said from the start insisted that Russia wanted to damage Hillary and help Trump in the 2016 election. This is noted in the report in the section discussing the Russian hackers (noted below) and inferred throughout the report and consistently in other mainstream media posts, but this is clearly not the case.
The Clintons and the Clinton Foundation received millions from the Russians in return for the sale of 20% of US uranium while Hillary was Secretary of State in the Obama Administration. The Russians knew that they could use this against Hillary and that she could be easily bribed for a few million dollars. The Russians knew Hillary posed no threat to them.
The Russian Facebook ads targeted Hillary and Trump voters.
None of the anti-Hillary ads ran weeks out before the election.
Of course the Russians wanted Hillary to win!
2. The Russians Hacked the DNC – but we never checked the servers
The operatives working for the Russian intelligence directorate, the GRU, sent dozens of targeted spearphishing emails in just five days to the work and personal accounts of Clinton Campaign employees and volunteers, as a way to break into the campaign’s computer systems.
The GRU hackers also gained access to the email account of John Podesta, Clinton’s campaign chairman, of which its contents were later published.
Using credentials they stole along the way, the hackers broke into the networks of the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee days later. By stealing the login details of a system administrator who had “unrestricted access” to the network, the hackers broke into 29 computers in the ensuing weeks, and more than 30 computers on the DNC.
The operatives, known collectively as “Fancy Bear,” comprised several units tasked with specific operations. Mueller formally blamed Unit 26165, a division of the GRU specializing in targeting government and political organizations, for taking on the “primary responsibility for hacking the DCCC and DNC, as well as email accounts of individuals affiliated with the Clinton Campaign,” said the Mueller report.
But we know that this is a myth because Mueller’s team never even reviewed the DNC server as noted in the ‘report’. It’s impossible to know how the DNC was hacked without obtaining and investigating the server –
In his extensive report, Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller notes that his investigative team did not “obtain or examine” the servers of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in determining whether those servers were hacked by Russia.
Is “Fancy Bear” even a reality?
3. The Russians provided DNC and Podesta emails to WikiLeaks –
The far left Washington Post stated that the Mueller report shows how the Russians hacked the DNC and Podesta’s emails and then transferred them to WikiLeaks –
Mueller’s indictments against a number of alleged Russian intelligence agents details how they accessed the Democratic National Committee network and Podesta’s email account (among other targets) and transferred the data to WikiLeaks. There, the stolen material became a central component of the election coverage for much of the last month.
There is no evidence to date to support the claim that the Russians gave the DNC or Podesta emails to WikiLeaks.
This is the same story that Democrats and the DNC have shared for over three years, yet there is no proof that the DNC server was ever obtained and inspected by the FBI! At least six times WikiLeaks claimed that Russia was not the source of the emails they leaked to the press related to the DNC and creepy John Podesta. One such example is below ––https://twitter.com/wikileaks/status/763055329781350401
Mueller’s gang claims that Russia gave DNC and Podesta emails to WikiLeaks and yet they never even interviewed WikiLeaks to obtain their testimony!
4. Russia reached 126 million Americans by spending only $100,000 on Facebook ads –
The report details Russian attempts to sew discord among Americans by amplifying both extremes of the political spectrum. Using a cover group known as the Internet Research Agency (IRA), a team of Russian agitators created Facebook groups such as United Muslims of America, Stop All Invaders, and Being Patriotic. From the Mueller report:
“The IRA’s ‘United Muslims of America’ Facebook group had over 300,000 followers, the ‘Don’t Shoot Us’ Facebook group had over 250,000 followers, the ‘Being Patriotic’ group had over 200,000 followers, and the ‘Secured Borders group had over 130,000 followers.”
Reaching up to 126 million Americans isn’t too expensive; the IRA spent just $100,000 on Facebook ads. Meanwhile, the natural ebb and flow of sharing and liking made sure their posts disseminated further.
It is absolutely and positively impossible that a $100,000 spend in Facebook ads could reach 126 million Americans. In addition, this amount of advertising dollars is minuscule.
In sharing that the Mueller investigation has been far more destructive to our country than Russia, President Trump’s son in law Jared Kushner, who worked the campaign said that the Trump campaign spent $160,000 on Facebook ads every three hours during the election cycle –
The entire Facebook yarn in the report is comical.
5. The crime collusion is really conspiracy:
Mueller in his report spends much time defining the collusion crime his gang investigated –
He concluded that the law related to his investigation is actually conspiracy –
Gregg Jarrett from FOX News discussed the crime of collusion in October 2017. In his post Jarrett makes many statements that are almost shocking, but none more than the fact that the entire investigation is lawless. Jarrett states the following about the recent charges reported in the Russia collusion story –
George Papadopoulos pled guilty to a single charge of making a false statement to the FBI. He was not charged with so-called “collusion” because no such crime exists in American statutory law, except in anti-trust matters. It has no application to elections and political campaigns.
It is not a crime to talk to a Russian. Not that the media would ever understand that. They have never managed to point to a single statute that makes “colluding” with a foreign government in a political campaign a crime, likely because it does not exist in the criminal codes.
Mueller had to redefine the crime collusion to conspiracy in order to carry out his investigation and thought it was no big deal to do so.
6. The President could be indicted on obstruction charges for actions he is constitutionally provided:
This is also not the case. Mueller dedicated 20 pages in the report to the topic of obstruction. Mueller and gang argued a much broader definition of obstruction per the law than what the law states. Will Chamberlain at Human Events explained this well –
Let’s start by looking the statute, excerpted here:
(c) Whoever corruptly—
(1) alters, destroys, mutilates, or conceals a record, document, or other object, or attempts to do so, with the intent to impair the object’s integrity or availability for use in an official proceeding; or
(2) otherwise obstructs, influences or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so [is guilty of the crime of obstruction]. (Emphasis added).
Why was this so important to Mueller? Because most of the obstruction statutes couldn’t possibly apply to President Trump’s behavior, as they require that a defendant obstruct a “pending proceeding” before an agency or tribunal.
It is settled law that an FBI investigation does not constitute such a proceeding. But § 1512(c) applies to acts of obstruction done with the intent of impairing evidence for a future, potential proceeding. That made it potentially usable against the President.
Second – the language of subsection (c)(2), read in isolation, is *very* broad. Removing subsection (1), it reads like this:
“Whoever corruptly… obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so [is guilty of the crime of obstruction].”
If taken to its extreme, it could be read to cover any act – no matter how lawful – that has the effect of impeding a federal investigation. That would include, for example, asking an FBI director to lay off an investigation, or firing an FBI director. The Mueller Report revealed that Mueller interpreted § 1512(c)(2) in just such a broad fashion.
According to Chamberlain, Barr disagreed with Mueller’s definition in his report to Rosenstein in mid-2018 –
Conversely, in Barr’s reading (as detailed in his June 2018 memo) subsection (c)(2) is a “residual clause” – a catch-all clause “most naturally understood to cover acts that cause a similar kind of result as the preceding listed examples, but cause those results in a different manner.” Because subsection (c)(1) deals with types of obstruction that impair evidence, Barr argues, subsection (c)(2) has to be read narrowly, as limited to obstructive acts “that impair the integrity or availability of evidence.”
Mueller firmly disagreed: in the Mueller Report, he addressed this argument specifically, boldly asserting that nothing in the text of subsection (c)(2) “limits the provision to acts that would impair the integrity or availability of evidence in an official proceeding.”
However, Barr never had to get into a legal fight on obstruction in the final report –
In a twist, Barr didn’t rely on a narrow reading of § 1512(c)(2); instead, he exploited the malleability of Mueller’s theory and determined that Trump lacked the requisite intent to commit obstruction.
Mueller twisted the obstruction law to use it against the President in the same manner he and Andrew Weissmann twisted the law to cause the loss of more than 80,000 Arthur Andersen employees’ jobs in the mid-2000’s. An action that was later overturned by the Supreme Court 9 – 0. In the end, it didn’t work.
7. Mueller was unable to determine if Trump committed obstruction:
Barr met with Mueller and team and found out about Mueller’s position on obstruction –
At the March 5 meeting, Mueller indicated that he and his team of more than a dozen prosecutors would not bring charges against the president for obstruction – but they wouldn’t exonerate him.
“We were frankly surprised that they were not going to reach a decision on obstruction, and we asked them a lot on the reasoning behind this and the basis for this,” Barr testified. “We did not understand exactly why the special counsel was not reaching a decision, and when we pressed him on it, he said that his team was still formulating the explanation.”
Mueller submitted his report March 22. Barr testified that he had asked Mueller to flag portions of the report that included secret grand jury material, and which therefore might require redactions. The attorney general said that Mueller did not do so, prompting a delay in the report’s release – and a crucial factor in Barr’s decision to release a letter describing the report’s main findings.
“Unfortunately it did not come in that form, and it quickly became apparent that it would take three to four weeks to identify that material and other material that would need to be redacted,” Barr testified.
Barr later surmised that Mueller should have never looked into obstruction if he wasn’t going to opine on it. Mueller never should have left that open. It was his job to make a decision. It’s clear Mueller and gang left this open to provide an opening for Congress to impeach. Barr shut that down.
8. The dossier was not important or necessary to mention in the report:
Mueller and gang did not find it beneficial or important to identify the Steele dossier in its report. This is questionable –
The infamous Steele dossier, which served as the FBI’s roadmap to its investigation into Trump campaign collusion, is barely mentioned in the special counsel’s report, released on Thursday.
The word “dossier” doesn’t appear at all in the partially redacted report. Fusion GPS, the firm that hired Steele on behalf of the Clinton campaign, is also not discussed. And Christopher Steele, a former British spy who wrote the dossier, is mentioned by name only 14 times in the 448-page document.
This was the incriminating document that was used over and over to spy on candidate and President Trump and it is basically omitted by the Mueller gang in its report.
9. It was necessary to include 400 pages of garbage and attacks on President Trump in the junk report:
The Mueller gang decided to release over 400 pages of filth in their final efforts to conclude the coup that they attempted against candidate and then President Trump. The report includes two sections and is filled with all sorts of random disgusting comments about the President. It includes hit pieces on innocent individuals which are redacted. It provides a summary of possible acts of obstruction by the President, yet it never recommended the President for indictment on any obstruction related crimes.
This report could have and should have been concluded in a couple simple and straightforward pages. The Mueller team set a terrible precedent for investigators to create a “National Enquirer” type of report on those being investigated. Shame on the Mueller gang for such a seedy and disgusting report full of blatantly offensive information about the President. This wasn’t a professional report, it was a tabloid hit piece.
10. Joseph Mifsud is a Russian spy who interacted with the Trump team –
As noted by Rep. Devin Nunes last night, the Mueller report states that an individual by the name of Joseph Mifsud is a Russian spy. The problem with this is that he is not as explained by Nunes –
In spite of all these lies, the Democrats and their media were very upset that Americans didn’t buy the contents of the Mueller report.
Perhaps Senator Grassley from Iowa said this best this past week –
“People who you believe are saved need the Gospel too. We all do. People you know who say they are saved but you haven’t seen any fruit, perhaps aren’t, and they might need the Gospel as well. People you know who seem saved, who talk the talk and even walk the walk, if they begin drifting, do not be afraid to share the Gospel and evangelize them. They, too, need Jesus, the Anchor, the Light, the One who saves.”
(Elizabeth Prata) Isaiah 5:20– -“Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter.”
It sure seems like lots of people are acting like this today, doesn’t it? And I’m speaking of Christians!
As Barnes Notes says of the Isaiah verse, “Woe unto them that call evil good … – This is the fourth class of sins denounced. The sin which is reprobated here is that of “perverting and confounding” things, especially the distinctions of morality and religion. They prefer erroneous and fake doctrines to the true; they prefer an evil to an upright course of conduct.”
1 Timothy 4:1 – “The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.”
In the verse above, in various translations, we read that The Spirit says it expressly, explicitly, directly, clearly in well defined words, that’s what it means. And He is now saying it present tense. ~John MacArthur
Present tense means that the Spirit is still saying that people will abandon the faith and follow doctrines of demons. View article →
Far left mouthpiece Ana Navarro cheered Facebook and Instagram’s silencing of conservative voices Paul Joseph Watson, Laura Loomer, Alex Jones and Infowars and erasing their presence online.
Navarro, an outspoken leftist on The View, cheered their banning and erasing their images online.
Ana Navarro: “I want them shut down! I want them silenced! I want them muted!”
Do not doubt for one second that this is what they want for EVERY conservative voice online.
Ana Navarro: “I want them shut down! I want them silenced!”
“That Facebook is dispensing with its previous excuses shows that the social network has become emboldened to regulate the flow of news on its platform, knowing that no consequences are headed its way from Republicans on Capitol Hill or in the White House.”
(Allum Bokhari – Breitbart) The banning of multiple political commentators from Facebook and Instagram, including conservatives Paul Joseph Watson and Laura Loomer, is an outrage against the ideals of an open Internet on its own. But beyond the bans on individuals, Facebook has deployed an even more terrifying tool of censorship — link-banning.
The mainstream media were, of course, tipped off about the bans in advance, and the Atlantic’s report contains the following eye-opening detail. Not only has Alex Jones’ personal account now been banned from Facebook, in addition to PrisonPlanet editor-in-chief and YouTube star Paul Joseph Watson, but all links to Infowars sites are now banned across the platform. Share Infowars too often, and you’ll be banned too.
Via The Atlantic:
Infowars is subject to the strictest ban. Facebook and Instagram will remove any content containing Infowars videos, radio segments, or articles (unless the post is explicitly condemning the content), and Facebook will also remove any groups set up to share Infowars content and events promoting any of the banned extremist figures, according to a company spokesperson. (Twitter, YouTube, and Apple have also banned Jones and Infowars.) View article →
I’ve been accused of disliking a liberal person who claims Christ solely because I have a “conservative theology.”
I’ve been thinking about this term ‘conservative theology’ more deeply this week. Usually when a charge like that is made they mean a person who believes the Bible more closely or more literally than they do.
The people making the claim usually possess a more liberal theology, which is to say, having put a wedge between the Word and their heart so as to allow room for man’s ideas. Real examples of a more liberal theology, in my opinion, would be to allow for abortion in certain man-prescribed cases. Or to allow for homosexuality, if it is not ‘acted upon’. A liberal theology might be to downplay the sin of flirting with a woman with adultery on the mind, but not to actually do the deed.
Only Leslie A could turn The Case of the Disappearing Hair Cream into a post about obedience to personal convictions. Whether you agree with her convictions on Contemporary Christian Music or not (she makes a compelling argument), focus on her main point of God’s faithfulness to reward obedience. Her blog, Growing 4 Life, challenges us to grow in Christian maturity.

If you’re reading this Saturday Sampler on May 4, I’m attending my church’s annual Women’s Conference. So Michelle Lesley shows remarkable timing in publishing Women’s Events on a Shoestringthis week. (Michelle spoke at our 2016 Conference.)
Michael Coughlan, writing for Things Above Us, lists some Particular Effects of Particular Atonement for us to consider. I encourage those of you who object to Reformed Theology, as well as those who are just learning the Doctrines of Grace, to read and hold up to Scripture Michael’s defense of this controversial topic.
Showing the importance of understanding Bible verses in context, Elizabeth Prata of The End Time asks, Can We really Do All Things Through Christ? I’ve used Philippians 4:13 incorrectly in the past. Have you? Reading what Elizabeth writes about this familiar verse may help you determine how appropriately you’ve applied it.
Similarly, John Chester’s contribution to Parking Space 23, Reprise: You’re Using It Wrong: John 3:16might challenge your understanding of the most well-known verse in all the Bible. It might also help you use it more effectively in evangelism.
Don’t miss Throwback Thursday: Religion or Jesusby Tom, the author at excatholic4christ. His simple story of two men who grew up Catholic speaks volumes.
Let’s close with a second essay from Elizabeth Prata. This time, she examines the notion that “All you need to do to get to heaven is die”that so many people believe. Is heaven guaranteed to good people? If you believe so, I strongly urge you to consider what Elizabeth has to say.
