Texas argues that the case ‘presents constitutional questions of immense national consequences,’ namely that the 2020 election suffered from serious constitutional irregularities.
Every once in a while, someone in Congress makes a speech on the House floor that deserves attention.
Republican Rep. Dan Crenshaw of Texas gave a speech this week that millions of Americans want to hear. He slammed Nancy Pelosi for deliberately withholding COVID relief funds for political reasons.
Crenshaw also called out hypocritical Democrats for destroying businesses with COVID rules that even they don’t want to follow.
Republican Congressman Dan Crenshaw took to the floor of the House of Representatives to condemn Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi for blocking a coronavirus relief package for the American people supported by President Donald Trump to prevent him from receiving a political victory.
“She said the quiet part out loud,” Crenshaw said. “This was never about what was best for the American people, never about honest policy disagreement, it was about preventing President Trump getting any credit. It’s about politics.”…

Greater love never has been taught than that which the cross teaches. When they were mocking Him and deriding Him, what did He say? “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” That is love. A frail Bill Clinton is reportedly spending his days sitting in front of the TV, fretting that his wife Hillary will finally leave him because of claims he visited disgraced pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s private island.
The former US president is apparently concerned that Hillary will seek a divorce because she no longer needs him now that she is no longer running for election to any office.
The Sun newspaper cites a lifelong friend of both Clintons in reporting that any further embarrassing revelations about Bill’s infamous sex life could be the “final straw” for the marriage of 45 years.
“Now Hillary is no longer running for office of any kind – what Bill is worried about is that she has no reason to stay with him,”the source claimed.
He’s petrified she will leave him. He just sits at home, he’s in poor health, watching TV around the clock.
“Hillary has all the money she needs, she’s busy with her new podcast – she doesn’t really need him for anything,”they added.
Bill Clinton has faced many allegations of womanizing both before and after the Monica Lewinsky scandal that marred his presidency. However, the source claimed that he never felt the need to comment on them until the claim about visiting Epstein’s island arose.
“He felt he had to issue a strong denial of this because he thinks Hillary might leave him. This one really worries him because of the attention it’s getting and of course because of Epstein’s links with underage girls,”the friend said.
Earlier this year, the 74-year-old denied ever visiting Epstein’s Caribbean island – Little St James. However, the ex-president’s longtime aide said in a new Vanity Fair interview that Clinton had visited the island in January 2003.
Clinton is also reportedly listed as traveling on Epstein’s private jet numerous times. Logbooks reportedly show that Clinton flew alongside a soft-core porn actress and also a woman who prosecutors believe procured underage girls to service Epstein and others.
Clinton previously admitted that he’d traveled with Epstein on multiple occasions, but denied any awareness of the convicted pedophile’s crimes.
The friend told the newspaper that Hillary used to have somebody reporting Bill’s whereabouts to her when she lived in Washington DC and he lived in New York in the early 2000s.
“Allegations of womanizing have been a constant in their marriage and Hillary has always put up to it but only to an extent,”the source explained.
“There has been talk of divorce – through the Monica scandal, through all these things, of course there was, but there never could be a divorce. Now there could… I don’t think she will at this stage, but Bill certainly thinks it is a possibility,”they added.
Epstein was found dead in a New York jail in August 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges. His death was officially ruled a suicide, though intense speculation has surrounded the circumstances.
CNN just reported that the probe is focused on his dealings with China.
In a surprise move, Hunter Biden, the controversial son of former Vice President Joe Biden whose business dealings in China and Ukraine were exposed in a series of stunning exposes in the runup to the Nov. 3 election, has just revealed that he is under federal investigation for potential tax-related malfeasance.
Notably, the probe was disclosed five days before Joe Biden is widely expected to be confirmed as the next president by the Electoral College – barring something totally unexpected.
Hunter Biden said in a statement: “I learned yesterday for the first time that the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Delaware advised my legal counsel, also yesterday, that they are investigating my tax affairs.” “I take this matter very seriously but I am confident that a professional and objective review of these matters will demonstrate that I handled my affairs legally and appropriately, including with the benefit of professional tax advisors.”
This is the first time the investigation has been disclosed to the public, suggesting that Hunter is trying to “get out in front of the story in an effort to control the narrative.
Meanwhile, the Biden-Harris team has released a statement affirming that Biden is “deeply proud of his son, who has fought through difficult challenges, including the Mous personal attacks of recent months, only to emerge stronger.”

This story started with the release of emails by WikiLeaks related to the DNC and Hillary’s Campaign Manager creepy John Podesta. Within days, in June 2016,Ellen Nakashima, a Deep State favorite from the Washington Post,released a reportthat the Democrat National Committee (DNC) had been hacked by Russia. The firm that validated this was Crowdstrike and its President Shawn Henry confirmed the claims.
In December 2016,Ms. Nakashima followed up her reportingwith the outlandish claim that theCIAhad determined that Russia hacked the DNC because Russia wanted Trump to win the election. Nakashima also reported that the the Intel Community had determined that Russia also sent the emails to WikiLeaks. This position was reinforced by the Mueller gang in their efforts to have President Trump removed from office.
WikiLeaks did release DNC emails related to John Podesta, Hillary Clinton’s Campaign Manager, in the months before the 2016 Presidential election which showed massive corruption combined with an elitist attitude from members of the Hillary Clinton team – all willing to do whatever it took to win the election.
The Trump – Russia fairy tale sounded fraudulent from the start and even preposterous.
On March 8, 2020and before on June 16, 2019, we presented arguments against the Mueller gang’s assertion that the DNC was hacked by Russians.
Cyber expert Yaacov Apelbaumposted an incredible reportwith information basically proving that the DNC was not hacked by the Russians.
Then, after years of being hidden by corrupt lying Representative Adam Schiff in Congress, a number oftestimonies related to the Russia collusion sham were unveiledafter Schiff received pressure from Richard Grenell, the Acting Director of National Intelligence (ADNI) to release the transcripts. One transcript was from Crowdstrike’s Shawn Henry who stated under oath thatCrowdstrike had no evidencethat Russia even “exfiltrated” the emails from the DNC.The whole ‘Russia stole the DNC emails and sent them to WikiLeaks’ story was a fraud.
Many people suspected that in 2016 a young man working for the DNC by the name of Seth Rich, copied emails from the DNC and shared them with WikiLeaks. Mr. Rich was murdered in Washington D.C. in July 2016 and it was labeled a robbery, but his wallet, phone and watch were found on his person when the police arrived at the scene. We reportednumerous odditiessurrounding his death.
The Mueller gang never looked into the Seth Rich matter and never interviewed Julian Assange from WikiLeaks to determine who provided Assange the DNC emails which were reportedly the cause of the Russia collusion sham. We know this based on his thousand pages of reports where this is never mentioned.
We reportedin mid-February 2020 how Attorney Ty Clevenger, who represents a client who is being sued for his comments about Seth Rich, reported to the courts that despite numerous assurances from the FBI that they had no information related to Seth Rich, emails related to Seth Rich were identified and provided to Judicial Watch. It looked like the FBI was lying to Clevenger all along.
For years the Seth Rich story has been covered up and labeled a conspiracy. In April 2020 wereportedthatJudicial Watch released documentsobtained in a FOIA request. These emails revealed that corrupt cops Peter Strzok and Jonathan Moffa were copied in an email regarding a report from Daily Mail where ex-Brit Craig Murray claimed he traveled to Washington DC and obtained Clinton emails in an exchange in a wooded area near American University.

Inan April 2020 post related to this subjectwe detailed the many actions taken over the past few years to determine if Seth Rich was the one who provided emails to WikiLeaks. In this post,transcripts of a conversationbetween George Papadopoulos and a confidential informant believed to be Stefan Halper were released by the DOJ. These transcripts confirm that Papadopoulos was spied on and recorded, and that they discussed the WikiLeaks emails and likely Seth Rich (his name is redacted).
We knowfrom another April 2020 reportthat a Deep State Anti-Trump former Assistant US Attorney claimed under oath that the FBI did examine Seth Rich’s computer and that she met with an FBI Agent and prosecutor from the Mueller gang. Her name is Deborah Sines. Her statements indicate the meeting should have been recorded but the FBI continued to claim no records related to Seth Rich are available!
I am reliably informed that the NSA or its partners intercepted at least some of the communications between Mr. Rich and Wikileaks.Before elaborating on that, however, I should first note the extent to which the “deep state” has already tried to cover up information about Mr. Rich. In an October 9, 2018 affidavit submitted in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, FBI section chief David M. Hardy testified that (1) the FBI did not investigate any matters pertaining to Mr. Rich, and (2) the FBI was unable to locate any records about Mr. Rich. Both claims were unequivocally false.
According to Ty, the NSA, knows exactly who sent the records to Wikileaks. So does the FBI.
It was then suspected that the CIA had a more prominent role in the fabrication that Russians hacked the DNC and “fingerprints” were identified in the purported hacking.
The attorneys requested relief from the court because they believed the delay in providing records from the DOJ and FBI was so no records would have to be produced before the 2020 election. If the records show Seth Rich provided the emails to WikiLeaks then it would prove: “(1) Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s entire investigation of President Donald J. Trump was premised on a fraud, and (2) current FBI and DOJ officials aided and abetted that fraud.”
Then in July 2020, we received word from attorney Ty Clevenger, that the FBI was declining to provide any documents related to former DOJ Attorney Sines per a FOIA request because of an ‘invasion of personal privacy’. This is despite Sines publicly stating she discussed the Seth Rich case with the Mueller gang:
The DOJ also responded to FOIA requests related to Seth Rich’s brother. Many people believe he may be involved in the transfer of records from his brother to WikiLeaks. The FBI responded to this request by also stating that this too was an invasion of privacy:
This was basically the last we heard from Ty Clevenger about Seth Rich until today. For some unknown reason the FBI reached out to Clevenger and admitted having 20,000 pages of documents and Seth Rich’s laptop:
After several years of investigative reporting we now know there is no evidence Russia hacked the DNC and sent the hacked emails to WikiLeaks.
After Attorney Ty Clevenger has been asserting for years that the FBI and/or DNI has been covering up the fact that they have communications between Seth Rich and WikiLeaks they finally notify Clevenger that they basically lied and have thousands of pages of documents and Seth Rich’s laptop.
What a disgrace our FBI has become. Thank God for heros like Ty Clevenger who are willing to fight for the truth.
Seventeen US states have officially backed the Texas complaint to the US Supreme Court alleging that four states that certified the presidential election for Democrat Joe Biden mismanaged them in violation of the US Constitution.
Missouri Attorney General Eric Schmitt led his colleagues from Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, and West Virginia in filing theamicus briefto the US Supreme Court on Wednesday.
The amici“have a strong interest in ensuring that the votes of their own citizens are not diluted by the unconstitutional administration of elections in other States,”says the 30-page brief, adding that when other bodies in those states encroach on the authority of their legislatures – the only ones constitutionally entrusted with elections –“they threaten the liberty, not just of their own citizens, but of every citizen of the United States who casts a lawful ballot in that election.”

They were joined on Wednesday evening by Arizona, in a somewhat surprising development given the lingering questions about the results of the election there.
AG Mark Brnovich said he believes Arizona wasn’t named as a defendant“because our office successfully prevented many of the same troubling and last-minute changes to our state’s election integrity laws.”
Wednesday’s filings come after several attorneys-general offered verbal support for Texas AG Ken Paxton, who on Tuesday sued Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin over their conduct of the November 3 election.
Paxton’s complaint does not allege voter fraud as such, but points out that there were“voting irregularities,”improper“amendments to States’ duly enacted election laws,”and even potential suppression of the Republican vote,“whether lawful or unlawful”in all four states.
“These flaws cumulatively preclude knowing who legitimately won the 2020 election and threaten to cloud all future elections,”the Texas lawsuit said. The Supreme Court has placed it on the docket but hasn’t made the decision to hear it yet. It is the sole proper venue for disputes between states.
The Texas lawsuit also references“expert analysis using a commonly accepted statistical test,”to conclude that the odds of Biden legitimately winning the popular vote in all four is“less than one in a quadrillion,”given President Donald Trump’s early lead.
Results on Election Day showed Trump ahead of Biden in all four, until overnight count of mail-in ballots flipped the result to the Democrat. While Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin are run by Democrats, Georgia has a Republican governor. However, his administration agreed to a legal settlement changing election rules earlier this year, under pressure from the Democrats.

Liberty Counsel has filed another appeal with the Supreme Court concerning churches and COVID in the State of California. They received a victory on December 3rd related to attendance restrictions, but a judge in California refuses to even entertain the Supreme Court argument. It’s critical for the court system to move on this because with each passing day, both pastors and parishioners could be criminally charged while being subject to enormous daily fines.
Concerning the presidential election, the Attorney General of Texas, Ken Paxton, has filed a lawsuit with the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the election procedures of Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan and Wisconsin. In essence, Texas sees these states as having engaged in mismanagement that negates the electoral votes of Texas.
In related news, the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies voted down a resolution to acknowledge Joe Biden as president-elect.

4 The psalmist longs for the moment when the Lord will invite his suffering saint to fellowship with him. The imagery of dwelling in the tent goes back to the desert experience (cf. Ex 33:7–11; Nu 11:16–17) when the Lord resided among the tribes of Israel in a tent. It is this symbol of faith that the psalmist draws on as though to say, “May I be your invited guest of honor in your tent” (cf. 15:1; Isa 33:20; cf. Ps 27:5). Over against the present affliction is the hope of the lasting joy of communion with the Lord. The psalmist longs to be a welcome guest with the Lord “for ages” (NIV, “forever”; cf. 23:6). Another metaphor for divine protection and recognition is that of “the shelter of your wings” (cf. 36:7; 57:1; 91:4; see Reflections, p. 931, The Ark of the Covenant and the Temple).[1]
I long to dwell in your tent forever and take refuge in the shelter of your wings. Selah (v. 4). Refuge may well have been found at the tabernacle in Jerusalem (see, in addition to this verse, Isa. 14:32). This was an extension of the custom that in certain circumstances a fleeing criminal could find safety by seizing the horns of the altar (1 Kings 1:50). To take refuge under God’s wings may be an allusion to the wings of the cherubim over the ark of the covenant, or else as a general allusion to the protective care of God which resembled a bird’s care of its young. Isaiah 14:32 utilises the idea of finding refuge under the wings of the Lord to make the point that diplomacy will never save. What is required is finding safety with the Lord (for other passages using the same idiom, see also Ruth 2:12; Pss. 17:8; 36:7; 57:1; and 91:4). The use of the verb ‘to take refuge’ (châsâh) reinforces the idea already made in the previous verse with the occurrence of the derived noun ‘refuge’ (machseh).[2]
61:4I long to dwell in your tent forever … in the shelter of your wings. The verb “to dwell” (gur) has the nuance of dwelling in a foreign land as a resident alien (see “Theological Insights”). The phrase “in the shelter of your wings” suggests the bird sheltering its young under its wings. The word “shelter” is synonymous with “shadow” in the phrase “shadow of your wings.” The two terms occur parallel in Psalm 91:1. “Shelter” suggests a hidden place, thus a safe one. See also Ruth 2:12.[3]
Ver. 4.—I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever. As the psalmist is in exile, at “the end of the earth” (ver. 2), the literal “tabernacle” cannot be intended. A spiritual abiding in the heavenly dwelling, whereof the tabernacle was a type, must be meant (comp. Ps. 18:11). I will trust in the covert of thy wings (comp. Pss. 17:8; 36:7; 57:1; 63:7; 91:4). The origin of the metaphor is hardly to be sought in the outspread wings of the cherubim on the mercy-seat; rather in the brooding wings of birds protecting and defending their young (Deut. 32:11; Matt. 23:37).[4]

My soul! thou hast long known, and I hope in a great measure felt, the vast importance of that blessed principle, faith, without the possession of which “it is impossible to please God.” But hast thou also considered what the Holy Ghost here saith, by the apostle, that “whatsoever is not of faith, is sin?” Pause over the expression: “Whatsoever is not of faith, is sin!” Why, then, it will follow, that whatever is undertaken without an eye to God in Christ, and for God’s glory in Christ, is sin. All the acts of creatures, as sinful creatures, must partake of sin. It is by faith in Christ, that the iniquity of our most holy things is taken away. Hence, love to our neighbour, is no love, unless it be a stream from the love of God: for what doth not begin in God, will never end in God. Such views of faith are striking; and this portion of God’s word certainly opens to them, and the reason is obvious: it is by faith only that we hear what God saith, or regard what God appoints. We never can glorify God, till we hear and believe in God. All God’s promises are in Christ; but without faith in Christ there can be no belief in the promises of God in Christ. My soul! this is a striking view of faith, and serves to show its vast and infinite importance. If all I undertake, all I say, all I do, the whole, without an eye to God in Christ, partake of sin, it is high time to see that I make Jesus the bottom, the cementing principle, and the top-stone of the whole building. And as “whatsoever is not of faith, is sin,” so the humble offerings in faith, humble and poor as they are in themselves, if offered in and through Jesus, come up with acceptance upon that altar which sanctifieth both gift and giver. Hence saving faith gives glory to God, because it brings nothing, it offers nothing, but seeks all from God in Christ, and desires that God in all things may be glorified in Christ. Oh! for the continual outpourings of the blessed Spirit, to be strong in this grace which is in Christ Jesus. “Lord! increase our faith!”[1]
